    Subscribed to Annual subscription of the Hindu daily which was to start on 1st Sept, 2015. Today after 4 weeks, I have not yet received the copy as yet.

    I have reached out over mail citing this issue and followed up many times, but no one has shown the courtesy of even responding to the mails.

    Then, I called Hindu Customer Care number two times in space of 7 days, where the lady simply apologized and informed me that someone would call me behest Hindu, but even that has not happened.

    Since, almost one month has passed and Hindu has not even tried to reach me, I want a refund and would want to discontinue the subscription.

    Started receiving the paper after one month of chasing around. Better late than never I suppose. Started getting the paper from 1st Oct, 2015.

      I am the regular subscriber of The Hindu for the past 15 years and use to get my paper daily before 6.30 AM. I have taken the 1 year subscription of The Hindu newspaper from Sept 2015. For the past 201 day I received the papaer daily very late after 7.45 AM. Bbut from 22/09/2015 now the newspaper is not delivered. .         Respected Sir,
        We buy tamil version of Hindu on subscription but it been stopped all of sudden without intimation by our paper distributor, which isn't comfortable for us to b without papers for a day. We don't mind even supplying us paper with cost but we not been intimated unless or until we find that kindly make a note and inform vendors to make us notified atleast two days before the end of subscription so that we would subscriber again.

          I have taken the 1 year subscription of The Hindu newspaper but till now the newspaper is not delivered. This company and the associates are all fraud. They took Rs 699 on 2-Jul-2015 and it was cashed on 16-Jul-2015. I have made several calls to the delivery boy, his team leader, their supervisor but no result. I have also raised a complaint # 029007 with The Hindu customer care and again no result. If you are not committed to deliver the newspaper then why the hell you took the subscription money. Refund my full subscription money . THE HINDU IS NOTHING BUT A VERY BIG FRAUD COMPANY.

            I have opted for the Hindu subscription of door delivery from 1 July 2015 but they are unable to deliver a single paper in July 2015 after many complain and calls they started delivering of paper from 1 august 2015 but deliver after 10 am not a single day I received paper in morning before 7 am . after complaining this they stop paper delivery from 15 august.               I have newly subscribed to Hindu daily news paper door delivery. my subscription starts from 15th aug 2015.I have not received any news paper nor I have received any call from Hindu regarding my subscription. I never expected this from Hindu. I am disappointed to say the least. I tried calling the customer care, but they cut the call within 5 second's.               It has been resolved by hindu, thank you for immediate action taken. Company has called me several times to check if the issue is resolved. And paper is delivered at my door step on proper time.

But till date Idid nitreceive paper. I called trichy office daily. But there is no reponse. Please take necessary steps to get thre above. thanking you.
                I have raised complaint # 029007 with the customer care but what is the use? Till now it is not resolved

                  I have paid INR 499 for a full year subscription to a sales executive who showed up on June 20. The cheque was issued and later encashed. It was issued to "Kasturi and Sons." I see the money is withdrawn. Despite registering the complaint with complaint number - 024803, the paper is not being delivered. This is unbecoming of a respected newspaper like the "The Hindu". Is this what the paper wants to be known for? Extremely disappointed at the quality of response from the newspaper authorities. Regards. Manjunath.

                      An agent visited my house and started delivering the paper since last month. The phone calls from a chennai number, but couldn't connect back. Now the papers are delivered regularly. Thanks for all the support

                        Order Number: THLP48711 Person who collected the cheque on 10/05/2015: Satheesha, Mobile: [protected] Cheque No: 255363, amount: 499, Citibank cheque. It is more than 2 months from the day this person collected the cheque, even today I have not got one subscription of the news paper. Is this some kind of scam, Hindu is doing? I called this person for more than 10 times, everytime the answer is same, it will be started immediately, but never started. Please take action.

