i am thakur from usha agencies from badlapur branch

customers are not getting proper service from your technical department.
calls going from techincal department but not solving the problems. customers are saying we want technition should be visit at our home we don't understand what they are asking in phone.
and complaints are being cancelled after call.
then customers are coming to my shop and fired on me. what is yours service from technical department we got calls but our problem stil not solved.
if i m putting singledoor Rf is dead. they call the customer asking the problem when customer say you send the technition.they close the calls.
and not response properly.
customers not satisfied from the technical department services.
so, i request you to ask the technition to visit the customers home.
