I bought TVS Teenz Electric on 2nd July 2008. Since from the very begininig here was charging problem. The vehicle never completed 30 kms in one charging. The position was pointed out at the time of service but your Chandigarh unit i.e CMPL Automobiles Private Ltd. / Ekam Auto
Pvt. Ltd. Panchkula put off the issue on one pretext or the other. When it was repeatidly complained they replaced the charger but actually it was not replaced or some defective peice which only worked for a month. By the time warranty period of one year was over.Since the defect of charging the vehicle is con.tinuing from the date of delivery, the problem is deemed to be covered within the warranty period. The company is therefore liable to replace the charger at the earliest.

I have purchased a TVS teenz - electric exactly one year back i.e.on[protected]. At the beginning the vehicle a mileage of 45-50 km per full charge. Now a days it is giving only a mileasge of 25-30 KMs per full charge. I have contacted your Warangal show-room. But, they were not able to say exactly what is the problem. Hence, I request you to kindly inform me the exact problem and the remidies to overcome the problem. Further, my 2 other friends have purchased the same vehicle before me. Those vehicle are also giving the same problem. Kindly resolve the problem and inform us the solution.

we have purchased a tvs teenz 8 month back .suddenly one day it is not starting. we have sent the scooter to tvs authorised service station at bandra(west), mumbai. our vehicle no. mh o2 bf 9613 & chasis no.md622al1082b02343 .mr.phatak([protected]) who is supervisor there .is not able to find the fault as per his view the one of the below mentioned part may be faulty which he has ordered but company has not given the same .

    We have purchase Barcode Printer of TVS Model No.T9650Plus, LP44BP, Serial No.[protected] 12 months back giving advance payment to Easy Infosystem, Kolkata for one of our Hobby & Craft Store at Kolkata, Cutie Pie (India) but till date they not installed the same at our store. We have made several complain to TVS & their dealer M/S.Easy Infosystem, Kolkata but they are not co-operating with us & our works are hampering very badly.

    Please do the needful in this regards & help.

    Dear sir,

    We have used your Barcode Printer of TVS which is not working correctly. Only blank bills are coming from the printer. We have complaint for this your sales exicutive many time continuesly from 10 day on their mobile, your customer support number, & their dealer M/s.Soft Infosystem, delhi but they are not co-operating with us & our works are hampering very badly.

      Hi i have purchased my RTR 160 on August 2008 In between i have to replaced my chain set 2 times & there is always problem in pick up after or before each free or paid service.Their is big problem of chain & maintenance in bike it is not upto satisfaction & i fill i have been cheated. U & ur technical team should work out problem of chain & provide cover over it or make some arrangement or fluid by which the chain cannot be dust & become loose.There is a chance of getting hurt on drive. As usually their is a problem in speedometer the side single indicator & neutral indicator r always on.I am not satisfied with ur team & service station in whole surat district. All the other service station tries to cheated person as their free service has expired.So please do need full
      Hi, , , , , the problem is true...we to are facing the chain and servicing problem. No proper service and no proper answers to our queris...for changing chain TVS says due to KMS that means the racing car should be drived less and by not using apache we should go by walking. this is the soln.
      if there is chain problem it should be solved not by changing it because cycle chain too dont get problem in a year...other vehicles are long lasting for 10 yrs. Its not because use of vehicle its due to not paying attention to the quality it should need a production soln it should be closed or while servicing proper maintenance.

      Please pay attention to this issues dont only give ans saying CHANGE IT...

      I purchased a new jupiter bike in uma motors in hospet and am not satisfied with the service. I suggested many of my friends to not to buy these bikes and they chose activa.

      TVS Wego , Fuse Wire burn

      I bought TVS wego 1.5 months before and in short period of time the Fuse wire burnt and fire was sparked near silencer.

      This is very bad and can't tolerate this type of problems.

        Hi this is Ennan i have bought the TVS Apache in the month of may and withing 2 months or so the disk plate is scratched with the service being done on due date the service center at wanorie pune is not gioving me any help what so ever, I also called and complained at the TVS customer care there has been no call from them for this as well.

        Hai this is C. Ramu from trichy.This January 19th 2009, I had bought my "TVS APACHE FI 160" Bike from Sri Raj Agency, Karur Byepass road, Annamalai Nagar, Trichy-12. After 6th month, i have changed my rear Disk Brake, But Now (October 1st 2009) i had a similar problem, i am unsatisfied with the product, the service and warranty problem. Within one year, whether i need to change the disk twice is a necessary one? I need a satisfactory reply! I request you to take immediate action for this step. I have a hope that TVS will take necessary actions?

        Hi Guys,

        You absolutely right on everything about Apache. I love this bike's performance & everything about it but I cannot deny the service is poor & replaced spare parts are worst. Everytime my bike is giving some or other problem. I got my meter, fuel gauge & ECU sensor unit (Fi - Version), silenser, front liners twice in 11 months & what now. I am sick & tired. TVS is giving very bad quality parts to us & service centers fellow are my my my...they feel that they are god, even god some day might agree that he/she may be wrong but TVS people won't ever. Now I am getting problem of poor front braking as usual they telling to change liners...huh!! My rear disc brakes are gone, I have to get a new one. My front jumpers dont work that affective & of course vibrates like hell like every Its not even 1 year since I purchased this idoitic beast...Apache. I am sick & tired my friend & I don't want any help from them through this. I just want my fellow Indians to know the things which I went through. So pls don't put ur hard earned money on this bike. Its worst although performance wise none can match this bike. But this bike only gives problems...so guys don't go for this bike, it will make your head turn...its upto u to 'BELIEVE ME OR NOT'.

