Dear Sir,
I am Chandru.V. My address is 18/24 convent street, Cheyur Road, Avinashi-641654, Coimbatore. My Contact No is [protected]. I went Coimbatore from my home on[protected]. I got a bus (TN 33 N 2580) from chidhamani theatre bus stop at 3.05 PM. The Bus ticket No is 289135. After 30 minutes the bus had breakdown near karumattampatti police station. In that bus driver and conductor were checked the bus and told this bus had break downed, so it will not move. Then we were step down from the bus. At that time two buses were came from avinashi. Both the buses were stopped. The first bus had crowed. So we ask the (TN 33 N 2580) Bus conductor shall we step up this bus. The Bus number is (TN 74 N 1460). This bus is stand on center of the road. We step up that bus. In the mean time bus conductor told we stop the bus on left side of the road. So passengers were remove they hands from that bus. Suddenly the bus driver starts the bus and he went, he didn’t stop the bus and take that passengers. After the bus driver stop the bus at karumattampatti bus stop. The conductor came near to me, and he told, those who are the passengers come from the bus (TN 33 N 2580), those are again take the ticket from this bus, others please stop down the bus. We were asked his branch manager mobile number or branch number. But he didn’t give those numbers. Also he didn’t tell his name. We were argued with him, but he didn’t accept anything. So we were taken a ticket from karumattampatti to Coimbatore. The bus Ticket No is 286076. The Time to issued ticket 3.40 PM.
Here I have attached those two bus tickets and the irresponsible conductors’ bus front and back side photos.
In case I didn’t have any enough money means what I am doing. Sp please take an action to the irresponsible conductor; also ask him to give money Rs. 50,000 for compensation. Because I am mentally disturbed due to this event.
I am waiting from the court response. I believe I will get a good justice.

I need a justice
i 28.10.2011 i travel to thalavadi to sathy in thalavadi to coimbatoure bus(8.30am )... the bus is going to on the way of sathy . at time bus is going to meddle of punijure to assanure.. at the time one man reques to stop the bus get inside. but driver is do not stop the bus... people are say to driver and conductor please stop the bus. but they are do not stop the bus.. on same date bus is going to give special stop for two woman get into out side in hassanur . what happen is going there... . conductor name is LAXMIKANTH..

    i booked a ticket in setc bus from dharapuram to chennai on 20.7.2011 7 pm .i was delayed by 2 min so bus was depatured.they were asking my phone number in the registration form .i traced the bus through call taxi within 10 km .i was astonished by seeing my seat was filled by someone... MY QUESTION : 1.whats the point for asking my phone number? since they did not disclose their phone number anywhere i could nt able to make a call. 2.how come my seat would be filled within next stop, if so what about my reservation ?     You are at fault and didn't reach on time. You should reach 10 minutes before departure of the bus. Once bus depart on time they are entitled to take back the seat provided to you. Because your ticket becomes invalid if you don't reach on time. No point in chasing by call taxi and its their wish to board you or not. Don't shout at the bus hiding your fault. Be responsible.

      I TOOK TICKET IN TNSTC AT 1.30 PM FROM TRICHY TO CHENNAI BY A/C BUS. I TOOK THE BUS BECAUSE OF SUMMER I PREFFER AC BUS. BUT THE AC IS NOT WORKING. EVEN IF AC IS NOT WORKING THE OUT SIDE AIR ALSO WILL NOT COME.IF WE ASK THE CONDUCTOR HE TOLD WE GAVE THE AC FOR SERVICE BUT DUE TO HEAVY SUMMER AC IMPACT WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU. WINDOW ALSO NOT OPENED. THINK THAT 7 HRS WITH SWETING WE CAME HERE BY 7.30 AT CHENNAI. EVEN IF WE COMPLAINT ALSO WHO WILL TAKE CARE.

      EVERY BODY FRUSTRATED AND SHOUTED AT CONDUCTOR WHAT HE CAN DO WITH AC MAHINE.

