Dear Sir / Madam, I am a bank employee of Punjab National Bank, having Smart Card (MST), use to travel Varanasi to Gopiganj . Today on 08/10/2014 at 5 pm I was returning from Gopiganj in UP Roadways undertaking bus No, UP 70 BT 8883 while travelling the bus conductor asked me for the ticket I shown my Smart Card before him but he was unable to produce the ticket from the machine & then he asked for the printed receipt of the monthly pass I also provided the same. He read it very carefully & tried again to produced the ticket but finally he failed to do so & then he asked me to make the ticket by cash. I refused to do so & told him I wont pay the cash as I have MST which validity ends 09.10.2014 & asked him if you are not able to make the ticket just write the customer ID on your official paper. Immediately he started to abusing me & asked me to get down from the bus & also warned me to never ride on his bus if I wish to travel with the Smart card (MST).Mean while I started to make the call to customer care[protected] to resolve the matter & to make the complain regarding the rude & abusing behavior of the conductor but no one was available there to receive the call which usually happens. Regarding the above mentioned matter which was happened earlier also I made the complain to Varanasi bus Depot but yet no any action has been taken against the UP Roadways Bus Conductors so finally I was bounded to write the mail to the concerned authority for hoping some positive result. Kindly look into matter & do the needful . If you people are not able to provide the better & clean service to the MST card holders please stop & close the MST service because such kind of misbehavior & abuses of Conductor hampers the fame & quality of your esteemed organisation.     this complaint is regarding fare of monthly season ticket i am a bank employee and i am regular traveller from kanpur to bangarmau from last one year i used to pay 2360 rs for the mst till febuary after which the roadways fare increased by 1 rupee which means increase of 36 rs in mst in the month of march i was asked to pay 2580 rs for the same mst of all other stations increased by 36 rs and for bangarmau it increased by 220 rs i asked for the reason frm the department they said that they have wrongly entered the fare now i am asking for the refund and they are not agree to provide me that i have all the reciepts with their signatures please take the appropriate step i will be thankful to you

      I had tried to book ticket online on 27th July 2013 on Delhi Bareilly route. The money was deducted twice from my account but ticket could not be booked. Since then i am following up the refund but it seems that this is big scam and no body is responding in the right direction. How a government company can do such fraud. My GUID are [protected] , [protected]. I also filed a complaint with complaint number [protected] with their customer care. But it seems a total scam. They do not pick phone or disconnect the phone when you talk about refund.

      Please some body help.

      Hi,

      Even I had faced a similar problem some 15 days back. Ticket not booked but the amount got deducted from debit card.( I presume this happens because there was just 1 seat available and by the time I made the payment, somebody else had booked it). Whatever it is, it is a serious flaw in their reservation booking system.

      However, I was able to get the amount refunded into my account. Below is the process that I followed.

      - Called their number given in website. Initially when I called from my mobile nobody picked but when I dialled using my BSNL landline they picked immediately.

      - The guy suggested me to send a mail to their mail address with all the details of the transaction along with my bank statement.

      - I sent them the mail. However, since I got no response for 5 days, I called them again through my mobile at around 4:30pm and they picked at once. I told the guy that I was suggested to send them the mail which I have already done. Spoke very politely with him and pleaded him to help me.

      - Luckily, he searched for my mail on the call itself and then forwarded my mail to concerned department(Atom technologies) asking them to refund my amount.

      - I got a mail same day from the department that my amount would be refunded, and I got the full amount credited to my account within 3 days.

      So, would suggest you people also to follow the same procedure and see if lady luck is with you.

        Hello UPSRTC,

        I am shishir saxena from Lucknow, I travel by city bus daily to attend my office.

        Today 5 August, I was traveling with 33 C (bus no: UP32 CZ8974). As I catch the bus from Nehru Baal Vatika (my Bus stop) to Sikander Baad (my destination Bus Stop) , the Conductor of Bus used abuse language, and behaving badly. And After that he was fighting with me.

        Only the matter was all the people were climbing from first door, I was one of them, He was not saying to others except me. "This is not a matter that he was saying but he was behaving badly, Used abused language."

        As a Literate person , if I want to file a complaint against his bad behavior and on abuse language while he was in duty.

        This is my hope "If any senior reputed officer seeing this email, so please consider my complaint. "

        If such type of activity occurs so what would be impact on me and other people.

        Kindly consider my request.