        Hi all, I am also one of the owner of this pathetic TVS products. I bought the 1st TVS 150 on the 28 Jun 2006. It was going smooth for 2 yrs, but after that it gives me alot of troubles. Ever since I had to replace the magnetic coil every year. The new parts will last only for 12 months & that too was done at an authorised TVS servicing center at Wanourie(SAMARTHA TVS). Also the performance is way below Bajaj Pulsar 150, it does not have a good pick up & there is no comfort in riding it.Their spare parts are also very expensive compare to bajaj pulsar. They priced their Bikes as if it is a branded one like Honda. So, who ever have any plans to buy a TVS product, please opt for another brand, you will not regret on it, cos we had already owned a TVS product & it is very expensive in maintaining their bike. Every year I had been spending at least Rs 6000 on it for maintenance & changing parts. The worst thing is their spare parts are not easily available in market. Bajaj Bikes are a much better & efficient Bike than their so call APACHE. APACHE SUCKS UR BLOOD & UR WALLET... TVS are u listening ? I guess you really need to pull up your socks now if you still want to stay in the market or else you will end up like LML Vespa, remember?

          sir/madam,
          i've a tvs vehicle (victor-glx-125cc) and i've giving my vehicle for servicing to Aditi motors, noida(A authorised dealer of tvs-motors)..they returned my vehicle 3 hrs late as per commitment and charged around Rs.1650/-... but just after 10 days of servicing..my vehicle is having big problem.. it's not even start ..and i'm facing a big problem regarding this...
          kindly help me out...and suggest what to do...

          RTR Fi bike holders are really in trouble...No stock of Rear disc pads

          why are you launching the bikes with out the proper stock of spares?..
          last 1month i am unable to get the rear disc pads throughout chennai...
          very worst...
          i have went to ur showroom in amritsar (gurunanak TVS) before couple of day and when i told them that i want 2 buy apache 160 fi then they told me that they not sell that bike because they does'nt have the service of that bike having fi. they told that if any tecnical problem accured with the bike on roadside they would b not responcible for that. when i told them that others company bikes eg. hero honda launch there galamour fi, and recently krizma zmr with fi what will there company do for service than they started me giving [censored] excuses. he told that until company TVS motors would not spent rs 15 lakhs in there showroom for the service of that fi machine they can't do any thing so they can't book that bike for me. if it is truth than why your's company that kind of fi bikes. so im very angry with that i m still witing for ur answer because i only want to buy that bike or i will prefer for hero honda bike krizma zmr. you should concult with ur distibuter and rpl me immigiatly
          I bought ApacheRTR 160 8 months ago and 3 free services are done by mayapuri workshop but they do not perform their job well they actually don't solve the problem they transfer the problem in the bike and after service of the bike two to three times i have to go to the workshop so that they can solve my problem of bike but they said that bike is tested ok but it's not true due to their this behaviour i have to repair my bike from other local repairing shops..i have still 2 free services left . they nearly takes 8 hours for the service which is unconvinient for the customer. i am not at all satisfied with their job. they did worst with my bike which is not good for the market status of the company.
          i hope a strict action would be taken by the company offical of mayapuri workshop. quick action would be welcomed.

          I'm using one of your product i.e TVS Apache RTR 180 and I purchased this bike in the month of January 10 from Choudhary TVS one of your Franchise in Gurgaon-122001 and It has been almost 5 months and from the day I have purchased this bike..

          1. Bike self has been replaced Three times.
          2. All the parts vibrates when ever I try to Cross the speed of 80 Km/Hr.
          3. Your customer representatives are not solving the queries.
          4. Every time I give my Bike for servicing you Mechanics do not rectify the problem and every time the same problem is over there.
          5. You need to improve your services and also require the trained Mechanics for a good Bike like Apache RTR 180.


          All the way bike is very good, excellent pickup but in case of my bike 150 CC bikes can chase this bike.

          So please look into the matter and do the needful.

          TVS Motor Company — Fuel Sensor Problem

          Apache RTR-180 My Low fuel indication LED (orange) does not glow even if there's no fuel in the tank, instead the Reserve (R) indication keeps glowing on the digital Odometer. Please tell me whats the problem and how to solve it?

            Hello,

            I have purchased TVS fiero 150cc. From the very begining I have been telling the service enginner from the showroom and the Person encharge form the company that my bike is making a loud noise. i even brought to their notice that the oil is leaking from the engin.
            But they always have been telling that its normal .. and we will repair and give me. Its been 4 years now that I have been taking to them and still giving me hopes that it will get repaired. they have even replaced the full engin with the connecting rod. but still after few months the bike starts giving me the same noise. Now i am scared that agian the rod will break.
            I have asked for a replacement of the bike, but they said its not possible. What to do now ? Is there anyway to get them take the bike and give me a replacement?

