My subscription started from 16 June 2015 and till now I have received only 1 newspaper that too after calling the local distributor and the vendor. I dont understand what is so challenging there to deliver a paper in todays world to a particular address. The vendor who came once said he will throw the paper everybody to 4th floor which is pretty much not viable, and when I call him up for not receiving paper he said different stories different times. I am tired of calling so many people, I want the newspaper to be delivered at my doorstep as was promised during subscription. If you cannot do that just tell me that and give my money back. It is better to go and buy paper from any shop directly. We have office, we do not have time to keep calling you daily for a newspaper. I hope you understand. My subscription id [protected]. City. .Tirupur, no response at tirupur distribution center so went in person and complained at coimbatore head office, still not received paper for 10, 11, 12 June. Local distributor. .Prakash agency, tirupur We has subscribed for Hindu English for a yr frm 2-12-14. But from 10th the local distributor said hindu has stopped giving online subscription copies and that he hasn't faulted with payments Hindu main office. On 10th i happened to visit coimbatore, so went to Hindu main office.there the incharge officer Mr Alvin, called him up n informed that he hasn't done payment so Hindu had stopped his stock. We have asked for a change in local distributor to someone who won't do such a mess with supplying paper(every month 2 3 days he doesn't give and give the cash reduced in my tamil paper dinanalar payment.). I want a prompt action for this and change in distributor .Coimbatore office ppl promised I would get my paper from 11 th but today 12 th n still no signs of NY copy. Pls do something. Do u hav system where u can warn such ppl and help out customers. Also no response or action or cal back from ur side on calling on toll free no.. Y r u being so systematic n stuff in metro Chennai where I lived my first 25 yrs and so partial n rude to tier 3 cities...would Hindu Satisfy only to tier 1 and 2 city and give step motherly treatment to tier 3 cities... We too have paid in full advance amount. Leaving our job and work we find it stressful on us trying to complaint n stuff.. Hello, My name is Anupam Gogoi. I had subscribed for Hindu Newspaper and the Frontline magazine for half yearly. I subscribed it and made the payment for both on Wed Feb 25 17:56:39 IST 2015 After this I did not received any of the Frontline Magazine and I received The Hindu newspapers in a count of 3 or 2 in a week for two months. I logged numerous complaints about it, but the customer care always has the same answer that they will move the complaint to higher Authority, after that also i did not got any solution, finally one day i told them to unsubscribe me from this and refund my money. They had never acknowledged my complaints, and had never replied to my questions. Even after i opted for cancelling the delivery, they never asked me of the total delivery of the newspaper happened for me. I had lost my Rs.1298 the proof is attached as snapshot, My Subscriber ID : [protected] the delivery address along with every detail is in the snapshot attached (bill). I loved Hindu news very much, i did not expected that they will do like this, I thought it has some standard of its own, but this is what they did to me. I am a UPSC exam candidate and because of my trust on them i lost many valuable current affairs. I just want my money back. Rs 1298 I am sure they do not have any count on deliveries.

My name is JEYAPAUL. I am annual subscriber for the Hindu, For the past one month the Sunday edition is not delivered to me because of change of paper boy during Sundays. When I contacted the distributor Mr. Murali in Mobile number [protected] (Trichy Airport Area) he was talking very rough and giving false report regarding delivery relying upon his paper boy. I have been reading The Hindu newspaper for about 22 years. I have been liking the content of the news in general and i appreciate you for that. Yesterday 17 Apr 2015, the Bangalore edition i was taken back by the content. It was the advertisement on page J2 of the Kalyan jewellers. I was very much offended by the content. I see child servant holding an umbrella. It is very obvious and feels like a promotion for child labour. I have attached the same content here. It is my sincere obligation, that you do not promote child labour in any form. Please take necessary steps in condemning such promotions.

I am regular Reader of the Hindu; and have been so for the past more than forty years. I reside at Maramon, in Pathanamthitta District, Kerala. The THiruvanthapuram edition of the Paper is delivered here. The copies of the Paper of Saturday, 28th March and of Friday 3rd April 2015 have NOT been delivered. On enquiry, the local Agent informs that the copies of these Two days did not reach him, despite reminders> Kindly have the papers delivered to me. On earlier occasions. if for some reason the paper did not reach one morning, it would most certainly be delivered on the next day, Apart from the above two days, the paper did not come on one day late in January.

Road to be Laid @ the end of Raju Street about 100Mtrs as per the starting level of Raju Street. This tiny Raju Street (12 feet) is the only one approach at present to Marudeeswarar Koil 4 Acre vacant land worth about 200Crores & it connects towards the busy Thiruvanmiyur, Adyar & Besant Nagar as a bye line is very badly neglected by the civic authorities. In 2010 half of the Raju street road laid with cement and the balance road not laid because one Mr Jayaraman encroached the road. In 2012, the officials removed the encroachment and from 2012 to till date the balance road was not laid. Recently we understand that because the officials threatened by Mr Selvaraj IAAS, a neighbor house, since his house level is below the road level. Whenever officials come for laying he or his daughter-in-law shouts, hence officials not taking any actions. As per Raju Street, the officials shows partiality to all, because @ the entrance of Raju Street a house is also @ low level but, there they laid, but @ the end of the Raju street they shows partiality in laying the road or not to lay the road. He gives several complaints to various departments by influencing his powers. We understand Amma policy is that no public should not affect for an individual, hence we request official to take a biased decision in laying the road. Due to this, heavy drainage leakage like ponds weekly twice or thrice, which creates health hazards to our people? Several complaints given to CMWSSB officials finally they said that, the road to be raised as per our last chamber level to avoid the heavy leakage, hence for the past 6 months we are facing serious health hazards, also very difficult to walk & drive, since the road itself 12 feet, he himself encroached the road about 3 feet by extended his ramp. Need immediate action. Amma ungal por pathangalai thoottu vanungukirom - Pl give immediate relief & prevent us from Health hazards by extending the road as per the starting level of Raju Street.

I have approached the local agent and understand they are no more the agent for The Hindu in Chromepet and they are withdrawn from agency. We were subscribers of "The Hindu" daily since 6 years in the present permanant address ( Dr.P.S.Geethanath, Flat No 207, Shashikanth Apartment, Near Ramachandra Mission, Kurnool) and 25 years totally. Now The Hindu distributor Mr Monohar Reddy, mobile [protected] refused to deliver paper through a delivery boy saying that he cannot climb stairs and deliver the paper in 3 floor. And for the past 2 months paper was not promptly delivered and payment was made with out a fail. I'm a retired person aged 62 years, I should walk 2 kms to get 'The Hindu" news paper from the shop, in this case if this distributor abruptly stops paper delivery, I will be missing the paper which makes me unsatisfactory. Please resolve my problem.

I stay in Bangalore, electronic city phase 2. I have subscribed Hindu newspaper for 6months on 18/2/2015. Today its 2/4/2015, I haven't received even a single piece of Hindu paper. I have repeatedly called the paper agent, who ignores all the time. Have called Hindu office as well, who give false promises. I thought The Hindu was most reputed news paper in India. And this the service you provide. Pathetic.
