i had a simcard from idea.i went for number portability and shifted my connection to uninor.in the process i submitted all necessary documents and photo to the uninor officials.the persons in uninor office misplaced my documents and my sim was registered under a different person's identity(which i came to know later).also they must have registered some other person's sim under my documents.
i have the number porting request requisition slip bearing the sim number,my name and address,and the porting code and date.
kindly suggest me what i should do.i fear my documents may be misused.and i need the ownership of my sim.

    The uninor tele service is activate service in my no +91 [protected] and start deduct charges they deducted approx 25 rs. and when i told in customer care they are not answering me properly and some mrs, rita told me that we will give you this amount by d.d. and then then are not also deactivating the services so pls help me.

    and sir/mam i want to tell you one thing more when i recharge in cash and get the balalnce in my no then why i am accepting d.d. i want my balance back
    So pls do the needful

        poor service by uninor,

        i was offered 6000mb gprs for 30days for Rs90/- i started to use it

        but uninor forgot to inform me that the daily limit is 200mb.

        i started to use it.

        on 16th november i crossed the 200mb limit and my balance was deducted from Rs255 to Rs88 .

        i requested the C.S. that the daily limit of 200mb was not informed to me.

        the customer service wont listen.

        on 17th November the server for C.S. was down. poor service by uninor.

        there is no e-mail to lodge a complaint. poor customer service .

        i pray to god that no body should buy uninor.
        My uninor no.[protected] is not working last 5 Days.i complent 4 times near uninor prepaid office. There is not responsible person.
        Uninor Customer Service Is Very Poor.
        I Deposit all Documents last 15 day's

          Dear Sir,

          This is with reference to above subject, my prepaid uninor mobile account has been debited for Rs. 15 -/- although I didn't activate any scheme/offer/pack. I received a call from my friend and he told me your Music Unlimited subscription has been activated however I don't request any such pack.

          In this connection I tried to call uninor Customer Care on 121 but my call connected to him but there is no positive response. This is second time my account was debited wrongly.

          Please help me to waiver my rupees. I look forward for your help.

            I am using Uninor connection from last 1yr. and till date i never access my wap service but then also their is one Wap service activated without of my knowledge. and moreover when ever i call 198 Customer care. All executive tell same thing " Sorry our application not working please call me after 2 hrs". The below mentioned service activated my number and customer care executive not respond properly.

              Sir, My name is Raviraj with phone number [protected] and i have serious problem with Uninor service. They activate services(like chat,or something) without taking my permission and deduce my balance 30 RS each time(It happened to me many times) .When i called back them asking why they activated services without my permission they tell that it is an technical problem and we will deactivate the service if i provide certain personal information (Mobile number i called last time,last recharge made, last sms made...)and customer care employee told that he has deactivated the service.I waited for them to refund my money, but they had not refunded..!
              After some days I called them back asking why it is? The customer care employee said that i told them to deactivate the service ,not to refund...! they said me to tell them explicitly to refund money otherwise they will not going to refund money even though it is happened with their technical problem..!
              So funny it is while taking money from my account they had not asked me a single time,but while refunding it i have to explicitly tell them to refund...! along with giving them my personal information(even though they agree it is their technical problem..).The care they take to refund my money they had took while taking money from my account.

              The same incident is happened to me many times from this service provider. Today also it happened to me i called them to their free customer care service number 121 their was no option to talk with customer care employee to complaint...!. so, i went through option 5 (which is information about sim card language change)within that i selected option 1(where i got option to contact customer care employee).

              I called him for deactivation of this unwanted service and refund me my money, he again started asking my personal information,he told hat call to customer care service is 50 pisa per second (even through i am complaining them about their mistake),i told him to register an complaint and refund my money back along with refunding charge of call to customer care service , but he is denied to register any complaint..!
              Sir , this is an cheating..! plz take some strict action against them.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I have taken an IDEA Sim sometime back and have ported the same to Uninor. Due to very pathetic network services from Uninor I again tried to port it to IDEA as its network is very good. I smsed at 1901 to port it to Idea on[protected] at around 9.55 pm. I got the reply on the same day at 9.57 pm stating "Dear Customer, the Unique porting Code for your number [protected] is UM142614. This code is valid till 07/11/2011 21:57. Thank you". As on today i.e. on[protected], when I enquired about my status I came to know that my porting has been rejected due to non-completion of 90 days o[censored]ninor.

                First of all I want to know that why can't TRAI set a regulation where if a customer has not completed 90 days, his/her request for porting would not have been accepted when he smses 1901 at that point itself. Why cant we set a validation of 90 Days if you have such rules in place.

                Secondly, Why did IDEA took so long to revert or process the porting request. Legally its 7 days TAT, but its around 20 days and then I came to know my status.


