Dear sir,
The attitude of Noida Roadways city bus drivers and conductors is very destructive; they don't take passengers as Human beings. They also takes Rs 5 for each passenger who sits from Vijay nagar to Sector-62 Noida and don't give ticket to that amount. If someone wants ticket they say I am here don't worry.
Today I was sitting on engine due to there was no space to stand in BUS (Overloaded) , Wine smell was coming from the mouth of driver of CNG Noida Depot Bus No. UP16 P 9521. His face was also saying that he has drunk. One passenger entered in bus From Engine side gate (front gate), the driver abused him and stopped bus for around 20 minutes and after request of other passengers, he started bus. So sir please do needful and if possible then make medical test of this bus driver today itself, so that u can got the actual character of Noida depot city bus driver.

    I was travelling on UPSRTC Bus No. UP32CZ3092 from Moradabad to Lucknow on 6th March 2012. It travelled 275 kms in more than 11 hours! When I & fellow travellers complained conductor about slow speed of the bus, he started abusing me & showed slap to beat me. When I asked him to behave with travellers in decent way, he just got out of his seat to hit me, but the other people intervened. He didn't refund remaining money which he wrote on my ticket's backside. He tore the ticket and said that no refund was due to me. Pl take necessary action & intimate me. My ticket No. 4642171 and it is held with me in original.

    Bus stopped in MANSURPUR even after a request not to stop here because shopkeepers forcefully charge their own amount. I asked for parantha of 20rs. n they gave me 1 parantha with half bowl raita(baasi) n half choley & they charged me Rs.105. when asked they said you ordered all three things and therefore we are charging NORMAL AMOUNT.

    1 PARANTHA = Rs. 20
    1 RAITA = Rs. 35
    1 CHOLEY = Rs. 55

    Everyone know price rises but the way you are SUPPORTING them will not be ENTERTAINED. I wrote the same complaint to n number of newspaper n Satyamev Jayte too.

    Plz change STOP you are not only cheating us but giving us mental harassment!! SHAME ON YOU

    Sir,
    I want bring in your notice about the bullying one of your bus conductor, bus no. UP 77 N 2376 depot fajalganj kanpur.on 08/08/2015 sat, I was on the way back to home as my daily routine from Sohramau to unnao. I paid rs. 32 and asked for ticket initially he dined but when i insist on him he started pushing and elbowing me and pushed me out from moving bus using expletive words. I had close save . I felt so humiliated. So that could not sleep through out the night. I have been keep complaining since satuday evening to toll free no. and kanpur RM but so far i have not got even a terse reply from your Department.
    I kindly Request you to look into this matter

      dear sir,
      The city bus drivers do not stop the buses at baragaon and harhua bazar most of the times due to which i have to face problems in reaching office on time .After 5.30 pm the bus availability has not been seen at baragaon,varanasi.Usually the bank and lici staff has made complaint with ARM mob.no.[protected] but till date no action has been seen.Today the driver of the Bus No.UP65 AT 6998 did not stop the bus at Harhua,varanasi at 9:25 a.m.due to which I had to take private conveyance to reach the office.For proof and lic staff had asked the conductor to stop the bus,even then he did not stop it.
      Such action on their part is causing financial and mental trouble to us.
      kindly take effective action to stop such unwanted behaviour of them.

          Misconduct and irresponsible behavior of bus conductor. First he forgot to take his ticketing machine from depot and went back to the bus station from bareilly outer to the depot, which caused unnecessary delay in departure. Then, the bus traveled only 30 kms in 3 hours, as the lights of bus was not working. the bus engine was stopped in mid way and passengers were asked to toe the bus and the the bus got started. At thana Milak befor 24 km distance from Rampur, the driver stopped the bus saying, that he can not drive the bus now as the lights of bus are not working and there is problem with the alternator of the bus. The conductor said that he will transfer the passenger to another bus which he failed to do. After one and half hours struggle, the conductor talked to his senior on mob: [protected] and the official said that deduct the fair up to that point and payback to the passenger, as he can not do any thing and disconnected the line, The driver's behavior at that time was so rude, that he did not show any interest in passenger's inconvenience, due to which the passengers had to suffer till next day, even I was sitting in office in so much tiring condition. The UPSRTC staff has nothing to do with the passenger's trouble while leaving passengers in mid way at mid night in a rainy season and took out the faulty bus from the depot which caused inconvenience to 70 odd passengers of bus and left them on mid way at mid night.

