[Resolved] Trackon Courier — Non delivery of packet | |
I have sent a packet containing income tax return and other supporting documents through Trackon Courier AWB no.[protected] from New Delhi to Bareilly (U.P.) on 23-07-09 in name of Mr. Heeralal but it is not delivered till now. I had made many called to Trackon Courier, Karol Bagh, New Delhi office and also to Bareilly (U.P.) office. On calling to Bareilly they used very rough language and said they will not deliver that packet. I also request to return that packet back to me, but they are refuging to give back that packet. I have sent courier on 05/09/07 from ldh ( punjab) to uttrakhand ( uttranchal) . till date courier is not recived . plz do the needful help . bcoz its very urgent docs. plz uregenty revert me for this case. i[censored]r company is not able to deliver the than plz send it to me back. i'll send it to from any oter company.

I am Amit Bhateja living in Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar -4 New Delhi. I am Living from last 7 in lajpat Nagar. The track on Services are very poor that in these 7 months i never got any courier in mu hand. I have always visit to their Branch which is also in Lajpat Nagar 4. Some times they sent my courier to Punjab. They people dont make any call if they do not find the Address. I am really frustrated from their services. The packet must reach in Delhi at Right time but the Team at Lajpat Nagar office is to lazy to deliver the courier. I have face this problem not at once but every time i have to go to lajpat Nagar office to receiver my packet. I request please be sincere in delivery because some times the custmor miss the most important document they indeed.
