i was order to TRADUS for watch model buccino ,& paid money online at march 02, 2013 ,company seller
kapil trader rejected my order on[protected] ,make excuse dew custom problem ,next day company display same watch with revised price at 2 time double ,tradus mail me that ur refund money in3-5 days ,no money received me till the date in 10 days
i think we should avoiad on line shopping like as TRADUS

I have given order for twilight series book.But the order was cancelled as they realized after 5 days that the book was out of stock with following message

As communicated I am processing the refund for the amount charged against your order 2060973
Please expect the amount to be refunded within 10 days.

It has been ten days but still not received any refund when trying to contact them I am getting my mails back saying "The user or domain that you are sending to (or from) has a policy that 550-5.7.1 prohibited the mail that you sent" plus they dont give any phone number on the site. Sir please look into the matter.

I am sorry to say that you are sending the mail to an incorrect ID and hence not reaching us. Kindly reach out to our customer service team on [protected]@ibibogroup.com or through the contact us tab on our homepage.

Now in regards to your refund, the refund is in progress and as soon as the process is completed on our side, you will receive a mail as well.

In fact, once refunded, we can also share a reference number with you once you mail us - as the refund reference number is sensitive in nature, we are unable to publish this on the public forum.

Yes, we agree that we do not have a call center right at this point & time, however, we assure you that we have the best customer support team on mails so that all the communication which is exchanged between us is documented on both the sides to be transparent.

Looking forward to your mail - once you contact us, we will also send you an acknowledgement mail with your complaint ID and the turnaround time expected as our standard practice.

I had purchased one polo brand item from tradus.com. when i got this item i saw that it was not like what was described in tradus site.
so i complained to tradus.com through email but they did not give positive response and don't take any responsibility of that .So please help me .

I had ordered a phone (Sony Xperia L Mobile Phone - White) from one of the sellers (igalaxy) on tradus.com on 30/10/2013, Sub-Order ID: 11363691_01. Even though the seller accepted the order, it was never shipped out to me. I also got a confirmation message from my bank stating that the amount has been converted into 9 EMI's along with a processing fee. I had sent a mail to Tradus at [protected]@tradus.com on 07/11/2013, requesting that the order be cancelled and a refund be processed as they had failed to deliver the product to me on time (the order summary that I had received from them stated that the product shall be delivered latest by 07/11/2013). I received a reply from an executive named Lillian Strong on 08/11/13 stating that they need 1-2 working days to provide me with an update. However, I did not receive any update from her. I sent a mail again on 11/11/2013 requesting for a refund but did not get any reply.

I had purchased a mini USB speaker from Tradus and it is not working so i called up the Tradus and they said we will return your money back within 7-10 days, since it has been 20-25 days till now i did not recieved any refund either they are calling, when i called them they are not recieving the call, and when i tried mailing them they replied that this email id is not working so i tried with different email id again same reply from them..so i am really fed up now, I don't know what to do...so Tradus if you saw this message please reply by calling and try to return my money back and my number is [protected]

order awaiting dispatch

i ordered a product on sep 02 but still now i could not receive my order.. i tried to call to tradus also but no response from them... please any one help me how to get refund money from them...

faulty product not replacing

I purchased watch from tradus.com 3 days back. but it is not working well. So I raised this Issue to them but got response that I had to raise issue within 48 hours but I informed them in 3rd day only. This policy is not at all good.
