I had booked a parcel for Mysore vide bill no[protected] at Trackon Courier's Malad (E) office on 3rd September 2010. I was told it would reach the party within 5-6 days. But the party informed me on 14th that they have not received the parcel. So when I contacted the Malad office, they told me that they would try to track down the parcel. But till date I have not heard anything from the company's Malad representative, Mr. Jitendra. He has been totally non-cooperative right from the start. This has caused me a financial loss of Rs 3000. How am I supposed to claim compensation for this loss?

I send a courier on 07/09/2010 (through the docket no:[protected] from HYDERABAD TO KHAMMAM. Its only 200kms corridor with several rail and road services.But they have to deliver the letter on 08/09/2010 to the consignee.But it is not happened.I got a call from consignee sayiing, he is not received the courier.After that i called their office at secunderabad.They told as, the courier dispatched on 07/09/2010.They asked me to check at KHAMMAM agent.I called arround 9.00 am that agent is saying the courier may deliver with in one hour.When i asked about the delay he told as i have to find out from secunderabad office.After that i called their executives, i didnt get proper reply.After that i called their head office at DELHI, they connected me their agnet Mr.PURUSHOTTAM REDDY , what he told was the delivery boy is not feeling well at KHAMMAM,thats why he is not bale to deliver the courier.Is the reply? is the Responsiblity? I asked that Mr.reddy to give me a clear reply on that issue.I waited upto 20/09/2010 on this day i called Mr.REDDY, what he is saying as i am on leave, still i didnt see that matter. Tomarrow he will see that matter.That means how these people taking seriousness on dispatching the couriers and etc.Pls take action this type of corriers and their agents

I had booked a delivery with Trackon (AWB[protected] on 19th Aug 2010 from Kamothe (Jay Gagangiri Stores) to send to Hyderabad for Rs 50/-. I was assured that delivery would be on or before 24 th Aug 2010 (Raksha Bandhan).

However, the delivery has not materialized even as on today. There has been no intimation from Trackon on their inability to deliver. It is only on my personal enquiry that I was told that the concerned address is a non-service area and package has been returned. I still am to get the package back. If Trackon cannot deliver, it shouldn't have accepted the package in the first place. If either the sender or receiver was intimated (contact nos were provided - see proof), we could make alternative arrangements. I expect a full refund with interest for the inconvenience and more so the time wasted in following up with this issue. Kindly intervene and do the needful.

As such there are about 614 complaints on Trackon. Attached herewith is the copy of the receipt and tracking status as proof.

when i ask for the delievery slip they said " abhi aayi nai hai jab aaya gi to la jana aur subha he aana shaam ko kaam ka time hota hai distribe mat karna.
Its not possible for me to visit in morning since i have to go to my factory.
Please Help us.

My brother has sent one courier from this company on 23rd of August 2010 with AWB number[protected] from Ahmedabad. When it was not received ever after 5 days I inquired to their HO (Banjara Hills) at telephone number 44556363/64. To my surprise no one pick up this phone for 2 hour. I kept on trying then once it was answered by some Shwetha and she took details of me and told me that it will be delivered in first half on Friday (i,e, 27th August 2010). When it was not received till friday afternoon, I again called the number [protected] some Mr. Ramesh (given by HO). This is really a person I've never come across in my life. He was telling me that because courier boy is fell ill, it could not be delivered today and told me that I will get it tomorrow. Also he was behaving like he is the owner of this courier service provider company. Again on Saturday I didn't get this courier nor on Sunday. Finally I called this stupid again on Monday, he informed that there is no courier come to him for delivery. I was shocked to hear this. He gave me number of some other person to inquire with. Frankly speaking, I must have made 20+ calls to trace the courier. Again when I called on 31st to this , he first told me that there is no courier received by him under my name. When I requested him to check, he again told that courier boy is felt ill so he can't deliver it. I then took the address of his office (which is 20 km away from my home) and personally went there to collect it in person. I was surprise to see there was no company called Trackon exist there and when I inquired for this person name, one fellow pointed out one office. When I went to that office, I found its door locked. I then asked nearby cyber cafe about this , then cyber cafe owner gave me my parcel and told that Ramesh has handed over it to him. Can you imagine your parcel is given to someone else, from whom anyone could have received it and you would have been stranded without parcel. So finally I got my parcel on 31st August (after 9 days of courier dispatch day).

