[Resolved]  Uninor — Callertune activated without request

hi,
my complaint against uninor mobile service provider.
they have activated caller tune without my request and deducted amount.
this was happened 3 to 4 times.
i logged complaint in customer care no. but there is not any response.
ONE OF THE MOST WORST MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SEEN SINCE 10 YEARS.
VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.....
IM GOING TO CHANGE MY SERVICE PROVIDER IMMEDIATELY.

KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IN THIS REGARD.

UNINOR — activation of caller tune

UNINOR activated caller tune on my number [protected],and deducted Rs 40 from my main balance.when i tried to contact the customer care they said that a complaint has been forwaded, but no action has been taken till now.

[protected] this no sms was blocked. iam sending any bussiness and bluck sms and also iam reacharging special sms pack of rs 46.
