dear sir/madam
on 01 feb 10 some urgent documents were sent to my by trackon courier company from chandigarh to allahabad. docket no is[protected]. it reached the allahabad office on the 04 feb 10 at 1028 hrs but has not be delivered till now. at least 20 calls has been made by me all concerned but nobody has given any satisfactory reply. How many days days to deliver a courier in local area!!!!!
this is causing me a lot of trouble and the staff of allahabad office is very rude .

i amit bhargava from bhopal have sent a courier from bhopal to goa on 29-12-09 by TRACKON COURIER PVT. LTD.(pradeep enterprises bhopal).courier has not been received by till date.ie 11.01.2010. i have complained to the service provider who has shown no response in favour of my complaint and still arguing to wait and watch.The courier contains a very important study material concerning competitive exam which is going to be held on date 31.01.2010. i went to him regarding complain he told me that now we are not responsible because we have sent it.then i told him that i will complain against you. he replied me"jo karna ho karo hum kuchh nahi kar sakte" after this i contacted to thier goa branch but they are not responding. so pls help me because it is matter of career.

Pls do not book any of your consignment through this Trackon Couriers.This is one of the most worst service providing courier company.We have booked an consignment from Dehli to Mumbai vide their Track Shipment no:[protected] and still we have not received the parcel from them.
When I inquired here at Lower Parel office Ph no:[protected] / 24362269 on 30th December 2009 for the delivery there is no proper response from the staff How received the call and spoke in hindi he use to bad word after so much arguments and tell me jo okharne ka hai ukhar lo jis ko compliant karna hai kar do seating at Lower Parel Branch office. After that I called on mention mobile No [protected] / [protected] one of the no not reachable and second one the person how received call without listen my query he say that I am Manager I am not concerned about delivery call office no and cut the phone line. Dear SIr,

I M Shariff resident of T Nagar , Chennai and representing a canadia n Company
Ms.Victoria Pulse Trading who are exporters of Pulses and Grains. They export mainly
to India and to The middle east region and we work through agents in india who are based
in Main cities.
I received a Sample of Green Lentils from canada Via Fedex courier in three days to Chennai
and I sent the sample to Delhi thorugh Ms. TRACKON COURIER bearing aw bill number
[protected]/ through their TNagar office. This package contained an inportant sample which
is needed for a pending business to the value o[censored]sd 260,000/00 ( two hundred and sixrty thousand
dollars). But unfortunately the sample was never delivered to the consignee Ms. Mega Grain Trading
Pte Ltd., and when inquired after four days we had a shocking answer to say from Trackon couier
office in delhi- THE SAMPLE WAS EATEN BY RATS.
When I complained to T nagar office and they were so irresponsible about my complain and
when I spoke to head Office in Delhi and susequently spoke to a Director of the Company
Mr Dinesh Rattala and he promised to call me back and he never called and he was not even answering the my calls from chennai and he was totalling ignoring. But finally when i sent an sms saying i am going to Media and he called back said he is uable to do anything and just forgt about it.
I am so surpised about his attitude towards his customers and he also said he does care.
i have suffered a very big LOSS ubing track on couier and I hope thiis will not happen to others too.

My Important documents is misplace with the Trackon Couriers Pvt.ltd. I am booked my document through Trackon couriers Docket no[protected] on dated 28/11/2009 from Jaipur to Ujjain . when I am contact with Trackon office Jipur they are not given responses , they told your documents is misplaced .

My sister sent me parcel from Raipur on 21/11/2009 vide consignment no.[protected] which was supposed to reach me by 23/11/2009 in Mumbai. When I checked status on their website its showing that parcel has reached mumbai airport on 22/11/2009 at 15.43pm and they have forwarded it to Andheri East office.

I have not received anything as yet, further I have called so many times to their Andheri east Office & their Mumbai regional office but not received any proper reply or call back as regards non delivery as yet.

on the top of it they are giving vague answers like "parcel aya hi nahi hoga", "airport pe pada hoga", ya fir docket no. hi trace nahi ho raha".