        I have travelled from Chennai CMBT to Erode on 20.05.11 thro TNSTC , Erode division which is going upto Gopi , they have started around 6.30 pm , the bus stops at the place near to Viluppuram around 10 pm for dinner , the hotel place is ARISTO , already I am hungry , I went to the hotel and enquired and ordered for Dosa , they have given 2 Dosas and told that they wont provide any sambar or chutney and the available dish is Egg , Chicken & Mutton Kurumas , What to do , I ordered Egg Kuruma , then I got shocked the boiled eggs in Kuruma which the taste is very worst.Anyway I have taken half dosa and the bill amount is Rs.65/=. All the passengers came there were cursing the hotel people and drivers / conductors. In the hotel like this they were getting higher amount and giving the worst food , If we eat that food means definetily we will face side effects. All the drivers & conductors were treated as VVIP in that hotels and they were served in seperate room , afterall for these free food , the drivers/ conductors are pushing us in a Bad hotels , instead of this they can get Rs.10/= extra from all the passengers for food and stop in good hotel.

          This is very sad to mention that, bus number: TN-74-N-1039, which i traveled from Kulasekaram to Chennai. The departure timing of the bus was 2:30pm, three days before the timings for some buses were changed and the passengers were not aware of it, even the booking office didn't inform passengers who were already reserved the tickets.(Note: They noted the phone numbers during booking). Another issue is that the Government bus itself is using pirated DVD movies.

            The buses from Pondy are not stopping during peak hours at Kalpakkam stop. If enquired, the answer was the buses are fully occupied at the starting place itself. We travelling by the state run transport, have to bear all the difficulties.
            During the peak hours (7-9am) especially on Monday, it is very difficult to board the buses if they stop. The issue was taken to notice to honourable MP of Kancheepuram constituency, but in vain.
            Nearly more than 1000 people travel up and down to Chennai daily.
            I request the concerned authorites to run addtional services, if possibel cut service from Kalpakkam or from the local depot already functioning.

            Yes. The worst ever bus services from Kalpakkam township. Most of the services are cut down from the bus depot. When asked about a service at a particular time, there is no reply or very rude answer. If the time keepers are not interested in their jobs, they should quit their jobs and find one interesting for themselves. All the buses in ECR are overcrowded most of the times. Is this how it should be for a scientific community which is serving India?
            SUB : Compliance againsts Gingee depot driver - Not stopping and used unnecessary words

            Sir,

            I am vijayakumar working for Siemens Information services ltd at Electronic city - Bangalore.
            I was plan to travel from Bangalore to Gingee on 28.08.2011 and thought to have the bus from Electronic city.
            On that day around 2.50 pm i reached over there and waiting for the Gingee bus(direct bus- Gingee Depot & Bus No :Tn 32 N 3472).
            In the same bus my friend got in at Silkboard and informed to condutor to stop the bus at Electronic city, as five of my friends were waiting there and
            he agreed and he himself ask to stop the bus to driver, But the driver didn't stop at electronic city bus stop,
            even the bus has more than 8 vacate seats.We all ran to catch the bus while it crossing the stop even other corporation
            buses were stoppped there(Salem, Chennai, etc).While the time three more buses are stopped in the bus stop but that driver seen us
            and doesn't stop. More than 15 people were waiting for that bus.After crossed that stopping my friend ask to that driver
            but that driver scold my friend and the way of treat is not good and he used unnecessary words to him.After Osur only the bus got full if you have doubt please
            the report on the day service.

            Because these kind of Employers only your corporation is going down.

              I had a travel in government bus from karur to Erode.Bus No TN33 N 2607 Date 27/4/2011 time 8.40pm.I gave 100 rupees to conductor for 22 rupees because i dont have change.But the Conductor didnt give me the balance amount upto my designation.Atlast he make a note in ticket backside and signed.The very next day i asked in kavindapadi Branch they told me that the conductor did not remit my balance.
              Also this is a conformed cheat.

              I also make a letter to kavindapadi Branch manager on 30/4/2011.But he did not response till now.So please make a proper remedy and also i have the original ticket with the conductor signature.

                Sir,

                There is no bus facility from chengalpattu to tindivanam/villupuram/pondicherry. In the days of pongal deepavali or on marriage days or on sundays, all buses are going in bye pass and not entering the chengalpattu town.

                Please arrange seperate bus facility from chengalpattu to villupuram, pondicherry / tindivanam

                  1. The SETC buses are of very poor quality in terms of cleanliness and comfort of seats.
                  2. The seats are all torn and dirty. Moreover there is no legspace at all.
                  3. They never maintain the timings. Officials dont even know whether bus will come or not?
                  4. People are ready to pay money but SETC is not ready to provide quality.
                  5. Why not ply volvo buses between important districts where private people are making money.

