Small package sent from Powai to Andheri West in Jan 2011.

Lost in transit.

Neither the Powai DSA nor the "Head Office" has any trace of it, and both refuse to take any responsibility.

35 phone calls and 15 days later, there is absolutely no sign of it. (MRP of Rs. 900 was in the parcel)

Call any of these numbers to get a world class lesson on how NOT to manage customer...

I have sent a courier from Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd company on 18th Jan,2011 from Ajmer (Rajasthan) to Bangalore (Karnataka) and I was charged Rs. 80 as courier was supposed to be sent by Air so that it can be delivered by Friday or max by Saturday but now Sunday is already crossed and still the courier is not delivered.

I have tried to call many times to courier company but nobody is picking...

My friend has sent me acourier on 11th Jan 2011 with Trackon Couriers from Pune.
The mentioned company didint deliver it to me in 2 days, where it was promised to do son in 24 hrs.
When called back, they said they said packet is damaged.
They didnt sent anything to me in last 9 days and when called they didnt reply anything.
Very poor service and customer care....

the steel tubes samples dispatched through Trackon Courier under doctek no. "[protected]" from Faridabad on 12th Jan'11 to Dewas (Caparo Tubes India), As per net details it is shown delivered on 17th Jan'11 but we have not received the same....

I am Ulhas Vaidya. LIC cheque was sent thtu trackon courier from Pune to Igatpuri (DIst-Nashik) on 25.12.2010. Since this premium date was getting missed, i started following up with Pune as well Nashik. almost 10-12 call during those two days. on seventh day i could get the information that there is no servise for Igatpuri. (just three days back Igatpuri document was delivered to Igatpuri...

Our head office people courierd the documents on 7 th jan of 2011 to the hyderabad .It reached hyderabad on 10 th jan 2011 by morning 8.49 am .but still we have not received the documents. It's already 12 th Jan. we made maney calls to the courier people but we didn't get any proper response .Some times they are not even lifting the calls.we should take action on this kind of irresponsible behviour. I sent to Doeacc society for passing certificate for A level on 29 Dec,2010 but upto the present time I could not get any response from trackoncouries.com why my mobile no.[protected] email:[protected]@gmail.com

Release our courier from Roorkee to Dharamshala in 14.12.10 ,docket no:[protected].Its a urgent courier of medicine.It was reached kangra in 15.12.10 ,but the Dharamshala's Trackon Person not deleiverd this couirer at proper time ,,,,,,,,,He also behaving badly to the 2nd party in phone.

Hope u understand ,,,,,,,,so take a strong action.

Dear Sir,
I have couriered parcel on 19/12/10 through Trackon Couriers. (Track No[protected] from Goa to Indore. I have sent 2 pairs of sandel, one purse and one cap in it.
But Receiver has received only one pair of sandel and cap only.
The lost items cost RS 815/-

Dear Sir/Madam,
Am suppose to get letter sent by my father on 6th of Dec'2010 through Trackon Courier with docket no.[protected] from surat (Gujrat).When i tried to esquire about this to your staff called Mr. Mahesh with mob no.[protected] responded very very rudely. And even told me that he wont deliver my courier.

Sir that courier contains my train tickets.Please help me to get it delivered....

On follow from the concern persons whosc mob no. was[protected] SkyTeam, the courier has been sent from Aurangabad on 30.11 and recd at Sanpada on 02.12 at 11.12 am, since then they are not bothered to deliver and on enquiring with the concern person, he said he will deliver only on 04.12, when told its urgent, he ruoudly said I cannot do anything, if required you can complaint, nothing can happen....

This is regarding the service of track-on couriers.

Las week I wanted to send few documents to my parents staying in Pune. On 13th Nov 2010, I went to the courier agent at BTM 2nd stage and asked the cheapest (price-wise and not quality-wise!). He told me that it's Track-on. I handed over the envelop to him and he charged me Rs. 80 for that. I asked him when it would be delivered sonce I could have...

I have send a courier on 1st of November 2010, The status on the website is updated only till 2nd November 2010. the contact number on the waybill is never reachable. no one makes an effort to receive the call. Even the customer care number for kolkata[protected] never works. I am pissed of there services. i don't feel the couriers sent out through them are secured or they are responsible enough to update the status on the website...

We have sent 3 dockets to our Head Office located at Birla Colony, Bhiwani on 6th October'2010 under Air way Bill No.s[protected]. Out of these three, one docket having A/w No.[protected] contain important document worth crore of Rs. These documents have not been delivered to us. As per the online track report (snap shot given below), docket no.[protected] delivered to Bhiwani but the Bhiwani COuier agency refusing that it has not...

I have booked (18/10/2010) parcel from Mumbai to Haridwar by Trackon Courier Air service. material reach 19/10/2010 at delhi head office & up-to 23/10/2010 material laying in Trackon Delhi HO. I am continuously follow-up but not proper response from Trackon. They peak-up phone & hold for 15 min then come & again same. It is difficult for me tarck my consignment. please help me.

My friend has sent one courier to me from Rewa to Damoh through Tracton courier services at last 15 days, but not delivered yet. My Courier Tracking No.[protected] & I am calling Rewa Mr. Neelesh Sukla([protected]) but not received my phone.Kindly do the needful.
