[Resolved] Toyota Fortuner — lack of | |
i purchased a fortuner reg no DL 3CG 5623 on 1st September'09 on first service I told the service executive that the breaks dont work properly and even after making 6 to 7 complaints/ visit to M/s Uttam Toyota Noida the breaks have not been repaired and i fear that with those breaks i will definately meet with an accident. The service manager told me its a 4x4 vehicle so the breaks will be like this only which is really not justified as I have other 4x4 suv's also Was this information helpful? | |

Subject:-Complaint about the gross negligence of your Service Agent/Dealer and sudden clutch failure of my Fortuner Car vide Model No- GUN166R-SXFMHX, VIN NO- MBJGA3G[protected] with its engine No-1GDAZ18825
Dear Sir,
This is in regards to the subject cited above; this vehicle is being used single handed with maintenance till now. Yesterday, I observed the reduced pickup and got it inspected at your workshop. One of your service executive told us that its clutch plate is malfunctioning thus needs to be changed immediately. It is a matter of surprise for me that Fortuner is a world’s renowned and reputed car and its clutch plate suddenly stops functioning after only 25000 kms of run. As per record, I have got all the services done at your authorised service station only. During last two years no one told me about the condition of clutch plate then how come this clutch plate starts malfunctioning suddenly. It is clear evident that that your service staffs is not performing their duty properly thus it becomes imperative for you to replace this clutch plate at your level.
Therefore, you are requested to replace the clutch plate at your level without any further delay failing which I will be forced to take necessary steps against you which includes escalating this matter to higher authority in Toyota and off course approaching the consumer court.
Kindly expedite ASAP.
