Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Hi Team,

Trackon guys are unable to track my package and after countless attempts, they are sending an e-mail asking to provide the status instead of asking someone who will be able to track the package. This package was sent from Rajpura (Punjab) in the last week of May with priority shipping and it’s been more than 17-18 days, and the package is not yet delivered to me. When I called them up, they hung up on me and when I wrote an e-mail to them asking for the status, they asked me the ‘To Address’ n number of times. I don’t have all the time in the world to chase these guys. Please do the needful.

As per them, the package is delivered with company’s stamp in Thane and I stay in Bangalore, not Thane. Still these are not ready to understand.

Is there anyone who can help me tracking this package. I called your toll free number and I was just being transferred from here and there and no one could track the package for me. Its been more than 7 days and you could not deliver the package to my place. If you are unable to handle it, just escalate it. I am Deepak Manohar from Medavakkam Chennai. I received a courier from Mumbai to Chennai docket no[protected]. The great website of Trackon Courier showed the status as received to Guindy (HUB) on 1st June 2012. But when contacted after two days the contact person said that the courier was still lying with them and they are to deliver the courier on the same day (4th June 2012). I didnt recevie on 4th June 2012. I contacted the manager Mr. Nagraj on 5th June 2012 on his mobile he assured me that the courier will be delivered by afternoon. But it didnt happen. When contacted the same person again he was using abusive languages and said that there is no deliverly to Medavakkam. I asked them this they could have done it earlier itself for which they didnt have a proper answer. Today is 6th June 2012 and even today whenever I call their office they are not picking up the call. I am afraid that the Courier might have been damaged or misplaced by them.

My sincere appeal to people is that please dont use this courier service and I hope some authority from India/TN should look into it and solve the case with this particular courier service which creates so many problem to customers.

My order no is[protected]. I had sent my stuff worth rupees 3000 from trackon couriers from c-block sushant lok -1 market gurgaon haryana on 22nd may 2012. They didn't deliver on time as told by them on 26th may 2012 and cleary told me that its misplaced somewhere. After many follow-ups they are not communicating well and not giving me final status. I want my compensation for this fraud. I want my money back worth of my stuff and courier charges back.

I am Madheshwaran from Porur,Chennai.The courier from Delhi booked to Me on 06.05.2012.Today date 10.05.2012.But still now I am not receive the same.The Pod Nos are[protected] and[protected].


So I made call to the folowing nos they mentioned in their website[protected] To 28153783 last 2 days no one respond.Nos all are busy.If ring no one respond our call .I did not see this kind of irresponsible in my life..

I have sent courier with your primetrack and it has been delayed for 6 days.

Even after assurance from Model town Trackon Courier people, i made this courier as PrimeTrack and they said it will be get delivered next day. And i paid 150 rupees for this service and was given assurance that it will reach next day.

Even if the courier has been delivered on 2 May, i may not raise this concern. IT TOOK 9 DAYS with your PRIME SERVICE

I Need my Money back for this very very Slow service.

WE HAVE BOOKED A PARCEL AT JALANDHAR OFFICE VIDE AWB NO[protected] ON 03.10.2011 TO M/S TEEN FASHION AT MUMBAI. TILL TODAY PARTY HAD NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL AND COURIER COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE AT JALANDHAR OFFICE TOLD US THAT THE PARCEL HAD DELIVERED AND YOU SHOULD CONTACT OUR HEAD OFFICE. WE ALREADY PAID SPECIAL FREIGHT. WHEN WE CONTACT THE HEAD OFFICE WIDE LETTER DATED 21.01.2012 THEY REPLIED SAME AS JALANDHAR OFFICE THE VALUE OF PARCEL IS RS.24072.00.

I sent the courier on 13.4.12 AWB nO.[protected] to Andheri,Amboli till now it has not reached.........when i call the office they are telling call this person and that person...... what a poor service!!!!!!!!1 i Advice all o[censored] not to deal with this courier....... it has very very poor service...... bad resposnse.

i have dispatched a courier on 17 march 2012 from a outlet in jaipur mansarovar which was supposed to reach its destination by 20 march . Today is 30 march and the courier is still not delivered . i have been complaining about the delay from the very next day and the agent was assuring me of the delivery on next day which has not yet came ! and now the agent is also not giving proper replies . i also called the head office but got the same assurance and still my courier is in delhi instead of mp . i don't know what i am supposed to do now .

I had sent a parcel containing a print cartridge to my client in Hyderabad through this courier bearing POD no[protected] on[protected] , the courier promised delivery on[protected] I had given my client the nos of trackon listed in their website , the hyderabad nos didnt work at all, when I called the Bangalore office on[protected] at 4 pm , they told me that the same would get delivered within 6 oclock, the client waited for the same and didnt receive the parcel , again I called them up on[protected] at around 11am , after about 15-16 tries I managed to get through and they said due to some labour strike in their office the courier wasnt sent and it would happen today[protected] , but as of now the same hasnt yet been delivered.I called them at 4 today and a lady who was singing and laughing at the phone comes up and I ask her for the status and she says she isnt sure and gives me the Hyderabad managers no . [protected] , 8-10 calls from different nos to this phone , he didnt bother to pick up.

courier not delievered by trackon couriers worth rs 1500 to destination in banglore even after more than a month.
i had booked the courier from pune on 17th january 2012 and it had reached banglore on 19 th January but not from banglore to the destinationm place.
the tracking number is
[protected] from pune containing two T-shirts to Banglore myntra.com warehouse location in banglore location on 17th of January 2012 from Pune.
It's nearly a month and the courier has not reached the destination and no updates are provided on the site after 21st of january.

