    To, Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation Charbagh-Lucknow Respected Sir, Sub.:To Complain charbagh Booking Cleark & System Sir, I want to inform you that, I am sudip Misra, Yesterday my Daughter written test was in Air force in B.Tech.in Lucknow. I am had booked VOLVO AC Ticket from Lucknow to Varanasi DT. 22.02.2015, Dep.Time 10.00 P.M. We had reached Charbagh Bus Stop 9.20 P.m. I was time to time enquiry in booking counter for departure of bus. Mr. Dharmendra Mishra booking clerk always said, bus will come 2 mins. Before at 10.00 pm. Sir so many VOLVO bus was standing in bus stop, I was asked every bus conductor that which bus go to Varanasi, conductor said that bus for Delhi, Agra etc. nobody said for Varanasi bus. I had again go to booking counter and ask to Dharmedra Mishra he said wait, bus is coming at 10 pm. So I am waited . when time is over near about 10.07 p.m. than Dharmedra Mishra said bus has gone. I said what are you telling, how will go to Varanasi me & my Daughter, then he said it is not our duty & responsibility and abusing me, his behavior is very rude & rough. Then I call to On duty Officer Mr. Maurya Ji, he said I cannot refund your money, he nothing said to Booking Clerk Mr. Dharmendra Mishra, he arrange the ordinary NON-AC Bus. I want to say that Sir, it is not a manner to harass a passenger, You take action to Mr. Dhamendra Singh Booking Clerk . I request you Please refund my booking amount as soon as possible.       I would like to complain against bus drivers & conductors of greater noida roadways. They generally says buses will go directly to Pari Chowk from Botanical garden & it will not stop on highway like to secto-93, 142, 135, 145 etc. This issues seriously making passenger difficult to reach their offices, colleges etc. And, they also not pick up passengers standing on highway like near sector 93, 142, 135, 145 etc who wants to come back to botanical garden. Please solve these issues on high priority.

          Upsrtc sahibabad depot bus not going through HATHRAS CITY AND THE CONDUCTOR AND DRIVER ON THE BOARD DENIED TO BOARD THE PASSANGERS WAITNG FOR THE CONVEYANCE FROM AGRA TO HATHRAS.BOTH OF THEM MISBEHAVED THE PASSANGERS AND FINALLY DROPPED THEM ON THE NEWLY BUILT BYE PASS.

            Sir, Its a general practise of the drivers to divert and terminate the buses according to their suitability . I lived in Swran Nagrri Greater Noida . When I travel from Noida to Greater Noida than drivers bus terminate at Pari Chowk instead of greater noida depot via Acher Pie which is the original route . I have discussed this matter with Mr Niranjan at noida depot but I found no changes . It is my humble request to kindly look into this matter because being a Lady it is difficult and risky to tale Auto from Pari chowk to Pie in the night

            I was booking my bus ticket online from Kanpur to Delhi through Janrath Bus from UPSRTC website on 23/4/2014, at 2.14pm Rs. 723/- from my account was deducted but ticket is not generated. I want my money back at the earliest.

                sir, I am owner of five Buses which is attached from Fatehpur Depot in which two are running UP 70 CT 2489 & UP 70 CT 6232 from Fatehpur to Chitrakoot via Khaga as there is no provision to check the buses as single route and no other Roadways buses are running so conductor is free and no fear to take passengers without tickets.                     Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am resident of Shikarpur Dist. Bulandshahr. There is a very serious problem on this route ( From Bulandshahr to Shikarpur ) which I want to bring in your kind notice that the drivers of the buses do not stop the buses at this stoppage regularly after 19:00 at Bulandshahr D.A.V. Tiraha stoppage. It is very potential on the point of view of the numbers of passengers. This is a very old problem at that time I discussed with the conductors of the buses then they pretended that the passengers do not tender the exact change for fare at that time the fare was Rs 22/=. But I found that this not a genuine issue to not stopping UPSRTC buses at night. On Monday (17/11/2014) I had to go to Shikandrabad Shikarpur from Delhi. I have board to Badaun Depo (UP25BT-3776) at the time of 22:05:50 and I found that conductor was fully drunk and he misbehaved me and told me that there is no stoppage at Shikarpur. Firstly He took money (Rs. 45/-) and not provide me ticket. When I have forced him to give ticket then He told me that he can provide Ahmadgarh's Ticket. Which is Rs. 53/-. I paid for this.If they are caring some passenger from a long distance then they will deboard the passenger after some distance from the proper stop.Often the conductors do not provide the tickets to the passengers travelling from Bulandshahr to Shikarpur mostly in after 19:00, some times provide after confirming from the other conductor( by mobile phone )who has just passed this location. So We request you to take the proper action in this regard and we not only hope but are very confident that you will short out our this serious problem.We shall be highly obliged.