          The conductor should be penalized for these misconduct, the details are as below.

          I think management o[censored]PSRTC Bareilly has given free hand to conductors and drivers to misbehave with the passengers. My worst trvel in last 40 years. UPSRTC drivers/conductors are not trained and very rude . It is better not to travel by UPSRTC buses for long distance. On 10/12/2012 I boarded UPSRTC Bareilly depot bus at AGRA at 10:30am to Bareilly at 4:40PM. My self my wife and 3 children 10yrs, 7yrs and 5 yrs. For 3 children conductor issued full 3 tickets and said 1/2 ticket is not possible. So I TOOK 5 full tickets. I told conductor that I ill complain to RM at Bareilly. He replied that he dont care. THat means Management has directed conductors to loot and misbehve. He started from Agra at 10:30AM and only stopped at road for collecting passengers. Veru dirty buses. not cleaned for months, vomiting dirt everyehere. He did not stopped at Kasganj roadways, Badayun roadways for ladies children urinal. At bareilly he refused to take bus to Roadways stand as I had to board bus for muradabad but dropped all passengers at bareilly college gate. I request not to travel by UPSRTC. Conductor abusing passengers. i will never travel by dirty filthy upsrtc buses.As they
          UPSTRC BUSES ARE HAVING FOLLOWING FACILITIS AT BAREILLY DEPOT
          1. For Bareilly to Agra they name Gold line service. You biard the bus and see hoe it is gold line. This best bus o[censored]PSTRC not cleaned for months. Vomiting, mumphallis, dirt every where. Better keep some rags with you if you are travelling with this bus.
          2. Driver and conductor of Bareilly to Agra buses never stops at any hotels or Budayun bus stand, Kasganj bus stand for tea, water, urinal. Do not travel with ladies and childrn with this bus.
          3. Get ready to face abuses from conductors drivers for stopping bus for urinating or other facilities.
          4. Management has given free hand to conductor drivers to loot, misbehave with passengers.
          5. It is better educated people to avoid these buses.
          6. Or experience yourseld in Agra Bareilly dirty, broken seats, vomited, filthy buses.If you are trv Tr
          even me too faced lot of problem during the journey by upsrtc bus, like

          1) Bus engine is not in healthy condition.
          2) interior light wasn't work properly
          3) window glass was loose condition
          4) and conductor think him self is owner of that bus

            I was traveling from noida sector 35 to meerut by the bus number UP 14 AT 9571. Initially the bus driver waited for the conductor for 15-20 min outside the bus stand. Then he drove the bus at a speed of 20 km/hr till sector 63 as he had to pick his known person from the way. When i asked him to drive properly, he used abusive language against me. I warned him by saying that I'll be registering a complain against him, he again used abusive language and said that there is nobody to take action against him.

            I have seen this type of problems in buses in many times.Passengers suffering from these this type of happening but nobody take care about to solve these problems.All cops in up rodways behave rude with passengers.Ankesh please follow up with CC they will definitely help you.

            These things are quite often in roadways specially in UPSRTC buses.

            I recommend if you can file the complaint on www.pgportal.gov.in and after a certain time period file an RTI on your complaint...

            Even, I did the same today for same kind of problem...

                Dear Sir,
                I want to register a complaint regarding the city buses in Agra. At present no city bus is running on the M.G. road of Agra in the evening peak hours (7.00pm to 8.00pm) of crowded areas like Bhagwan talkies Crossing to Sadar Bazar. The timings of buses are also not suitable for passengers (both MSTians and General passengers) because most of servicemen and engg. College students reach the Bhagwan takies crossing after 7.00pm, at this time the city bus facility has been ended over by 7.00pm. After this time no bus available on this root (from Bhagwan Talkies Crossing to Sadar Bazar and Agra Cantt.). I just want to inform all authorities of city buses that from 7.00pm to 8.00pm are the main peak hour in which, almost 200 passengers looks waiting for the city buses everyday but unfortunately they don’t get any buses in the same periods and after all they are hunted or looted by the auto-walas.
                I request you to do needful action regarding this problem so that passengers can avail city bus facility and bus organization would also get profit.

