    i have opted for uninor service. but i do not get any network at my work place i.e. mantralay, churchgate, mumbai. i have given complaints so many times to the customer care. but no use. nothing has improved. i am fade up with this.

    when am calling to my friends that call can be barred some time again and again am calling some time its inform us please try after some time and sms also cannot going properly please find this all problems and internet facilities also i called lot of time to Uninor call center they given information but its can not connected this is my facing problems with Uninor mobile network
    I have purchased a Uninor prepaid no. a few days back but from starting I'm facing network problem (like voice cracking, call not maturing, switch off message, message delay) problem.
    I have emailed my problem to uninor but got very funny response from them to change the handset. Although I've changed my handset also but got no improvements.

Its network is really Poorn in Samarlakota mandal and pithapuran mandal and Kakinada and all mandals in Andhrapradesh in East godavari District . so I complaint many time customer care.       I am using uninor service from last few months. I am not actually used it. I give the phone to my family to make call to relatives. From last days the mobile sit on my table and I can see what happen to them.

      After hour by hour I got non-sense call. I got too many harassment call from uninor company. in the ads they use bad language and force me to call a number. I really don't know if they have mind. Mostly my little brother have the phone. I really not know what my family thing when they got this kind of non-sense call.

      I am trying to stop them but I am unable to do that. When I call my family for "why they not use DND" then they tell me that uninor customer care-executive tell him that DND is paid things.

      first thing is that they are misguide their customer that "DND is paid thing".

      When I try to call 1909 then they are tell me to "waiting" later they cut my call and I can see on screen that it's wrong number. is this sound good. I am waiting for their response for how I can enable DND and they cut the call.

      this thing happen same when I call them again and again.

      I have reported this thing to someone "sumit" on nodalofficer.[protected]@uninor.in . I am waiting for 2 days but I got no response.

      Let me know how I can stop this non-sense ads. If I am one of the unhappy customer I can count how many person they are trying to force to be a part of their ads.

        Sir, My name is UMAR FAROOK my phone number [protected] and i have serious problem with Uninor service. They activate services(like chat,or something) without taking my permission and deduce my balance 30 RS ,15 RS,5 RS and my father number [protected] and my sister number also each time(It happened to me many times) .When i called back them asking why they activated services without my permission they tell that it is an technical problem and we will deactivate the service if i provide certain personal information (Mobile number i called last time,last recharge made, last sms made...)and customer care employee told that he has deactivated the service.I waited for them to refund my money, but they had not refunded..!
        After some days I called them back asking why it is? The customer care employee said that i told them to deactivate the service ,not to refund...! they are are not responce my questions .!
        So funny it is while taking money from my account they had not asked me a single time,but while refunding it i have to explicitly tell them to refund...! along with giving them my personal information...what is this ?????? y you doing like this .. uninar company is irritate for every time ...The care they take to refund my money they had took while taking money from my account. .. please solve my problem

              I am Vaibhav V.Patil. from Navi Mumbai I have the uninor mobile no.[protected]. I am continuosly face problem with this no. Currently I was activate internet service on this no. But today(03/04/2012) when I was surfing on internet I have the balance 114.47 Rs. But after some time when my surfing was finished then I was got one massage and deduct my balance Rs.5 after some time I was got another massage and deduct my balance Rs.99 . after that I was call the costumer care no. and talk to your costumer care executive and deactivate this service. But he didn’t get proper information. I was facing problem unnecessary .

