Dear Sir,

A parcel was booked by my relative containing cloths as gift items for me,by a courier company,TRACKON COURIER, having its agent at Jalandhar.The courier was booked vide bill no[protected] on 2.5.2011, for the destination at Goa,
I have received the parcel on 10.5.2011 on 8th days, where as I should have got it on3rd or 4 th day as the consigner was charged for By AIR MAIL.As per the website tracking record the parcel had reached Goa on 6.5.2011, but it took 4 days to reach the destination ie my home which is hardly 3 kilometer away from the local office of RACKON COURIER at Vasco Da Gama, After receiving the delayed couriea I was shocked to see the contents that , Two pairs Punjabi Suits were missing .On contacting the local agent he has only consoled me to forward my verbal complain to their higher ups. How ever more than the worth the Gifts Items are having emotional value.
I will be gratful if this complain gets addressed and missing items restored to me.

Dear Sir,

I booked a courier to 18/518 Indira Nagar ,Lucknow which was taken by an agent of Track On courier , Sector 1 , Pithampur Indore. on April 30th 2011.

There were 3 valuable items inside that which were personal and were being send as gift to parents residing in Lucknow.

But after receiving the courier there were only 2 packs inside & 1 pack was missing and that as a wrist watch.

After calling a lot to all the Track On courier offices in Lucknow, Indore, & erywhere possible. No one helped me out to solve this issue.

I am thus submitting a complain against the Trackon Courier Service. Please accept my complain and help me out in this matter ASAP.

Dear all,
i have an e-commerce business and started dealing with trackon courier.. amazing in one month out of 50 orders, 10 went missing for various reason.. this is in the month of april 2011.

4 empty boxes received
5 returned by customer but got lost at track on office
2 got lost in the transit.

can u believe the careless attitude of track on office in Bandra, Mumbai it's so disappointment i spoke to some other customers of trackon they mentioned that Bandra office under Vivek the branch manager has turned into a robbing station. sad very sad i lost my valuables with any responsbility from the courier company

hope the senior management of trackon services is watching all this and days is not far when they will be doomed and jailed

bad bad service.. robbers ...

i will be registrating FIR and file a case against them to aviod this to happen to anybody else

I live in Ambala City. I booked a courier(no.[protected] thru' Trackon couriers on 18th April . the courier was booked for Ambala Cantt. First of all the courier company charged 15/- for sending the courier within the city only and then it has not reached yet to its destination. I contacted the courier agent thru whom I booked the courier and he gave number of another person belonging to Ambala Cantt thru whom the courier was to be delivered. that person has promised me twice to deliver the same but so far the courier has not reached. today its 30th april and the document consists of cheque.

I am krishna kumar, Kussum Medicos, B-46, Shop No:7, keshav marg, Near mangalam hospital, West vinod nagar, Delhi-92. I worked in a Medical Store as helper. On 07/04/11 i sent a courier to SHO, Bharthana, UP from the TRACKON Couriers pvt ltd., 143, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase 1, new Delhi-28. The courier consists of major important document which has been missed by this company or not received till date. The Courier suppose to be reach these at 10/04/11. I am facing terrible problem due to this. So i appeal to you please file a complain against this company and i want the total compensation from that RACKON Couriers pvt ltd.

Dear Sir/ Madam ,

I have booked one courier through Trackon Couriers from Bijnor To Gurgaon TATA Consultancy office ( Phase 4) . The delivery person did not call on mentioned cell number for delivery and he had sent back the parcel with status " PARTY REFUESED " . As destination Address is a office address and security asked the delivery person to call also but he did not call to save his 1 precious call and time . When i contacted to the person who booked the courier he told me that it is not their responsibility to call the person for delivery . Person needs to be present at destination address and response was very rude . He has given the same thing in written also that We did not call the person for delivery .

The document was very urgent and it caused me a great loss because of non delivery . Company is putting all the blame on me for non acceptance , as they are saying it is not their responsibility to call for delivery .

