Before Booking the ticket i call to the customer care executive o[censored]psrtc, and ask him that, i am having a Parrot (my Parrot is small and can not be fly) and i ask to customer care executive that can i take it with us..
Your customer care executive told me that, "sir we can not allowed the cage inside the bus and if you can take your parrot in your hand then it is allowed inside the bus", and then after that nxt day i booked the tickets upto bly to kausambhi..
I am not knowing the name of that executive who said all these things but i am having the time of call..
But Today i called to customer care executive and asking about my booking and ask again about my parrot ( for reconfirming) and they told me that the parrot is noy allowed..
What is this, 1st you told me Yes and then No, if the customer executive told me No on that time then i ll not booked the ticket..
Listen this is not my concern nad not my mistake, you told me to allowed thats why i booked the ticket.
You gave me the wrong info. This is not my fauly.
Why your executive doing like this..
