Sir,
I have been using Uninor for communication.
My number is:[protected]

It's registered on my friend's name:Vipulkumar Patil

On February 8,2012 ,I got a message from company that Rs.15/- has been deducted for chat application.
But I did not activated it.

I'm calling them since that day,but always they say"Our system is being updated,call after 3 hours."
And after 3 hours when I call them the same answer as above I'm getting.
Their system has not been updated,yet(11/02/2012),when I call them ,call is disconnected.

It is cheating ,I've been tired dialing to customer care.
Please take some strict action against UNINOR TELECOM
my uninor no [protected] is having a problem of balance deduction by itself when i fill its top up. balance deduction is done automatically without my knowledge where somethings gets activated from itself n i get the message of activation that some alerts have been activated. when i tried to contact customer care they are denying about the activation and they r not refunding back. all this problems i am facing not less then thrice.pls help

    first the uni-nor service activated any service they want and when we try to talk to the customer care they don't pick the call... after one day they pick the call and when we complaint for the same they talk in a rude manner ant disconnects the call without answering our queries!!!!!!!!!! recently this company has increased its MSG pack.

              I downloaded ICICI Bank's i-Mobile application on Samsung WAVE II handset. Also, I had registered my Uninor Mobile no. with ICICI Bank for mobile banking service. While I was trying to activate my mobile banking service using i-Mobile application the application sent SMSes to the banks no. for authentication. Every time I tried to activate i-mobile I lost min INR 15 and application was never activated. I complained about this to bank many times finally after 2 months banks IT team confirmed that it was because of network/service providers bad services the messages could not reach the bank and application could not be activated. By the time I had already spend around INR500 in SMSes and GPRS but finally the application did not work. I complained about the bad service to Uninor, they sent some settings which did not work at all. Tried contacting Uninor customer care but the probloem is not resolved. Finally, I decided to port out o[censored]ninor and port in to Idea. Uninor is focusing more on call rates than the quality of the service. I hope somebody from Uninor will take cognizance of this. All readers, in case you are on Uninor for cheap rates and accessing Uninor wap for mobile applications , the cheaper service may cost you much dearer.

              UNINOR — Wap Services charges

              I was given assurance by the customer care centre that the service on my mobile number is deactivated and i will not be charged for the service from that point of time. Then also for continuosly 2 months i have charges for the service. Every time the customer care executive say that you dont worry sir your service will be deactivated and you will not be charged and thereafter when Wap service's charges are deducted, they say we cant give you refund. This is the worst mobile company i have seen. i would request every body to no buy uninor cards and go for another good company.........

                My Mobile No. is [protected] of Hyderabad, AP. I am using this Reliance GSM Services from 2011. The Uninor authorities are activating the Music unlimited etc autoomatically without any request and taking my balance and I suffering a lot with that activation. I have contacted the Customer Care Services a number of times. But nobody is receiving my compliant. I hope you will kindly consider my request and arrange refund of the deducted amount and don’t activate the packages in future please.

                  Uninor is cheating the public by showing the bogus offers in its official web site. I had recharged my mobile on 16th Jan 2012 with Rs.500, as per the plan shown in its website i was entitled to get the talk time of Rs.600 however i got only talk time of Rs 500. only.I had communicated with customer care department for the same for many times but they respond me properly.
                  I had wrote them at least to update the same in their web site and not to cheat the public. Till now they had not updated the same in their web site.



                  Please make some arrangement to stop them cheating public.

                  I had recharged my uninor account (transection ID[protected] with Rs. 500. As per your official website www.uninor.in I should get the balance of Rs.600,however i had got only Rs.500. When I inquire with your customer care representative they said that the offer expired 3 months ago, and said that site is not regularly updated. I think this is not the responsible answer from such a responsible and reputed telecom. This passes very bad impression to your customer, your offer is expired 3 month ago and still in your website you are showing the expired offer.

                  I asked your customer care representative repeatedly for registration of my complaint, however they denied for the same. In my opinion offering something in the official website and denying form that is equivalent to fraud.

                  I request you either to make any arrangement for refund of my amount and or justify me for the same.

                    yesterday morning i directly get msg from uninor that you hav been activated service chat for 15dayz.. n my 15 rs. balance get deducted..
                    but i didnt activated any sevice.. i call customer care, they told this chat service is activated by uninor itself.. ur money will be refunded you call later server down n bla bla..
                    what this hell going on in uninor?? without any reason deducing money from account.. always server down reason.. plz sir pull them in curt..
                    tell them to refund my balance.. my number is [protected]..

                    i think the deal with uninor is like when you recharge with 150 you get 175 talk time and they any way gonna deduct the extra 25 rupee by any kind of activating stupid chat application
                    because when i asked the customer care person about this detection they first ask me what recharge you did last time and asked to call after 2 hrs ... when i tried next time my number was blocked to call them, wasn't able to call

                      my uninor mobile no is [protected].On 12th january 2012 evening suddenly i got sms that "dear customer you have successfully activated chat service at Rs. 20.00 & your subcription is valid for next 20 days". without my request sending They cut balance of Rs. 20.so many times i called customer care but they also not responding to my call. i want my hard earned money back.sir please help me and please register my complaint and refund me my balance money in my account.

