Dear sir,
Five months back I had puchased a Usha Janome 9500 model computer work machine from "Usha Internation LTD, Company Show room, 70-126, Behind Kalanikethan, kamala Nagar, Chaityna puri, Dilshuknagar, Hyderabad." . Now Carriage part was not working properly from the last one month. If i asked the Hyderabad USHA internation LTD showroom, they given a one vijayawada number[protected]. They suggests me to change Carriage Unit,But they did n't do it till now. Every time i call to those people they told me please call after 10 days. But they are not responding properly. I need that part very urgeny. All my remaining work is pending with that part.
Gareentee period is "ONE YEAR".
Please do favour for me,,,, Because its urgent for me.
