upsrtconline.co.on for online booking of bus is a very poor service and is messing people's time and money. Please close this service and stop to making fool to Public. I booked a ticket online for GONDAfrom ANAND VIHAR, but when I reached on boarding point, I asked bus conductor for my seat, he refused to give seat and saying there is no vehicle number mentioned on Ticket and advised to go with Senior person o[censored]PSRTC. It was very difficult to find customer care person for UPRTC at Bus Stand. I tried customer care number mentioned on my ticket but one number going out of service and other number was not reachable. Now I start to find customer care person o[censored]PSRTC in bus stand again, In last I found him and told all story, he give his advice to cancel the ticket and showing disability to give a bus number and saying if ticket should not cancel within 08 minutes, UPSRTC will not give any refund and service of Bus.It was very disgusting. In last I cancelled the ticket and losses Rs. 200/- as cancellation charges Inexplicably. Please stop to make fool to public and stop these nonsense services.

    Sir I applied for smart card(epurse) on 27 april 2015 with card no.- HPRHP[protected] but when I checked its status online than it shows “registration completed and waiting for printing” continuously from the day I applied to till now and the expected delivery date i.e. 27 may 2015 is already gone. But till now I am not received my smart card. I also attach the acknowledgement receipt of my online registration. Please sir look into this matter and instruct the concerned department to deliver my card as soon as possible. I am waiting for a positive response from your side.         Today Morning I was driving on NH-24 from Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad to Sec-63 Police Chauki. I saw a UP Roadways bus was coming from wrong side and trying to Penetrate the main Road Traffic. It created long Jam and Driver was not considering the Rule as well as Public convenience. Requesting you to take proper action against this. Bus No UP[protected]

          Respected Sir, I had booked a ticket from Rupaidihya to Delhi Anand vihar in morning (19/05/2015) at 10.15 am from guest account on website www.upsrtconline.co.in my balance has been deducted but i yet not i have received ticket. when i called toll free number [protected] they left their hand and provide me an other number [protected] which is always showing a busy tone from last 9 hrs. if by chance call connected they not picked the phone . my balance already deducted what should i do??? please update me. i had mailed on following id ..[protected]@upsrtc.com, [protected]@upsrtc.com, online.[protected]@upsrtc.com but they do not provided and not gives any detail even i send the proof of account balance deduction and ticket seat status but they do not reply? the number has been given on upsrtconline.co.in site and provide by the customer care ([protected]) is not responding every time shows busy after trying 8 hr one time picked by a person and not talked on well manner if you will check from rupaidihya to delhi it will show seat no. 17 is booked but nobody reply me. i have suffering from upsrtc management system please suggest me ...

            Dear Sir, This is inform you that I have Rs. 1507/- balance in my smart card issued by UPSRTC. On 13.05.2015 i board a bus from meerut to ghaziabad i bought a ticket of Rs. 43.00 and the same has been deducted from my smart card and the balance of Rs. 1464/- is shown on my Bus Ticket (as enclosed) I didn't board a bus on 14.05.2015. On 15.5.2015 i again board a bus from meerut to ghaziabad i bought a ticket of Rs 43/- but conductor refused to give me a ticket due to insufficient balance & only Rs. 37/- is available in my smart card.             My UPSRTC smart card is surrendered in Ghaziabad Bus depot in December 2020 since the Ghaziabad buses ticket machines were not updated with the latest version so the smart cards stopped working in Ghaziabad depot buses. While surrendering the card, I have filled a form with my bank details for refund. But, till now, there is no update on the refund. I contacted Ghaziabad depot many times but no response.
            Please look into this and process the refund.

              I have booked a ticket for Agra (ISBT) to LKO (charbagh) by Volvo on 08.05.2015 at 11:10am. amount has been deducted on the same date with the ref number-051442 (ATOM_TECHNOLOGIE POS DEBIT) but Ticket not confirm due to some technical problem. After that i have purchased the same seat ticket from Agra (ISBT) ticket counter in cash. Till date i haven't received deducted amount as Rs.906.i have made complaint on the same day to customer care they told me amount will be refund within 72 hours. Today 11 days already passed but i have not received any refund for the same.. I hope you will understand my circumstances and you will do the needful.