                        Dear Sir ... I had an accident on 9/11/2004 at around 9 AM with a UPSRTC bus due to careless driving . It's No. is UP 25 BT, 1903 . The driver and the conductor were very arrogant and didn't even accept their mistake . Instead they hit my car for the second time . The accident happened near fetahganj poorvi, bareilly . Passangers who travel daily also complained about the driver's rash driving . How can UPSRTC put innocent lives in danger in the hands of these careless drivers ? I hope UPSRTC will take strict action .

                          Dear Sir, i would like to bring this issue into your notice, i am a daily to and fro traveller from Hapur to Delhi and vice-versa. since i board bus from a village about 4 km toward delhi from hapur you may call it not a roadways authorized stand but buses which are undertook by UPSRTC do stop here. Taking on the UP 81 AF 1544, when i asked that conductor to stop the bus and let me board it, that fellow started shouting why should i open the door on repetitive i asked him to open the door there were only 15 passenger in the bus at that time so i don't think you want an empty bus to run along, on forcefully allowing that fellow start yelling again that this will cost Rs. 55 not Rs. 43 which we have to pay in Undertaking buses, i want to ask you where have all the manners have gone with UPSRTC your all long route buses do have these kind of personals, if i dont pay this amount that must be my mistake but when i am paying it and also not stoping the bus at any sudden point during course of travelling is it the right behaviour from your staff. for your information the UKSRTC charges Rs. 69 for the Hapur to Delhi, but the staff in those services are as good as like friend they never use such kind of language and erractic behaviour. pl. do take required action as this non sense cannot continue for all the time, we pay for your service and travels as responsible travellers hence it is on your part to behave properly. i may write again till you dont give feedback on this.

                          Fraudelent transaction

                          I booked a ticket from lucknow to anand vihar through net banking of SBI. Money has been deducted by UPSRTC Rs. 840 but i have not received any acknowledgement nor my seat is booked. They are not responding to mails.I had booked a ticket in janrath for 26th may 19:02 pm seat no. 9 which is still available for booking.

                            respected sir myself N. Ahmed from Lalgopalganj (Allahabad) and I want to fetch your kind attention towards the dukeness of bus driver&conductor of Avadh depot (like bus no. "U.P. 32 CZ 0356" at 13:30 IST on Nov 03, 2014 ) sir I dont know what your egocentric bus conductr&driver think themselves of that they do drop passengers in Lalgopalganj but bother not to get passengers(from Lalgopalganj to Allahabad) board in for a couple of weeks sir people of my locality are facing a lot of difficulties, inconveniences n discomfort only because of such reckless bus driver n conductor so I therfore request you to take any drastic step, as soon as possible, against these public nuisance to make their wit well tuned so that our live standard can be restored again in comfortness . thank you

                              Dear Sir/Madam, With regards this is to inform you that at 30/10/2014 i travelled from a UPSRTC Bus No. UP77 T 1587 from Lalganj (Raebareli) to Kanpur and My Ticket No. was 00034044. In the bus the driver drunk and misbehaving to every passenger, he abused and stopped bus at many places and lastly at Ramadevi he hitted a lady badly while going at wrong way towards Shyam Nagar, the traffic police stopped him but due to interference of passengers the police released him, after travelling of two Kms he stopped bus at Kidwai Nagar and said that now the bus do not go anywhere and everybody who opposes him at Ramadevi chauraha leav the bus and abused badly. So all passengers had to move from bus while all have tickets till Jhakarkati station. This was very shameful and i request to concerned seniors to take action against conductor and Driver either no one shall feel safe in UPSRTC Buses.

                                On 23.10.14, I was travelling in a UPSRTC Bus from Anandvihar (Delhi) to Haldwani. Bus no. was UP14CT 1031 of Sahibabad Depot, Conductor's name was Mishraji (probably). The whole route he was quarrelling with almost everyone and giving threat to drop from bus even to aged ladies just for Re.1. His intention was very bad to earn money illegally. He was using many tricks to earn illegal money from the passengers. During Ticketing, he started collecting money from Anandvihar without returning changes to them though he had 7 hours travel time. Even when the Bus reached Rudrapur he did not returned change. Many of the people left bus w/o taking small returns since the conductor was forcing them indirectly. I doubt few people has forgot also to take their change back. He quarreled with an educated group in Rudrapur because he demanded Rs.100 for their baggages. Those people were ready to pay but was asking tickets for the same but conductor refused to give ticket. Your strict vigilance is now stopped conductor's illegal earning but conductor like Mishrajai has found other ways to continue the illegal earning form passengers. My request pl make some rule so that conductor refunds the change well in advance before reaching the stoppage. Or you may look for the additional cash with conductor (this system is very succefuly implemented in West Bengal).

