Respected Sir,
Below mail i am forwarding regarding the problem of balance deduction and customer care o[censored]ninor. I had till not get any response till today regarding the my query / problem.
Again today evening at 7:52 pm three messages came on my mobile regarding the activation of music unlimited service and my balance deducted by Rs50 from Rs55.I had never made a activation of such services.
I had made a call at 198 to register a complaint , the person at customer care told to wait for three hours.
So till now my Total of Rs 110 has been deducted from my balance for service charges of different services activation (like my chat gossip ,music unlimited ), which i had never activated on my mobile.
Also no person from the company has made contact with me or revert back my funds deducted.
Strictly i am hoping for some prompt reply regarding this above problem.

Last One to two month back my Rs30 has been deducted from my main balance for the activation charges of the Gossip Services , which i had not activated. I had made a call to customer care and the person said me that it will be deactivated soon. Just two to three days back i had made a recharge of Rs100 and my Talk Value of Rs115 has been recharged successfully.
Again on 17/10/2011 , the Rs30 deducted for the Gossip Service renewal . I had tried to call to customer care , but it takes a long time .So I had called on 18/10/2011 morning -- I had very bad experience with the CC o[censored]ninor. As 121 is busy , i tried to call 198 ,
The first person whom i talked , said me that we cannot activate or deactivate gossip schme from here, you have to do it from your cell by sending a code *598#, When I tried 3 to 4 times , it shows me invalid.
So again I called the CC by using number 198, a lady has picked up the call and she said that *598# is wrong code for deactivation of gossip services on your cell, she told me to send sms UNSUB BDN or MDN etc and send on 52211, as due to the confusion in hearing of code i had send the code 5 times with different codes to 52211, Still all msg came that you had entered the wrong code.
So again i called third time to CC , same on 198 as 121 is busy. A man has picked up the call. I told to provide the correct code for the gossip service deactivation , before my talk is over , he is telling you have to not call here and you have to dial 121 etc, then i said whole situation, while on continuation of call , he send me the sms of confirmation regarding the gossip service deactivation.
So my Rs30 previous and Rs30 on 17/10/2011 has been deducted for the gossip service which i had not activated any time.
Now again today evening 18/10/2011 at 08.08pm a sms came that Your my chat service has been renewed and you have been charged Rs30 again, So my balance from Rs115 deducted to Rs 55 only .
WHAT IS THIS ALL? I HAVEN'T ACTIVATED MY CHAT SERVICE OR GOSSIP SERVICE STILL MY BALANCE IS DEDUCTED .
ALSO THE CUSTOMER CARE IS GIVING ME WRONG AND CONFUSED ANSWERS TO MY QUERY.
So i am Kindly Requesting you to revert back Rs30 + Rs 30 + Rs30 = Rs90 total back in my account main balance ([protected]) and close all the extra services which are activated by itself or what so it is.
