      sir,
      I have been using uninor mobile connection and I use special tariff voucher 198 every month this time I could not recharge from a retailer which I usually do. But on 22/10/2011 my validity was going to expire and some talk time left in my account and if I do the recharge on 22/10/2011 the talk time left will be carry forwarded to the next month. Since I could not recharge in live hours I tried the online recharge but I lost my money of Rs.198. And a Talk time worth Rs.120.my order no. which send to my mobile by sms is 7175319 I have checking my account whether my money was returned to my account. But as on today 27/10/2011 it wasn't.
      Kindly take necessary action so that a new person shouldn't fall.

        I have nokia 5130 -c-2 handset &used uninor sim card no.[protected] . I have recharged internet pack for one month. then ask for online internet & GPRs setting from uninor call centre.but they are not send proper setting. I have try to call them but call is not connected. I have loose my recharge money for internet pack

          You need to register an FIR with the nearest police station and then visit the Uninor store nearest to you with a attested copy of the FIR to reissue your sim card. Hope this helps :)

            Below mail i am forwarding regarding the problem of balance deduction and customer care o[censored]ninor. I had till not get any response till today regarding the my query / problem.

            Again today evening at 7:52 pm three messages came on my mobile regarding the activation of music unlimited service and my balance deducted by Rs50 from Rs55.I had never made a activation of such services.
            I had made a call at 198 to register a complaint , the person at customer care told to wait for three hours.

            So till now my Total of Rs 110 has been deducted from my balance for service charges of different services activation (like my chat gossip ,music unlimited ), which i had never activated on my mobile.

            Also no person from the company has made contact with me or revert back my funds deducted.

            Strictly i am hoping for some prompt reply regarding this above problem.

            Last One to two month back my Rs30 has been deducted from my main balance for the activation charges of the Gossip Services , which i had not activated. I had made a call to customer care and the person said me that it will be deactivated soon. Just two to three days back i had made a recharge of Rs100 and my Talk Value of Rs115 has been recharged successfully.

            Again on 17/10/2011 , the Rs30 deducted for the Gossip Service renewal . I had tried to call to customer care , but it takes a long time .So I had called on 18/10/2011 morning -- I had very bad experience with the CC o[censored]ninor. As 121 is busy , i tried to call 198 ,
            The first person whom i talked , said me that we cannot activate or deactivate gossip schme from here, you have to do it from your cell by sending a code *598#, When I tried 3 to 4 times , it shows me invalid.

            So again I called the CC by using number 198, a lady has picked up the call and she said that *598# is wrong code for deactivation of gossip services on your cell, she told me to send sms UNSUB BDN or MDN etc and send on 52211, as due to the confusion in hearing of code i had send the code 5 times with different codes to 52211, Still all msg came that you had entered the wrong code.

            So again i called third time to CC , same on 198 as 121 is busy. A man has picked up the call. I told to provide the correct code for the gossip service deactivation , before my talk is over , he is telling you have to not call here and you have to dial 121 etc, then i said whole situation, while on continuation of call , he send me the sms of confirmation regarding the gossip service deactivation.

            So my Rs30 previous and Rs30 on 17/10/2011 has been deducted for the gossip service which i had not activated any time.

            Now again today evening 18/10/2011 at 08.08pm a sms came that Your my chat service has been renewed and you have been charged Rs30 again, So my balance from Rs115 deducted to Rs 55 only .

            WHAT IS THIS ALL? I HAVEN'T ACTIVATED MY CHAT SERVICE OR GOSSIP SERVICE STILL MY BALANCE IS DEDUCTED .
            ALSO THE CUSTOMER CARE IS GIVING ME WRONG AND CONFUSED ANSWERS TO MY QUERY.

            So i am Kindly Requesting you to revert back Rs30 + Rs 30 + Rs30 = Rs90 total back in my account main balance ([protected]) and close all the extra services which are activated by itself or what so it is.

            Uninor Prepaid — with our request ringtone set and amt deducted

            i have not requested any ring tone even though they have set the tone and started deducting amount from my pre paid bal.i took up with teir durga oil mii cnetre from where i purchased the connectin who imeediately inform not to activate any service how evever so far they have not done needful nor the have credited the amount deductedmy phone no is:[protected]

              My name is Qassim Mohammed Hyder, Cell #:[protected], I've been facing issues with the network problem lately. Every 3 minutes or 5 minutes, its shows no network and "SIM REGISTRATION FAILED". No response from Customer service. When I restart the phone, it becomes normal. I've been using Uninor for quite sometime, and my other family members too and they do not have any issues. Please do the needful.