              I have purchased tvs flame 125 cc from shri chodhri tvs 140 kutcheri rod etawah (u.p.) 206001 on 16 /06/2008. my bike’s silencer is not working properly for last 5 months .I have informed the service center but they are not taking interest to my compliant. I have ask them to repair it couple of times but they make fake commitment .
              My bike has not been repaired till today.
              This is the final information for you otherwise I will do legal process

                I bought this bike on Dec'09 from routaray motors at Angul in Orissa; before the first servicing i noted the mileage around 68km/hr.Now 5th servicing has completed and the mileage has gone down by 55 km/hr. I know that the servcing done here is of poor quality; so i showed it in cuttack but of no use. I too own a suzuki samurai for 12 years but it is in nice condition as the servicing is done in sai motors at jeypore in Orissa. It is quite difficult to carry all through the way for servicing. Apart from this the servicing centre always run in short of spares; as the manual recomends for tru4 engine oil, they never keep it instead they use servo engine oil.My problem is increasing please help me out of this problem.

                I don't know about oil & all, But how the hell you got average of 68 & now getting 55. You are lucky man. By Fi gives only 45...huh...but ya your problem is bad, as the hamper in average is quite more. So it's serious.

                and mostly there is problematic BIKE of TVS APPACHE RTR 160.i have bike experience since 12 years

                I have bought the rtr 160 last month i am ok with bike performance but unfortunately i lost my service book and envolope which was given me by dealer but right now iwant to know is it possible to get new service book as my all free services providing by ur com are pending so guide me accordingly. no is[protected] as soon as possible

                TVS Apache rtr160 — vibration and mileage

                I have purchase it on 08/jan/2009
                It vibrates a lot between the speed of 40-60km.
                It gives me milage of 40-42km per liter
                plz tell me solution of vibration and tell me tips to increse the milage of my bike

                i have driven around 12000 km but i have no problem with that bike of apache rtr fi 160.good its am kani
                Actually TVS apche is good bike compare with other 150 cc bikes. But servises need to give as hero honda, & Honga servises and i have seen in the bike small vibration is avialble while running, need to change the design for this problem. remaining bike design is ok for me. This bike riding feeling is very very good.
                This bike is the worst i ever drived, my RTR FI 160's average is 35 to 40, and its rear disk calliber is hard to get and its cost is very high(1900). i replaced it but still my rear disk doest work properly..why does companies produce bikes like these to make people suffer.. i invested 70, 000 for buying that and not able to get atleast 50, 000 after 18 months..
                my bike is not work, problem is low average & vib.
                Hi, i have my Apache RTR 160 bought in Feb '09.

                I bought it from for seconds from a first owner. It was alright and was giving good mileage, i fueled for Rs100 and travelled for 62 km the immediate next day i fueled for 100 and got only 40kmpl and it continues. I think there is a serious issues please help.

                I am thinking to service the vehicle with a local expert mechanic.

                Whats your advice????
                Hi i am Anand i purchased apache rtr 160 after 2nd service it has given 50 mileage bt aftr 4th service its giving 37 and 35 kmpl bt sometimes it may gives 47 also wt will be the problem can anyone suggest me the best solution

                so please help me and take action
                i have facing the same problem of milage of my apache rtr 160 hyper edge.. ... my bike was given the milage of 47 km/l . but after 5th service it is giving me the milage of 35 kmpl. and im driving my bike normally .not too fast.. ... before buying i never think that it will give me the milage of 35 kmpl.seriously disappointed. ..3545km covered

                  I Shaikh Aisf residence of hyderabad purchased a tvs apache 5 months back on date[protected]
                  nd on the 1st servicing of my bike i had complaint about the engine problem in the servicing centre later the servicing centre was closed its MIDAS TVS lakdikapul, hyderabad. After which on the 2nd servicing i had gave to MDH racing, masab tank, hyderabad but there aslo the same problem from the servicing centre goin on they are only saying we clear the problem but the problem is goin bigger nd bigger now i cant ride my bike also thinkin that if i ride the problem wil become more, and also the servicing centre persons are not giving a good response to me.
                  So sir its an humble request to solve this problem as soon as possible .

I AM FACING THE SOME PROBLEM FROM THIS BIKE NO.1 COMPLAINT IS MY BIKE'S FRONT SHOCKER IS VERY HARD AND IT IS NOT PUSH PROPERLY SO MY BIKE FRONT TYRE UNEAVEN WEAR. 2ND NO. IS MILEAGE IS NOT INCREASE AFTER 5TH SERVICE.                         this is to inform you that iam have purchased a tvs rtr 160, from rainbow automobiles 2 years ago its reg no is cg-04 ha 1706, and now its front tyres are wobbling a lot .before two months i have shown it during servicing at that time the company people told me that the tyre has to be throughed after that also the problem was not solved and then i again showed it in showroom and this time they told that its tyres manufacturing fault and you have to submit this complaint to the tyre depo and they also gave a letter in written that the tyre has taken air and after that i took that letter and went to the tyre depo but the tyre depo was closed in week days and i also contacted depo incharge mr.shukla but he was on leave and this continued for almost 1 month and after 1 month when mr.shukla inspected it he told that the tyre has no problem and it is out of warranty.lastly my question or complaint is not regarding whether ill get the benefit or not bt my complaint is that why all the guys have misguided me and wasted my time.kindly take this complaint seriously and do the needful for me.

