Dear Sir,

Our courier, Docket No.[protected] was dispatched form Pune on 24th July through Trackon Courier, but we have not received our courier yet. We asked from the company regarding this , they gave us the Tel No.[protected]/74/75 to Inquire, we tried on these numbers several times to inquire about Mr. Amarjeet or Mr. Shyam. The Response is as under :

1. None of them come on the line or call back in-spite of leaving our telephone numbers.

2. The Person who picks up the phone is very uncourteous. He is not ready to listen to our problem. Everytime he asked us to call after sometime.

3. Once he informed that our parcel is in their office. According to him our premises was locked. This is a total lie.

4. However, we asked him to deliver in our office which is just opposite the "Trackon Branch" of Lado Sarai. He asked, if COD is ready? we did tell him, yes, but still no body delivered our parcel.

5. We tried firms website to find out telephone number of some senior officials of the firm but these are not available.

6. We tried to contact Mr. Vinod on Telephone No.[protected] several times but no body picks up.

7. We dont know to whom do we approach. If some senior official read this complaint then please get us our parcel.

8. We are also informing consignee in Pune about this state of affair.

Dear Sir/Madam

My friend had sent a parcel from delhi on 27th June .It has already been 11 days today on 7th July and still i have not received my parcel.
I have already made many calls only to be given different answers everytime.
The local branch incharge told that my area is outside city limits,and that i should come and collect it.
A ridiculous statement as the centre point of our city (the clock tower)
is within 5 kms!!
When i tried to give him an alternative address he asked me to ring up after an hour when his boy comes.
Then his boy asked me to call after 30 mins so that he could check about my parcel.
And now the local branch has even stopped taking my calls.
They have charged me 200 rupees and what i was supposed to get within 2 days is even now still undelivered.
Highly irresponsible people!!!

I had booked a courier on 25 June 2010 from Gurgaon to District Courts Tis Hazari
Delhi docket no[protected], for an Govt Job, Last date of submission the document is 28 June 2010 till 5 P.M., today is 28th the due date of submission the documents is over still these people have not sent the courier. I want to know about my delivery report that's why i made a call at head office (C-143,Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi) Mobile [protected] / [protected] /[protected] but no body pick my phone.

Kindly look into the matter.

I have dispatched the car Deck model no 494 on 7/5/2010 to Goa Mr. Ravindra satardekar. when i inquiry with the local office it was inform me that my parsal has been lost .then i file the case before 30 dyes as it is mention in the given receipt. and i also call to the customer care she told me madam we r responsible for these we have insurance we will give your money back. Now they r taling sir is not their to sign the paper 5 times i got same ans. A parsal is cost in transit and therefore i request you to good self to compensate me cost of the car deck parcel Rs.8,500/-
And take action against courier service

Sir/Madam,
I sent a 25 kg bag containing clothes through Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. from Bombay to Kozhikode on 9th June 2010. My delivery no. is[protected]. On 15th June, I got a call saying that either I come and collect bag from their office or wait for few more days for delivery. I am presently doing MBA from IIM Kozhikode, where absence from class results in a grade drop. Moreover, I was promised of delivery as well as take off from home initially. I decided to wait. Three days later, I got a phone call, and was rudely informed that unless I come to their office and collect the bag, they will send it back to Cochin. After living on one pair of dress for 5 days, I am forced to go to their office missing my class.
My only fault was that I made the complete payment in advance.This has started becoming a norm with private couriers. If payment is complete, they dont deliver big packets.
Kindly, look into this matter else these people will keep on taking advantage of general public.

i had sent a packet vide no.[protected] on the 2/6/10, which they claimed was received by them on 3/6/10, and they also claim that it has been delivered on 4/6/10. But the recipient kept on saying that he has not received the courier. when i asked for the POD for the courier guy i was told that the same will be available only after 4-5 days. the packet was actually delivered on 8/6/10 at around 1-1.30 p.m. i think they are trying to take us for a ride by giving false claims, even the website on which we can track the packet shows that the same is not updated. there is no direct contact available on the website for lodging a complaint.