                  I was travelling by bus no - UP32Z 9676 (Route -11) at 5:45PM on 17 Aug, 2010 from Sikander Bagh to Patrakarpuram. The driver was driving very rash and when I asked him to drive slowly, he behaved rudely and continued driving rashly.
                  Kindly take strict action against it.

                  I tried to lodge complaint on the UPSRTC website which could not happen as there was some error, also the contact numbers provided on the website are incorrect.

                  UPSRTC — Rash driving and unruly behaviour of driver

                  Today, 19th (8.55 AM) Mar as I was driving my car which was followed by a bus(UP 14 AT 8603). The spot is opposite AEZ mall, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad.
                  There was lot of traffic on the road and the driver of above mentioned bus became impatient and deliberately rammed his bus to my car Hyundai Santo. This led to damage on the backside of the car.

                  Also upon querying the driver about the incident, he was putting the blame on me saying why I was not moving as if I made a mistake by being present in front of him.

                  The bus belongs to Loni depot.

                  Kindly look into this as these kind of drivers are not making roads any safer.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I was travelling from Mathura(10.30 pm) to Agra on 05-Apr-2010 in UP roadways bus K9328 (Delhi to Itawa). i gave 41 Rs as a fair and when i asked for the ticket conductor denied. i was in hurry to catch the train from Agra so could not fought to him.
                  When i asked to conductor about his name, he told Ashok Tripathi.
                  Kindly monitor this short of services in UP roadways.

                  I have MONTHLY PASS from Muzaffarnagar to Haridwar issued from Muzaffarnagar depot. Today[protected] at 9:30 A.M. I picked a bus of Barot Depot for Muzaffarnagar from Singhdwar located 4 kms. away from Haridwar towards Muzaffarnagar alongwith my kid who is 2 years old.
                  After crossing Bahadarabad when I represent my PASS to cond. Mr. Amit kumar He just refused that PASS and told that the PASS is regestered from station to station if I am boarding bus in between stopage I have to buy a ticket. On my resistance he threw my bag from bus. For collecting my bag as I came down from the bus alongwith my kid driver started the bus and ran-away. HOW SHAMEFUL
                  In the light rain I have to come back to Bahadarabad again and picked another bus of Sahibabad Depot.

                  I was travelling by bus no-UP-53 AT-4482 on[protected] from Basti to Siddharthnagar. when bus reached to basi bus driver and conductor stop bus for 45 min. i asked to conductor about the timing of bus stop here...bus condector and driver behave very badly with me and abuse me also...,

                  it's my request with you please take action against it...otherwise it will be increase and passengers will face this type activity more...

                  I was travelling by Siddharth nagar Dippo Bus no-UP 53 AT-4482 from basti to siddharth nagar. Bus driver and conductor stop bus on BASI bus stand for 45 min. When i asked the reason of this they (BOTH) quarrel with me and used abusive words.

                  i was travelling by bus no.UP 53AT4482 from lucknow to bansi ( siddarthanagar ) at night and the driver was feeling to sleepy, once he escaped touching a truck standing at the sides at high speed
                  so i just want to suggest if possible please make 2 driver travel for long distance

                  SIR,
                  ON 9.12.2011,I TRAVELED FROM AGRA TO JAIPUR IN BUS NO.9682, AT 1.30PM. THE CONDITION OF THE BUS WAS VERY BAD. SEATS WERE TORN AND WITHOUT CUSHION.FOR A JOURNEY OF ABOUT 250KM, THE BUSES SHOULD BE IN GOOD CONDITION. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME.