                            I have paid subscription fees for the hindu via receipt no cchen[protected] a / c no [protected] receipt date[protected] by cheque no 214879 of amount rs. 1552 but i have not received newspaper till now
                            I have complained so many times at hindu office phone no 28576728. But they are responding properly and no body is cared about the subscriber. One of the very poor response i have got. I have lost my money. Already 3 months have gone in my subscription period. I have paid money even for young world, even that i am not receiving. Worst management. Interested in getting money and not delivering

                              I am staying at A/5 Aakriti Apartments, 8-1-7 Balaji Nagar Visakhapatnam and get my Hindu newspaper through Ch Ganga Rao, news agent. For the past two months I get my morning newspaper past 7 am only while Times of India comes in before 6. I am forced to read the newspaper in the evening. I cannot understand this inordinate and persistent delay in delivery. Pl attend or stand to lose loyal customers. dr k c sekhar

I followed up with your incharge here Mr. Krishna[protected] from 1July15 onwards, with great difficulty he could mange a delivery boy to deliver newspaper that too Times of India yesterday (5July15), Today both Mr. krishna & the delivery boy are not picking up my phone. Varaprakasam, Railway retired employee. he went to dindigul on 1.07.2015, night 9.35 pm he has drop the amount Rs 600 for SBI ATM RLY STD RD. Dindigul. But one person told urgent to take amount come out quick sir. But he take the amount he received the card and come out. But 9.38 he have receive the msg for debited your account for Rs.14, 000 for my full pension amount. he ask costumer care told to complaint your branch. Today ask manager but he told this is not our system and bank fault. you will not close properly so somebody take your amount. we are not doing anything . But other private bank ATM's are once received the payment automatically log out. But Gov bank ATM not working properly. Kindly help me and find out the person use to ATM Camera.                                   Hi I have complaint Here one hacker talk to me calling from SBI direct bank and this is bank issue so we will refund the payment for 14400 but you account not working now. So give any other account. Without identification I have give to my bank card no with expire date, and he told me don't tell your tam pin no. So I have give after 5 min he give one calculation so add with tam no then give total value. so i have given the total value. but he will take the amount through PAYTM, airtel Mobile bill and mobiwiki. 2020, 5000, 1500 3 time debited my account.

                                  He is from West Bengal - using Vodophone.

A representative from Hindu Marketing team has mentioned about the one year subscription plan of Hindu newspaper in 499 INR. He asked for 499 Rs cheque and i gave him the cheque of 499 in favor of "The Hindu". Same amount is deducted from my account. He told me that you will get the newspaper from 16th June. But sill i did not receive any newspaper.                                       Subscriber ID: [protected] I am tried of calling your toll free no and lodging complaints. My subscription started from 16 June 2015 and till now I have received only 1 newspaper that too after calling the local distributor and the vendor. I dont understand what is so challenging there to deliver a paper in todays world to a particular address. The vendor who came once said he will throw the paper everybody to 4th floor which is pretty much not viable, and when I call him up for not receiving paper he said different stories different times. I am tired of calling so many people, I want the newspaper to be delivered at my doorstep as was promised during subscription. If you cannot do that just tell me that and give my money back. It is better to go and buy paper from any shop directly. We have office, we do not have time to keep calling you daily for a newspaper. I hope you understand. City. .Tirupur, no response at tirupur distribution center so went in person and complained at coimbatore head office, still not received paper for 10, 11, 12 June. Local distributor. .Prakash agency, tirupur We has subscribed for Hindu English for a yr frm 2-12-14. But from 10th the local distributor said hindu has stopped giving online subscription copies and that he hasn't faulted with payments Hindu main office. On 10th i happened to visit coimbatore, so went to Hindu main office.there the incharge officer Mr Alvin, called him up n informed that he hasn't done payment so Hindu had stopped his stock. We have asked for a change in local distributor to someone who won't do such a mess with supplying paper(every month 2 3 days he doesn't give and give the cash reduced in my tamil paper dinanalar payment.). I want a prompt action for this and change in distributor .Coimbatore office ppl promised I would get my paper from 11 th but today 12 th n still no signs of NY copy. Pls do something. Do u hav system where u can warn such ppl and help out customers. Also no response or action or cal back from ur side on calling on toll free no.. Y r u being so systematic n stuff in metro Chennai where I lived my first 25 yrs and so partial n rude to tier 3 cities...would Hindu Satisfy only to tier 1 and 2 city and give step motherly treatment to tier 3 cities... We too have paid in full advance amount. Leaving our job and work we find it stressful on us trying to complaint n stuff.. I want some real strict disciplinary action from corporate headquarters of Hindu.. If at al business all over India matters... Thanks K R Prabhu