                  I just completely agree with the timings and about the conditions of the bus. Its pity on Tamil Nadu government not able to take a serious action regarding this issue in spite of regular complaints and notices from the passengers. And another important thing to mention is about the online booking. SETC, for namesake has a website but why cant it provide an online reservation system for passengers.. ??
                  SETC officials have something to study from the Karnataka State Road Transport Coorporation (KSRTC) or any other private services ; just an inspection on the timings, cleanliness and the rules they follow on the buses and in maintaining an online booking service, SETC officials can clearly understand why the transport coorporation in Tamil Nadu is running on a loss while KSRTC and private transport is on a huge profit in Tamil Nadu.

                    I went to Salem Bus Stand to Book SETC Bus ticket on 11-Mar-2011 @ 9.45 PM. But the officer at issuing the form told me that come tomorrow in negligent manner despite the booking timing was till 10:00 PM which is written on the board. Some how I fought with him and convinced to get the form. He asked for the cash Re. 1. Unfortunately I didn't had Re. 1 and I gave Rs 10. He angrily took the form from me and through the cash saying come with exact Re. 1 to get the form. This is a rude behavior. The I got the change some a co passenger and booked the ticket to bangalore at 09:52 PM. The officer on duty in issuing the form has to be punished for saying the counter is closed well before the closure time and his rude, negligent behavior.

                      I TRAVELED FROM PONDYCHERI TO CMBT IN TNSTC (VPM) BUS(TN 41 N 1411) BELONGING TO CBMT STAND ON[protected]BOARDED BUS BY 16.30HRS. THE CONDUCTOR COLLECTED THE NORMAL FARE OF RS55 AND ISSUED THE TICKET TILL CMBT. BUT, THEY STOPPED THE BUS AT GUINDY BY (20.20HRS) WITHOUT ANY BREAKDOWN. THEY ASKED US TO BOARD ANOTHER BUS ROUTE NO118 (TN 32 N 3105) BOARD DISPLAYED TILL CMBT BUT THIS BUS TOO WAS STOPPED AT ASHOK PILLAR (BY 20.45HRS) AND ASKED THE PASSENGERS TO GET DOWN. THEN WE GOT ANOTHER BUS OF OUR OWN TO REACH CMBT. I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS ISSUE TO G4 TIME OFFICE (CMBT) ON THE SAME DATE TO Mr.BAALU.                       Sir,
                      I am working in NLC, on[protected], my self and my son was travelled your bus No TN-32N-3287 from Neyveli to Bangalore for college admission. I have to Reserve the seat No: 40 & 41. I was seated in my allotting seat. On the way of some area was damaged and the bus was jumped. When the vehicle was running after crossing the Tiruvannamalai most road road was damaged for aviation. In this condition your driver was rashly drive the bus without any breaking to the damaged area. In this drive we have to inconvenience for sitting behind the passenger. Some passenger go and ask the driver, sir in this road condition we are not sitting behind the seat, please go slow, to excuse to him. The driver said I have no time to go to the end of the point, this speed will go, we have to reach the end point at proper time. If you have any problem come and sit front any vacant seat. The passenger was came and sit same seat without out any reply to the driver
                      In this time, the vehicle was running nearby Sengam, again the bus was running rashly and overtaken the entire vehicle, on opposite one vehicle came, our bus suddenly applied the brake, all are come forward hit nose and head. The entire passenger is shouted. Again, he has to refuse the passenger words and drive the vehicle very fast. On the way one up and Down road came, he suddenly applied the brake, and the vehicle jumped to high, my head was hitter to the upper carriage. Suddenly I go and ask the driver, he has to replied, come and sit front, I asked, this is not a word, what we are asking go slow at the damaged area otherwise you tell come and sit front seat. I meanwhile, the conductor came from front seat with rash, (ippa enna pane pora, vandi appadithan pogum, Unnal mudinthal poi complaint sei, engala ondum seiya mudiyathu endru sonar) I asked, sir you are the conductor, you have to adivised to the driver, otherwise you have misbehave me, and unused word you are using. (Yai driver vandiyai niruthu, evan enna seikirar parpom endru drivarai parthu command seithar). Suddenly all the passenger asked, sir leave the matter, further don’t asked anything to the conductor and the driver. You have to report to the transport manager. And then I came and sit my seat. The conductor using vulgar words and say un-respect words. In this words wounding in myself. So, this type of driver and conductor make some problem on the way of travelling and damaged to your transport name. Please take necessary action against the driver and conductor.