                        i own rtr 160 08 model first of all i hav got my speedo problem i hav changed it 3 times from begining till now its in same condition dunno wat to do d showroom people r least bothered wen ever i go they tell some or d other reason n escape n abt tyres TVS tyres really sucks i hav faced a lot of problem wit those tyres 3 to 4 times i hav escaped some how take a complainted of dis n please make a better quality of tyres please

                          You are company service is Worst, no customer satisfaction, because of I am give to service Dated:[protected], but till date my bike is not ready, I am every day go to show room for my bike but that people is told tomorrow give, every day telling same thing. Service is very worst . and service charges is very high, that people is not taken to TVS Company fixed price list,

                          i had serviced my Appache RTR 160 at Zen Motors, No.127/10, Bull Temple Road, K.G.Nagar, Bangalore - 560019..Every time i visited i had faced a terribble problem of spares.now my vehicle is facing Footrest problem and was told that the Footrest unit is not available.i hereby request you to take action against this issue and also it is observed that the company is charging very very heavily.this dealeris looting me on labour cost.pls give a concrete solution .Also certain parts are not available in Bangalore. and also searching so many TVS show rooms in bangalore

                            friend apche is racing bike and its engin power is good in 150 segment apache greate bike as compare to cbz, hunk, gs150r, pulser 150 in all bike pickup, performance, looking etc apache is greate
                            so you don't confuse any type of complaints because some guys only write complaints he not use and drive this bike plz you test drive and then write complaints of this bike how is the bike ?
                            for your infomation generaly all bike are vibrate after 60-70 so engine vibration is not apache problem if you see pickup and performanace no bike is in market which touch apache in 150 segment.

                            come on dude dont give wrong impression to those who want to buy apache 160 really this bike doesnot deserve to be on the road. it has so many problem like engine vibration like hell and ur saying like it is just common. and more than all while experiencing test drive the vehicle will be the new one and based on five minutes test ride you cannot know what is the real problem which you feel later after buying. within 3 months i am fed up of this bike speedometer doesnot work properly, gear slips, improper functioning of front shock absorber and now a days few times self start doesnot work.

                            so guys please do not buy apache ratler. learn from others mistake because you dont get time and money often to spend on.
                            I STRONGLY AGREE WITH THE PERSON WHO HAS PUT IN THIS COMMENT. i AM SURE THAT THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE WRITTEN IN FAVOUR OF THE BIKE ARE FROM THE TVS COMPANY ITSELF.                             My name is Ankit and I felt very offended as you wrote this crap about Apache RTR. its been 2 years today i own a Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge and the only expense my bike has given me in terms of spare parts is a Spark Plug that too after 16000 KM.

                            you guys don't know how to take care of a bike. if you will treat it as a machine/ a vehicle it will work like any other ordinary bike (Pulsar, Honda, Hero Honda).

                            you guys share your bike alot, your bikes are not single handled.

                            Try and take care of your bikes properly and you will never face a problem.

                            and Just for your Information I am not someone from the T.V.S Company I am just a normal but yes a LUCKY Owner of Apache RTR 160, which you guys were not.

                              TVS SCOOTY BAD EXPERIENCE :

                              I purchased TVS scooty pep+ model on 19th of Januray, 2009 Purchased at Kiran TVS, MG Road, secundrabad

                              Vehicle number : AP10AQ 8793 and vehicle is used by my wife

                              The day purchased, problem noticed that vehicle is not pulling or intermittent pulling issue ...

                              after POOJA done, given the vehicle for service and got it rectified ( as per Kiran TVS ) and returned

                              But to my surprise, same problem noticed on very next day o[censored]se .. again given for service and returned saying that completely alright ..they just checked and cleaned something ...

                              But to my utter surprise, again same problem and this time, when my wife told me on 12th March morning, i told her that, let us take it to Kiran TVS on saturday ( 14th ) since it is holiday for both o[censored]s ... but my bad luck, due to this pulling and pushing issue of vehicle, she fell down at heavy traffic area ( infront of CM house ) and admitted into hospital for 8 stitches on her right leg and huge blood loss .. It was a big tragedy

                              After this incident, she was bed ridden for a month and i have a 1.5 year old baby ... just imagine my situation of handling both baby and accident wife ...

                              Perhaps, the vehicle got rectified and returned to me after few days ... i took delivery on 18th april, 2009

                              On 7th MAY, i took the vehicle to check ... but with in 15 minutes o[censored]se, same problem in main road traffic ... but this time, since i was ridding, i could able to manage somehow and return to home ... next day that is on 8th MAY, i given the vehicle to Kiran TVS and asked them to replace ... till date only 200 km only vehicle used ... major time to service centre

                              Till date i am getting only phone calls and no action on my replacement from TVS .. though i informed in writting to TVS HO and several calls to TVS HO, Hossur

                              Pls help us ... my wife mentally harassed due to one month bed ridden because of vehicle issue and she is tottaly afraid by seeing the vehicle ...