                I have requested for MNP to Aircel as I want to change my operator from Uninor. I have submitted all the required documents with the filled form and handed over to Aircel on September 2011 but there has been no response till date (October 2011). I called both the customer care centers countless number of times but to no avail, I did not get any satisfactory response. The aircel people are saying that the process is not happening from Uninor side (as Aircel did not get approval from Uninor) and uninor people are putting blame on Aircel that they have not received any documents from Aircel.

                  i am using a uninor prepaid no. [protected] since january 2011 with a monthly pack of rs.90 GPRS pack @ a very best speed of 20KB/s-28KB/s (kilobytes). after 1st week of july 2011 gprs service got a very poor condition everywhere in bihar (speed decreased to 2KB/s-4KB/s). i called cus.care to take complain but they told as they have orderd not to take such type of complaints.i mailed nodal and appelate on 9/08/2011 again 2/09/2011 and once again 30/09/2011 but they didn't give any response of my mail.when i call nodal or appelate they simply tell me there is no such issue on service or problem with me as i dont know how to use internet.! during these four months my 550 rs. has waste. now i want to goto consumer court pls anybody tell me to how can i fight a case in consumer court against this compamy

My complain is that my relatives cant call or message me from outside the city in the same state from their Docomo number.. Where as other users can call and message on this number normally.                       Yesterday night at 11.30 pm, a message came on my cell that your service has been activated and 30 rs. has been deducted from your account. And when i talked to customer care, they said according to there customer policy they cannot refund the money. It is not about the money but this is a very wrong practice. this is second time its happening to me.

                          Money is being deducted on account of Model Club Service though I have not activated the same. Inspite of complaint to customer care, the same has not yet been deactivated.                           model service club — stoppage of deduction on account of model club service charge

                          Though not activated and reqeust for deactivation, money is being deducted per month as Model Service Club Charge from my unior prepaid mobile bearing No. [protected]. Kindly order for immediate stoppagek of deduction towards the above charge , otherwise I will be forced to stop my above prepaid connection and take a prepaid connection from other company.

                            I activated STD33 scheme on uninor 2-3 days back for which i was charged 33 rs and even after 48 hours i am being charged for STD calls from main balance only. I cant even find any option to talk with customer care executive. Where should i complain for these problems.
                            I'm a UNINOR user of number-[protected], and I have a complaint that Rs. 15 has been deducted from my account in the form of some 3-G services which will be renewed every week and so, but none such service was activated with my cell. A caller tune also has been put up of my number which may be charged later on. So, I want all those services to be deactivated at once and refund of that 15 Rs that was taken from my prepaid account balance with an assurance that no such service will be activated without my conscience.

                            my name is prathamesh im using uninor from last one year but recently im facing problem of balance deduction on my number due to some devotional sub activation.i dont even use the company wap page of downloads and then also it gets activated ive deactivated it 6 times and first balance deduction was 30 then 15 then 15 then 30 then 5 then 15 then agai 15 even though deactivating and complaining customercare the balance is still getting deducted.and im fed up now from all this im helpless my number is [protected]

                              I Manjit Singh purchased one Uninor sim no. [protected] just 15 days ago and activated my tune at the charge of Rs. 40 per month. on Monday dt. 10/10/2011 a message flashed on my screen informing me of deactivation of my tune. after about 15 minutes later another message flashed restoring caller tune charging me 40 Rs. again. at 9 pm again deactivation and restoring the service charging 20 Rs. for 15 days. i dialed 198 to register my complaint but person attending me at C/C flatly refused to registering my complaint saying amount could not be reversed and 198 service was not connecting from my phone answering RIV voice thanking for contacting UNINOR CUSTOMER CARE.
                              It is my humble request to concerned company to look after such complaints so that nobody will suffer monetary lose.

                                Balance of Rs. 22/- was deducted from my UNINOR prepaid balance on 10/10/2011 for unknown reasons. when the customer care was contacted, the had no reasons or details about the deduction. Later on, the customer care number was blocked from my mobile so the I could not call them. They didn't gave me refund of the amount, nor allowed to talk me to their higher officials.
                                Such companies should be penalized severely.

                                on 22.06.2012 rupees five ( 5/-) was deducted from my uninor prepaid mobile no. [protected]. A sms came that i have recharged Rs. 5/- . I am to complain that i have never recharged any such amount. then why illegal deduction has been made . Please refund my money. It is very strange despite registering under DND such deductions are being made illegally. I am to intimate that if i am to recharge any amount i will do it on my own. Not through any other mode.                                   Hi Uninor Team,

                                  My Wife had a call from the Uninor number -[protected]. on 10/10/2011 around 3.30 PM and spoken as a known person and using abused words.
                                  unfortunately he knows my wife number and name he abused us frequently. after some times he called back in the Vodafone number -[protected]. for that we are unable to identify the person, as a consumer we need to know this culprit details to register the complaint.

                                  while we are trying to reach them the number has switched off. so purposefully he had done this misbehavior things . hence kindly provide the details to us for avoid these kind of modern eve teasing.

                                  Now a days in tamilnadu buy one sim get 2 free sim such a way the mobile number has been cheap. if you bard this uninor number he will use another sim to do the same. this leads these kind of morden eve teasing so instead of disconnect the number kindly provide the details.

                                    please ban uninor proofless messages to customers. company's marketing messages to give fradulent informatoin to me and it says that it is company,s one of the marketing technique to grab the customers to their plan. but it does't have any helpline number to contact it's executive. it's vast strategy to fraud it's customers to wrong information to unnecessary and proofless mmessages to customers.

                                        even there is range the voice quality is not clear,
                                        i am fed up with this service and m going to opt for a new provider

                                        Dear Uninor Retailer,
                                        I have dual sim mobile with vodafone and uninor.When i call 2 any of my friends,most of the time its not getting connected.When i immediately call from my vodafone sim,its getting connected.I don't understand why you people run such business without quality.Am getting irritated a lot.Thats why am complaining against UNINOR.