                        I traveled yesterday from Chennai to Bangalore. After the bus starts,I was feeling something biting and then i found that so many Bugs. Its too bad, that we are paying 300Rs and it is not clean and passengers are suffering. In spite of that ticket cost is actually 295 and the conductor took 300 from every one. While getting down i asked for change. He is telling no change. This is not tolerable. I wish after seeing this complaint at least government take necessary actions.

                          Hi,
                          I have a concern about the way long distance bus are run between Tuticorin and Rameshwaram. The distance between these 2 place is around 180KM, so its expected that the bus for such distance would not stop in every small village. But to my surprise all the buses in this route stops in all the places/villages. Infact in most of the place, it will go to internal bus stop in small town and then take the bypass.
                          This way of torturing customers is ridiculous. If you cant differentiate between long distance buses and local buses, then i think you should close your transport and give it to private players.

                            I travelled from Trichy to Chennai in a SETC Ultra Deluxe Bus(No.2703) scheduled at 11:00 P.M on 8th December, 2010. It was so uncomfortable that none of the passengers in the bus were able to sit in their seats even for 10minutes after the bus started. All the seats were full of tons of bed bugs, biting everywhere. When all o[censored]s complained to the conductor, he gave a number, whom dint respond at all. All the passengers were to have sleepless night with full of bites. Infact, i directly went to a clinic to get medicines after getting down in Chennai. I came to know that this is the state in almost all SETC ultra deluxe buses. Will the government take any necessary steps or the passengers have to suffer like this everytime inspite of paying double charges than a normal bus in Ultra Deluxe??? WORST EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER EVER TRAVEL AGAIN IN SETC BUS AND WONT SUGGEST ANYONE FOR THAT TOO..

                            SETC bus transport — Worse travel

                            I am travelling from ooty to bangalore in SETC right now. I paid rs.280 for my ticket. All o[censored]s in the bus are disturbed extremely by some kind of bed bugs. My hands, neck and other skin are swolen; all o[censored]s are. Everyone here is very irritated. Couple of foreigners are more affected and they are standing for the whole travel now. Poor conductor! Bus number is TN43 N 0448.
                            Now we are travelling with lights on and windows open. But no sleep:-(

                            I have booked the Air bus ticket @ Hosur on 19/11/09 for Hosur to chennai on 20/11/09 @ 10.30PM S.No 23, 24, 25 and Chennai to Hosur on three tickets on 22/11/09 @ 11.30PM S.No 14, 15, 16 in the name of Balakrishnan, but unfortunately I missed the ticket on 20/11/09 @ 8.35 PM for both. Susequently I enquired and requested the person available at counter " His behaviour is very worst and there is no proper response" even I have given a letter for missing the ticket with address proof

                            Finally I have cancelled my trip and my lose is Rs: 1100 with a lot of pain in my health

                            First thing the management itself is very poor - Why they are not collecting the house address
                            This type of incident, they really like to collect the money from others

                            Now a days train and Air journey is very comfortable and the response is very good

                            I was traveling from Coimbatore to Bangalore every week end in KSRTC with the same cost as SETC their timings, politeness of driver and conductor is very good . But In SETC only dogs can travel

                            This week I was traveling in a busTN 01 N 7441, from coimbatore on 13/11/2011. Only driver and conductor were sleeping.Nobody in the bus slept.

                            Full of bugs, I cant close windows, driver and conductor are not at all polite and they are not at all switching off any lights but driver and conductor were sleeping and using cell phones full night

                            Finally I am telling IN SETC only dogs can travel human beings cant travel

                            I am a BP patient I did not sleep . I am going to take off to the office I never experience any issue in KSRTC

