I am not getting the supplements alongwith the Main Newspaper.

I do not know whom to complain.

Dear Sir,

I subscribed to Times of India news paper under a special scheme. I was getting it regularly. Before three weeks I got my house shifted in the same locality (jus 200 meters away!). I informed the office about address change and was told that it would be notified to the respected area leader. For a week I waited but nothing happened. Whan I called back I was assured that the change of address was made and it would be informed to the concerned area leader. Another week passed by and nothing happened. I called them again and again I was told that it will be informed to the concerned area leader! It is now about 3 weeks gone and I am not getting the news paper. The funny part of it is that I live in the same colony and and the guy who delivered the news paper comes to my new apartment to give news paper! I am greatly disappointed to the sloggy administration of TOI. I must switch over to another news paper I guess.

Times Of India — Complaint about not getting Newspaper

Dear Executive,

I am Ashok Chauhan, a resident of 2-56/33/12/5, Ground Floor, Sri Sai Nagar, Ayyappa society road, Madhapur, Hyderabad. Around three months ago i had taken a special offer subscription of Times of India Newspaper in which the agent charged me a sum of Rs 180 for a period of 6 months, which i paid by cheque (Rs. 145 + Rs. 35 Cash). After that for around 20 days, I didn't receive newspaper. I made multiple complaints and then I started to get the newspaper. But unfortunately, since last month, I am again not getting the newspaper. I have called the agent around 25-30 times, he always says that I will get it by next day but till now I have not get the newspaper.

I am fed up of calling the agent again and again and these guys are not responding at all and even they misbehave many times.

Is this the way this newpaper company handles its businesses? I wish TOI gets back to me and resolve this issue as soon as possible. you can check through the trailing email how many times i have sent the emails for this issue.

I request you to please take strict action against these agents and distributors (agents name Rajender, Mob: [protected], [protected]) and resume my service as soon as possible and if you are not responsible for handling these request, either you give me concerned contacts or please forward this complaint further.

I completely agree with Ashok. I had paid a subscription charge of Rs. 280 (Six Month Subscription charge) for "The Hindu" to the same guy named Rajinder having same mobile number but still not getting the news paper. I feel like cheated as he is ignoring the phone call and thus unable to trace him.
I wonder how the same person is cheating for more than a year now and still no action has been taken against him. If someone can really help on this, i would really appreciate.
