    I booked a ticket of Janrath Bus Service with UPSRTC online, for travelling from Agra ISBT to Kaushambhi (Noida Depot) on 10th November 2015 @2:30 pm. Upon reaching the bus station(Agra ISBT), I came to know that the bus service was cancelled for the day. I've written several mails to UPSRTC HO (online.[protected]@upsrtc.com) for the refund of the ticket, but not yet received any amount. The only reply I get each time is to wait for the team to verify. I don't know how much time do they need to verify the cancellation of the bus service and give my refund. Its already been over a month as of now. Due to their negative response I'm writing this complaint against UPSRTC. I've attached the E-ticket as well as the chain of mails exchanged. I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me get my refund amount. Thanks.

    Two women took bus from Roorkee bus stop and asked for ticket when the bus reached Haridwar because the conductor didn't go to the back end of the bus. The conductor charged money from Roorkee to Rishikesh but gave the ticket of Haridwar to Rishikesh. But when the women argued about it he misbehaved with the women. I am attaching the picture of the ticket.
    The bus was named LUNI DEPOT and the bus number is UP14D17306K
    please take the proper action as soon as possible to probe this corruption.

      Respected sir/ma'am, This is really a great shame for such well known volvo bus service . I booked the volvo ticket online from bahraich to delhi and when i boarded the bus from its respective departure place just after 15 mins the conductor came to me i produced the e-ticket confirming my booked ticket status in spite of this proof he said i do not have your name in the papers that i posses and asked me to pay for the same ... how stunned and really upset was i at that moment when i found that i had to repay that pretty sum 1692 rupees again due the fault of the careless employees and service providers. after a long verbal fight i was able to ensure my seat thanks to customer care service.. but this thing leading to bad name and fame o[censored]p government must be taken into account..so that in future no one has to face such an akward moment.. plz let me know if any enquiry is done ... utkarsh pathak (B.Sc.hons.D.U.)         I had a confirm online reservation for 10th of December 2015 from Ghaziabad to Lucknow in UPSRTC Volvo bus ticket number 5068327, which automatically got cancelled on 1st December, anyways i dodnt needed that anymore so i am not bother about UPSRTC cancelling my tickets without my notice, but its being 8 days now and even after multiple reminders on online.[protected]@upsrtc.com i have not yet received refund, now from last 6 days they have even stopped responding my emails. I wish to have my refunds immediately, and i am highly disappointed that one of our public service agency is behaving so irresponsibly. My email ID - [protected]@gmail.com

          Dear Concern This is to bring into your kind attention that I have booked an online ticket for Volvo bus service from website www.upsrtconline.co.in in the name of Mr. Naresh Kanodia Age: 64 years on 13/11/2015 starting from Gorakhpur and heading for Lucknow destination. The Volvo bus is scheduled from Gorakhpur on 20/11/2015 at 10:00 pm. I have been alloted seat number 9 (nine) in the volvo bus. Payment of Rs. 646/- also got deducted from my account but to my amusement I have not got confirmation till now. I have been continuously trying both your customer helpline numbers [protected], +91 - [protected] without any success. I hereby request UPSRTC to please confirm my booking status at the earliest so that I can proceed with reservations accordingly. One more request, please debar helpline numbers and get services of some reputed call center as present helpline numbers are just making fool o[censored]RSRTC money and wasting customer valuable time.             Hi, I booked a ticket from Kausambhi to Sitapur on 12th Oct'15 (Ticket No: 4857180) with fare of Rs. 569.00.Departure was at 9PM from Kausambhi bus depot. I got a refund of Rs 560.00 without any call or email stating the reason for the cancellation or even stating that the ticket has been cancelled. If I would have not checked the status of my bank account there was no way I would have known that my ticket has been cancelled. I do not know whether action can be taken through this forum or not but I have lost complete faith in UPSRTC and if this website is really for consumers I demand justice in this case.

            I booked a ticket from Anand Vihar New Delhi Sitapur on 10th March-2017 (Ticket No: 7422866) with fare of Rs. 875/-.Departure was at 21:00 from Anand Vihar New Delhi bus depot. I got a SMS Ticket Cancellation without any call or email stating the reason for the cancellation or even stating that the ticket has been cancelled. . I do not know whether action can be taken through this forum or not but I have lost complete faith in UPSRTC and if this website is really for consumers I demand justice in this case.

