TIN NSDL — e payment of advance tax

Sir,

Today is 13-March-2009. With just 2 days left for the payment of advance tax, the link in the nsdl website for epayment of tax is not work. 2 hours back, I called up the call center and they told me that it would be set right in 15 mins !!

I had applied for PAN card approx. one year before. But i have not received it yet as it returned undelivered 2 times to the NSDL. And i am not getting any proper guideline from customer care for redispatching the PAN card.

NSDL — PAN NOT RECEIVED SINCE 1 YEAR

I had applied for a PAN card last year in the month of Oct 2007 I was alloted the PAN number AMPPG1357D but I never received a PAN card. After that I shifted to a new address. After repeated calls to the TIN call center[protected] they told to apply again making the required payment of Rs. 67/- which I did online Acknowledgement No.: [protected] and sent the form again with the proof of new address(copy of monthly statement from my Citi Bank Salary Account sent on my home address) but my application has been rejected. When contacted the TIN call centre they gave the following 3 reasons for rejecting my application :
1. There should be a stamp on this statement
2. A proof of the other address specified in the online application.
3. My signature is outside the box in the form.

I informed them that the monthly statement sent by the bank is a computer generated statement it doesnt bear any signature.
When the application was not getting processed without mentioning other address I had to fill my office address in that column.
Now they are saying to get a signature on the bank statement, proof of Office address and to make a box on a blank paper and to sign in that box. When they are not authenticating the sign on their form how will they acknowledge the sign on a plain paper.
Why do they need proof of office address when I cant receive any mails on the office address.

I have been facing this harassment for the past 1 year without any respite. I called up TIN call center twice today and the reps disconnected the call both times when asked about the details of my application form. Second reps name was Sushil who refused to provide his ID after repeated requests and when asked to talk to a manager or a supervisor the reps refused and said I have to talk to them only and I have to do what they are saying. They have provided me an email address [protected]@nsdl.com to send a mail regarding this issue. I have sent mails to this address earlier but I am sure this email account is not monitored as I never received any reply from them.

(EK[protected]IN) and it was delivered on 1st of Feb 2016, but this NSDL have sent a mail saying that it is a invalid doucment.. as per their guidelines.. they required on CIN document for pan card registration on company name.. as we have sent the same.. they have received the acknowledgement.. but not CIN document.. Have called to customer support.. they are telling the same.. like a ivr.. have not recieved a document.. they are not working properly.. after 20 days also.. they are telling the same... still not recieved the documents.. this is how they work... they dont response to any of the complaint registered... as well..

My application for PAN card was processed by TIN PAN CENTRE, Hyderabad to NSDL two months ago. I was told by the centre that my pan card was despatched to my given address one month ago throgh EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE VIDE

When contacted local couriers, I was told that the cover containing PAN card was delivered to the neighbouring dweller. But so far it has not been recieved. Inspite of my repeated telephonic calls, neither the courier service nor the local pan centre which processed my application could respond. I'll be very much thankful, if you kindly come to help me by sending atleast duplicate PAN CARD at the earliest.

I agree with Vijay. I applied at NSDL online for Form26AS on 19 May, 10, and it was told that Shell transource will come at my office for verification within 3 days. This is almost one month but nobody came . I called at Shell but they behave rude on phone and they are always busy with lunch and tea.
I dont know why NSDL has chosen such a lousy centre.
