I have subscribed for TOI paper but still I have not received news paper copies. I called up area executive many time but he is not responding. I have given cheque of Rs 499 two months back and its cleared to TOI account as well. I want to file complaint against TOI. Pls help. my time of india request number [protected]

In vedvihar trimulgherry secunderabad we have 602 flats. Most of the residents take times of India.We find that on 28th August (today) paper was delivered with a leaflet of local shop stuck on the front page covering main headings and news.When the leaflet is removed print matter got erased.It appears that local agent or retailer is resorting to this. I advise you to caution agents to discourage such acts. Our local retailer is somayya who claims that this is done by company which he means agent/distributor. Please look in t6o this. I have registered on 6th August for prestigious News Paper Times of India.
I didn't received any single copy till date eventhough repeatedly requesting to Times of India customer care and representative in Mohali.

The response was unsatisfactory and rudely.

Would you please look into this matter.

I want to renew yearly subscription of this paper in kolkata(Airport). There is no response from my dealer.He told me that renew offer would come this office, but our previous offer will expired on 31.08.14. Please help me Amit Adak [protected] [protected]

We are facing this issue for quite some time, The local vendor charges 'premium' for delivery of news paper and inflate the bill also. Never delivers the paper with all the supplements. When confronted; our delivery was stopped and he threatened other vendors and asked not to deliver the newspaper. I am not receiving Paper for the past 15 days. I already informed it to TOI Customer Care and also informed local Paper Agent but no response till date. I think TOI is not taking care of Long Term Subscribers because this is not the first time it happened to me. I subscribed for Annual Paper Scheme and within 6+ months they skipped for 35 days. Mr. Srinivas from TOI resolved the issue earlier when I faced the problem. I would request concern authorities to take it serious such kind of issues and try to resolve it at the earliest. Dear Sir, My Annual Subscription for TOI expired in June 2014 and I approached TOI office in Dharampeth, Nagpur. I was told that office has move to Ramdaspeth and I should go to that offie. I requested the representative to note down my address and phone number and send somebody to renew the subscription. But till date no body turned up. What surprises most is that, in this era of internet and mobile, why TOI insists that their representative will come and collect the cheque for subscription. As others have pointed out there are no telephone numbers on there website or email to address the problem. Very sorry state of affair. [protected]@rediffmail.com

Hi I have subscribed for times of india newspaper. My order no- and coupon no- Residential area- Sidco shivalik Apartment, C-2, 406, Gurgaon. This vendor is charging over amount after subscription as a delivery charge on every month and he was demanding for all coupons at one time. Hi, I am staying in NAGARAM(ECIL), Hyderabad.I took yearly subscription in the month of March.We(Entire Colony) are not getting Paper from past 1 week . Hi Team, I am the last 3 years annual subscriber of Times of India News paper but suddenly now a days I am getting very poor service and response from the Times of India Newspaper Team. I have not received daily newspaper for last 25 days for which I have called to the customer subscription phone number provided where there is nobody to attend that phone. My name is Rajesh and my mobile no is [protected]. I bought a mobile on seeing the Advertisement for Handset in "Times of India" on June 28, 2014 via online. My Bill no is TIL/14-15/N/DL/12191545 dated June 28 2014 and my order no is [protected]. I was delivered on June 30, 2014. From the date of buying the same, my mobile is showing net work problem. I complained to Customer Care no :[protected] as given in Invoice copy of Times of India for the past 10 days. today(17.07.2014) i called the company at 11.30am, they gave me the address of service centre: Unviercell technology, Old no :24, New no 34, thanickachalam road, t. nagar, ch-17. But when i went there for servicing, engineer Senthil :[protected] & [protected] said that he will not service "earth" mobile. Since it was advertised by Times of India we ordered online for the mobile and there is no response after the same for our service complaint and the quality of the handset is very bad since it is not working from day 1.

I have been a customer for Times Of India for twenty years. In March-2014, I have shifted to Avantika Extension, Ghaziabad. The Hawker/Vendor over charge in their monthly Bill. When protested stopped delivery of News paper and due to the nexus between all the Hawkers and Vendors not getting newspaper since last 15 days. Request you please Intervene to stop the unethical nexus between the vendors for unfair and monpolistic trade practice and ensure the delivery of Newspaper to me and other customers like in the area. Its been more than year since i made a request to change my address for timesofindia subscription. Every time when i send a reminder, I am getting mail response from CRM team saying "We will inform to the area executive and resolve problem". This is going on for the last one year. I finally requested them to issue a new subscription voucher and collect a cheque for the same. However I am yet to get any response from CRM team despite my repeated reminders. TOI (THE SO CALLED MOST-READ ENGLISH NEWSPAPER).Here is what i got to read today from your 56 PAGES OF news paper. I had to deal with 24-27 pages of .. i really don't care if you put ads with your news but what irritates most is that even the headlines starts with freaking adS..4 pages it was !..here is one simple warning for money suckers like you..i wouldn't have complained if you had given ads separate and actual news paper separate..atleast try to design your paper properly... from today onwards i am going to stop your subscription straight away!!..hell with your ads and less news.. I have paid one year subsription fot economic times on 15/4/2014. I was told that the delivery would commence from may. Af ter following up i was given my registration no
Naet005235. I was tols that the deliver would commence from 1/6/14. I received paper for one day. I have been following up with the agency - sreedhar who keeps promising me that the delivery would start.
I have stiil not started receiving the paper.
It is the most frustrating experience.
Can any one in et help me .