              I called your customer care at around 10.45pm your cc representative attended, but they don't know talk with there customer also they are not accepting my request in addition before hearing my request they can't / don't expose in their identification, I am being a customer asking their names that fellow told i am bhaskar before that calling he said i am madhu, before that same voice attending his name madhu lied that so many times my caling dont respond instead of they hearing my request they both are customer person using im- parllimentary language with me after that your cc rpestative locked my number .i dont know how and why?. if recieving my mail may i wants how find who r u stop my outgoing call also i want complete details about my balance 26.27, 28, 29, 30, 31st july . hoping your healthy reply within 10 minutes, 6 hundread seconds otherwise, i hope there is no remidy to knock the door of consumer court form Mobile no [protected]

                  My friend Shila last 4 days before lost her Nokia Music Express 5130 mobile along with Uninor Sim Card - [protected]. It was theft at Pune. 4 police station refuse to make FIR. The funny things is UNINOR also deny to help, in fact they are claiming that No is not booked on her name not even on any body`s name, it has zero entry, which is simply nonsense. The sim no is very important to her, all communication link has broken, she cant even talk to her family, What she requested to Uninor at least they can provide us 2/4 months entry from where she can get details of her friend, family.
                  You know today we all remains so busy that we all store our important no in the cell, not in mind or in diary. her point is justified. pl help her to get link with her family & request all friends of world with the help of technology pl resolve this. IF possible pl trace her cell also. We will pay rewards also.

                        my name is JEETENDRA KUMAR SHARMA . i buy a uninor sim the no of sim card is [protected] and i recharge by 198 rupee date[protected] before i recharge by 198 rupee i call costomer care (198) after "8"O clock to know what kind of plan but he (costomer care) told that he con not told the plan you con call 50001 .So i called 50001 the computer tell at the first plan 198 if today you recharge by 198 you will received 120000 local sec. uninor to uninor , 42000 local sec. uninor to other network and 50 STD minuet today is last date of that plan to received 50 STD minuet .After that i want to recharge my no [protected] .but i can not received 50 STD minuet .So i call 198 (costomer care) a lady put the call and i told every things to that lady. she (costomer care) told me to wait 48 hours . so i wait 48 hours after 48 hours i can not received that 50 STD minuet . so please give me my 50 STD minuet in my mobile sim no.                         Sir i m atul saxena , i m a lecturer, and i m using uninor number [protected], on dated 31 january the balance in my sim is Rs 78 something ,when i checked my balance on dated 1 february my sim has balance 28 something at time 6:45am, when i try to complaint to customer care, they said that i request this service while i didn't request for this, after this customer care is not connected from my number, sir please take the action that company refund my 50Rs, and try that company never try to do same thing again and again

                          hello sir i m using your uninor sim [protected] since 2 year.and now i facing a problam so i writing this mail.my card is not working since20 days for that i have made complain in surendranagar uninor store but they are not responding.due to that i have complained and mail to nodel officer and authority parson but from them also i havent get any good answer they all telling within 24 hr it will start but it has not start yet.
                          from 20 day continously i m going to your uninor office for this problam of my card but i thinkuseless to go there and now onwards your nodel officer are not pick uping my phone and not giveing me my mail replay and not giveing me any ans abut my simcard.as this card is my main number so due to that i have loss aprox 20000 rs in my business ans its serious problam for me. so i request you to start my card immediately as is is important to me so do anything but i want start my simcard.

                          UNINOR — not registering my complaint

                          my name is nidhi Patel. my uninor number is [protected]. i have not activated music unlimited service for uninor though uninor has deducted rs.15 from my balance. when i called customer care center to resolve my problem, they argued that they could not accept my complaint because of their system updation. i called so many times to customer care center but they are not accepting my complaint. i m facing this problem from last 15 days. please help me out.
                          I have purchased a new sim card on 16/8/2012.Sim no[protected] of mobile number - [protected], and this was working properly till 24th aug 2012, but since 25th aug 2012 the outgoing & incoming calls from this sim have been stopped. I am calling uninor customer care, they are telling the service is deactivated now because ID proof & photo have not submitted.
                          But I have already submitted ID proof & photo through retailer. Kindly do the matter urgently needful.

