i recieved a courier from track on couriers pvt. ltd., 62, hide market, below hotel paris, amritsar on 4.10.08 with a broken seal and the contents were found missing on opening the packet.firstly the delivery was delayed by almost a week when it is supposed to be delivered within a period of 2 working days.moreover the packet was sealed with a brown tape but the tape was found cut at places and replaced by a transparent tape with track on imprint on it.since i was not available in person to collect my parcel and the same was done by my cook so it was not observed the the time of recieving.the contents worth rs. 500/- were found missing.the reciept no is[protected] sent from ahuja computer graphics near tagore theatre, model town, patiala on 30.10.08 by garg hospital, model town patiala at 7pm and the charges levied were rs 130/- .kindly look into the matter and do the needful

my parents have send my important certificates on 21sep which i have to submit in the college but they had not reached yet my admission is in risk though i have submitted big amout as afee for my MBA degree

My brother had sent me my sister's rakhi from Lucknow on 12/08/2008 through Trackon Couriers Pvt. Limited. The AWB No. was[protected]. But, I got the rakhi on 16/08/2008 i.e., on Raksha Bandhan in Faridabad in SGM Nagar at 12:45 P.M. I kept on checking the tracking status of AWB No.[protected] after the phone call from my sister on 12/08/2008. The rakhi was despatched from Lucknow to Delhi on 12/08/2008 at 21:09 hours, Delhi H.O. to Faridabad on 13/08/2008 at 12:12 hours and Faridabad to VAD & Manish SGM on 14/08/2008 at 9:57 hours.Though my three phone nos. were written on the envelope of rakhi by my brother, I was not contacted on any of them. The delivery man delivered the letter when my brother went to Lucknow and complained of non delivery of rakhi after asking from me. Half of the raksha bandhan day was passed, when I could get the rakhi. If this is the delivery performance, how one can have faith on this courier company.
The most amusing thing is that when I checked status of this AWB on 18/08/2008 in the tracking section of this company's website, it was not updated even after the delivery on 16/08/2008. What a gruesome performance of the tracking system of this company...?

Track on courier from kalamboli called me up that we have got a courier for u but since our dilvery boy is new for the area he could not find your home.he told me that our boy will be coming to ur palce tommorow.I am staying at kamothe. After three days i called the company for the courier.They told me that our boy visited u twice but could not find you, which is absolutely rubbish.I also asked them i[censored] have visited my place then u u should have atleast left a note stating when u visited and next when u will be visiting, or else from where can i collect that courier.Their reply was " sir, we are very small company so we don't have facility fo that.".
This is the kind of service they are providing with a very rude way of talking to their customer.
Absolutely useless courier service

Dear Sir,
I have sent one packet containing important documents From New Delhi to Bolpur(Shantiniketan) West Bengal vide consignment no[protected] Dt 14thJuly, 2008.
But it is regretted till date it has not reached the destination.The local contact number of Bolpur as provided by the local agent is always switched off or not reachable.
Moreoever the Track on Courier have not provided any e.mail in their site where I can lodge my complain.
I therefore request you to please help me so that the packet is delivered to the addressee.

I had sent birthday greetings for my sister on 9.7.08 through Trackon Couriers Receipt No.[protected]. Till date i.e 15/7/08, neither the said courier has been delivered nor the status of the same has been updated on the company site.

We have sent OUR PARCEL #[protected] ON 02-06-08 through the trackon courier on 02-06-08 docket no[protected], but it was not delivered to the clients TILL DATE & EVEN NOT UPDATED RECORD ON SITE
My kind request to you to help us in tracking this courier because its A CUSTOMER SAMPLE ON RETURNABLE BASIS if it is not reached to NOIDA we all going to loose our HEAVY BUSINESS. Please help us and take necessory action against TRACKON .

One of the packet of bajaj auto ltd. pune has sended over to bhilai Sai automobiles supela bhilai nagar distt. durg Docket No. is 81276338 and the date is 03.12.2007.

World Space Radio has sent me a courier through Trackon Couries on 25/4/2008. AWB no. is 84934845, which I have not received yet and todays date is 4/6/2008. I need to know the status and reason for non delivery of that courier.
When I contacted World Space Radio for not receiving the courier, I was given all these details.

A material was to deliver by Trackon courier booked vide docket no. 97572084 dt. 27/4/2008. This material is on COD basis. Cheque has to be given on delivery of the material. But inspite of our repeated requests they are not delivering the material due to that we have suffered commercial losses.

