There is a news paper agent near my place, from where I asked to deliver The Hindu newspaper daily. He charges Rs.30 extra every month for delivery charges. He says he is not getting profit from the rate specified in the paper. He is the only vendor in this area, so i don't have any choice. Please look into the matter. Horrible customer service. Every time we renew the subscription but the newspapers are not delivered properly, sometimes for a month! It's like The Hindu is arrogant about its reputation.