Please help me on this issue even i know its a matter of courier only but these small things can create big difference .

We have sent Rembersment bill through the trackon courier on 11-04-11 docket no[protected], but it was not delivered to the clients we visited regional office Lucknow, but there the staff were behaving very rudely and no response from them.

My kind request to you to help us in tracking this courier because its very importent for the emloyee. Please help us and take neccessory action against that complain.

my parcel coming from Bombay to guwahati through trackon courier service via airway bill No.[protected]. as per tracking report 26/03/12 on guwahati but yet not delivery to me. i try to contact guwahati trackon courier service phone no. but didn't respond. so kindly see the mater & take a necessary action.

Hello, My Friend sent a Courier which was containing a few DVDs of around 700 INR to my city (DAHOD/GUJARAT) through TRACKON COURIER SERVICES but the courier service didn't delivered it in regular time and 10 days later they delivered at some other place, don't know.
Asked the TRACKON & told that they have deleiverd at the right place and cannot detect it as they don't have office branch.

WORST COURIER SERVICE.....MY FRIEND LOST HIS 700 RS.

I have sent one courier by Anuh Pharma Mumbai through the trackon courier on 14-3-11 docket no[protected], but it was not delivered and when I called up for enquiry to Trackon courier Lucknow, they did not provided any information and switched of their mobile number [protected]. The Courier on tracking is still found in the office of Trackon Courier since 17-03-11, and today is 23-3-11.
My kind request to you to help us in tracking this courier. Please help and take neccessory action against that company.

I had booked an consignment on 17/03/11 vide consignment no.[protected] for Lakhimpur Kheri containing the medical test reports done in a reputed hospital in Delhi. it was booked at Pratap Vihar Franchise name SPEEDO Mobile No. [protected] and the same is not delivered even today and when asked i was given a no. [protected] named SURAJ who dared to reply that from Pratap vihar it came to Rajouri Garden by mistake and was then despatched on 19-03-11 and is presently in LUCKNOW and the destination is still approx.160 kms away from Lucknow. as already conveyed it is carrying the medical reports, which you might be well aware, are very important and are must for further medical treatment. please look into the matter and Iwant to sue these persons and something misfortune happens to the patient they will be solely RESPONSIBLE.

an important courier not received till 17/03/2011 which is reached on 12/03/2011 to bhilai, even a person sitting in the office is so relaxed that he dont know whether the couriers are reaching in time or not to the customers. if i am calling there every time i get the same reply boy has started but i m not responsible whether he deliver it or not so please give this duty to a responsible person so that atleast a customer get a satisfied reply.

We would like to file a complaint against your franchise M/S Prabhakar Enterprises, Medicine Market, Bassi Khawaju, Hoshiarpur and their owner Mr. Prabhakar and their illeterate staff. They are not capable of dealing with their clients. We are getting so much problems with them in day to day dealings. First of all I would like to say that whenever we came to know about our letter and parcel they behave abnormally and in a very rude manner to my office staff. My office people talk to them in a very humble manner but in lieu to their conversation he act in a very harsh manner and his staff add fuel to fire.
Secondly today on 26th febuary our 3 parcels came from mohali (PB) in favour of our firm M/s kumar & Brothers, Hoshiarpur, but they were giving us only 2 parcels. we said to them that 3 parcels were booked by the company. they said that take 2 parcels and 3rd is not traceable yet and give us the cheque of the party. We said that kindly give us complete parcels and take your cheque. But they instead of giving any requisite answer denied to give cheque back and 1 parcel. And they have in a very rude manner. Kindly note this complaint with your company. If no action is taken then we have to switch over to some other courier agency and also tell our other companies and their associates not to deal with trackon courier. because the behaviour of dealing with their clients is intolerable.

This is to inform you that my friend sent a courier which contained gift items worth Rs.800 from ghaziabad to pauri via trackon couriers m/s bholanath damodardas & sons. 3.21 parshpnath,paradise arcade,near shipra mall,indirapuram ,ghaziabad,on 12 december 2010.

