I had booked a parcel for Mysore vide bill no[protected] at Trackon Courier's Malad (E) office on 3rd September 2010. I was told it would reach the party within 5-6 days. But the party informed me on 14th that they have not received the parcel. So when I contacted the Malad office, they told me that they would try to track down the parcel. But till date I have not heard anything from the company's Malad representative, Mr. Jitendra....

I had booked a delivery with Trackon (AWB[protected] on 19th Aug 2010 from Kamothe (Jay Gagangiri Stores) to send to Hyderabad for Rs 50/-. I was assured that delivery would be on or before 24 th Aug 2010 (Raksha Bandhan).

However, the delivery has not materialized even as on today. There has been no intimation from Trackon on their inability to deliver. It is only on my personal enquiry that I was told that the concerned address...

When it was not received ever after 5 days I inquired to their HO (Banjara Hills) at telephone number 44556363/64. To my surprise no one pick up this phone for 2 hour. I kept on trying then once it was answered by some Shwetha and she took details of me and told me that it will be delivered in first...

I have sent 3 packets containing rakhi to bhusawal from Aurangabad by trackon couriers on 19 th Aug 2010 vide the docket nos[protected] & 446 for Mr Vibhas Mulay and Dr Panchratna resply.

I traced these packets and found that those were recd by the bhusawal franchisee on 21 st Aug but he did not delivered even till yesterday.I had sent this information to Aurangabad local office but so far no actions have been initiated.br...
