Hi,
I had subscribed Time of India for 1 year from 1st Oct'2008 to 1st Oct'2009 but I had not received the paper for atleast 30 to 40 days and recently I have subscribed for 6 months starting from 4th Oct'2009 but I am not getting the paper from day one.Is there any solution for this????? Earlier I had talked to TOI hyderabad office but no action had been taken.

i am Prakash resident of kukatpally, Hyderabad has placed an order of subscription to The Times of India (TOI) and sunday Times od India (STOI) at the subscription price of Rs. 145/- (156 issues) and Rs. 30/- (26 issues) for 6 months under DHAMAKA OFFER on[protected]. I also have issued a cheque for Rs. 145/- i and paid Rs. 30/- cash in this regard on[protected]. As per their word i am suppose to recieve the newspaper from[protected]. As they failed to do so i contacted at their help line numbers n registered a complaint in this regard n i heard from them that i would recieve the newspaper from[protected]. But its over 30 days n they r still making me to wait for the newspaper. i have been calling them every week n asking them about this n they kept telling me that i would recieve the newspaper from tommorow.

how long do they like to tell me the same word. they should be ashamed of themselves to be irresponsible n dishonest. this is in a way of cheating the people. i am looking for justice...deliver me the newspaper r pay my money back.

dear sir,
i would like to draw your attention towards my problem. i have recharged
idea net setter. yet, till now the net connection is not provided. i have
also talked for it on their customer care, but they themselves get confused
over this issue. none have any knowledge on my matter.
instead of listening to my grievances they start giving me their ideas about
the problems. no one knows tries to understand the problem. i have also said
to please transfer my call to their senior, but no result.
in last they say that try such n such number that is for idea data card, "but
sir the number does not exits".

Times Of India NewsPaper — not receiving newspaper

we hv booked times of india newspaper in one year scheme... but from the past week we r not recieving newpaper regularly... we receive only three papers in a week..
area is "Gangaiah Avenue,Ramapuram,chennai-600089"

Times Of India — PAPER NOT RECEIVING

I have subscribed for 6 months package TOI-DHAMAKA OFFER.

The agent who collected cheque for this assured me that ill get paper from 16th september.

But till now i didnt get a single issue.

I have called the every possible person Agent who collected cheque,Supervisor ,Field officer but it is of no use.

Even I personnally lodged a compliant with TOI several times but in vain.

Can you resolve this issue ASAP.

Iam Karthik Reddy Vesireddy and have subcribed for the 6 months plan on 24/04/2011. It is to be implemented from 1 May 2011, but they are not delivering the paper. We made somany telephone calls to the local executive and they answer that they will deliver the paper but are not doing. I here by would like to register a complaint against them and necessary action taken against them.

its natural to complain..

I am also facing the same problem.I have to make him call so many times for the delivery of newspaper. But it's ridiculous. Don't know how to get newspaper daily on time

Your nominated Paper Sub Dealer Mr. Phoolchand Yadav who has discontinued the delivery of Paper since 01.07.2011 to me.

Renewal is hrorrifying experiance

i wanted to renew my membership with TOI(membeship #4606974). Even after calling them numerous times, no one responds.how to renew it now ?
