trackon courier Faridabad — Parcel Lost

Dear Sir
I have booked a Parcel from Faridabad to Gurgaon.
on Dt 16.05.2011 From Trackon Couriers Faridabad.
The consignment no. is[protected] Dt. 16.05.2011.
Till date party have not received the courier and not the
courier company has returned the same parcel back.
On confirming the same the staff working there
misbehaved and told me that it is not our responsibilty
of your courier. It is your duty to confirm the same parcel.
Till date courier company is not able to tell me that what
happened to that parcel.
Kindly see this matter.

Dear all,
i have an e-commerce business and started dealing with trackon courier.. amazing in one month out of 50 orders, 10 went missing for various reason.. this is in the month of april 2011.

4 empty boxes received
5 returned by customer but got lost at track on office
2 got lost in the transit.

can u believe the careless attitude of track on office in Bandra, Mumbai it's so disappointment i spoke to some other customers of trackon they mentioned that Bandra office under Vivek the branch manager has turned into a robbing station. sad very sad i lost my valuables with any responsbility from the courier company

hope the senior management of trackon services is watching all this and days is not far when they will be doomed and jailed

bad bad service.. robbers ...

hope all understand my frustration.. please feel free to ask my contact number..

i will be registrating FIR and file a case against them to aviod this to happen to anybody else

I bought few computer hardware's from a very well reputation web site SMC International in Delhi, India they sent me those item's through Track on courier service and there was 1 item missing that that was the most expensive one a processor i5 2500K i know it is not the fault of SMC International but after finding this site and reading all the comments i am damn sure that Track on courier Service SUCK'S.

Is there any point in posting it here? Has any issue been resolved?

What they want???

It landed at Akurdi office on 19th Aug but has not been delivered yet ,i have been tracing the courier person since past 2 days but it is yet not delivered.
The courier person is giving stupid reason that he was on leave since past 2 days,
If that is the kind of service trackon offers it should cancel it services or the agencies who delay the service.

My Brother have sent one Parcel through the trackon courier on 20-Aug-2010 docket no[protected], and the parcel is delivered to the Gurgaon branch Office on dated 22-Aug-2010. But still I have not received at my residence address. The Parcel Contain "Rakhi" + Sweet. I have given a call on dated 25-Aug-2010 to the gurgaon branch to know what the status is. The Branch member has told me our courier boy is on leave for “Raksha Bandhan” there fore we can not deliver your parcel to your address.

This Courier is sent specially for The "Raksha Bandhan" So what is the meaning if I will receive this parcel. The Date of "Raksha Bandhan" is over.

I am very disagreeing with the service. Just take action on Gurgaon Branch office.

I am no Satisfied with the Service and Brach manager. He have not given positive reply.

There are two cases in my life with Trackon.

1-My family friend sent an Onam gift for me and my wife from Kochi (Kerala) through Tackon Courier Pvt. Ltd. on 20-Aug.2010. The gift contain 1 sari & 1 shirt worth The f AWB No[protected]. We received this gift on 23rd Aug-2010 morning and very happy we opened the pack and we had seen the sari only. We thought that they sent only sari. by the discussion with my friend he told that he sent a sari and a shirt and we received only the sari. I checked throughly the pack and found somebody cut the back side of the envelop very wisely and removed the shirt and put packing tape again. I complained the Trackon Courier Faridabad region agent (Mr. Ranjeet - [protected]) and his reply was "we got like this and we delivered as it is". I try to contact Trackon's head office but nobody is picking up the phone. It was a very sad moment for us that the gift was missed.

2.For my official purpose from Mumbai somebody send a cd box to me on 20th Aug 2010 through the same Trackon Courier Pvt. Ltd. (AWB no[protected] courier service and till the date I did not receive that. I asked again Trackon Faridabad region agent(Mr. Ranjeet . [protected]) they don't have any idea about this.
This is one of the worst courier service I am experienced in my life.
Authority should stop these type of service providers.

