    Dear Sir,

    Uninor is charging the money for caller tunes for my prepaid mobile no. [protected] still I am sending sms to them to de-activate the sevices,after one week of deactivation ,it again renew and deducts money from the account.they are not permanently deactivating this service.Plaese do the needfull so that they can not harras other customers.Songs on caller tunes are very cheap & hurting my personality.

      Sir I have recharged my mobile [protected] from the uninor site on 15 feb 2015..and paid the amount 160 Rs through net banking... sir my balance has been deducted from bank but i have not been recharged with Rs 160 on my mobile... please recharge my phone immediately

In uninor i can make recharge my self by Dialing *222*7*rechaege amount # which will be deducted from my balance. But i tried and fed off trying *222*7*158# (the recharge i want ). Its not done for 1 whole day. The 2 nd day i called so many customer care executives and they said it will be done after switching off and on again. I tried that too many times. But now i am not able to call the customer care, because the call is itself being disconnected when i try to call customer care. Please do the needful sir.

      FOR THE GETTING BALANCE

      I LOST RS 5 AFTER A COMPANY'S CALL. I TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE THEN THEY SAID THIS SERVICE SUBSCRIBE BY YOU.AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY.

        my uninor mobile no.[protected] having gprs connectivity problem, i recharged my mobile with 24/- for internet services, but internet not activated..i kept on calling customer care to resolve the proble but each time they told me different thing which is totally ludicrous since I'm mobile internet user since 2005, they can't make me fool. finally they barred me to call customer care, which is what they can do on the extreme, here is the list of recommendation they told me to resolve the matter which i knew well that would not be solve my problem-
        1) change your apn to capital letter(change apn uninor to UNINOR)
        2) change your apn uninor to Unionr(even more ludicrous)
        3)keep your balance over 20(i did that)
        4)wait we will send u automatic settings of net

They automatic active any service without knowing me. when i talk to cutomer care service o[censored]ninor they didn't take call finally i deactivate the service but my balance is debited . so please take action on this .this things done with many customer.

                  My name is IMRANKHAN K. and i am working with an Architecture firm as a site-supervisor.I got a dialer tone facility with pay Rs.40/- per month.Now problem is they keep an UNINOR Advertisement of 5 seconds before start a song as dialer tone. As per rules and regulation i requested to uninor customer care (Executive).He accepted mine Request and advertise will be remove from song within 5 hours as per our uninor rules.But they avoided.Next day I visited at UNINOR outlet located Delux road Nizampura, I explain everything to executive(NIKITA).She said : it is not possible to remove add. from yours dialer tone (song),When i asked to complain to Manager she gave an one Number( +91-[protected]) Mr.Moulik shah(Manager) He replied : I accepting your request and add. will remove from yours dialer tone (song) within 72 hours,and you keep or save mine mobile number and you can call back me if its not success.After 5 days I call back to Moulik shah with no progressed complain,There were `nt Mr.Moulik shah. Finally I have to complain here. Because A Mobile Service Providers spreading advertisement on mine Money as per mine view.Otherwise they should provide a free of charge a dialer tone facility,Because of advertise. I request to you please give / help me judgement (result) if possible as soon.

                      I m Sushil chaudhari, my uninor GSM
                      prepaid mobile number is [protected].
                      I had activate GPRS service on 9 march 2012 of rs 90/- I have got 6GB
                      net balance. But there is problem of service occured. I used mobile of
                      Nokia company model no.C1-01.
                      Also USB net coneector of company VISIONTEK.
                      On both devices there is no access of internet is seen.

                      1.On mobile phone when I used to connect internet then display the
                      reply as wap service authentication is failed. I have used settings of
                      uninor.
                      2. on USB net connector I used to connect internet then display the
                      reply like ppp protocol link terminated.
                      so what shall I do?
                      Sir, I had call to customer care 3 times but they doesnt solve my problem.
                      So please solve my problem.

                        Whenever I recharged my phone for more that 100 Rs the amount of Rs 15 to 30 rs get deducted .After contacting the customer care they just provide the silly reasons that this service is activated or renewed recently today itself my 15 rs have been deducted & the reason the Customer service provided was as it has been renewed so no refund will be provided but i have never renewed any service .please take the matter into consideration

                          I have been facing a lot of problem with uninor service provider, they have suddenly deactivated my sim without any notification, even after submitting documents they give no response, and now the customer care dont even pick up my calls, im facing a lot of issue in this regard
                          my no :[protected].

                          this kind of scenario happened with one of my friend 6 months back and after complains for continuously 2 months nothing happend so he had to port his no to other service provider. i think same is going to be the case this time as well.