          Dear Sir,

          Below mail i had written to UPSRTC team on 22 April'13 & Still till date i have not recieved any solution... one time i got the revert and they said "aapne jo nus book karaye thi vo gayi thi" but actually it was not so...now this is on daily proccess firstly we book a ticket online n when we went at that time then always that bus would be cancelled and publice have to take another ticket ...463 Rs is not a small amount for middle class family request you to kindly look into the matter.

          UPSRTC — Bribery

          Dear Sir

          I would like to inform you that yesterday dt. 02/05/2010, Conductor of VOLVO No. UP 32 CN 0401, Mr. Alok was asking illegally Rs.100/- per seat to allow us to travel from Lucknow to Agra.

          As per the conductor, he was offering two tickets with seat no. 23 & 24, passenger name Mr. SK Srivastava as Mr. Srivastava was not travelling that day.

          I informed the local incharge but he refused to take any action so i made a written complaint in their complaint register page no. 120.

          Requested to kindly look in this matter & take serious action against the culprit.

          Looking forward for your support and needful action.

            I am very sad to inform youthat Bus Conductor(under roadways Bus,Route From Kaushambi to Meerut,on dated 18/02/2013,Bus No UP-17T-0208 at 18:57 PM)have misbehave/Abuses with me.This is not civilization for the nation & society.He had drinking the vine.I have face a lot of problem to return my balance amount.Such type of people dangers for the society.I dont know the name of the conductor but he was saying office mai nam pata chal jayaga. i have written all necessary information for find out the name of the conductor.i expact,you will be taken necessary action for punuishing such type of conductor.

              respected sir,
              MST which are made from anand vihar to any city o[censored]P or via –a- vis includes the tax which is being paid to delhi govt. My question is that why we are paying tax to delhi gov t instead of any other.sir, i would just like to say that if this MST is made from/to kaushambi instead of anand vihar. then it would save the money as per, the concern of daily passengers in UPSRTC buses people.hope u will understand my problem and take will some initiative towards it..i will be very obdlige to you.

                Myself Deepak Yadav ,i was travelling by upsrtc bus (Mau Depo. UP50F1957 28/11/12 11:36 Am) from mayabazar to Faizabad.But the conducter give me ticket from Gosaiganj to Faizabad one stopage before.when i asked conducter give me a right ticket he said that is there is no stopage at Mayabazar .when i asked him that give me the stopage chart then he said that there is no chart have it .
                please take action against conducter immedeately.

                  i was travelling from anandvihar to modipuram by loni depot bus UP 14 CT 1032 conductor issued ticket from delhi to sakoti.he said me i dont have daurala and modipuram stopage in my machine.he charged fare from delhi not from anandvihar .
                  he very rudely behaved . when i asked him to change the machine, he shouted and said to complaint upsrtc officer regarding this
                  i request to upsrtc officer to look into this matter as soon as possible. we need solution not any assurance. this is not tolerable.

                  mujhe ye problem hai k paisa dene k bad bhi sahi jahgah tak k liye ticket nahi milta agar kuchkaho to kahte hai k bus se utar jao..............kya karu kuch bataye..
                  i am upendra singh & i am travelling to upsrtc from delhi to chhibramau & bus conductor take fare and ticket given to me hand written receipt to half fare ticket i am not sure that ticket is original or fake. bus no. is U.P. 81 AF 1790. Time from out of delhi anand vihar around 11:00 PM.
                  So i want to take action from up government to conductor. so loss o[censored]p government.

                    Bus stopped in MANSURPUR even after a request not to stop here because shopkeepers forcefully charge their own amount. I asked for parantha of 20rs. n they gave me 1 parantha with half bowl raita(baasi) n half choley & they charged me Rs.105. when asked they said you ordered all three things and therefore we are charging NORMAL AMOUNT.

                    1 PARANTHA = Rs. 20
                    1 RAITA = Rs. 35
                    1 CHOLEY = Rs. 55

                    Everyone know price rises but the way you are SUPPORTING them will not be ENTERTAINED. I wrote the same complaint to n number of newspaper n Satyamev Jayte too.

                    Plz change STOP you are not only cheating us but giving us mental harassment!! SHAME ON YOU

                      Sir, I was travelling on dated[protected] And time 06;17 pm by Azam garh Dippo Bus no-UP 50 AT-1092 from POLYTECHNIC ( LUCKNOW) to BHITARIYA (BARABANKI) and ticket no.05769131 Bus driver and conductor change the root of destination place (BHITARIYA ) But drive the Bus through by pass and i request the driver and conductor to drop me the my destination place (BHITARIYA ) but deny and drop me by pass TIME 7;45 PM and When i asked the reason why give me ticket : they (BOTH) quarrel with me and used more abusive words and push the bus.so i was suffered more problem.

