Dear Madam/Sir, I would like to raise our concern against the newspaper providers of Times of India who handle the subscriptions for Times of India newspaper. We have a subscription with Timesof India and Ecconomic times which is to expire on 15/7/2013. We have paid in full on 24/12/12. Two months back we moved from Kanjur Marg (E) to Mulund (W) and requested for a change of address. Our order number is MT[protected] and it is in the name of Mansukh Gala. Our local vendor was Sabajti Yadav. Since placing our request we have followed up with someone by the name of Sneha whose email id is crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com repeatedly and have only received extremely unsatisfying replies from the team. Our newspaper delivery was to start from Jun 1st. Some team members we spoke with , Seema to name one, tells us Sneha is on vacation and we are not allowed to call her, we have no idea on the process of ensuring you receive your newspaper and this change of address. Today we are on 9th of June and we still have no idea on the newspapers delivery. Inspite of calling the helplines and talking to numerous people a simple request is not heard and no replies at all given on how to proceed. We are really dissappointed by this service provided by Times Group. We have been a dedicated follower of this newspaper and have always encouraged the articles. However this unsupportive and irresponsive approach has made us change our minds. We would appreciate that atleast that someone replies to this email and ensures that the newspaper reaches us from tomorrow as we do not have to keep following up and requesting for something that was a service we had paid for on timely basis. I have also subscribed for six month under the order number 1023311. My subscription will last for six months. In the first month itself, I missed the 10 days papers. Erratic delivery. The delivery boy treated me as if I am getting free paper from him. The complaint phone given as[protected] is always engaged, that means they hooked off the receiver.

Now I feel that TOI cheated me black and white.

Times Of India — Delivery of newspapers

I subscribed for a special offer provided by TOI for Cognizant employees.The offer was delivering newspapers at doorsteps for a period of 1 year starting from 14th april, but till now i havent recieved even a single issue of newspaper.So i request you to interfere in this matter.

I had subscribed one year and my order number is NAB-049243. Complaint no-177653 on 22.04.09 & 175232 on 17.04.09 Always thay are saying our people will call still i have not recieved paper from last 25 days. No one is bothered to call whether i am getting papers or not. Last year same thing happen 30 days i didnt recieved paper. How many times people should complain such a useless company they are running without any co-ordination company running.

i take Chennai edition Times of India for a period of 12 months at Rs.299.from last two months times of India news paper vendor not delivered paper. so many times i contact with them but they dint take any action till now. by telephone by mail i give complain but no action.

Times Of India — Unsatisfied with Newspaper delivery - Change of Vendor Required

Hi,

My Name is Stanley L. Residing in No.2/31 Palai Street, M.G.R Nagar. I have been using this Times of India Newspaper from the date of Launch 2 and half years. My Order no. NAD 048666

Most of the times, the newspaper is delivered late. On Calling the specified person, always saying some reason - Vehicle punchure, Delay in issuing from the Office.... I am unsatified with this service.

Yesterday 10th Aug 2010 the Newspaper was not delivered. I called the specified person on 8 AM he says the reason - Delay in issuing from the office, then i said in shops all the Newspaper was delivered earlier, then why it is delayed from your end. He said one of the printing machine is not working so the pulication will be delivered only one by one. Shops will receive quickly. This reason is something as if we are living in Village. And again on 10 AM i made a call and enquired he said, afterall Re 2 paper making calls many time and disturbing and not allowing him to sleep, If required urgently go and buy from the shop

I have subscribered for annaully, then why i need to buy it from other shops. so i requested him to give the Vendor Slip to me, so that i can get it from other Vendor.
Today 11th Aug 2010 i called him and enquired for that slip, he says it is with Head Office. i have informed them, pls speak to them.

Yesterday and Today i have not got the Newspaper. Now i need to get it from other Nearest shop. Kindly suggest what is the process ASAP, so that from tommorrow i can get from the Nearest shop

Today morning i called up your Helpline No. and raised an Complaint to Mr. Raja.

Times Of India — Delivery Of News Paper

I am a regular reader of times of India news paper for many years. I want to say that here in lalitpur we are getting a news paper of Delhi Circulation every day. But the all the news paper are coming one day late. we are getting Monday news paper on Tuesday. As i now is that there are many trains from delhi after 12:00 PM, so i request you to kindly arrange the daily news paper on time,

Times Of India — No delivery of Times of India

I have registered a complain in the helpline almost everyday. I have taken a subscription of one year.It has been days that we have not received the newspaper and the delivery boy is now charging 20 rupees per month. The helpline is even not taking any action against the complaint.

Times Of India — delivery of the newspaper

Dear Sir,
I am a regular reader of your newspaper for many years. My complaint is regarded to the late delivery of the newspaper. I was earlier settled in Lucknow and now only i shifted here. Delivery of the newspaper in Lucknow was between 6:30 to 7:00 am but here the delivery of the newspaper is 10o'clock to 12 o'clock. Sometimes the paper is not delivered. I am a working person. I like to read the newspaper early in the morning. But this doesn't happens. i have asked the hawker and he says that he gets the newspaper late thats why it is delivered late. Many people have the same problem regarding this. on behalf of them also I am speaking out. Please sir, kindly take strict action against this complaint. I will be highly obliged.