                                  Dear Sir / Madam, I am a bank employee of Punjab National Bank, having Smart Card (MST), use to travel Varanasi to Gopiganj . Today on 08/10/2014 at 5 pm I was returning from Gopiganj in UP Roadways undertaking bus No, UP 70 BT 8883 while travelling the bus conductor asked me for the ticket I shown my Smart Card before him but he was unable to produce the ticket from the machine & then he asked for the printed receipt of the monthly pass I also provided the same. He read it very carefully & tried again to produced the ticket but finally he failed to do so & then he asked me to make the ticket by cash. I refused to do so & told him I wont pay the cash as I have MST which validity ends 09.10.2014 & asked him if you are not able to make the ticket just write the customer ID on your official paper. Immediately he started to abusing me & asked me to get down from the bus & also warned me to never ride on his bus if I wish to travel with the Smart card (MST).Mean while I started to make the call to customer care[protected] to resolve the matter & to make the complain regarding the rude & abusing behavior of the conductor but no one was available there to receive the call which usually happens. Regarding the above mentioned matter which was happened earlier also I made the complain to Varanasi bus Depot but yet no any action has been taken against the UP Roadways Bus Conductors so finally I was bounded to write the mail to the concerned authority for hoping some positive result. Kindly look into matter & do the needful . If you people are not able to provide the better & clean service to the MST card holders please stop & close the MST service because such kind of misbehavior & abuses of Conductor hampers the fame & quality of your esteemed organisation.                                     this complaint is regarding fare of monthly season ticket i am a bank employee and i am regular traveller from kanpur to bangarmau from last one year i used to pay 2360 rs for the mst till febuary after which the roadways fare increased by 1 rupee which means increase of 36 rs in mst in the month of march i was asked to pay 2580 rs for the same mst of all other stations increased by 36 rs and for bangarmau it increased by 220 rs i asked for the reason frm the department they said that they have wrongly entered the fare now i am asking for the refund and they are not agree to provide me that i have all the reciepts with their signatures please take the appropriate step i will be thankful to you

                                      I had tried to book ticket online on 27th July 2013 on Delhi Bareilly route. The money was deducted twice from my account but ticket could not be booked. Since then i am following up the refund but it seems that this is big scam and no body is responding in the right direction. How a government company can do such fraud. My GUID are [protected] , [protected]. I also filed a complaint with complaint number [protected] with their customer care. But it seems a total scam. They do not pick phone or disconnect the phone when you talk about refund.

                                      Please some body help.

                                      Hi,

                                      Even I had faced a similar problem some 15 days back. Ticket not booked but the amount got deducted from debit card.( I presume this happens because there was just 1 seat available and by the time I made the payment, somebody else had booked it). Whatever it is, it is a serious flaw in their reservation booking system.

                                      However, I was able to get the amount refunded into my account. Below is the process that I followed.

                                      - Called their number given in website. Initially when I called from my mobile nobody picked but when I dialled using my BSNL landline they picked immediately.

                                      - The guy suggested me to send a mail to their mail address with all the details of the transaction along with my bank statement.

                                      - I sent them the mail. However, since I got no response for 5 days, I called them again through my mobile at around 4:30pm and they picked at once. I told the guy that I was suggested to send them the mail which I have already done. Spoke very politely with him and pleaded him to help me.

                                      - Luckily, he searched for my mail on the call itself and then forwarded my mail to concerned department(Atom technologies) asking them to refund my amount.

                                      - I got a mail same day from the department that my amount would be refunded, and I got the full amount credited to my account within 3 days.

                                      So, would suggest you people also to follow the same procedure and see if lady luck is with you.

                                        Hello UPSRTC,

                                        I am shishir saxena from Lucknow, I travel by city bus daily to attend my office.

                                        Today 5 August, I was traveling with 33 C (bus no: UP32 CZ8974). As I catch the bus from Nehru Baal Vatika (my Bus stop) to Sikander Baad (my destination Bus Stop) , the Conductor of Bus used abuse language, and behaving badly. And After that he was fighting with me.

                                        Only the matter was all the people were climbing from first door, I was one of them, He was not saying to others except me. "This is not a matter that he was saying but he was behaving badly, Used abused language."

                                        As a Literate person , if I want to file a complaint against his bad behavior and on abuse language while he was in duty.

                                        This is my hope "If any senior reputed officer seeing this email, so please consider my complaint. "

                                        If such type of activity occurs so what would be impact on me and other people.

                                        Kindly consider my request.
