Today ,04th October 2011, tuesday at 10:22 am, i receieved a call from [protected]. It came to my knowledge that call is from pakistan. Although i missed the call, but i am concerned about how did the calling person got my number. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter.

    Iam having UNINOR sim (mobile no. [protected])and using the same since long. Iam using this card normally for the GPRS services. I had activated gprs on 30.09.2011 with Rs. 47.00 as charges. Under this scheme 2 gm data is given by Uninor with 30 days validity. They had deducted Rs. 47 from my balance and given me only 100 MB data. When called to the customer care, they say that i will get 100 mg daily for 20 days.

    My question is when they have deducted full amount i.e. Rs. 47, how can give MB in parts. They should give the complete data of 2 GB when full amount is deducted. The customer care representative has not given satisfactory answer, when i asked to give line to some one senior, the call was disconnected by the person.

    Either UNINOR shall refund the charges or give full 2 GM data to customer.

    Secondly, there is no information available on internet nor Uninor has sent SMS informing this to customer. In other way Uninor is cheating the customer by deducting full amount and giving on fraction of data usage from day 1.

    Kindly look into this and resolve, either Uninor shall refund the amount or give full data usage immediately.

      Uninor is the most bogus in customer care. they never to help there subscriber jut they

      are showing issue to avoid there subscriber. I'm very unhappy with there customer care.

      i have no word to tell any positive words against them.

      very very Bad Luck to you
      hope uninor will go down there business this year and vanish from Indian market.

        My Name is Melsmin Baral, My mobile numbers are [protected] & [protected].
        I recharge Rs.97 for my both mobile numbers. For Rs. 97/- pack Uninor offer 1000 minute Uninor to Uninor, and 300 minute Uninor to others, in there advertisement.

        So I recharge some Rs. of 97/- for my both mobiles. But I see that when I call to another number after 6 Pm. there are no connections. So I call to Customer care at 20:41 pm on 27/09/2011 and talk to Customer care representative Mr. Soumitra Bose to solve my problem, he said me that the offer could not be applicable 6 pm. to 10 pm. then I told him that there are no disclaimer in company advertisement, but he told that, this is company rules, then I told him to lunch a complain and send me the complain docket number, then he told me, for this problem he has no authorization for lunch the complain, then he forward the call to Mr. Debasis Biswas, he also said me the same, and forward the call to Mr. Prianku Mondal, he also said me the same as above.

        So I want to lunch a complain. I send an advertisement copy of the company with an attachment.

          The Uninor has rejected my portout application twice without any reason. My mobile number is [protected] and I wish to switch over to BSNL. After generating unique porting code on 16.08.2011 and 08.09.2011 I fill an application form at BSNL office Allahabad and submit it but both time UNINOR rejected my application and when I make the call to Uninor the Nodal Officer (Shri Kulbeer Singh) o[censored]ninor UP (East) ask me to try again but he does not told me any reason for rejection of my application.
          I am very disappointed with the service o[censored]ninor. It is requested to kindly look into the matter personally and instruct to the officer concerned so that I move to BSNL.

            Today I recharged Uninor prepaid no. [protected] by Rs.50/-. By 3 hours they deducted Rs. 30 from my account by saying that your are subscribed for my chat services and its rental is Rs. 30.- for a month. First of all I had not made any such request, neither they had asked before deducting the money. They had straight way deducted the money.
            This this unfair trade practice adopted by the company. After great difficulty I able to get there two customer care no. 121 and 198. 121 never register any complaint. When I asked 198 on what ground you had deducted the amount they said that you had registered this service on 20/9. But I was not making any calls and sms from this no. due to lack of minimal balance. There executive also not able to give any proper solution and just asked to deactivate it by sending the sms with *598#. Which I did it. But they had not returned my balance amount which I had asked to return as I had not asked for any service. I asked them show me proof that I had asked for this service, but he was just saying that you had asked and therefore we had deducted the amount.
            I think they are using unfair practice to siphon of the customer money.
            I request you kindly help me in recovering money and stop this kind o[censored]nfair practice.

            UNINOR — Unfair Trade Practice

            Dear Sir,

            I have recharged my no. with Rs. 50 as the offer was available full talktime with free 120,000 Uninor to Uninor seconds. But today by 01-10-10, I have not received the free seconds. I raised the complaint to their customer care, but now they said that they had credited the same on 14-08-10. They don't have any evidence for this.

            UNINOR — Amount deducted without my concern

            Amount got deducted without my prior knowledge. I am on roaming and made a recharge for my convenience. But some unwanted service has been activated without my concern. Please deactivate that.

            Please refund back the deducted amount ASAP.