I have not received a cheque courier by Axis bank, Chandigarh to Kailash Ojha, 7-Jha-13, Jawahar nagar, Jaipur-302004 (Raj.) through Trackon Courier till date.

The courier was done on 14th January'11.

Trackon courier, Pune — Courier Not delivered, returned without reason.

I am Ulhas Vaidya. LIC cheque was sent thtu trackon courier from Pune to Igatpuri (DIst-Nashik) on 25.12.2010. Since this premium date was getting missed, i started following up with Pune as well Nashik. almost 10-12 call during those two days. on seventh day i could get the information that there is no servise for Igatpuri. (just three days back Igatpuri document was delivered to Igatpuri location only) then how come there is no servise?

i tried to get contact number of Mr Bhalekar who is supposed to be head of Pune office.
he took Nashik address of the LIC agent and assured me that this envelope would be delivered the next day.

To my shock, this envelope was delivered back to my office on third day, mentioning "PARTY NOT RECEIVING". i am damn sure that the document was lying in Pune for this period and there was no attept made to make delivery.
Now Mr Bhalekar is neither responding on phone, nor sms. Since this was LIC there will be some DEBIT for delayed charges.
Because I shouted, this envelope was taken to Nashik next day.

For this one envelope, i had to pay courier charges twice Rs 50=00, make phone calls at least Rs 100=00 and LIC delayed charges Rs 500=00.
I want M/s TRackon pay me Rs 5000=00 for this harassment.

I am Inbarajan. There was a parcel sent to me from New Delhi on 14.05.2011. Till now the parcel is not delivered to me. Since from 15.05.2011 till 20.05.2011, I have contacted all your offices in Bangalore to all your available telephone numbers as well as mobile numbers. Nobody is responding correctly. The parcel is very urgent. Everyone at your offices are giving umpteen excuses and directing us to contact someother number of someother person, likewise I nearly made morethan 15 to 20 calls. But none is able to trace out my parcel and deliver to me. Finally, I contacted the person at Delhi who sent me the parcel. He gave me the contact no.[protected]. When I contacted him, he his telling that our address is out of city. We are staying near 1 km far from Bangalore East Railway Station. If they are not able to find out the address, then what the use of giving our contact number. This is the way your people are rendering services. Trackon people are not able to trace out a address which is in the heart of the City. Kindly do the needful in this regard.

Our head office people courierd the documents on 7 th jan of 2011 to the hyderabad .It reached hyderabad on 10 th jan 2011 by morning 8.49 am .but still we have not received the documents. It's already 12 th Jan. we made maney calls to the courier people but we didn't get any proper response .Some times they are not even lifting the calls.we should take action on this kind of irresponsible behviour.

I just want to bring in to you notice that the experience with TRACKON is very painful. My third party booked a Consignment number[protected]Delhi to Bangalore -Wipro Cop. Office) on 15th Dec, 2010. But I have not received this consignment yet, this is a very important document and delay of delivery imposing me a huge penalty by my counter parts.
I have tried to reach to TRACKON -customer care & Head office but the behaved was very bad and moreover they are unable to provide any relevant information to me.

TRACKON COURIER PRIVATE LIMITED — Courier Item Lost

This is to inform that the courrier service "TRACKON COURIER PRIVATE LIMITED" didnot care about the courier sent through their service. I have sent an emergency courier to my hometown on 5th March '2010 and since there is no service in that city,it came back to the place of its origin. I called up their office more than 5 times and they said it will be returned to my address provided, but it never came back. Till now they didnot return it to me. This is really terrific service. Never used this service again. I also heard from one of my friends that they took away things even from courier after opening the packet. Appropriate action should be taken.

TRACKON COURIER — worst service

Our packet was dispatched on 24Dec08 With docket no.[protected] on net it shows recd at Faizabad on 26Dec08. But within Faizabad It took them 05 days To deliver. when asked Some Mishraji replied (Mob: [protected]). We cannot send it everyday.Answering with no responsibility and the manner god only knows not giving contact no. of any responsible person.

TRACKON COURIER — Non-delivery of ticket