I can never dream that these people can harass customer to this level. I've instructed my brother strictly not to use this stupid courier company. THEY ARE THE WORST COURIER SERVICE PROVIDER ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

I would suggest better to go with Indian Post registry service rather than going with TRACKON COURIER. Please be careful while using this courier company.

I have sent 3 packets containing rakhi to bhusawal from Aurangabad by trackon couriers on 19 th Aug 2010 vide the docket nos[protected] & 446 for Mr Vibhas Mulay and Dr Panchratna resply.

I traced these packets and found that those were recd by the bhusawal franchisee on 21 st Aug but he did not delivered even till yesterday.I had sent this information to Aurangabad local office but so far no actions have been initiated.

I want to claim the returns for the mental disturbance caused by this in terms of money.

Kindly guide me.

This is with reference to a letter sent from Pune bearing docket number[protected] From M/S Calderys India Ltd sent to the address (Stanley Swamy, # 79, Dorris Ville, Vinayaka Layout, 7th Cross, Bhattarahalli , Virgonagar Post, Bangalore 560049) through Trackon Couriers.
The Letter was delivered by personal Laxman (from Trackon Couriers) to the wrong address. I have not yet received the Letter (courier) as of today, since it has been delivered to the wrong address.
I request you to take immediate action to trace the letter and deliver it at my above address failing which I may have to file a legal complaint against Trackon Couriers.

There are two cases in my life with Trackon.

1-My family friend sent an Onam gift for me and my wife from Kochi (Kerala) through Tackon Courier Pvt. Ltd. on 20-Aug.2010. The gift contain 1 sari & 1 shirt worth The f AWB No[protected]. We received this gift on 23rd Aug-2010 morning and very happy we opened the pack and we had seen the sari only. We thought that they sent only sari. by the discussion with my friend he told that he sent a sari and a shirt and we received only the sari. I checked throughly the pack and found somebody cut the back side of the envelop very wisely and removed the shirt and put packing tape again. I complained the Trackon Courier Faridabad region agent (Mr. Ranjeet - [protected]) and his reply was "we got like this and we delivered as it is". I try to contact Trackon's head office but nobody is picking up the phone. It was a very sad moment for us that the gift was missed.

2.For my official purpose from Mumbai somebody send a cd box to me on 20th Aug 2010 through the same Trackon Courier Pvt. Ltd. (AWB no[protected] courier service and till the date I did not receive that. I asked again Trackon Faridabad region agent(Mr. Ranjeet . [protected]) they don't have any idea about this.
This is one of the worst courier service I am experienced in my life.
Authority should stop these type of service providers.

document no[protected] despatched from Muzaffarpur,on 14/8/10 with assured delivery in 4days has not been received at following address. G.N.Sharma,c/o Mr. A.K.Gulati,#972,1st floor, Sector 16,Panchkula till 24/8/10.On tracking documents on net it was informed that document has been refused to be accepted by the adressee.But for your information no body from courier had come for delivery of the documents.There was no information conved by the delivery guy about sending back document.Moreover time of delivery and name of the delivery men is also mentioned in the tracker which is wrong.Till date document has not been received back to destination as per date mentiond.This is redicoulus,irresponsible service of trackon courier.Your delivery people are irresponsible,liars and illiterarte.They should not do such type of act.Please see that this short of activities are not done in future otherwise we will be forced to take disciplinary action against your courierservices.ensure delivery of my documents immediately.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have ordered some electronics component from Nex Robotics,Bombay in the month of April,2010.It was of worth Rs5500/- . The parcel was couriered by them from Trackon Courier. It has to be delivered at Kameng Hostel,IIT Guwahati.The docket number is[protected].