            An amount of Rs.30 have been deducted from my balance without my concern. This has happened on 17th Sept at about 11:30pm. And when I called up in the customer care, the executive informed me that some scheme has been activated in my phone.

            When i spoke to the customer care executive, he forwarded my call to 777 and informed me that the scheme will be deactivated and the amount will be added back in my account. But when i tried to deactivate it, the server spoke "your request cannot be fulfilled".

            Today too I have made several attempts to contact the customer care executive, but your customer care executive has blocked my number due to my complaints. Now I cant even reach the customer care executive, this is why I had no option rather than writing here about the problem.

            I would have no problem if your customer care agents would give an proper treatment. But inspite of an faulty deduction, the customer care agents instead of helping me out, have blocked my number in the customer care centre. What type of service is this??

              mobile no: [protected]. 11'th sep i got message from uninor " recharge rc198 today get 100 loc mins free" along with 42000uninor to any and 120000 u to uninor. i recharged rc198 . 9'th 11'o clock. still today i did't get that offer. severaltimes i called to customer care, they we lodged a complaint:[protected]. customer care did't respond properly and given unneccessary informationy. uninor cheated me giving fradulent message.

                1. Whom should I put my complaint to?
                2. What all documents shall I require to make my case strong
                3. Can I demand from Uninor to give me the details of the intimation given me (as per their records)

                I want to take up the case very seriously as this happens to many subscriber and I want to prove to these companies that they cannot take the customers on a ride.

                    I received sms from uninor(current service provider) for offer " recharge of 197/198 Rs. till 17/09/11 & get U to U 1,20,000 + U to Other 42,000 second ke sath 2 movie tickets free, T & C apply".
                    I had recharge of Rs. 198 on 17/09/11 from Ellis bridge, ahmedabad uninor outlet, they called to go CG road, Ahmedabad branch on monday i.e. 19/9/11 for collect of movie ticket.
                    At CG road outlet person callet you are not liable for movie ticket because you had not receive any sms from company specifically mentioned " go to CG road and collect 2 movie tickets". I asked costmer care, person at costmer care told you are liable for movie ticket but if stock was empty then you can not get it.
                    but in front of me some person are taking of movie ticket and i can not get it.

                        Extra talk time offer sirf ap k liye! Rs.30 me paye Rs.35 ka talk time.Extra talk time 48 hrs me credit hoga .offer simit samay k liye.This msg i have received on date 11.9.2011and i have done it in same day at 6:00pm.but now i have not get any refund.i have complaind many time but they they are not taking any action.
                        So i requested to u please refund me my balance as soon as possible.

                          Hi,

                          Uninor is cheat company.

                          They activate dialer tones on my mobiles (I have 4 connections) by themselves without my request and chage for the same (of cource they are best at).

                          This was happening from last several ,months, I must say this is the new trick they adopt to earn money (really if they cant mange why do they are in Business - > to cheat with their customers).

                          I tried calling Uninor customer care service continuosly, but hardly to connect and when get cconnected got the obivous answer : Sir, our system is down could you please call us after 1,2,3,4 .. hrs and w'll help you (these hrs, my god when thier system is up and in action they and god knows only).

                          Currently I have 4 prepaid connection which I am planning to cut down and I mean it.

                          I am requesting you to please take neccessary action against this (if you can), else I belive nothing.....
                          Lots o[censored]ninor user are suffering from such problems and may be in future, these companies are really looking for their business and not for the customer.

                          Sir i cnnot accept any subscriptions on my mobile. last 3 months my sim is not working o[censored]ninor gprs settings. but in wap activate the unknown activate. it charged every day nearly 1.15paise cut inmy balance. So please check and de-activated that

                            sir, i perchase a uninor sim from "love mobile repairing shop" khushaalpur road majholi moradabad.after the four days company stop providing service on sim. i told to owner of "love mobile repairing shop" that my sim outgoing and incomming stoped.The owner of shop say your sim will start few days but my sim is not activate till now. now he says to me your ID is rejected when i say to him give me my rejected id. he say to me i cant return your ID because your ID is submitted in the company.my sim no. is[protected] and mobile no. is [protected].

                              i am using Uninor Telecom's Rs. 90 Plan for gprs, which gives me 6gb data for one month, data is given 200mb daily, but when i download some data, and check my balance data its shows just double of the actual data i use, that means company is deducting just double of the actual data is being used, kindly take some strict action against these kind of cheating to the customer all over india.