                      I request you to take strict action regarding above complaint and not repeat in future .

                        My name is Vikesh on 16 th Jan '15, one of the up roadways conducter has taken thethe unnecessarily fare for mathura for 2 Tickets and not given the 2 tickets. These types of people are cheatingcheammmcheating to govt.. My no [protected]

                        My self Ashish Chaturvedi doing journey from lalganj to fatehpur upsrtc bus service last 25 days I regularly travel with upsrtc from Delhi to up east and west with my certificate and adhar which is issued from medical officer Raebareli and it is clearly show about I m 40%hsndicapped and no one raise any questions on it but this time he has saome issues so pls convey a same msg to overall other wise people like me are suffering from such issues

                        Pls take this matter on priority and do the needful.

                          Dear sir,
                          The attitude of Noida Roadways city bus drivers and conductors is very destructive; they don't take passengers as Human beings. They also takes Rs 5 for each passenger who sits from Vijay nagar to Sector-62 Noida and don't give ticket to that amount. If someone wants ticket they say I am here don't worry.
                          Today I was sitting on engine due to there was no space to stand in BUS (Overloaded) , Wine smell was coming from the mouth of driver of CNG Noida Depot Bus No. UP16 P 9521. His face was also saying that he has drunk. One passenger entered in bus From Engine side gate (front gate), the driver abused him and stopped bus for around 20 minutes and after request of other passengers, he started bus. So sir please do needful and if possible then make medical test of this bus driver today itself, so that u can got the actual character of Noida depot city bus driver.

                            I was travelling on UPSRTC Bus No. UP32CZ3092 from Moradabad to Lucknow on 6th March 2012. It travelled 275 kms in more than 11 hours! When I & fellow travellers complained conductor about slow speed of the bus, he started abusing me & showed slap to beat me. When I asked him to behave with travellers in decent way, he just got out of his seat to hit me, but the other people intervened. He didn't refund remaining money which he wrote on my ticket's backside. He tore the ticket and said that no refund was due to me. Pl take necessary action & intimate me. My ticket No. 4642171 and it is held with me in original.

                            I want bring in your notice about the bullying one of your bus conductor, bus no. UP 77 N 2376 depot fajalganj kanpur.on 08/08/2015 sat, I was on the way back to home as my daily routine from Sohramau to unnao. I paid rs. 32 and asked for ticket initially he dined but when i insist on him he started pushing and elbowing me and pushed me out from moving bus using expletive words. I had close save . I felt so humiliated. So that could not sleep through out the night. I have been keep complaining since satuday evening to toll free no. and kanpur RM but so far i have not got even a terse reply from your Department.
                            I kindly Request you to look into this matter

                              The city bus drivers do not stop the buses at baragaon and harhua bazar most of the times due to which i have to face problems in reaching office on time .After 5.30 pm the bus availability has not been seen at baragaon,varanasi.Usually the bank and lici staff has made complaint with ARM mob.no.[protected] but till date no action has been seen.Today the driver of the Bus No.UP65 AT 6998 did not stop the bus at Harhua,varanasi at 9:25 a.m.due to which I had to take private conveyance to reach the office.For proof and lic staff had asked the conductor to stop the bus,even then he did not stop it.
                              Such action on their part is causing financial and mental trouble to us.
                              kindly take effective action to stop such unwanted behaviour of them.

                                  Misconduct and irresponsible behavior of bus conductor. First he forgot to take his ticketing machine from depot and went back to the bus station from bareilly outer to the depot, which caused unnecessary delay in departure. Then, the bus traveled only 30 kms in 3 hours, as the lights of bus was not working. the bus engine was stopped in mid way and passengers were asked to toe the bus and the the bus got started. At thana Milak befor 24 km distance from Rampur, the driver stopped the bus saying, that he can not drive the bus now as the lights of bus are not working and there is problem with the alternator of the bus. The conductor said that he will transfer the passenger to another bus which he failed to do. After one and half hours struggle, the conductor talked to his senior on mob: [protected] and the official said that deduct the fair up to that point and payback to the passenger, as he can not do any thing and disconnected the line, The driver's behavior at that time was so rude, that he did not show any interest in passenger's inconvenience, due to which the passengers had to suffer till next day, even I was sitting in office in so much tiring condition. The UPSRTC staff has nothing to do with the passenger's trouble while leaving passengers in mid way at mid night in a rainy season and took out the faulty bus from the depot which caused inconvenience to 70 odd passengers of bus and left them on mid way at mid night.

