DEAR SIR/MADAM ON 13TH DECEMBER 2011 MY MNP REQUEST ACCEPTED BY UNINOR MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER AND MY EXISTING NETWORK(BSNL) CONVERTED INTO UNINOR. BUT AFTER CHANGE, I AM FACING SEVERE PROBLEM THAT THERE IS NO NETWORK AVAILABLE INSIDE THE HOUSE. SO I COULD NOT GET ANY INCOMING CALLS, WHEN I AM AT HOME. FOR OUTGOING CALLS I HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE,AS I AM STAYING AT THE PRIME LOCATION OF OUR CITY. i.e. JYOTI NAGAR SECOND LANE BERHAMPUR GANJAM ORISSA. I HAVE REMINDED MANY TIMES TO UNINOR CUSTOMER CARE,BUT NO RESULTS CAME TILL DATE. SO KINDLY HELP ME. UNINOR — NO NETWORK IN HOUSE
I AM USING SAMSUNG GALAXY WITH UNINOR SIM(PROVIDER). THE COVERAGE NETWORK IS GOOD OUTSIDE BUT JUST ENTERING THE HOUSE THE NETWORK GOES OFF.WHEN I USE IT NEAR WINDOW SHOWS NETWORK BUT NOT INSIDE HOUSE.