                                Dear sir,
                                I am owner of a TVS Fiero motor cycle, Oct/Nov 2002 makeReg No (CH03K 9896), having Eng No M1209M154141 and Chassis No M1209F152405. The company has discontinued production of the model few years later. I had given the bike for servicing and repair (job card no 3242)w.e.f first week of Apr 09 at Sahil Automobiles Somalwada Sq, Wardha Road, Nagpur.(Ph[protected]. The expected delivery date of the bike was 07 Apr 09 as per the dealer.The bike was given to the dealer for repair of the broken mud guard which the dealer has assured that he will get it replaced within 3 days.It is with utmost grievience i am lodging this complaint that even after repeated visit to the showroom the dealer could not rectify the defect till date for want of spares. The service supervisor of the dealer has been saying that spares are not received and he is asking me to tie up for the spares from some other authorised service center.The attitude of the service supervisor and the owner of Sahil automobiles has been extremely negative and utterly disgusting. About three to four weeks later, I contacted TVS motor company regional office near Sai Mandir, Wardha Road, Nagpur-15, spoke to the service manager of the company(Mr Rajesh Rewatkar), conveyed the difficulties I've faced to get my bike repaired at the above mentioned authorised service centre and lodged a complaint in their register. The service manager has promised to solve the issue within a week. I have been calling him every week since then to check about the progress, but there has been no positive response from that side also.The bike has not been repaired till date. The dealer has dumped the vehicle unattended and told me to take the motor cycle back as they could not carryout the repair. The company has been launching new models quite frequently and after sales service of old models are not been attended to due to lack of spares.Non availability of spares for models of year 2002 not understood. This is resulting in difficulties to the existing customer. The approach of the TVS motor company/dealer is extremely different when it comes to after sales support as compared to selling new products. Requested that the matter may kindly be looked into for not rectifying the defect and providing my bike, in time. An early reply from your side is solicited. Thank you.

                                Unpleasant experience with the New Scooty Streak

                                Dear Sir,

                                We bought a New Scooty Streak on Mar-26-2009. Initially the vehicle sound from the silencer was nasty. The vehicle didn’t move smoothly like a new one. Before the 1st service the vehicle switched off completely and oil spilling happened near the rear wheel. I physically toed the vehicle to the dealer from my home which is 6kms away from the dealer as they didn’t support me well at that time. The vehicle was not smooth while driving even after the 1st service. After continuous visits to the Dealer they have done winding / tuning in the engine, cleaned the carburetor and replaced the silencer and some other changes. Carburetor was cleaned for the 2nd time after the 1st service. I wonder why these repairs required for a brand new vehicle.

                                All this happened before completing 550 kms drive. Within this duration I have atleast visited the dealer for about 10times to rectify the problem. After replacing the silencer and tuning up the engine and other changes, now the vehicle is having few other problems like starting trouble and uneasiness while driving.

                                Due to my repeated requests and follow-ups with the dealer, they gave the mobile no of Mr. Sathish, Territory Manager of TVS Chennai in-turn he redirected me to Mr. Velmurugan, Service Manager of TVS Chennai. According to Mr. Velmurugan’s advice Mr. Vignesh, Service engineer of your team checked the vehicle and confirmed that presently he could not find any problems in it. Actually the current problems like starting trouble and uneasiness in driving not happens frequently.

                                Hence Mr.Velmurugan confirmed me that TVS will take care of my vehicle and he is ready to help me at any time during the warranty period. But now the performance of the vehicle is absolutely like a used one.

                                I wish to quote something for your update. Initially when I visited Sathya Motors, their sales rep Mr. Arasakumar, promised me to give a reasonable discount for cash purchase and some accessories. But at the time of sale he refused to give the discount or anything as this is a new model! If TVS or their dealer cannot give any discount for a vehicle and be rigid in pricing, then you should deliver a trouble free vehicle to the customer.

                                How did this vehicle slipped from your quality control team and reached the dealer with manufacturing deffects. How an authorised dealer could not check and deliver the vehicle to customer? Why the dealer charged me for vehicle handling? Is this the value TVS adds for customers by cosy and attractive TV commercials, press ads etc?


                                Misunderstanding happened between me and my wife just because of this vehicle as she was demanding “Bajaj Krystal”. For some reason I was attracted with Scooty Streak and I convinced her for the same. Now we are overloaded with mental torture of the vehicle’s performance.
                                I bought this vehicle to gift my wife on our 10th wedding day. My daughter named the new Scooty Streak as “Anjali” and we took this home as our new family member. But till now, we never had the happiness of the vehicle. Sir, everything went in vain after spending Rs.42, 000/- in cash and we gained a major trouble, pain and mental torture.

                                I am awaiting a favourable reply from your team in another couple of days. Hence it forces me to go for Consumer Council Court for the injustice happened to me.

                                Tvs Motor Company — Vibration while riding my apache fi

                                I bought apache rtr 160 fi before 2 months :) while riding the bike above 60 the front part of the bike got vibrates heavily:)
                                TVS SCOOTY purchased on 25.6.2007 .from lotus agencies coimbatore. Invoice no 54914. on the month
                                of june when I removed the scooter from the stsnd and when i drove it only for about 25 feet the front wheel
                                collapsed and I ALMOST fell down in the middle of the road. Luckily there was no vehicle passing by in front of me or from behind. Just imagine what would have happned to me in case there were any vehicles on either directions. I left the vehicle for repair and also got it repairec through insurance. But the problem still exists.While riding if the wehicle moves over a small pit or a speed breaker the action of the shock absorber.
                                is not effective. I hear only a thud noise. I am sure that thefront fork assembly would break any time which
                                was replaced on12.7.2009.vide invoice no 3506057 dated 31.7.2009. In this condition how can I ride the
                                vehicle confidently.What will happen IF IT WOULD BREAK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD IN A BUSY
                                TRAFFIC. Just imagine. What is the reply from the management.
                                I purchased TVS Flame 125CC with drum brake in the month of October 2008 and since then I am facing problems though it is almost a year and I ride this vehicle just 7000 Kms so far.