                                Hi I am using your Uninor number from last past year now I am thing that to take a some action about your costumer care (198) I want to inform you that the people who working at night shift the people not giving proper information if the costumer need any help your people use only one word sorry my mistake it’s not word what we can called dialogue the system is not working call in the morning 7 to 8 am. One more think the way to talk costumer they are using very bad and rude language. What we can accept with your CSA when the SR person also using a same language first take a action on your Sr CSA or TL might be they think that they are owner of the company. Your CSA they are not given proper information always given wrong and incomplete information your people are not listening to costumer they think that all costumer are fool they don’t know any think I am sending you some names I want you have take some strong action this people I am having all the recording of this people if you cant take any action so inform me so ill take a action to publish this recording.
                                I am not giving the CSA name but I want to give you one Sr Name if had not taken any action this person I have to take a action. Mr. Dhiraj Lal Sr CSA. Working in night shift This person had use very bad language using a double mining word.

                                  "Dear Subsciber You have successfully activated Music unlimited pack at Rs. 60.0. Your Music Unlimited Subscription is valid for next 30 days."
                                  without my subscription, my balance was deducted 60 Rs for every 1 month.
                                  And this month, i received the message like:

                                    uninor service not good.they charge me 130 rupee without any even my internet pack is activate.firstly i like it.they didn't care about it customer they only want money that how we take money from the customer.i am also changing my uninor no.now.even when i tell him to deactivate my service which u subscribe without any reason then he say me that go to wap.myuninor.in and after u open my account u can easy deactivate the account what foolish they are.their is the procedure for activate but no produre to deactivate.i feel very bad experience about this uninor.my opinion is that please don't used it if they are not satisfics customer with it services.

                                    Hi......I'm A.P.Guin, My phone no is [protected]. some unwanted services have been automatically activated in my phone . after several request & customer-care follow-up those services are not De-activating . Please De-activate those services from my phone as because of this after every week a certain amount of money is being Deducted, which is not at all tolerable.

                                    unsubscribe the club model pack from my uninor no:[protected]. when ever am recharging my uninor number the amt is deducting, after complaining also the service is not deactivated. it is the worst service i had ever seen
                                    unsubscribe the TZclub model from my uninor no:[protected]. when ever am
                                    recharging my uninor number the amount is deducting pl deactivate this from my number

                                    Sir, I am Joydev Bose living in West Bengal, Burdwan. I got some offensive talk at midday/ midnight from a no. [protected] of one of your customer. Hope you will take necessary action to stop such customer. My ph no. is [protected].

                                      I am a subscriber to M/s Uninor and my mobile No. is [protected]...and this is one of serveral complaints which i made to "complaintsdb" and to you, stating therein my problem. M/s Uninor on their own activated "Music Unlimited" and unlawfully deducting Rs. 15.00 every week, which is uncalled for. I never enjoyed this service nor I am the least interested in it. Only last night I again got a message from Uninor that my subscription for product Music Unlimited with a price of Rs. 15.00 would be renewed on[protected]. Will you please stop this non-sense behaviour of yours and cheating your own customers? Failing which I have no option but to throw away your sim and start legal proceedings against you. I may also get published your illegal attitude and making fool of the public in some leading newspaper also and its sole liability will be yours. I humbly request you to kindly refund all my amount deducted so previously without my consent and stop any such activation in future also.

                                      i am suffering continually from lost 3, 4 months about UN wanted activation's o[censored]ni nor network like mother portal, unlimited music hungama portal and some anther subscribes i had loss my amount this is very hunted me some times i call customer care because deactivation but they are not respond in right way and also they don't have awareness properly to guide customers these are very very un fortunate o[censored]ni nor customers and we loss plenty of our money finally i request all uninor subscribers and any one who want become a subscribe o[censored]ninor network please think twice and take right decision and get good network and save your valubel money and prevent your health.
                                      that i wish all uninor subscribers to change your network from uninor and get manasika prasantata.thise is very froud and fals network please hurry and awake to your near&dear
                                      My uninor number is [protected]. my name is shamsuddin. from kolar gold field. every time the uninor is deducting either Rs. 15 or Rs. 30 for various automatic service activation. infact i don't want such activation or service. inspite of several complaint to customer care no. 198 no use at all. they say it won't happen next time sorry. now i donot know what to do. i stopped recharging just fearing the sudden deduction. any one please suggest me an idea what to do.

                                        I was given assurance by the customer care centre that the service on my mobile number is deactivated and i will not be charged for the service from that point of time. Then also for continuosly 2 months i have charges for the service. Every time the customer care executive say that you dont worry sir your service will be deactivated and you will not be charged and thereafter when Wap service's charges are deducted, they say we cant give you refund. This is the worst mobile company i have seen. i would request every body to no buy uninor cards and go for another good company.........my no is.[protected]
