HI I ordered a camera Sony Cybershot DSC HX9V of price 15469 on 11th of Dec now after 4 days the order status is Awaiting Dispatch, now I want to cancel my order I sent mail several time to their customer care executive Preeti Rai but they are not responding me. Tradus.in's customer care service is really so much pathetic, they didn't gave any number and address on their site, also not responding on portal complains. Tradus — Non refund of wrongly sold product
I have ordered 32gb sd memory card from tradus site, but instead they have sent me a flash drive.When i asked for explanation, they asked me to return the product without my refunds.
After several reminder, they did not return my refund instead closed my complaint saying that my 7days refund is over.
Plese cancel my order because we not expected unfortunatly our order is already completed then it after we buy the same product it because we receive two products at same product... plse cancel my order[protected]