                                Two months back the vehicle underwent major changes, i.e. the cylinder and piston kit was replaced with Flame SR - 125CC's kit for better pick-up and average but after this replacement the condition of the vehicle became worst and even after several visits the condition is standstill, neither their Head Office nor Regional Office located in Delhi is now taking any interest to solve this issue.

                                Though TVS Motor Company claim that a proper training is given to the engineers working at their showroom but I feel that either they (Co.) do not give proper training or give just tips to the engineers due to which company earns but consumer loose their hardearned money.

                                I wrote various mails to the Head Office of TVS Motor but I have not received any feedback so far, so now I am planning to take legal action against TVS Motor Company.

                                I agree with the complaints of TVS Streak. I have also purchased one in Hyderabad's M/s. Shanti Motors. From the day one at the time of fitting out the vechicle for the delivery i found fault with the throttle handle and i had to beg them for the replacment. The show room people says it is minor it will get adjusted on its own. How can they say that when a customer is spending 43000 rupees in cash and compromise on the quality? after delivery the vehicle started stopping on its own at the "signals" and whenever we slow down. This resulted in bumping some one from behind some times, by gods grace nothing major occured.

                                Later, during the the first Free service, i have reported the above problem for which service station people said it will be fixed. I have taken the delivery of the vehicle in the evening and went on the road and found the dipper switch is not functioning. When i took it to service station, they simply say its a minor problem which means we have to live with it though its brand new vehicle. After again requesting repeatedly they agreed to replace the switch and demanded me to pay for it saying it is not covered in the warranty though its a brand new vehicle and under warranty.

                                One more problem i observed is "the mis firing" while the riding. It is mis firing and stopping on the middle of the road when ever i slow down. One fine day it did not even start. When it is taken to the service station, it is found that the Spark plug is gone and need to replace. Again i had pay for it thought the vehicle is under warranty and service book - terms conditions say the spared and not covered under warranty - this is a lessor for people like me that we have to read the terms and conditions of the service book before buying vehicle. However, we have not agreed to those terms whcih are printed on their service booklet which are purely in their favor. The spared/all should covered under warranty at least.

                                So, after replacement of the spark plug, again the misfiring is on and i am sure in a few days again i need to replace the spark plug and pay for it though it is under warranty.

                                I have intimated my problem seeking help/feedback on sending email to "ao.[protected]@tvsmotor.co.om" but there is no reponce till date. I have sent several reminders but in vein.

                                Help need please.

                                Tvs Motor Company — non availability of CDI of Fiero F2

                                i own tvs fiero f2 2003 model.its CDI is not working from last 10 days.and i am not getting it from anywhere.
                                Dear Sir, I purchased Apache RTR in october 2007 on dhan teras. All the services I had taken, each time it was from tvs service center in my home town (Delhi Road- Saharanpur). I am highly satisfied with the TVS Moter Byke. But the problem is that, I am very much disappointed with the services of local service centers in Saharanpur. There were some problems in my byke in the very beginning, I asked them to get repaired the same, but these problems could not be resolved. Due to this I am still suffering these problems. The staff of TVS servicec center, all of them have very rude behaviour. They dont even talk properly with customers. In regard to this, I am assuring that I will never recommend anybody to go for TVS Moter Byke. In my company all o[censored]s have byke from TVS Moters only. If you do something good about your services, then it will be much better otherwise you will be loosing your valuable customers. I need your favour in regard to the services. That will even help you in retaining the other customers who are fed up with the services.

After one month my bike is suddenly one side full damaged in an accident. then after i was changed whole body of my bike. But at that time some body parts is not avilable like pingal in that showroom where i was changed the body. i have already ordered the parts before 3 months and there is no response comes on this order on behalf of your company. So i requst to you to take the immediate action to provide me the parts of my bike in that showroom.

                                And one more thing the GM of Sona Motors, Mysore he very arrogent and indiscplened person he was telling that Sona Motors is his showroom what he was saying we want to do and buy all those thing what he saying otherwise he will not give the vehicle.                                 TVS AUTOMOBILES — customer negligence

                                I have been trying to contact the TVS main Office but there is no information available regarding this. I am a VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER of TVS.
                                I have purchased the RTR 160 Yellow Apache, double disk from A. K. Automobiles, Kirtinagar Shahadra, Delhi on 20th September 2009 and still have not received my RC till date. I have contacted them every week since the purchase of my bike for the RC and the number as well. I received the number in 25 days!! Due to which the bike was parked at my house for over 2 weeks!!
                                As far as the RC is concerned as I mentioned above I have been calling every week and the personel there tell me to come to their office either a saturday or a sunday of that week and when I go there they tell me that I will have to wait for another week, so I have been going to their office every week since the purchase of the bike.
                                I purchased the bike from TVS due to their image but now will suggest against using the services of TVS as they are tardy, time consuming, irresponsible and bothersome.

                                Recently I have given My TVS Sccoty for servicing at TVS MDH center, Masab Tank and was very much disappointed with the service.

                                After reporting the problems faced, Except for the Oil change and and Cleaning, nothing was done apart from that.

                                Even the brakes were not tightened which would have resulted in some serious Accident.

                                Who is responsible if I would have met with an Major accident?

                                This clearly shows the lack of negligence and the kind of poor service being provided to the customer at your service center.

                                Is this the service you are providing to the customer?If this continues customers would never opt to give their bikes at your service center.

                                it doesnt mean that if free service coupons are use for only oil change and water wash then giving the free coupons are waste.