                              ON 25/11/2010,I BOARDED THE BUS TN 32 N2434 AT PONDICHERRY BUS STAND. I ASKED TICKET FOR SINGAPERUMALKOIL. I WAS ISSUED TICKET NO[protected] [protected] FOR RS.45/- TO TAMBARAM. WHEN THE BUS WAS APPROACHING SINGAPERUMALKOIL, I SHOUTED FROM THE LAST SEAT WHERE I WAS SITTING TO STOP THE BUS BUT BOTH THE DRIVER AND CONDUCTOR DID NOT HEAR MY SHOUTING. I RUSHED TO CONDUCTOR WHO WAS SITTING IN THE FRONT AND ASKED WHY HE DID NOT STOP AND AT LEAST WHY HE ISSUED THE TICKET TO TAMBARAM AND KEPT QUIET.HE TOLD THE BUS WOULD STOP ONLY AT GUDUVANCHERRY. I SHOWED HIM A COMMUNICATION RECEIVED FROM GM,TNSTC VILLUPURAM INDICATING THAT SINGAPERUMALKOIL WAS A STAGE STOP AND ALL BUSES SHOULD NECESSARILY STOP. BUT THE CONDUCTOR REFUSED TO OBLIGE AND TOLD ME TO DO WHATEVER I COULD. HE EVEN WENT ON TO SAY "ENNAI VENUM NA JAIL LA POTTUKKA ANA NIRTHA MUDIYATHU'.
                              AFTER GREAT DIFFICULTY, I COULD GET DROPPED THREE KMS AWAY FROM SINGAPERUMALKOIL ALONG WITH AN OLD LADY. AT THE PLACE NO CONVEYANCE WAS AVAILABLE. WE WERE FORCED TO WALK TO OUR DESTINATION. THIS CAUSED LATE ARRIVAL TO MY OFFICE AND I FACED THE CONSEQUENCES.
                              BECAUSE OF THE INCORRIGIBLE ATTITUDE OF THE CONDUCTOR, I PREFER TO TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH THE CONSUMER REDRESSAL FORUM FOR REDRESSAL OF MY GRIEVANCE AND THE ACTION AGAINST ERRING STAFF

                                I am an employee of BSNL and residing at Chennimalai, Erode district. I want to share few things in Bus route in Chennimalai, Erode district. Recently one mafsal bus route was opened from Chennimalai to Erode on 0925AM at Chennimalai from Salem depot. This bus is not coming regularly. It is coming only 2 to 3 days per week. Also some time it follows the route PS Park in Erode and some times Surampatti depending upon conductor and driver. This lead lot of inconvenience to regular passengers. If it is coming regularly and follows PS Park route in Erode, lot of passengers use the service it is most useful to office timers.
                                Also in Evening one mafsal bus route is opened from Erode to Chennimalai at 0600 PM at Erode to Chennimalai from Salem Division. This bus also follows PS park route some time and Surampatti route some times. Also it is not coming regularly. If it is coming in regular time and follows PS Park route,lot of passengers use the service and is more useful to general public. Due to this irregularities, private bus loaded heavily and after 10 to 15 minutes, this bus was operated only with 10 to 15 passengers.
                                Hence I request to persons concerned by this forum to take necessary action and guide the Conductors and Drivers to follow the same route and to follow the punctuality in timings for the benefit of public please.

                                I'm fed up with TNSTC Salem guys, Tnstc salem covers the route of Bengaluru to Salem and also Salem to Madurai. The most slowest drivers are these people only. They took 6 hrs for salem to Bengaluru (just for 200 Kms). You see KSRTC also have their services to Salem to Bengaluru. our Tamil nadu people are waiting for KSRTC and then travel in their buses, eventhough our buses 2 or 3 already in the counter and waiting for their time. Why people like KSRTC. because they takes only 2.30 hrs or 3 hrs to reach Salem to Bengaluru. What our TNSTC salem buses doing is going to all the district bus stands and the horrible in thing is going to all the villages including Omalur, kaveripattam, Soola giri, rayakoottai... What is this? This is not a Express Service. Town bus service. The stupid Salem depot management never took any action for this.

                                You See! one important this is Our buses are not running successfully inside karnataka. (For Example, 1 year back salem depot run one Salem to Shimoga service. But finally this was going under loss and finally the salem depot terminated the service.). But their buses running more successfully inside Tamil nadu. how? All people are working in IT & Software. They want to save time and go early to Bangalore. On Monday morning 6 O Clock they catch the KSRTC bus and by 9 or 10 am they get inside their Offices. Their KSRTC takes only 3 hrs. The salem TNSTC manage does not have services of BYE-PASS RIDER Buses. only one bus doing the BPR service.