Also they are not complying to the statutary dues. We are asking them to submit the challans of service tax, they are depositing, as they are telling, "we are deposting the Service Tax, you need not to deposit the same." But they failed to do this.

The person sitting at Nalagarh (Himachal Pradesh) are telling that first send the delivery payment then only we will give the material. But how it can be possible because first we have to check the material they are deliverying then only we will make the payment. They do not understand the meaing of COD.

I have given a courier for a destination chandrapur{maharashtra} dated 18.4.08 which consignment no is[protected] to Trackon couriers to nehru place branch inspite of giving so many complaints, this packet has not reached its destination yet.
while calling them again n again, they r saying give us another copy of that courier. when i asked them give us reciept o[censored]r head office they refused to give. this courier contains master cd of my sister's mariage. n costs around 5000rs. n when we called their owner he threadened to us do what ever u can. so its my humble request to consumer court plz take approviate action against them.

The Worst day of my life was on 15 th.of march when i couriered my friend in Ghaziabad from Mumbai through Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd.,
The below mentioned tale will horrify you so much that you will even think twice of couriering again to your near and dear ones.
When my friend told that sehe didn't received the courier on the delivery date mentioned on the website of Trackon[protected]
where it was mentioned that delivery was on 17 march 11:31 am.
I proceeded first with their collection centre at Gokuldham
where Mr. R.K. Misra ([protected]) was the person incharge. He said he will find it from his Delhi counterpart.After a week what followed was a horrowful experience where he used to shift things for another week.The Incharge of that shop Mr. Desilva hurled abuses even to the lady being accompanied.And trust me it was first time I felt I was living in a Barbarian Age.
He openly said " YOU CAN DO ANYTHING.I DON'T CARE FOR ANYTHING.YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN TO POLICE.COMPLAIN IT.I DON'T GIVE A DAMN."
Then I called there HEAD OFFICE AT ANDHERI(E) .Tried to contact their GM Mr. S.K. DUTTA but was made to talk to one Mr. BANGRA AND Ms. Sheela. And after putting down the phone 4 times before Mr. Bangra finally attended the call.
Being working myself in MNC I canot imagine what he said"Its not our responsibility.That was a collection centre and not our franchise"
When I had asked to declare at the time of couriering no bodY TOLD ME ANYTHING.It had a watch of Rs.2500 which was PILFERAGED.
Now tell me how can ONE DO ANYTHING. First time I felt one cannot do anything when it comes to these couriers.
How can a customer know and when he asks to declare he is politely declined and later abused.
Thoughroughly dissapointed, ABSOLUTE SERVICES and ABOVE ALL VERY VERY RUDE AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN THE SYSTEM WHICH ARE UNFIT FOR THEIR JOB.I THINK EVEN A 10 YR BOY WILL BETTER DO SERVICES THAN THEM.ATLEAST HE WILL TALK POLITELY AND NOT HURL ABUSES.
PLEASE HELP ME .I was in doldrums when my lawyer friend told me to file a complaint.Its not about money as occassion has already gone ITS ABOUT THE "TAKE IT FOR GRANTED ATTITUDE WHICH THESE SERVICES HAVE"

Dear Sir,
I sent a Perfume bottle from Mumbai to Pune by Trackon Couriers from their Borivli branch. My docket Number is 85713883 and I was asked to declare the contents on the form provided by the courier guy. I filled it mentioning that it contains a Perfume bottle and color Sketch Pens. The parcel got delivered on 3rd day which was suppose to be done on the following day in a broken condition. Bottle was completely crushed. I called up their customer care and spoke with Varsha. She said that if it was declared in advance, the person who took the order should return your money. I called up the Trackon office in Borivli and spoke with Mr. Rai and Mr. Jha, both of them were rude and did not bother to my complaint. When I asked for the incharge person Mr. Ghanshyam Choudhary, I was given the answer that he is out of town for 10 days and I should never expect any returns from them

I appeal to all the readers not to use Trackon Couriers anytime as they look to be very arrogent and irresponsible people who are not interested in serving people. They forget that they are in service industry and in this industry communication and politeness can help them to grow their business.

I had booked one sample for Hyderabad through Trackon courier from Pune Kothrud office. After 15 days it was not received and then after several phone calls finally party got the parcel.

Now after two months, I have not received demand draft nor cheque nor cash. Trackon people say that their hyderabad office has received it in cash and pune people will give me cheque for this. But nothing is happening irrespective of n no of phone calls.

I have already asked my customer to send me any cash voucher or receipt , they have with them as documentary evidance.
What sort of complaint can be lodged against this and where it will stand? How will I receive my payment?