But after more than 3 months the same has not been received either at the kameng hostel or at the acedemic section of IIT Guwahati. According to the courier services it was delivered on 13th May,2010. When asked for the receipt of the delivery they are refusing to give it.As a consumer we have the rights to check the receipt in case of discrepancy,to check whether the particular has been delivered at the right location or not.

We have complaint against the Trackon Courier services and want immediate relevant action against it.Because of this mistake we had to order the components again and have suffered financial loses.
The staff at local office at Guwahati are behaving rudely and have refused to help us in this matter

This is to inform your esteemself that I have sent Rakhi to my relative, Mr.Sanjeev Aggarwal, residing at Batala in Punjab through courier on dated: 13th Aug. 2010 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd., C-143, Naraina IndustrialArea, Phase-1, New Delhi-110028 through its Dealer Mr. Sameer Gandhi ([protected]), B-77, Industrial Area, G.T. Karnal Raod, Delhi-110033 vide challan No.[protected].
This is with great surprise and agony, I would like to submit that the courier was not delivered to my relative infact the dealer in Batala called my relative and asked him to collect the Rakhi himself from his office. When my relative insisted to deliver the same, the dealer threatened to throw the same into the drain. When I contacted the dealer in Delhi, Mr. Sameer Gandhi, he showed his inability to deliver the same as he is not responsible for it.
Sir, it is quite unfortunate that the dealer not even humiliated our feeling towards our National Festival,Raksha-Bandhan but also mis-behaved with my relative. Do the needful if possible !

It was my biggest setback to inform you that consignment number[protected] has not been delivered so far, which has been given to you on 9th of August 2010.

I am following up your personal at Pune form last few days but everyday they say today we will deliver but that day doesn’t come up.



I have few options left to knock the door of consumer / civil court & file a case of 420 to get the real status & state of my consignment.

Is this the kind of service you provide, it is definitely a bad name for Track On courier.



Please suggest & escalate this issue to concerned authority.

Dear Sir,

This is to mention a complain that the officials of the agency of Trackon Courier in Bhilai are really making blunder out there. The case is as; We had to received an urgent delivery of motor products been sent to us by our head office situated in Mumbai so as to supply the same to our client on specified time. But the men in the mentioned service centre, inspite had received the material on 5th of August 2010, not delivered the same til today, i.e., 17th August, 2010. Rather than that, we also inquired many time through telephone, whether any of our materials is there with you, their response was the straight no on our face. After twelve days, after inquiring, they say that the material is kept there in their office since 5th of this month. Isn't this a blunder; a irresponsible act in providing customer service? We have to beer big loss regarding our clients because of this blunder been done by your officials.
This act should be considered seriously.
Please take necessary action, if possible, so as such mistakes should not be repeated.

One of my family friend had sent me a shree Yantra through courier sevices "Trackon Courier" from Agra with docket no.[protected]. I was supposed to recieve it today at Andheri. I have recieved the packet which was sealed from one side and stappled from other side and the small box inside was empty ,which I discovered when the delivery boy was going back I immediately called him back, showed him the empty pack .He said it's not his responsiblity, when he dilivered it was closed,and how would he know what is inside, he didn't allow me to write on the delivery report that the object is missing from the parcel. I called up the branch , even he didn't take any responsiblity. I wanted that shree yantra for some pooja which ultimately I could not do today. I don't think the ccompany would do anything in this matter. But I am going to take this matter further . No more couriers from Track on.