I have sent a courier to Calicut from Katras (Dhanbad) shop name Students Book Corner ( Hanuman Mansion Dhanbad 828113) inside that was 2 bracelets and 2 letters the parcel reached there with 2 letters inside the envelop though i have told the franchisee that there are 2 bracelets inside. The memo number is:53167208

Please help me to sought this problem

Dated[protected] booked a parcel (having 02 CDs in cd mailer) via courier services of Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. to Haldwani City of Distt. Nainital, Uttarakhand which is appx 300Km from here (N.Delhi). They charged me with Rs.50.00 which seems on higher side. But I agreed as I wished urgent delivery. Verbally I was assured of the delivery within 02 days
Today[protected] I found that the courier has not been delivered. Office told to confirm status after tomorrow noon.
The purpose of sending CDs has been defeated hence I want my money back along with due compensation.

The authorities must take stern action against the deficient service of Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd whose website gives no contact e-mail address/any link to send/register complaints. The telephone numbers given are difficult to get and the behaviour of the staff is horribly indecent, while the tracking information is not updated.
I sent (from CR Park, New Delhi) one article on 22 May by Consignment No.[protected]addressed to SBI, Nungambakkam Br., Chennai) which is being shown from 24 May as lying with one VENKATESAN from 07.25 am. On enquiries made with the SBI at 1.15 pm on 27 May, it is learnt that the consignment is yet to be received.
On 24 May, I sent (from CR Park, New Delhi) yet another consignment (NO.[protected] to an addresse in Nungambakkam, Chennai. This is shown as lying with the South Delhi Hub from 20.35 hrs. of the same date (24 May).

Despite all this, the company claims to be a leader in this business. I wish to alert the prospective consumers against the standard of service of this company.

I would like to complain against the trackon Jamshedpur office and their staff.

As per the details shown on Trackon site My consignment(No.[protected] left from Delhi on 5/5/10 and reached Jamshedpur on 6/5/10.
Today is 11/5/10 and would like to inform you that the my package has not reached till now.

I had talked to the jamshedpur office staff on 10th may, they said it would be deliverd today. But today when I asked as to why it has not be delivered, the lady present there said there is no delivery boy and to add on she argued and said it is not her responsibility to make sure that the package reaches on time.

Trackon promises to deliver within 3day to 4 day at max.Is this the kind of service they promise to their customers.Please help and take necessary action against this company.

We had received 2 parcel from mumbai vide docket no[protected] and[protected] dt 09.04.2010.

The actual weight of the consignment is 3.75 kgs ( for docket no[protected] and 13.5kgs ( for docket no[protected] whereas they have charged 6.3 kgs and 27 kgs respectively.

Just for information the consignment airfreighted was gear wheels which was is made out of steel. Hence we are sure volumetric weight (if any) does not arise in this case.

We had registered a complaint vide our letter ref cac/l/094 dt 12.04.10 and addressed to mr pitchandi - regional manager[protected] / mr ganesan[protected].

Reminders to mr ganesan results in verbal absue from him.

I have sent courirer on dated 20th March 2010, by trackon courier services till date 29 marchit has not been delivered or no response or contact was made. furthermore the trach record on net shows it wes reacing on 25 march . it took 5 days to reach for a distance of approx. 90 km. very sarcastic

On the 15th of march 2010, a consignment consisting of an application form for NEIGRIHMS MBBS entrance examination was sent to a student of Vikas Educational Insititutions,Vishakhapatnam with full address and correct pin code.Two weeks had passed since, but the consignment is yet to be received and the deadline for submission of the said application form is nearing.
This day the 28th of March,2010,as I am trying to track the consignment through the website of Trackon Coriers Pvt.Limited- www.trackoncouriers.com...the consignment no. given in the cash receipt - *[protected]* or[protected] cannot be found.

I am a Practising CA...running a BPO in U.P.West and Dealing with more than 10 Courier Agencies. Daily Turnover approx 300kg.
V.Shamefull incidence occured 2day at your Agra Sanjay Place Branch. I and my team approaching your delivery boys and office staff for My courier since last 3 days...but they said come and collect the same as ur lift not working. When i personally called up, a boy replied that "Aise Building Mein Rehta Kyon Hai Jahan Lift Nahi Chalti Hai". I went at your Branch but your manager is like a Dump Man...said that will not deliver where their is no lift.
Kindly mentioned on your website and on slip that will not deliver if lift not working.