                Hi There, I am writing for the BUS No-UP75M2576 Etawah Depot. I was travelling through this bus from Shikohabad to Delhi at 9 :00 PM dated- 30/04/2015 and My ticket number was 00034221. My complain is against the Bus Conductor who was drunked on the job while travelling. He was so drunked that he lost his sense and even can not stand up his foot. My request is to please take care of these guys who are very careless on their job and not good for UPSRTC and passengers to be are not good for the society and please take some strict action against him.

At the last moment, the bus got canceled without anyprior information and I was stuck as there was no bus available after10:30pm. Later, I somehow managed my travel by an ordinary bus.                           The conductor of the bus number UP16T4697 charged the passengers more than the usual fare. The fare from pari chowk, greater noida to botanical garden, noida is rs. 23 but he took rs. 25 frfrom everyonone. The matter is not of rs. 2 but its about the consumer rights . when the passengers tried to guide him, he avoided. For other details you can contact me on [protected].                             I boarded the 5:45a.m bus for auraiya depot from anand vihar isbt. It has its route through Noida expressway, despite that when I asked conductor for ticket of Mathura cut which is a valid stop as per the list of stops. The conductor refuses to give me theticket and said go to Noida and take another bus from there. I, am a govt emplyoee and this incident caused me problem as I was not able to reach for my meeting on time.                               I had booked an on line ticket on 4.4.2015 from UPSRTC web site from my registered ID-user name- ncpandey32. The ticket was from Lucknow to Faridabad. The bus was Lucknow Anand Vihar Volvo leaving on 12th april'15 at 9.30 pm. As soon as I opened the site, more than 30 seats were shown vacant and I booked one seat for Volvo bus proposed to leave for 12.4.2015 from Lucknow to Faridabad in the name of my son Sanket Pandey age 19. As soon asIo booked on line seat I was asked to pay Rs 1200.00 as fare. As soon as rs 1200.00 was debited from my SBI net banking account, the web siteo[censored]PSRTC disappeared and no ticket was shown in the screen. The print out of my pass book transaction is as under: 04-Apr-2015 TO TRANSFER 7309673IG00VGHHC2 TRANSFER TO 311627 1, 200.00 16, 128.04(Bal) (04-Apr-2015) INB UPSRTC Request: My ticket has no far been booked as per web site, either kindly book it again and inform me or credited to Rs 1200 back to my account within next 8 hours so that I may go for Tatkal railway booking.                                 I was traveling in bus no.UP87T0967 Agra fort depot on 06/04/15 from Tundla to Awagarh. During the journey the driver was consistently misbehaving with the passengers. He did not stop the bus at the appropriate stops. He often stopped it 1 to 2 kms after the stoppage and talked in a very bad language especially with the ladies passengers. I am sure that he was drunken. When the passengers complaint about it to the conductor he replied " I will do whatever I want, go and complaint about it to whomever you can ". I also have a video clip of his misbehave. I request the officers to take a disciplinary action against him to stop such types of misbehave. Dilip .

It will automatically reflect in “My booking” panel"

                                    Hi,

                                    I made an online booking for 22:31 dated 7 May 2019 & 23:30 Pm same date due to the fact that I got afraid if bus at 22:31 is coming or not .

                                    Once I booked the ticket for 23:30 pm then suddenly the earlier one came at 10: 30 Nd 23:00.

                                    I tried but I was not able to do cancellation for 23:30 pm dated 7 May 2019. I have tried this " register myself on your portal(www.upsrtconline.co.in) using same e-mail ID and mobile number mentioned in ticket i booked. But login it showed invalid user. Please refund the money.

                                    Would appreciate if you can please consider this situation and kindly refund my funds for 23:30 pm dated 7th May 2019.

                                      sir i snyadav having ticket no 00059730 in bus no up-33T-8633 from kesharbagh to shahjhanpur on date 22-3-15 at 12:51:43 gave a five hundred not for ticket rs 157 .bus conducter wrriten the rest amount back of ticket that is 343 rupee.after the sitapur bus stand i ask about came back seet to pay my rest amount bus conducter replies that its not my duty to come at every seat & return rest money if any one want their rest amount come at conducters seat ..i ask for complain book but he say i have no complain book .i various times requested to come back seat of bus but he did not leave their seat..and misbehave with me...
                                      Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [UPSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I applied an application to get a smart card on date 14.01.2015, ref no- DMPDM[protected] from Dhampur Bus station{ Bijnor }, but not receive the card till now, who is responsible for this delay, take a necessary action and provide the card as early as possible.With regards.