              Hi I am writing these email from a private bus for which I got my ticket booked at Kashmeeri gate ISBT. This is primarily because of horrible customer service provided by UPSRTC and ISBT customer care jointly. As you can see attached I got my ticket booked for Dehradun from Delhi at around 4:00 AM in the morning, that time only four tickets were booked . Ticket details : PNR number : XDDN[protected] Ticket Number: 4902094 Transaction Number : 10680531 I reached metro station at around 12:35 and bus was gone. Ok I was late for 5 minutes but please answer my following questions: 1. I was calling customer care numbers so as to contact the driver that I may get 5 minutes late but no one picked those two number, attached are my call logs to verify the same. 2. What is the need to writing approximately in the timings, please refer to the ticket if the bus had to leave at sharp 12:30. 3. If there are less than 10-15 passengers in the bus isn't it the responsibility of driver to atleast wait for 5-10 minutes or do a simple call to check the status of passenger . Soon I reached ISBT I went to counter 2 for UP busses to contact the driver but they redirected me to counter 14 for Volvo buses . To my amazement and in addition to bad customer service he was absent . Later when he came he had no idea what to do. If there was proper contact information with counter 14 at Kashmiri gate ISBT probably I would have been able to catch the Volvo . But just because of horrible and pathetic customer service I had to travel in non ac bus with extra cost. I request you to please cancel my ticket and refund the amount and requesting you to please take proper action against driver and people assigned to counter number 2 and 14 at Kashmeeri gate ISBT for time 12:30 -1:30. Such pathetic service is not acceptable. If this can't be resolved at this level, please provide me with details of escalation I can do in this regard.                 I have already submitted a complaint regarding irregularity in volvo bus ticket cancellation. I have to add some more information. The bus was to leave at 6 am on 12 october. My man was at the ticket counter before 5 am biut there was no staff around. The conductor - named Sachidanand shukla appeared just 10 minutes before departure and the clerk at the counter named Pankaj then took the ticke and without giving any cancellation receipt - deducted more than 50%

                  I purchased a volvo ticket for 6;00 am volvo bus o[censored]PSRTC from allahabad to lucknow, date of journey 12 october 2015. the ticket was for seat numbers 9 and 10 and the passenger names were BHAVYA and BHAVINI. At 5: 45 am the ticket was cancelled from the counter by a person sent by me - the dealing clerk sitting at the computer deducted more than 50 % and did not give any cancellation receipt. As per e ticket rules cancelletion charge is only 25% of basic fare plus reserv ation charges. I presume it may be the same for counter tkt.

                        Travelling from Agra to Jaipur boarding time 11 AM, At the Agra ticket counter single ticket is given and at the back side of ticket two seat no.s are written and deduct the amount of two tickets by the ticket giver. After leaving the Agra Bus stand conductor saw the ticket and said its a single ticket and you need to take another ticket. We took one more ticket from Agra to Jaipur. Dont know how many time he did with other people. At the destination conductor took the ticket as an evidence and told that he will lodge complaint against ticket giver. I want my extra ticket amount and serious taken against the ticket giver of AGRA Ticket counter.                           This bus UP26UP260808, not worth calling as shatabdi, AC is cut down, TV not working, no helper to clean vomitus, and no water provided as per promise during ticket by office .facilities are not compatible as other state service for ticket charge.passengers requested but no action by driver, time can't manage.

                            I was traveling from Lucknow to allahabad on 30.08.2015 at 1 pm. I was allotted seat no 27 at the counter. When the bus crossed SGPGI Stop I found that 4 seats of the front row were vacant then I asked conductor and the attendant to provide me one of those seats, because I was feeling nausea at my back seat but they refused, I requested them so many times but they didn't allow me to sit there. I was surprised to see that both took 2 seats and lay their legs and whole body to rest upon. I am a journalist in a daily newspaper at Lucknow and I want immediate action against those employees. At present I am in the bus and not feeling well and I have called my associates at allahabad to interact and publish the news, if before reaching to allahabad any action is not being initiated. N. K. I applied for online Smart Card and did payment for that. payment has been cut from my account and i got server error on UPSRTC website and Process failed. I have been Contact to Atom Technology Third Party Payment Panel and they given me following detail and suggested to Contact UPSRTC-MST.                                     Hello, My name is Bipin sharma from Bareilly (u.p) Before Booking the ticket i call to the customer care executive o[censored]psrtc, and ask him that, i am having a Parrot (my Parrot is small and can not be fly) and i ask to customer care executive that can i take it with us.. Your customer care executive told me that, "sir we can not allowed the cage inside the bus and if you can take your parrot in your hand then it is allowed inside the bus", and then after that nxt day i booked the tickets upto bly to kausambhi.. I am not knowing the name of that executive who said all these things but i am having the time of call.. But Today i called to customer care executive and asking about my booking and ask again about my parrot ( for reconfirming) and they told me that the parrot is noy allowed.. What is this, 1st you told me Yes and then No, if the customer executive told me No on that time then i ll not booked the ticket.. Listen this is not my concern nad not my mistake, you told me to allowed thats why i booked the ticket. You gave me the wrong info. This is not my fauly. Why your executive doing like this.. now he rudely said "kar do complaint"

                                        * month earlier online volvo ticket booked from agra to sarae kale khan delhi on 5/10/14 and cancelled later for that money is not refunded yet after so many mails and calls to upsrtc online support.Neither they inform that online refund could not be provided. This is an act of cheating, i just got to know about my refund failed status when one day after checked for another ticket. Complaint phone numbers are always busy any time i call. Sincere public inconvenience is caused by UPSRTC. all the details attached. do the need full immediately and inform as soon as possible.