Dear sir,

Some goods ( 7 ladies bags costing Rs.150/- each, 8 chunnis ( scarf ) costing Rs. 50/- each alongwith one used 512 MB pendrive with digital photoes were sent in the name of my daughter NIMREICHON JAMANG, DDK, POROMPAT, IMPHAL through TRACKON COURIER SERVICE vide consignment No.[protected] dated 14.9.2009 from Delhi, however, the goods never reach us when enquired for several time, the agency never did tell us what has delayed the shipment. After many enquiries in Delhi and also from Imphal, we were informed that, the goods are Kolkata for sale taxes and informed us to make a payment for Rs. 4549/-. What astonish us is the bags and chunnis are all Indian made, purchased from street vendors in Delhi to present to her Mum, Aunties and sisters during my daughters visit to Delhi. The amount itself cost a little more than a thousand. To booked through the Courier, we have spent more than Rs. 500/-. If for shipment such a little items from Delhi to Imphal, I have to clear SALE TAX of such a huge amount, than India is a great country. Jai Ho. We have neither, received any communication in writing from TRACKON COURIER or INCOMETAX, is it not their duty to inform us why they should only wait for the complaint ? . Can you suggest me what should I do or shall I go directly to the Court and fight it out.

The AWB No. is[protected]. I tried to contact your regional office here at Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad. I tried to contact the regional office a number of times and each they gave me new number to talk. No body is ready to give the correct information. Even after making repeated calls they are not able to give any satisfactory answer. I even visited your regional distribution center at Kukatpally and talked to the delivery boy who said till date he has not received any such parcel from the Sanath Nagar Hub. It appears to me that they have lost the parcel or since it contains some costly items one of their staff has kept it not delivered it. Each time I call them they say that it was given to delivery boy for delivery and thereafter we are not able to trace it.

I have lost more than 5000 Rs as the cost of the parcel, several hours of my talk time talking to these courier fellows and several days of my mental peace because that parcel means a lot to me.

Sir/Madam,

Some goods including important documents were sent to me from Delhi from my freind at Delhi to be delivered at my residence at Imphal, Manipur through Track on Courier office located at Satya Niketan, Delhi on 14.9.2009 vide consignment No.[protected] dated 14.9.2009. It is already a month now, but till now I have not received the parcel. When complaint, they just informed us that, it has been delivered. However, it is true that in the state of Manipur, there is no branch of Track on Courier Service. Now, what I would like to know is that, how they delivered the parcel/goods to the addressee and by which courier service did they sent and the No. of their correspondence.When the addressee did not received the goods, how can the company claim that its been delivered.

And why shouldnecessary action not be innitiated to such irresponsible company.

We booked on letter to our factory at Villge Kunjahal, P.O. Barotiwala ( Baddi) Distt: Solan, H.P. through Trackon Couriers vide Docket No.[protected] on 23.09.09. This letter contains Chaeques & other valuable papers. Till now about 10 days have passed ,the said document have not been delivered. We also contacted the Delivery Agents of the Courier Company at Baddi on telephone No.[protected] & Mobile No.[protected], but they expressed their inability to locate the document.

We are suffering a lot of financial loss & other difficulties for non delivery of the document

my cousin had send a watch on 27 july 2009 from chandigarh sector 44-B by your courier.and mr nitin charged 220 rupees from chandigarh to gurgaon and told her that it will go open and also made declairation showing the cost of watch 2200 rupees.but i didnot receive it in 3-4 days and then i go to the trackon courier office gurgaon,hero honda chowk.i got courier but when i opened it there, wasnot having any watch,it was just empty case.then i talked to them they told me to not to receive it and i didnot receive it.then i talk to mr. nitin chandigarh.he puts on hold me for entire one month and then promise me to give me a watch and he tried to solve the entire matter in 500 rupees.
i am havinf the bill of that watch..we are not mad. i can't compromise.he is also misbehaving to ma cousin sister.and continuosly saying comapny cant do any thing against me.

you people are saying u ensure costomer satisfation now see what are your people doing.they are cheating us for name of you.

i live in deoghar (jharkhand). i an sent regular couriers from delhi and hyderabad. these couriers are sent through trackon couriers but are never delivered timely and in proper condition. when we track couriers we find that the courier is lying at the local office but the office incharge denys to accept the fact. the couriers are delivered after 2 to 3 days of reaching the local office and the reason given is the unavailability of courier boy. we are also asked for extera money for delivering couriers. when we made a request that please call and inform us if our courier arrives but in vain. the office incharge acts rude. i want serious action to be taken against the trackon office at deoghar. i want a written apology too. please look into the matter and take necessary steps at your earliest.