                        I am using a uninor no [protected] they are stealing money from my talk time every month even after so many reminder they are deduction amount from my mobile every month they are taking 40 RS i talked to company guys they are saying that they cannot give money i need my money it is hard earned money so i want it back please help me they says it some callertune money but it got deactiviated and started again on it own

                        these is a harassment done my some MNC please look into the matter and get my money back

One subscriber having the uninor number [protected] is using abusive language and disturbing every time. When i approched to police station then they simply told to change the sim card, but i want to keep my number so please provide some arrangement like blacklist the number of abusive caller for my number , so that i could keep my number with me.

                            MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected] IS A RELIANCE GSM SIM. I HAVE CHANGED TO UNINOR THROUGH MNP. I ACTUALLY HAD A PLAN TO ACTIVATE INTERNET IN MY MOBILE AND THEN TO CONNECT TO MY PC THROUGH BLUETOOTH. AFTER CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR NEARLY 4 TIMES THEY SENT ME THE INTERNET SETTINGS AND I EVEN HAS RECHARGED WITH THE INTERNET PACKAGE OF RUPEES 90/- TWO DAYS BACK.

                            AFTER RECHARGING WITH THE INTERNET PACK I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE TO HELP ME OUT TO SET THE INTERNET SETTINGS IN MY MOBILE AND MY PC. EVERYTIME THEY GIVE A DIFFERENT PROCESS AND TILL NOW MY PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED.

                            TILL NOW I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE 8 TIMES BUT ULTIMATELY EVERYTHING WAS IN VAIN. THE STORE O[censored]NINOR IS NEARLY 60 KMS FROM THE PLACE WHERE I LIVE. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GO TO THE STORE AND ASK FOR HELP.

                            I REQUEST THE UNINOR PERSONAL TO HELP ME OUT REGARDING THIS ISSUE.

                              Hi,

                              Well, Its a prior duty of every company to provide proper after sales service to consumer and when it comes for telecommunication it is necessity to provide proper service and proper customer care service. First of all they deduct balance and then provide a strong rough executive talk via customer care. Now coming to my complaint. I was using this Uninor connection since last 1 and a half years and expect that they will provide good product service as well as good customer care service, I expect only good not best because i know that the outsource company will never deliver his best because of they have to earn revenues. So that they hire people at a very low stipend who don't know languages very well but still they hire those people without proper training on voice skills, they provide incomplete training and present in operation where they take live call. Initially these kind of executive are very humble afterward they all become aggressive because of pressure
                              Reason of aggressiveness - Lack of information, Regular pinch for reducing average handling time, Over stretching, Because of reducing AHT they release their calmness and become aggressive.
                              Boss i am facing a issue of balance deduction since july 2010 and the service is yet active as informed by customer care. If I say to customer care executive to deactivate this service from you end they reply that this feature you have to deactivate we will not be able to deactivate the service from our end this was said the an executive who is in escalation desk. Afterward call get disconnected. Again I called up then i get resolution from front executive desk that they will be able top deactivate this service from their end with a TAT(Turn Around Time) of 5 Hrs.

                              Ecsalation desk executive name - didn't captured ( for him I am leaving with my no and name please check it through and listen to those call. recheck with C-sat team and then work on. My no is [protected], Name - Salekin Alam.
                              One more this that was charged Rs 136 for the same service which I never activated. And by the way just for your information i was an experienced supervisor in Telecom sector.

                                I S Vijay Kumar, I am Using Uninor Prepaid Connection no ([protected]) Aprox 5months. from Beginning i am facing network issue in/outdoor at my Residence Area & pincode Safilguda 500047. i gave complaint So many times to uninor regarding network issue they gave SR No. 1-[protected]no, i requested for porting Uninor To Reliance GSM. i forwarded a request on 29/11/2011. they said that no. will be port to Reliance in 7 working days. but still not ported. i mailed to Reliance Customer care, they replied that there is problem with uninor they are not allowing to port in reliance.Do the needful.

                                  I am getting frequent miss calls and calls from the following uninor number : +[protected]. I am a resident of Sitapur (u. p.).                                   Respected Sir/Madam,

                                  I received a SMS from the Uninor Care (NO UW-650001) on 28 Dec 11 at 1618 hours stating that a benefit of 3,900 local seconds will be given with 30 days validity specially on my mobile No [protected] after recharging with Special recharge of Rs 19/- for that day only.

                                  Accordingly, I got that recharged immediately vide Transanction ID No[protected] dt 28 Dec 11 at 1842 hours. Though it was mentioned in the message that the benefit will be credited in 48 hours of recharge, the benefits have not been credited till date. On specking to the customer care officer named Mr Ashok, he again requested to wait for next 24 hour and assure me that the benefit will be given within next 24 hours.

                                  However, even after lapse of 70 hours, neither the benefit has been received nor the customer care number is attending the call. When I called initially, they kept me on hold for ONE HOUR, ONE MINUTE AND FIFTY FIVE SECONDS and then disconnected the call. And now on calling the complaint/customer care number, option for "speak to customer care officer" is not being given on my number.

                                  It is not a matter of just Rs 19/-, but it is a matter of providing the services to the customers by these mobile companies.

                                  I'm complaining you about the above case to take suitable action against the defaulters and to give suitable instructions to the company so that such instance should not be repeated with other customer.