                          though i submitted the documents for new uninor sim, my outgoing calls are deactivated. dealer did not submit the documents in proper way. when asked he said he would rectify immediately but since two days no outgoing calls for me. my no [protected]. many times i called but no response and no rectification so far. i condemn this attitude of the service provider.

                            I can't describe the level of frustration I'm facing cos of this stupid network..
                            I just want to suggest everyone not to buy uninor..
                            there is no network, no internet connection, u can't even send msges, n worst is their customer care.. its like some stupid illiterate arseholes sitting there, ignoring ur calls..
                            don't buy it.

                                My cell no. [protected] and I'm not receiving any kind of msg...I have contact to 198 and executive told me that "PLZ, CHANGE THE HANDSET N TRY IT AGAIN N THEN IF IT DOESN'T WORK THEN CONTACT TO 198"...So I changed the handset n tried but it doesn't work at all.
                                so I call back to 198 n tried to register complaint but the another executive told me that he couldn't register my problem because of the system where down at 198 help desk

                                Is it true that some indian service sim provider going to shutdown, like uninor, tata docomo........?????
                                UNINOR is going to shut down. Its one of those whose license has been cancelled. Better change ur service provider. Later u wont be able to make or receive calls also.

                                  I unexpectedly enabled mytunes in Uninor service.I tried to call customer care (121) to disable mytunes. In that there is no direct navigation to customer case option.(like press 9 ). Then i tried another number 198 . But this is having greavence cell. I asked him to create a comlaint on this. He did not create complaint and give navigation to customer care option. From next time he blocked my call to call grevience number also. Then why this channel is present. Worst service ever. Better dont go to Uninor.

                                  I called thousands of time aircel custemercare & 56500 to de-activate my dialer tune!!!. But no response... My no is [protected]...
                                  Hi guys.. Even i had a fatal problem deactivating my aircel dialler tune.. Here's a quick tip.. Dial 56500 from your aircel mobile..
                                  After u select the desired language, press the keys 9, 2, 1 straight away.. this deactives dialler tune set for all callers.. Remember call charges to 56500 is 6rs/min.. I hope this helps

                                    Uninor has wrongly deducted Rs.90 from my prepaid account no.[protected]. Complaints were made to customer care who gave vague replies and did not bother to answer any of my queries. I was forced to discontinue uninor prepaid services and opt for other more reliable and efficient service providers. Please remit the 90/- wrongly deducted from my prepaid account.

                                      UNINOR — Bad Services

                                      I was gave one message from uninor regarding 450/- then i recharge 5.30pm i now living at Karve statue in Pune then not giving 2100 min other 6000 min uni to uni after that i call to customer care but can't properly answer one time said me company given 2100 min assured this facility then last night i was calling to customer care but another way to understanding to me hence i complaint you please give me 2100 min otherwise 450/- balance in my mobile here is no available uninor gallary where actualy fault i dont know so please give me balance otherwise i stop the sim card i want result within 24 hours
                                      I submitted the photos id for the Uninor new connection. at a time I purchased two sims o[censored]ninor and one sim of Air tel with same Id. Airtel accepted the ID and Uninor says that this is wrong photo ID when it is my PAN id. I complaint to senior officers of the Uninor but no response because they don't work no phone was received my money of both the costly sims was gone to their account but service disconnected I lost arround 700 rupees for no return they stopped my services and now they don't response., they are thief nothing else.
                                      Uninor is fraud network and distributor of indiranagar area is also a bad manager.call on manager no [protected]...
                                      TODAY ON 04 - AUGUST- 2012 SUDDENLY MY UNINOR NO [protected] STOPS WORKING, IT IS SHOWING FULL NETWORK BUT I M NOT ABLE TO DO ANY OUTGOING CALLS EVEN I M NOT GETTING ANY CALLS.
                                      SO ITS REALLY A BAD SERVICE PROVIDER. EVEN CUSTOMER CARE NO IS NOT CONNECTING. I M GOING TO COMPLAINT FOR THIS AGAINST THE COMPANY.

HARISH SINDE this is a coustomer care exucative and this person giving me comitment to diacctivet the service and riturn of balance and when i riquest to them for giving me the NODAL OFFICER no. they didant giv me the no. and want to talk with the senear they was not transfor my call to theme so it so bad service in telicom........ and also want to tack strick stape front of company

                                        I have lost my uninor sim card [protected] on 20th Feb 2012. I tried to contact the customer service hotline to get them to block the number immediately but to no avail. They charged me 0.50 Rs per 3 minute and I had to hold the call for a long time but no one answered the call. This had left me with a bitter experience and frustration towards the service provider. Please get someone to block my sim card immediately. I am totally unhappy with uninor services.