                    Whenever one travels from Delhi to Hardwar/Dehradun route on a UP Road transprt buses, they are over-charging passengers. They never return the rest amount. They charge full ticket for small children (excluded for upto 5 and half ticket for 5-11 yrs old). They charge full ticket for small pets (even 1-2 months old inside basket or so). If you are unwilling to pay, they will not cut ticket for you.

                    i am upendra singh & i am travelling to upsrtc from delhi to chhibramau & bus conductor take fare and ticket given to me hand written receipt to half fare ticket i am not sure that ticket is original or fake. bus no. is U.P. 81 AF 1790. Time from out of delhi anand vihar around 11:00 PM.
                    So i want to take action from up government to conductor.
                    I travel from anand vihar to meerut and vice versa very frequently..bus conductore onthis route never return the remaining amout..the fair is now Rs. 49/- and they always charge Rs. 50/- and give us the ticket of Rs. 49/-..sometimes it's acceptable that one rupee change is not available..but now it has become asort of tradition to not to return the remaining amount..kindly take the required actio..either increase the fair amout to Rs. 50/- or decrease it to Rs. 45/- so that it remains in a roundoff..and common public don't have to suffer because of it..!!
                    It is too easy to blame to other (Bus conductor) that they never return rest amount. we are never think about our self, when we are not arrange change to us (single person). How is it possible that a conductor arrange to change to many passengers. So i request to blamer plz think one time before blame to conductor. Its also our duty that we payment our ticket payment with right change. I think if we are starting our ticket payment with right change, conductor never try to over charge.

                    Why bus conductors imand driver stop the bus in mid journey when they dont have right to do so... they already over croud the bus n trouble the pessengers...

                        This complaint is about corrupted UP roadways bus conductors. Today I boarded a UP roadways city bus from sector 19, Noida to IOC, sector 15, Noida. I went to conductor, gave Rs 5 and asked for the ticket. Initially he returned me Rs 2 but did not give the ticket. When I insisted that I want the ticket, he issued me a ticket from sector 37, Noida to IOC, sector 15, Noida which is a Rs 6 ticket. I asked why did you give me this ticket, he said that there is no ticket from sector 19, Noida. Though there is a ticket from Atta to IOC. Some mobile numbers were written on inside walls of bus for complaints. I tried few numbers but nobody pick the call.

                        bus route from noida to nehru place is very much erratic passengers have to wait for long. it is requested that in the morning from 8.3o to 9.30 and in the evening 6.00 pm to 7.30 p.m. the frequency should be 15-20 minutes. I am sure that the UP roadways would be able to fetch good revenue. side by side it will be vital to ensure that both drivers and conductors do stop the buses on the stands and give tickets to every passenger. checkers should be on the job religisouly. thanks.

                          The frequency of the Yellow buses from Ghaziabad to Noida is already very low. And now the bus drivers have started not even stopping at their respective stops. Its been 3 days the bus Route No. 7 is not stopping at Chaudhary Mor at Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad. 4-5 girls keep running after the bus every morning asking the driver to stop but he doesn't. It is the stop because earlier the bus used to stop there.
                          Its even difficult to get the bus back from Gol Chakkar, because there also the bus doesn't stop. If by luck we get the Route No. 7 bus, then the driver denies going to Ghaziabad, saying it will go only till depot. There are no regular timings also. Something has to be done of this bus. Frequency of buses should also be increased as there are no other bus services in this route.

                            Dear sir,

                            I Have been Travelled on Dated:13 Dec 2009 from Lucknow to Kanpur by AC shatabdi Bus No. UP65- AR0766.
                            This bus fare double to the ordenary but they are not providing facilities which are to be provided for Shatabdi passengers.

                            When i boarded at Lucknow around 9-20AM it has to reach by 2 Hrs to Kanpur but after 11.15 Bus was
                            suddenly stopped at Jahjmau ( Near Bridge) due to its internal problem and conductor boarded all of passengers to Ordinary bus for travelling upto Bustand.

                            finaly I reached afternoon 12-15 by ordinary bus to kanpur bustand.

                            UPSRTC Failed to provide IN TIME service for passengers who travel by Shatabdi by charging double Fare per Ticket compare to Ordinary.