                I want a justification of the delay by IDEA and resolution by TRAI to tackle such issue in future.

I suddenly received a SMS confirming that your Music Unlimited subscription has been activated however I don't request any such pack.This was the second time unwanted subcription.

                  In this connection I tried to call uninor Customer Care on 198 and i request to Atindra Nath for my balance return.But he didn't co-operate and when I told to Atindra Nath I will complain to TRAI he was disconnect the call

                  Please help me to waiver my rupees. I look forward for your help.

                  i had activated internetschme of 59 rs for 1 month & it is Activated on 1dec 2012 but on 7dec uninor company has deduct my 45 -50rs balance from my ac.& that is for internet usages.& uninor customer service has not resolved my issue & they cut the call(at 10.35am on 8dec) & have block my customer care service also.I resquest u to give me my refund balance & also active the custmer care servive

                    Hi this is Lalit and my mobile no. is [protected] (up east) , Today i got a call from [protected] at 10:48 am , as a person told me that he is calling from customer care and there is offer that if i recharge my no. with 100 rs/- then company will give me 333 rs/- additional talk-value , i did my recharge at 11:55 am with 100 rs/- , after sometime same person from same no. ([protected]) made me call and told that due to server problem they are unable to transfer my balance , so i have to do it manually , he sent me a number *202*[protected]*50# , when i made that call i came to know that he had transferred my 50 rs/- ,

                    I want your response immediately that how he got information about my mobile number and which kind of security is for consumer ,that by simple dial a number balance has been transferred without asking for any permission, I want you to take immediately action on this case , and want your response otherwise he would do this with many of your uninor consumer,

                    It was my duty to inform you first , and i want my money back or any action on Both fraud mobile no. ,

                    hi this is jitendra kumar sharma . i buy a uninor sim the no of sim card is [protected] and i recharge by 198 rupee date[protected] before i recharge by 198 rupee i call costomer care (198) after "8"O clock to know what kind of plan but he (costomer care) told that he con not told the plan you con call 50001 .So i called 50001 the computer tell at the first plan 198 if today you recharge by 198 you will received 120000 local sec. uninor to uninor, 42000 local sec. uninor to other network and 50 STD minuet today is last date of that plan to received 50 STD minuet .After that i want to recharge my no [protected] .but i can not received 50 STD minuet .So i call 198 (customer care) a lady put the call and i told every things to that lady. she (customer care) told me to wait 48 hours . so i wait 48 hours after 48 hours i can not received that 50 STD minuet .for date of[protected] I call 198(customer care) and tell to our problem he did not response me not write my complant.so I request to customer care to tell team leader so the team leader tolk to me his name was gurvander .he told me search your problem call you later. He did not response me . after that where will I go. so please give me my 50 STD minuet in my mobile sim no. [protected] as soon as possible .

                      I am using a uninor network and my balance has been deducted, and i have not subscribed anything but i got a message that a HotBabes subscription has been activated on my number [protected], i want to cancel that subscription and i do not want any further deductions from my balance, i had sent messages and contacted customer care many times to unsubscribe but nothing happened so please unsubscribe HotBabes from my number as soon as possible
                      i am using uninor network, am getting unnecessary messages to my inbox they are disturbing me, so please tell me how to stop them.
                      Uninor is really a damn frustating telecom company. They are activating unwanted subscriptions on my no also and deduct balance. i didnt get any facility of that subscription, but they charged money for it. I think it must be put in front of consumer court. what do you think friends?
                      Uninor is the worst network that i had ever seen in my life. Uninor are the real culprits. They are detecting the money from balance amount unnecessarily by sending the unwanted subscriptions (They are activating the VAS without the customers notification). If we file the complaint also, they are not giving the money back...Uninor is the worst worst worst network..I'm planing to switch my network from Uninor to other networks. Please suggest me friends, which network is good in pune (especially for STD calls).

                        I M UNINOR CUSTOMER.... I HAVE RECENTLY TAKE A MESSAGE FROM UNINOR THAT U HAVE SUBSCRIBE THE GOSSIP SERVICE WHICH I NEVER DEMAND FROM UNINOR... AND IT TAKE 30 RUPEES FOR AS CHARSES... SO I CALL A CUSTEMER CARE BUT THEY ANSWER ME THAT THEY WILL GIVE MY MONEY WITHIN AN HOUR AND THEY FEEL THAT ITS WRONG ENTRY .. BUT STILL I HAVE NOT GET MONEY FROM COMPANY ....THATS WHY I COMPLAIN IT ... SIR PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND GIVE ME SATISFIED ANS ... THANK U .. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS : [protected]

                          harassment calls

                            My mobile no-[protected]. without my request the facilities are activated and deducting the amount from my prepaid balance. now Love Ki Dispensary facility is activated to my number wihtout my request. for deactivating the same i want the procedure. please provide the same.