As expected the contact numbers and email addresses of trackon couriers[protected]
[protected]@TRACKONCOURIER.COM are not responded by anyone.
i have called every single day from the past one month and sent them so many mails but they respond to none.
please take legal action against trackon couriers and try to get the amout evuiqvalent to the courier price stolen by trackon back to me.

The consignment is lying at Courier company's Hyderabad (HYD) location since 12 Jan 12 and has not been delivered to the customer. This is holding up my payment. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I have called up Trackon Courier's HYD numbers many times but they are always busy. Have sent them an email and after more than 24 hours have elapsed I am yet to receive any reply.

Seeking intervention by consumer complaints to resolve the issue.

I am very disappointed with the services provided by this Trackon courier company. This was a very urgent document couriered from Mumbai to Bangalore and so far I have not received the till the date. I tried reaching the provided telephone numbers multiple times, however no one is answering the call. Even after loggin a complain on their service center via email /phone there is no response.

I am Ch.Sivakumar,on 24/12/11 i was sent a parcel from Mumbai by a Homoeo pathic pharmacy co,(the no is[protected].It has not reached me yet.On tracking the status using the consignment no,i came to know that the parcal has reached Vadapalani branch on 26/12/11 and they are yet to deliver the same.Even after repeated calls to the branch all they say is they will send it soon.This is the worst service i have ever heard of from a courier co.If they dont have people to deliver,why the hell on earth are they booking the orders.

We have received very bad communication from trackon courier service, as the parcel is sent from mumbai to pune-talegaon and which is delayed from last 1 week and when we contacted to the concern person on his cell - [protected], we have got the reply as they deliver the parcel after 2 days post the parcel received at their office. And if we need it in urgent basis we have to collect it from their office.

We really unhappy with the service from such TRACKON COURIER SERVICES, please take the action on the same.

This complain is regarding Non receipt of courier ( No[protected].
The details of this courier is as below:
Origin Place-Patna
Booking Date- 03/11/2011
Destnation Place- Ghaziabad.

But till now i havn't receive this courier neither any call from Trackon guys.

Regarding this matter i have talked to Mr. Nirdesh(CSD) mob no-[protected], Mr. Ghosh mob no- [protected] at their head office in Delhi, daily 2-3 times. but not getting any satisfactory reply from both of guys. sometime they say that all consigment is with customs at airport somtimes they say talk to Patna Branch soetime they say talk to Ghaziabad branch. final result is that till now i havn't receive the courier.
i talked to patna Branch also (mob no- [protected] ) but not getting any responsible reply he just said talk to Delhi Branch.

i have mailed to trackon courier(email [protected]@TRACKONCOURIER.COM ) at least 6 times but getting any reply from there.

just tell me how can i get my this courier...i am just fed up with Trackon guys..this is the worst courier in India i have faced till now.

This is to bring in your kind attention that I had book my consignment on date 24/10/2011 with Courier no.[protected] for Azamgarh (Uttar Pradesh). But till date it has been not delivered to the destination. So let me know what to do in that case. Why there is so much delay.

I am a textile shop owner in jaipur. i have sent a parcel to my customer on 1 october 2011 through trackon courier bani park branch in jaipur.

shipment number is[protected] dated 1october 2011. after the usual time of delivery which is seven days, when i conformed it from the customer if they had received the parcel or not. my customer denied to receive the parcel.

on that i contacted the men at bani park branch on 12 october and he told that it will be deliverd in one day. but it was not delivered. again i call him and he again ask for one more day. again the same not delivered. he gave bangalore office number and nobody responded me with responsibility.

i am trying continuously from ten days to bangalore office and jaipur office. i talked to sanjay singh head of jaipur office and he promised to look into the matter and then never again he received my call. always somebody else picked up his cell and said that he left his cell phone in the office. i atleast tried ten times but in vain. still i dont know where the parcel is. they tried to misguide me that the parcel is delivered. on confirmation it was found wrong which later trackon courier also agreed.

i want justice for damaging our goodwill and for the mental harrasement they given to me.

we suppose to receive a material from Hosur supplier , on Topay Door delivery basis, thru Trackon courier Doc no.[protected] Delivery Boy name LEO, Mobile No. [protected], he brought the material without Topay cash receipt,or any other documents to acknowledge the money received. He demanded to make topay cash without any receipt/documents, as he forgot to carry with him.but he want to give the topay cash without any receipt and not willing to wait for even single minute.
His attitude is very very worst, I request to readers all, not to book any consignments thru Trackon couriers...
These people are not so professionals to hanled customers friendly.

I am Arjun Prasad from Shivaji Path, gardanibagh,Patna. I was expected to receive an emergency document in Patna before 3rd of October. the document has been couriered from Gorakhpur which locket number is[protected] on 29th of September. it has reached to Patna on the date of 30/09/11. But Patna staff has not delivered that to my house and when I went to Trackon Courier Office situated in Bhattachrya Road , Patna on 2nd of October then they told me that the document has not been come at Patna yet. i called them daily and also visited them on regularly interval but dint get any proper response from their side. the details of my documents are below which i get on internet.