                                Plz rectify the problem from every service center and give good service to the customer.

                                i got fed up with Sriharimotors TVS service centre opposit toforum mall, Hosur road, Bangalore. not only myself all my friends(working n NIMHANS as a doctors) who gave vehicle for servicing both geared and non geared vehicles.........TVS as a company sucks.all r very irresponsiple..and even they are telling parts are not coming from company...they misusing our vehicle also...as already somebody mentioned.............charges are more for servicing but after servicing vehicle problems are increasing instead of decreasing.......
                                please friends b very careful while giving the vehicle for serving ...especially in TVS showroom worsen than all other companies.....................
                                even i dont know whom to complain..is there anyway to give complain to consumer court???????

                                Tvs Motor Company — parts not available

                                This is my complaint regarding the elf of TVS Apache RTR 160. Its self is not working and when i go for the change and which is within warranty the self is not available in workshop of TVS from last 3 weeks whenever i go for this they only replied that its come within 4-5 days but i still waiting for that. The call is also come to me from pune of service executive he asked me all about my vehicle and he also said that i will see all the stock near all the dealers but there is no reply from TVS . In this way i suffer from the such type of problem and i always kick out the bykr for start and faces too much problem on signals and all..,.,.

                                I Advice you not to purchase any TVS Bikes if you bought dont take it to service at SATHYA MOTORS, Chrompet.
                                They have very Poor Customer service and Bike Service. They are Good only is Stealing our spares.
                                Beware of your battery, and other spares. I saw more than three customers are complainting about their Batteries in Sathya motors.

                                For me my bike was only 1yr old i replaced my disk pad for my flame spending more than 400rs. now Totally by disk was gone.
                                now no disk brake is in working my bike.

                                In another TVS service center For my sis scooty, i said a problem in engine in 2nd Free service itself. they serviced poor and took her scooty pep again after a month a they get 3rd Free service coupon from her to reservice and the repeted the same after a month and also got her 4th Free service coupon after all Free service the problem presist and when we took the scooty pep back to them they inspect the bike and said engine was damaged and they ask for a huge amount to fix more than 3000 when the bike in only 8 months old. even after servicing by paying 3000 the problem repeated again after a couple of month and when we asked they asked us to replace the engine with cost halfth of the price of the bike and they refused to claim the warranty for engine. so we take the scooty pep to a loacl mechanic in our locality he fixed the scooty for just 800rs.

                                You can find their mistakes by taking your bike to any other service center but not at there. TVS Service centers never accept their mistakes and fix those.

                                I 'm very sorry to mention to u that since when i 've purchased my apache rtr160 two years back, the stock problem is the only thing that really upsets me a lot. U never get the spares at the rite time, always we 've to wait for min of six days. Above all the dealers is sort of a mad person, he never behaves properly.
                                tvs has the worst spare parts supply system.
                                TVS is very poor in bike making im also an owner of a TVS star city bike...every time when i go to service center (G.K.service) patparganj they charg me for 1000 or more than this...every time they damm give the excuse of some parts for the bad riding experience...its not worth for money @ ALL.

                                TVS Bike - Star City — On the agency selling the product

                                Dear Sir,
                                I purchased a Bike from Sathya Motors, Tambaram, an year back. Had already phased thru all the free services. Now I wanted to double ensure, if any vital parts ( both internally and externally ) were replaced are removed or not. Am afraid to ride the bike on the High-way these days. If at all the bike is functioning will, it must be only because of the manufacturing accuracy of the company, and not on the way the vehicles are being serviced at the service stations. Things are handled very erratically. What I suggest is, one can go about legitimizing sums paying to the very individual who washes and checks the working condition of the bike. In case I need to approach the service station for any short-coming, all that I need to do is to request the persons at the reception or the “over all in charge” only. No clue, as to who has serviced my vehicle in particular. Nor the in charge is aware as to what degree of job exactly, was carried upon the vehicle.
                                In the users manual provided to us, there are various parameters mentioned to carry out the service. The number of parameters mentioned, keeps increasing with the number of services. Can any one ensure if all the foresaid parameters are well attended to, on the respective service of the vehicle? Or else, you should be in position to admit that such parameters mentioned in the Manual are mere scripts and not to be enforceable practically.
                                On taking back the vehicle from the service station, the individual who hands over the vehicle quotes as follows…
                                “In case of any fault in the working condition of the vehicle do bring back to us”.
                                What exactly this means. I really don’t understand. If every customer has to come back only after facing some or the other issue with the vehicle, why service to the vehicle has to be carried out, prior in advance. Things like water wash are very well carried out at the un-authorised work shops for meager amount of 50 and 60 Rs. Only because such dealers are authorised ones for sake of insurance etc., we need to seek refuge in them.
                                I really doubt the integrity and loyalty of the agency towards its customer. Please advice.
                                And finally, please do not ask the caller from your end to give a rating from 1 to 10, it sounds very funny.

                                we booked for tvs wego in the month of september 28.still we didn't get the vehicle.The dealers are answering that because of its demand we are unable to deliver. whether is it true or not ?Every week when we phoned they are answering within one week we will deliver.Please reply immediately. otherwise we will go for other company.