                          Hello Sir,

                          I have recently purchased a new uninor sim card, after 2 days it is activated. Today ( 6 August 2014) in the morning I call on 999 and after verification customer care said that after 2 hours call on 121 and choose the language then switch off and on your mobile to use the facilities. But, after 2 hours at 11:45am I am trying to call 121 but it is not connecting. Please help me as soon as possible.

                            Sir My Uninor No. [protected], my name is Anil Kumar.M, I have Call from Unior service i.e from Ur-Tunes at the time i have received just call only and after that i pressed end button only. suddenly message was shown from Uninor i.e Hi you have successfully activated my Tunes service at Rs.40. your subscription ed. i.e Unnecessarily deducted amount Rs. 40/- Please adjusted to un necessary deducted amount my unior service.
                            My SIM No. is [protected], nd it is of BIHAR range. On 4th may, i was in Karnataka roaming nd uninor company had activated job alert nd deducted Rs30, that day i cald C.C. but the didnt take care of it, nd I myself deactivated the same. On 10th may i was in kolkata roaming nd again they activated job alert nd deducted Rs30. I cald again to the C.C. for the complain but it was kolkata C.C., they said "I dont have your call records, u call to bihar C.C.-[protected]. but this nmber was not responding. when i came back to bihar, nd cald C.C. on 19th may, they said it is more than 7 days so i dont have your call records. i cant help you. when i said to transfer to my call to their senior officer, they said that I CANT TRANSFER YOUR CALL. When I askd that do u thnk that m speaking lie? They bluntly said YES. Again i cald there nd said to transfer my call to snr ofcr they put my call on hold for 40 minutes bt didnt transfer.
                            WHAT THE HELL OF THE SERVICE THAT UNINOR IS PROVIDING?

                              service to the number [protected] has been discontinued without any valid reason for the past five days. When customer care executive was contacted at their call center , he said there is some problem in documents but exact problem has not be specified so as to rectify it. Similarly, the uninor gallery people have also not been able to specify the problem in the documents and show a callous attitude . Instead of finding the cause , they are suggesting me to change my number, which is quite troublesome. Need an urgent resolution to my problem.

                                the service provider (UNINOR) has activated service of downloading adult and vulgar video at a rental of rupee 2 per day without my permission in my number([protected]), when i ask them to stop this service they does not provide necessary information , i used to call 4 to 5 times a day continue for a week but they have neither taken any serious step nor provide necessary informatiom


                                i expect some serious action for activating such vulgar and adult service in a cell phone of an student without prior permission and cutting so much of rent

                                  I m using uninor card since 2 years. my number is [protected] .And recently I am facing problem in the SIM. The problem like, if SIM is insertes in mobile SIM REGISTRATION FAIL is coming. So, I have done complain to UNINOR office, Surendranagar. I m going store many time . and phone. but the customer officer are not giving response properly. . officers are telling thet within 24 hour your problem will be solved but they are not doing anything still my card is not working. This is my main number and its not working from 15 days i am facing serious problem.

                                  So i m writing this mail for making compalin .

                                    my name is Kamlesh Verma and i am using uninor sim with number [protected]. unwanted value added services has been activated without my permission and i called customer care to deactivate the service and the customer care deactivated my service but next day again that value added service had been activated again and i am not able to contact the customer care again from that moment. please help me in this matter so that i can get rid of this unwanted value added service and get my money back.

                                      SIR,Initially I activated GPRS PACKAGE OF Rs.90 on 19/03/2012 and now I am not getting GPRS settings for LG P500 model for mobille no.[protected] belonging to SHIRKANT KHAKE

                                      even though I contacted UNINOR customer care so many times
                                      and every time they promised me for giving GPRS settings still they are UNABLE to give GPRS SETTINGS.
                                      Now I feel that UNINOR IS WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.

                                        To complaint this problem i tried Uninor no:121 & 50001.But i had not get an option to Talk to Customer care executive.My friends are also facing with this problem.Uninor is specified that there Customer care is provided 24/7 .But we get anly information about servies.If any problem arises How can we contact?
