I had applied for New PAN CARD due to lost of old one. Acoordingly new card was despatch by NSDL through courier namely Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd vide docket no.[protected].

The same was not delivered to its destination. Even a complain was lodged with couier, but they did not replied.

The courier persons tries to avoid the delivery at destination and simply return the packet with remarks of incomplete address.

The releveant Courier agency should be penalised for non delivery.

i missed the call when blue dart employe called me . after that i checked the status of nsdl pan card it shows that they re dispatched my pan card through speed post on 6sep but till now i didnot receive. please help me on urgently basis because if before 19 sep i have to submit in my office otherwise i will loose my job . i called many times on customer care of nsdl and blue dart and speed post they all didnot give any response and keep my ph always on hold.