                                  The conductor should be penalized for these misconduct, the details are as below.

                                  I think management o[censored]PSRTC Bareilly has given free hand to conductors and drivers to misbehave with the passengers. My worst trvel in last 40 years. UPSRTC drivers/conductors are not trained and very rude . It is better not to travel by UPSRTC buses for long distance. On 10/12/2012 I boarded UPSRTC Bareilly depot bus at AGRA at 10:30am to Bareilly at 4:40PM. My self my wife and 3 children 10yrs, 7yrs and 5 yrs. For 3 children conductor issued full 3 tickets and said 1/2 ticket is not possible. So I TOOK 5 full tickets. I told conductor that I ill complain to RM at Bareilly. He replied that he dont care. THat means Management has directed conductors to loot and misbehve. He started from Agra at 10:30AM and only stopped at road for collecting passengers. Veru dirty buses. not cleaned for months, vomiting dirt everyehere. He did not stopped at Kasganj roadways, Badayun roadways for ladies children urinal. At bareilly he refused to take bus to Roadways stand as I had to board bus for muradabad but dropped all passengers at bareilly college gate. I request not to travel by UPSRTC. Conductor abusing passengers. i will never travel by dirty filthy upsrtc buses.As they
                                  UPSTRC BUSES ARE HAVING FOLLOWING FACILITIS AT BAREILLY DEPOT
                                  1. For Bareilly to Agra they name Gold line service. You biard the bus and see hoe it is gold line. This best bus o[censored]PSTRC not cleaned for months. Vomiting, mumphallis, dirt every where. Better keep some rags with you if you are travelling with this bus.
                                  2. Driver and conductor of Bareilly to Agra buses never stops at any hotels or Budayun bus stand, Kasganj bus stand for tea, water, urinal. Do not travel with ladies and childrn with this bus.
                                  3. Get ready to face abuses from conductors drivers for stopping bus for urinating or other facilities.
                                  4. Management has given free hand to conductor drivers to loot, misbehave with passengers.
                                  5. It is better educated people to avoid these buses.
                                  6. Or experience yourseld in Agra Bareilly dirty, broken seats, vomited, filthy buses.If you are trv Tr
                                  even me too faced lot of problem during the journey by upsrtc bus, like

                                  1) Bus engine is not in healthy condition.
                                  2) interior light wasn't work properly

                                    I was traveling from noida sector 35 to meerut by the bus number UP 14 AT 9571. Initially the bus driver waited for the conductor for 15-20 min outside the bus stand. Then he drove the bus at a speed of 20 km/hr till sector 63 as he had to pick his known person from the way. When i asked him to drive properly, he used abusive language against me. I warned him by saying that I'll be registering a complain against him, he again used abusive language and said that there is nobody to take action against him.

                                    I have seen this type of problems in buses in many times.Passengers suffering from these this type of happening but nobody take care about to solve these problems.All cops in up rodways behave rude with passengers.Ankesh please follow up with CC they will definitely help you.

                                    These things are quite often in roadways specially in UPSRTC buses.

                                    I recommend if you can file the complaint on www.pgportal.gov.in and after a certain time period file an RTI on your complaint...

                                    Even, I did the same today for same kind of problem...

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I want to register a complaint regarding the city buses in Agra. At present no city bus is running on the M.G. road of Agra in the evening peak hours (7.00pm to 8.00pm) of crowded areas like Bhagwan talkies Crossing to Sadar Bazar. The timings of buses are also not suitable for passengers (both MSTians and General passengers) because most of servicemen and engg. College students reach the Bhagwan takies crossing after 7.00pm, at this time the city bus facility has been ended over by 7.00pm. After this time no bus available on this root (from Bhagwan Talkies Crossing to Sadar Bazar and Agra Cantt.). I just want to inform all authorities of city buses that from 7.00pm to 8.00pm are the main peak hour in which, almost 200 passengers looks waiting for the city buses everyday but unfortunately they don’t get any buses in the same periods and after all they are hunted or looted by the auto-walas.
                                        I request you to do needful action regarding this problem so that passengers can avail city bus facility and bus organization would also get profit.
