I bought this tittan Regalia from National Watch House, Balmatta rd, Hampankatta, Mangalore(Karnataka) on 18th April 2008 to wear for my cousins marriage party.On 19th April i found the watch is not functioning properly so i went back to the showroom, i was being told that the problem was with the battery and that he replaced it .Since i m staying in Navi Mumbai (Vashi) i returned back home on 20th April. I bought this watch to wear it occasionally for some function but the problem still arised, so i called up the showroom at Mangalore, but i was asked to get it their showroom, as it was not possible for me to take it theer, I went to our nearby showroom at Vashi (Titan World).I ask them wat was the problem but they couldnt answer and asked me to collect the watch after a week as they will send it to the company.I collected the watch, it was working properly.
Bout now again the problem has started.Since its a brand new watch i need a replacement.Also i cannot go to Mangalore to argue.
Will Titan World at Vashi would give me a replacement.Pls suggest me at the earliest.

I have been cheated of Rs 25 as the actual price was M R P. Rs: 75 but they took Rs 100 by putting their own tag of Rs100. I had bought a Titan steel bracelet A1392, City 1 2045239 Pk. Dt: 02/06 on 31st of December 2008 from IMPEX WATCH CO., 124 A/1, RAJA SC MALLICK ROAD, GARIA MORE, KOLKATA -700047 PH[protected]. I should be returned Rs25. When I complained about it they replied very rudely and said its new price. We will not return it.