                            UNINOR SERVICE IS VERY BAD SERVICES.

Now WAP MODEL facility is activated to my number without my request.For deactivating this service i want the procedure. Please provide the same...deducting of my balance is happened several times..the customer care is also not responding properly..

                              Sir. I am Abhilash Saxena. My uninor number is [protected]. I am sending this mail. Because i am very flustered with in uninor service . On 31th of october i got a message from company side " recharge your account with 8rs. you will get 10000 local uninor to uininor sec. balance will be credited within 48hours". i had recharge my mobile bt still i am not getting this voucher benefits. If i am called in custumer care somebody told me" it will take 24 hour", somebody told me"sir your balance will be credited within 12 hour".still its not credited in my accounnt. Today i had call in your custumer care. one of executive told me" sir this scheme is not valid for you, and i am very hasitate with representive response , because he dont have manor to talk with custumer, i am not satisfied with her. I said i want to talk with your T.L., He told me not possible, then i say can you provide nodalofficer number , he again told me not possible.' So i think you are not a good service provider. and i dont to use your number continiusly
                              So kindfly do the needfull ASAP..

                              Dear sir, my number is [protected]. i got message on 10th sept that rechrge with 33 and get 33 talktime and 4000 local seconds. but i got only 4000 seconds after recharge on 10 th sept. when i call cc thaey are telling that you will get 33 balance after 72 hrs. today is 15th sept but till no balance is credited. customer care is not connecting and appeleate authority number is not working and when i send a mail to appeleatte and nodal officer the mail failed to deliver.when i dialed 198 from my number the call connected and no one picked up the phone. and after two call to 198 the same call is blocked.so if you did not gave the offer so why u send the message.

                                I have been trying to stop caller tune on my mobile no.for a week but failed everytime. The tedious pattern of the customer care on phone is very hard to me of age sixty one but the cpompany has no concern about this . I had mailed them to stop caller tune but there is no response. At last I will have to port out my number again . what a service of the company

                                even after many calls to the costumer care and emails, uninor has not deactivated the caller tune service permanently. they have never received an activation response from me and deduct the account as frequently as in two days. i would like a refund of my money and stop the harassments.

                                HOW TO DEACTIVATE THE CALLER TUNE O[censored]NINOR NUMBER (KOLKATA)
                                Every time a new VAS service gets automatically activate on my uninor no. WE have total 9 no.s o[censored]ninor in our home & they are activating VAS services every now & then. They cut charges of Rs. 5 & Rs. 7 on alternate days. Earlier it used to get deactivate by calling on 121. But now whenever I call on 121 & the moment I go in the menu of Deactivating service, the helpline gets disconnected. Also I tried hard to put no. in DND. But everytime I get message saying that- "We are sorry for the inconvinience. We can't process your request now." I am fed up with this. What kind of service they are providing...

                                  My uninor Prepaid mobile number is [protected]. From the day of activation of service the company is illegally activating some unwanted VAS without my permission. I tried hard to found email ID on site'www.uninor.in/Pages/ContactUs.aspx.' to complaint against this. When I not found the same I called on 198 for my queries & complaint. The service executives not solved my queries & disconnected my call. It is insult of customer.
                                  First of all I want to clear that I had not activated any type of value added service from the company. The company is claiming me that I excepted the services by call done by service provider, whether I am not interested in any such calls. And also I had not collected any such call nor excepted any service.
                                  I also requested the company to give me statement of the services activated on my number & return the value of illegal deduction money from my recharge value. And also to explain for insulting behavior from customer care executive. & requested to reply me by email only, not by call.

                                  Please look into & oblige.

                                    I am very much frustrated about your service o[censored]ninor, I think that they are cheating illiterate peoples very easily by activating services automatically. They can not read messages so the company is cheating them easily.They started some gossip and music services in my number and deduct related charges without my acceptance or intention. When I try to contact customer care, after long waiting I got irresponsible answer that system is down so call after 3 hours.

                                    Such amount is not important for me but I am against cheating.
                                    Solve my problem as soon as possible. And please save many innocent persons from being cheated by Uninor

                                    When i told this things to customercare person, he told me we will not pay back for that scheme because u did not tell u within 24 hours.

                                        I will send my details to the mentioned email. Please dont repeat this type of things again and again.I am afraid to maintain balance in your service. Today i went for recharge. if again 10 rupees will debited, then i will take action on uninor.
                                        Uninor was automatically activating daily 4 services and balance is debited (I'm not requested any service by call or message). I called customer care, they are told that no services are activated and they speak rudely.

                                        Daily I make calls to 155223 and deactivating. Its very irritating for this process. I am very afraid to maintain balance in this service.

                                        Just leave the Uninor or make DND activation is best.