My name is Deepak sharma. I just want to aware my fellow consumers that trackon couriers are a really bad courier company. On 03/08/2010, I send a local courier at sector 40. But my lawyer yet not gets those documents that I send through this company. When I do complaint to the owner he abuse me and advice me that why you send your document by courier.
Main puchhna chahte hu ki agr Kisi ko problem hai tbhi vo courier krta hai. Agr ap logo k bs ki nhi hai company chlani to salo khol k kyo bethe ho.
I request to authority people that they must take action against trackon couriers pvt limited.
I was abused by the owner of the branch located at swasthic vihar, mdc sector 5 panchkula.
Meri Mr. narang (mob-[protected]) se bat hui thi unka kehna hai ki jaker meri consumer court me complaint krdo, ukhad lo mera jo ukhadte ho. Na to paise wapis milenge or courier jab pahunchega tab pahunchega.
This was the same wording of that basted owner.

Dear Sir,

Our courier, Docket No.[protected] was dispatched form Pune on 24th July through Trackon Courier, but we have not received our courier yet. We asked from the company regarding this , they gave us the Tel No.[protected]/74/75 to Inquire, we tried on these numbers several times to inquire about Mr. Amarjeet or Mr. Shyam. The Response is as under :

1. None of them come on the line or call back in-spite of leaving our telephone numbers.

2. The Person who picks up the phone is very uncourteous. He is not ready to listen to our problem. Everytime he asked us to call after sometime.

3. Once he informed that our parcel is in their office. According to him our premises was locked. This is a total lie.

4. However, we asked him to deliver in our office which is just opposite the "Trackon Branch" of Lado Sarai. He asked, if COD is ready? we did tell him, yes, but still no body delivered our parcel.

5. We tried firms website to find out telephone number of some senior officials of the firm but these are not available.

6. We tried to contact Mr. Vinod on Telephone No.[protected] several times but no body picks up.

7. We dont know to whom do we approach. If some senior official read this complaint then please get us our parcel.

8. We are also informing consignee in Pune about this state of affair.

My friend had sent a parcel from delhi on 27th June .It has already been 11 days today on 7th July and still i have not received my parcel.
I have already made many calls only to be given different answers everytime.
The local branch incharge told that my area is outside city limits,and that i should come and collect it.
A ridiculous statement as the centre point of our city (the clock tower)
is within 5 kms!!
When i tried to give him an alternative address he asked me to ring up after an hour when his boy comes.
Then his boy asked me to call after 30 mins so that he could check about my parcel.
And now the local branch has even stopped taking my calls.
They have charged me 200 rupees and what i was supposed to get within 2 days is even now still undelivered.
Highly irresponsible people!!!

I had booked a courier on 25 June 2010 from Gurgaon to District Courts Tis Hazari
Delhi docket no[protected], for an Govt Job, Last date of submission the document is 28 June 2010 till 5 P.M., today is 28th the due date of submission the documents is over still these people have not sent the courier. I want to know about my delivery report that's why i made a call at head office (C-143,Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi) Mobile [protected] / [protected] /[protected] but no body pick my phone.

Kindly look into the matter.

I have dispatched the car Deck model no 494 on 7/5/2010 to Goa Mr. Ravindra satardekar. when i inquiry with the local office it was inform me that my parsal has been lost .then i file the case before 30 dyes as it is mention in the given receipt. and i also call to the customer care she told me madam we r responsible for these we have insurance we will give your money back. Now they r taling sir is not their to sign the paper 5 times i got same ans. A parsal is cost in transit and therefore i request you to good self to compensate me cost of the car deck parcel Rs.8,500/-
And take action against courier service

Sir/Madam,
I sent a 25 kg bag containing clothes through Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. from Bombay to Kozhikode on 9th June 2010. My delivery no. is[protected]. On 15th June, I got a call saying that either I come and collect bag from their office or wait for few more days for delivery. I am presently doing MBA from IIM Kozhikode, where absence from class results in a grade drop. Moreover, I was promised of delivery as well as take off from home initially. I decided to wait. Three days later, I got a phone call, and was rudely informed that unless I come to their office and collect the bag, they will send it back to Cochin. After living on one pair of dress for 5 days, I am forced to go to their office missing my class.
My only fault was that I made the complete payment in advance.This has started becoming a norm with private couriers. If payment is complete, they dont deliver big packets.
Kindly, look into this matter else these people will keep on taking advantage of general public.
