[Resolved] Times Of India — Irregular delivery of TOI | |||
I am a regular subscriber of Times of India news paper for last 4 years. For last four months I am not getting the newspaper regularly. I have complained to my vendor but in vein. I tried to contact Co's customer care, nobody responded. I have paid yearly subscription in advance and now I want to discontinue my relationship with TOI for their poor service. i am a regular reader of time of India, taking news paper of times of india of Ranchi edition daily.just three week before the price of paper has been increased by 1 rupee daily and the content of paper reduceced with increasing price which suppose not to be expected.For example in sunday edition the times life has been ommited etc.
i hope this problem is with Ranchi edition only.so could you please look into this why this has hapend ?

Times Of India — Delivery not regular
Delivery of Times of India newspaper is not Regular Once in a month this happens. This month for the past three days we didn't get the paper. The delivery gives some lame excuses. i am not receiving paper regularly... when we call them also they r not responding

Respected Sir, this is RAKESH.U, a 1 yr. subscriber of TIMES OF INDIA.My 6month subscribtion completed on Aug.Mean while one of the vendor of TOI suggested us to subscribe again for 1yr subscribtion of 1yr.We went on with him for 1yr subscribtion.But we could not receive any newspaper from 1st of this month(sep).On enquiring our local agency in my colony, pragathi nagar said that he didnot receive any subscribtion from the agency at KPHB.So, kindly observe this matter in serious and we hope that the problem is solved soon.DETAILS :