I charged Rs350 for service a couple of week back which include mobile change, oil filter change. But today my scooty choked down due to absence of mobile oil and choked oil filter.                                 Sri sai TVs rcpuram service centre is not servicing my Scott pep though I have given for two times I have faced the same problem they are very reckless in servicing as well as in taking the complaint regarding the service.
                                I purchase TVS Sport BS-IV on 30.11.2017 in SHUSHEEL MOTORS pvt ltd. Hafeezpet Hyderabad.

                                But i am not get good millage after 3rd service. I visit SHUSHEEL MOTORS pvt ltd. Hafeezpet Hyderabad there is no proper response at show room.

                                  TVS replace my motorcycle
                                  I have bought a TVS Flame motorcycle in the month of May 2008 from M/s Vishal Automobiles, Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad and the motorcycle has completed 2800 kilometers on 18th May 2009.

                                  From last 4-5 months, the engine of the motorcycle is making some noise and I am also facing the problem of engine miss-fire. This has been brought to the notice of M/s Vishal Automobiles and TVS Motor Company, Hosur several times. I have been informed by M/s Vishal Automobiles and TVS Motor Company's Hyderabad Office that the problem is rectified and the motorcycle is in good condition. They have addressed the problem 3 times an 45 days but the problems are still exist.

                                  The major problems in the vehicle are:

                                  a) Miss fire
                                  b) Noise coming from the engine valves and head unit
                                  · The above problems occur only if I drive the vehicle for more than 15 km in a stretch at a speed of 60 km/hr.
                                  c) Low mileage (50 – 55 kmpl), instead of 109 kmpl as claimed by TVS.
                                  d) Vibration noise

                                  I am really exhausted with the performance of my TVS Flame motorcycle and the services rendered by TVS Motor Company and Vishal Automobiles. I have given enough opportunities to Vishal Automobiles and TVS Motor Company to rectify the problem and they failed in doing that.

Now that vehicle is available as Flame SR 125cc. So my requested to u kindly change my vehicle engine also.

                                    FUEL INJECTOR AND ENGINE.POOR SERVICE

                                    I HAVE BOUGHT TVS APACHE RTR FI 160 FROM ' DENI AUTO MOBILES, PATNA ' ON 19 JAN 09, BUT I AM FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM RELATED WITH 'FUEL INJECTOR', ' ENGINE NOISE ', AND ' ENGINE GETS OFF WHILE RUNNING ' SINCE 1 AND 1/2 MONTH . SERVICE PROVIDER DENI AUTOMOBILES IS GOING TO SOLVE THIS FAULT.THEY DOES NOT RESPOND WELL WITH CUSTOMER. I HAVE ALSO MAILED THIS COMPLAINTO COMPANY BUT THERE IS NO REPLY ....

                                    My Bike No.KA05 HG 229 I Purchased my Bike in June 2008 in SLV TVS Motors in J.P.Nagar Bangalore, Karnataka.But in the Service thing not so Convence with Company Peoples..As they Give other Reasons well I have a problem in certain parts of my Bike. But my Bike Digital Speedo Meter is Not working from few Month.i complaint about this But i get the reason is that the Digital meter (Cencor) is Out of Stock, well i am trying from past 2 months i am getting the same reason. I am not happy about all service given by the company. so please kindly look in to this matter..Asap..

                                    TVS MOTORS — My Speedo Meter

                                    I took my Bike in June 08 tell then my bike was ok.. But in the Service thing not so Convence with Company Peoples..As they Give other Reasons well I have a problem in certan parts of my Bike. But my Bike Speedo Meter is Not working from few Month. In TVS Sub Dealer Comp. in J.P.Nagar Bangalore i complaint about this But i get reason is that the Speedo meter is Out of Stock from past 2 months same. I am not happy about all service given by the company. so please kindly look in to this matter..Asap..

                                    I bought my TVS Centra Bike from Gem Motors, Kozhikode. Now they do not sell any spare parts and therefore I went to Thirumana TVS, Koduvally for a CD coil(ignition ) for my bike. Koduvally is about 30 kms away from my home, by the shortest way. I paid Rs 200/- as advance on 29-05-09 and booked for the cd coil. The promised to give me the same within two or three days. But till date, they haven't made the spare part available. I contacted them over phone several times, but they would say that it will be supplied in one or two days. The last time I called them, they said the company doesn't give the spareparts nowadays.


                                    I am very much disappointed over this laxity on the Tvs dealer's part. Kindly do the needful for the supply of the cd coil

                                    Completly agree. They are hundred reasons for not solving the customers problem. The worst thing about them is the way they talk to customers. If you are planning to make a purchage from them, please note your vehicle will be driven at least 12 to 13 kilometers by them. Their staff is also very bad at handling the customers

                                      In an Accident my bike got damaged and requires a fuel tank, back disc caliber and a wiser.I have handed over it to the sneha service centre at Kothapet, hyderabad, 4 weeks ago.First they said that the fuel tank has to come from bangalore and it takes 4-5 days, but it took 8-10 days for the tank and after that they said that there is a problem with the back disc caliber and they have ordered and it will take more 4-5 days but it took nearly 8-10 days to get the product.
                                      when I called yesterday ie., on 30-April-09 they are now saying we have no wiser with us and there is shortage in the product from the company and is also not available anywhere in the city.
                                      These people are literally playing with me and I am unable to understand whether the problem is with the service centre or the company.
                                      I am unable to understand what to do now, whom to ask.So I reached the consumer forum to help in getting the bike back.
                                      I have also registered a complaint with the TVS company but heard no response.