POCT Services is a medical based distributing firm placed at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We are a distribution company for Medical devices & Diagnostic care reagents and we have to dispatch perishable products to various customers in Uttar Pradesh. Dealing in Medical products, specific care related to temperature etc, is required during the delivery period. We had dispatched emergency life saving cartridges (50pcs.) through TRACKON COURIERS to Tarun Children Hospital, Pilibhit on 3rd March 2010, docket No.[protected]. These cartridges are stored at temperature 2º C to 8º C. We had packed the same in proper cool packs such that the cartridges would not be damaged during delivery period, to reach within max. 24 - 48 hrs. The material has not been reached till date i.e. 20th March 2010. The Doctor at the said hospital is disturbed for supply not reaching and our material which requires storing at refrigeration temp., will be damaged in such conditions. The cartridges packed had a value of Rs. 20,000. We have suffered this great loss and feel really disturbed about the whole process. This issue had left a very bad impression and we doubt your working capabilities.
We request you to justify your irresponsible procedure & inform us about the compensation procedure.

TRACKON COURIER worst, pathetic,highly disorganized,horrible, irritating,cheap extra low grade bad highly poor services,staff. Staf[censored]sing foul and abusive language with the customers. The courier was dispatched on 4th March and till 8th March afternoon no update on where it is and poor and abusive and foul language used by the employees of this company.... People abusin female is what there way is trackon way - Abuse Customer, Heiress Customer, and give all the pain to the customer why he/she chose their co. , irritate the customer and lie to the customer.....

I HANDEDOVER A SMALL PACKET CONTAINING MEDICINES TO M/S TRACKON COURIER ROPAR (PUNJAB)ON 25TH OF FEBRUARY 2010 VIDE RECIEPT NO '[protected]". AS PER MR. ANUJ OF TRACKON ROPAR THE PACKET WAS TO BE DELIVERED WITH IN THREE DAYS. BUT AFTER FREQUENT REMINDERS AND FOLLOWUP THE MEDICINE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AS ON 4TH OF MARCH . THE DESTINATION AT WHICH MEDICINE WAS TO BE DELIVERED IS TALWARA TOWN SHIP WHICH IS 150 KILOMETERS FROM ROPAR AND ALSO A PART OF PUNJAB. THIS MEDICINE WAS PURCHASED FROM PGI FOR MY GRANDMOTHER BEING TREATED FOR CANCER. MAY I KNOW THE REASON FOR THE DELAY . I am Deepti resides in Pune. My mother has sent me stuffs on 15 th February 2010 i.e. Monday from Muzaffarpur By Trackon courier. Although they take hardly 3-4 days to deliver any consignment but in many case, after making so many calls i received it on 23 rd February 2010 i.e. Tuesday. I was not at home so my father-in-law received it without any query. When i returned and opened it i found that stuffs cost Rs. 3000 was missing. After that i made so many calls spoke to area manager of Trackon courier of Bihar as well as Pune but in vain. Besides helping me they were passing my call from one person to another. Those stuffs were costly as well as lot of emotions are also connected with them. I need a help from you. Please help me out from this. My docket number is[protected]

one packet, having AWB No.[protected], was sent to New Delhi from Mumbai on February 12, 2010. The packet has not reached till date.

Upon contacting your Saket Office, they informed that the four packets were delivered to our Office. But there was no entry in our records of the fourth packet in our records. The entry of the three packets has been recorded only.

Just for your kind information, there was no stamp confirming receipt of the documents on your delivery run sheet (copy of the same is attached herewith for your kind reference please). Hence, we request you to kindly look into the matter and expedite delivery of the packet.

I would like to inform u that i have given my documents of (UPSE Exam Application form) on 29 jan 2010 to deliver to( H. no 131/24 sugar mill colony yamuna nagar Haryana, 135001), as that apllication's last date of submission 30 jan 2010 ,my document POD NO[protected] dated 29/01/2010, the representitive of the said company had promised me to deliver my document on 30/01/2010 at 12.00 pm at yamuna nagar , but they did not done their work properly and did not deliver my documents on time , due to this careless work done by the company i have loss my completely one year. When i call up to company to complain on this matter they did not respond me and they roudly behave with me.
Sir i request to u please help me on this matter and i want to take a very serious action againts to the company, so that any student will not face this type of problem in future, please do the needful