                                You See! Even NWKRTC has its service from Salem to Davenkare in Northern karnataka. In addition to that Rajahamsa, KSRTC have their services from Salem to Bengaluru. I've visited so many times in Monday morning in Salem bus stand, people are waiting and then take KSRTC.

                                The Solution is: on Monday and Week-end and Festival times TNSTC salem must opperate more BYE-PASS RIDER Buses. Then only we can compete these KSRTC buses.

                                In Tamil Nadu more BYE-PASS RIDER buses are operated by TNSTC - Nellai and Madurai Division.
                                From Madurai to Tirunelveli every 1/2 an hour you can get one BYE-PASS RIDER. TNSTC nellai and madurai doing their excellent job. And this attracted south people and many are using these buses. Now-a-days people prefer BYE PASS RIDER buses than Private buses.
                                I travelled so many times. BYE PASS RIDER even overtakes all the ordinary private buses, SETCs, some times SHARMA, VIVEGAM volvo buses also. Its hard to believe. But happened.

                                So south side no problem. But still North is fully ruled by TNSTC Salem upto Bengaluru. When these Salem depot operate more BYE-PASS RIDER Buses?. when these people will have the wisdom to operate these services?.

                                Please operate more BYE -PASS RIDER services from salem to Bengaluru. Then only we can catch our people. Otherwise KSRTC is planing to operate more services from salem to bengaluru in 2013. If they do it, then Surely TNSTC salem is going to be under loss. Then they can run Town-Bus service from Salem to Bengaluru.

                                  The conductor in coimbatore city bus no: TN 33N 1639. Route No 48. Route Ukkadam to Vedhanthavalam is misbehaving with the passangers, If the passanger gives 10 rs for ticket rate 4.50 ( from Chavady to Ukkadam) he says the passanger to get down from bus since he has no change. If the passanger ask him any thing he says that he dint ask the passanger to get inside the bus.. Why this is happening.. There are many stops between Chavady to Ukkadam, why the conductor dosent get any change for 10rs between this 15 km.. This is really hurting the people.. Same conductor is giving change for 10 rs for his friends who is enterring in bus near to Ukkadam ( ticket rate 3 rs). This is happening many times...

                                  I am A.SATHIK from BARGUR. Daily i am travelling from BARGUR to SUBEDHARMEDU AT 8'O' clock. In that time one town bus B28 was there today i came in that. The conductor CHITTHAN told me tomorrow onwards you don"t come in this bus this will not stop there, you take KAKC(Private bus). Today 3rd time he is telling like that sir.

                                      This is very disheartening story of the inconvience caused by your SETC corrupted Stagg to the trip velakkanni, I had booked first a ticket on 20/10/2010 at 1.33.pm from Bangalore to Velakanni dept on 29/10/10 at 8.45 p.m from Bangalore and return Ticket from Velakanni to Bangalore on 31/10/10 from Velakkani to Bangalore at 6.30 P.m at Majestic Counter Via Ticket No.692510, I had to pay extra Rs.50/- on each ticket,while returning from velakanni I noticed which is my negligence also that the ticket date was mentioned as 30/10/10 instead of 31/10/10, where I had to pay extra ticket charges and come, even the Staff at Velkanni counter didn't try to help at my pleads also, when I came to Bangalore on 01/11/10, I checked at the Majestic counter , I was shocked to see that my form was missing and the person wo had booked to ticket was transfered, and the counter person started howling at me highlighting my negligence, at the same time One Mr.Ramanathan an Auditor of Coimbatore of SETC came to sought out the problem, and he took a letter from me as complaint about the situation and xerox copy of the ticket, promising me to help me. But still know I not got any reply from your SETC .

                                      This is very disgusting that in our Home town we are cheated by the Staff of other states who have come to earn by rendering mismanupalation services.

                                      This is complaint is to make an awarness in how the Goverment Staff are cheating the citiizens.

                                      PLEASE DONOT DISCARD THIS MAIL, BUT TRY TO GIVE A SOLUTION.

                                      Hi, you can't blame the employee here. Its 200% your fault on. While booking any ticket, you should check the date, time and the route before you leave the counter. We can tell our problems if some one cheated us, but this is our careless mistakes and nobody else can take the resposibility...