We were told that it would be deliverd within 2 days,we havent received it yet even after 2 months.
The courier is misplaced/lost by the company and they are not taking any action for this.it has been more than 2 months since we are asking for the status.but they are not listening to the complaint & are lending a deaf ear 2 it.
Moreover we're unable to track the consignment number online.when i'm trying to track the consignment number on trackon website, it shows "consignment number not found".
Moreover we're trying to contact the agent with whom we booked the courier,he shows no response,moreover he talks in a very rude manner and use aggressive language.
i would like you to look into the the matter as early as possible & either get my courier back or the money back from the company...

I was suppose to receive a replacement media player from Western Digital which was sent through Trackon Courier (Docket Number :[protected] on 14th February 2011 from Delhi to Navi Mumbai. But the parcel has not reached me still now. Upon inquiring with the customer service they were unable to tell where my parcel was. The Mumbai office informed me that the shipment has not reached from Delhi and the Delhi office claims that the parcel is in Mumbai office.
Even after making numerous calls to their call center they have been of no help so far. So i would highly appreciate if i can get the status of my parcel.

A courier was sent to me from Delhi through Trackon Couriers services. It was to be delivered at my office in Slapper, Distt Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. Trackon courier branch nearby my office (about 20 kms hardly) called me and asked me to pick up my delivery, saying they don't provide delivery service at my location. Moreover, when I tried to contact Trackon Couriers' Head office in Delhi, they too didn't clarify anything and after 2 days denied to deliver.

I wish to point out, when the said courier company didn't have delivery service at the destination address, why did they accept the assignment at source. Once they have undertaken an assignment and have charged money, it becomes their obligation to deliver it safely and timely, as a part of business ethics.This is not for the first time it has happened, earlier as well these kind of incidents have occured.

We had send one parcel through tackon couriers pvt ltd. from sector-11, Panchkula to Amritsar (vide no.[protected] on 10-Feb-2011. The said parcel was delivered in Amritsar on 12-Feb-2011, but with about half of the goods stolen. The parcel was tape-sealed and properly packed, when send and when delivered, but goods went missing.
The pilferage was pointed out to Sector-11, Panchkula office, who disowned their responsibility. They contacted their regional office and Amritsar office, who in turn also disowned their responsibility. Missing articles were all of girls dress and accessories worth about Rs. 1,000.
With this courier company, the incident has happend to us earlier also, about 3 years ago. At that time, Sector-11 office has offered to compensate us, saying that the delivery boy has eloped with some parcels. However, that time, we didnt persued the matter further.
But this time, since sentiments are involved, the loss pinched us heavily.
With this kind of theft going on, no one can trust this company, any more.

Plz don't use the services of TRACKON COURIERS. They are a fraud.
There is no guarantee o[censored]r belongings. They have lost my courier worth Rs. 5000. If you call them for the claim, they say it is not their fault and can't help. And they act very rudely.
I continuously called them for 3 days but they couldn't help.
Their website is showing that my parcel has reached to Jalandhar on 4th, February 2011 but I have not yet received it.

I had send packet through Trackon couriers dated on 8/2/2011 Airway number :[protected] with proper invoice of value Rs 850/-
on 10/2/2011 receiving party inform us that Product has stolen, the Box was Empty so he reject delivery, Delivery Boy also confirmed us that packet is empty in front of Receiving party. i don't understand why this kind of activity in increasing tremendously and no body is giving any answer. please do the needful.

My friend had sent me a mobile phone through courier services "Trackon Courier" from Delhi with AWB no.[protected]. I was supposed to recieved it 7 feb 2011 at Mahindra towers worli. I have received the packet which was sealed from one side and stapled from other side and the small box inside was empty. I immediately called Track on , told them about the empty pack .they said it's not there responsibility.
the Trackon website is very bad have no complaint registration section and site doesnt even give you the customer care number or any email ID. But I am going to take this matter further . No more couriers from Track on.
