My name is Rajesh and
my mobile no is [protected]. I bought a mobile on seeing the Advertisement for
Handset in "Times of India" on June 28, 2014 via online. My Bill no is
TIL/14-15/N/DL/12191545 dated June 28 2014 and my order no is [protected]. I was
delivered on June 30, 2014. From the date of buying the same, my mobile is
showing net work problem. I complained to Customer Care no :[protected] as
given in Invoice copy of Times of India for the past 10 days. today(17.07.2014) i called the company at 11.30am, they gave me
the address of service centre: Unviercell
technology, Old no :24, New no 34, thanickachalam
road, t. nagar, ch-17. But when i
went there for servicing, engineer Senthil
:[protected] & [protected] said that he will not service
"earth" mobile. Since it was advertised by Times of India we ordered
online for the mobile and there is no response after the same for our service
complaint and the quality of the handset is very bad since it is not working
from day 1.
subscription got over by November 15th and I don’t have an active subscription now despite making the payment on 2nd November itself and when I tried to reach these guys over the phone they are disconnecting the call saying that you will get in one day and I have tried reaching them over the phone more than 15 times and I didn’t get any proper response and I sent an email as well to them for that I’m getting a one liner response saying that the complaint is taken and Chennai area manager will contact me but nothing happened till date. I feel like I’ve been cheated by these guys and I paid 2k for three years subscription and you can reach me at [protected]@gmail.com.