Sir, we had sent rakhi to Bhopal through Trackon courier pvt ltd vide receipt no.[protected] on dated[protected] but till date packet of rakhi is not delivered to Shri Ajay Sharma or his family member. I hve been so many times contacted to Local centre as well as Bhopal centre but they simply speeking courier has already been delivered to bhopal but not giving satisfactory answer who is received and where is receipt of this delivery There is no answer.

I have sent a packet containing income tax return and other supporting documents through Trackon Courier AWB no.[protected] from New Delhi to Bareilly (U.P.) on 23-07-09 in name of Mr. Heeralal but it is not delivered till now.

I had made many called to Trackon Courier, Karol Bagh, New Delhi office and also to Bareilly (U.P.) office. On calling to Bareilly they used very rough language and said they will not deliver that packet.

I also request to return that packet back to me, but they are refuging to give back that packet.

Since those documents are too important please do the needful.

I AN REGULARLY SENT COURIERS FROM HYDERABAD AND DELHI THROUGH TRACKON COURIERS. WE NEVER RECIEVE COURIERS ON TIME. WHEN WE RECIEVE COURIERS THE PACKETS ARE SOMETIMES OPEN. INSPITE OF ALL THIS THE DELIVERY BOY DEMANDS EXTRAMONEY FOR DELIVERING COURIERS TO THE ADDRESS GIVEN. BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS COMPLAINT REQUESTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE OFFICE HERE IN DEOGHAR BUT ALL IN VAIN. I WANT NECESSARY STEPS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST SUCH COMPANIES.

I couriered on 15/07/09 till today 21.07.09 it was not delivered to the destination. I contacted chandigarh office representative Mr. Narendra on [protected]. He said its misplaced in Ambala hub we haven't received the courier from Amabala. He also replied do what you want to do you can go to consumer forum i can't do any thing.

Dear Sir, there was garments in the courier which i have to delivered to a person who was going to Norway on 20th. Due to non delivery of courier he missed my packet. Now i have loose my packet courier people are ignoring my case. Please do the need ful as soon as possible. or guide me how i can lodge the complaint against them.

I booked a courier document to be delivered in Chennai vide Doc No[protected] booked on Monday 6th July from Videocon Corporate office 248-Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon-122015, has not yet been delivered to Mr. Henry Stephen at No. 8, J. P. Nagar - Annexe, Surapet, Chennai - 600066. Receiver's Mob No also added in the envelop.

On tracking the Doc. on internet, after non delivery of the letter for past 96Hrs, it says:
"6th July Del ~ Chennai Airport at 23:14".
After that no updates till 9th July 2009 18:15Hrs.

All the Phone numbers & Mobile Nos. given in Trackon Courier website for Chennai Branchs (Adyar, Mount-road, Ambathur) are wrong numbers, could be much more as I stopped believing these information.

I made several STD calls here & there to track this letter & finally from Chennai HO, Trackon Courier, Ph. No.[protected], they could confirm that it is sent to Ambathur Branch at 14:00Hrs

On contacting Ambathur Branch Manager, at about 16:00Hrs they say it will not be delivered as this is out of their area of service & the receiver to come & personally collect the letter from their branch office.

How can such stupid & irresponsible company be given such license to operate at their own wish?

How to resolve these sort of cases when their systems are not in Order & all the Phone Numbers given in Web site are incorrect.
Such company is nothing but licensed frauds, Government should immediately cancel their license to operate. So many such complaints can be seen in Internet about the same Courier Company, but 90% of sufferers remain silent.

In spite of having the local phone no, on the cover they do not bother to respond. Why should public pay them such charges & buy trouble rather then stopping such antisocial activity.

SUMMARY of INSUFFICIENT SERVICE & NEGLIGENT ATTITUDE:
1) No delivery in 96Hrs between two Metro Cities.
2) All Phone No given by the Co are incorrect
3) Status never updated in Web-Site
4) Charges collected in advance & no response there after.
5) Never disclosed the delivery is not possible in Chennai 6000066 while booking the document
6) Never informed the receiver about the status in-spite of having the Mobile No.
7) Asking the client to came personally to collect the courier from their branch office.

India will change only when such fraud companies are taken to task
