Dear sir, I Have been Travelled on Dated:13 Dec 2009 from Lucknow to Kanpur by AC shatabdi Bus No. UP65- AR0766. This bus fare double to the ordenary but they are not providing facilities which are to be provided for Shatabdi passengers. When i boarded at Lucknow around 9-20AM it has to reach by 2 Hrs to Kanpur but after 11.15 Bus was suddenly stopped at Jahjmau ( Near Bridge) due to its internal problem and conductor boarded all of passengers to Ordinary bus for travelling upto Bustand. finaly I reached afternoon 12-15 by ordinary bus to kanpur bustand. UPSRTC Failed to provide IN TIME service for passengers who travel by Shatabdi by charging double Fare per Ticket compare to Ordinary. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

hii i m Atul feeling really very bad when i dont get the proper time table o[censored]psrtc.
there isn't any of the single information about the schedule.
who the hell had ordered such a cheap website where nothing is working properly and hardly there is anything meaningful.
I personally request u to plz do all modication and have atleast some respect for your own and upsrtc.

i M shivani travelling daily in upsrtc bus from gzb to meerut . nd face a lot problems. on gzb bus stop we have to wait for a bus for a long time daily.. thn we get the bus, nd also authority didnt tell the tatus dat y the buses r nt gng, , , evn theey misbehave wd us..
SO KINDLY take the immediate action...

UPSRTC AC SHATABDI BUSSES — AC was not provided

I Have been Travelled on Dated:29/6/2011 from Lucknow to Kanpur by AC shatabdi Bus No. UP11-T0507
DURING THE WHOLE JOURNEY AC facility was not working and i was charged full money. My contact no is [protected] and i want my extra money back.
