Last year I had paid annual subscription and renewed same online as per SMS sent by The Hindu. But after getting renewal I don't get my daily paper. News paper vendor also not responding, there are lot of problems with Hindu annual subscription. Even last year I had to follow up vendor to get regular paper, this guys are skipping and might be selling my addition to outside. TheHindu should take notice of it. Tried your customer case...

I subscribed a 6 months package of Hindu paper. period starts from 17/04/2014.
Since that day onwards I do not get a newspaper once in a week.(IT HAPPENS EVERY WEEK)
So I have to call five to six people and I spend about 15 to 20 Rs. per week.
Again delivery of new paper stars for just FOR five days again it is stops.

As per the given amount of money, we should be given the newspaper for a period of 6 months. But for the past 1 month and a half we are not receiving it.
