I got free AirtelDigital Coupon on purchase of Sony LCD on 28/3/2011 from Jyoti Electronics Chembur showroom & on same day I recharge it with Rs. 750/- & AirtelDigital Customer Care Executive gave us an assurance to give connection within 24 hrs, & that 24 hrs has became 168 hrs, but no connection has been done till now.

I have contacted Airtel D2H customer care 50 times regarding activation and customer number for my transaction for the Airtel D2H connection. I got very very worst answers from the customer care executives regarding that.. as well they are responding us as they will update it in next 1/2 hour which doesn't happened... I never experienced such a worst thing like this in my life.

As I have bought this Sony LCD specially to watch World Cup 2011, because of Airtel D2H fake service we were unable to watch it.

On 2nd April 2011, I made complaint in Airtel D2H Customer Care. Complaint Number 65766317. But no one responded.

I contacted Jyoti Electronics Chembur showroom to inform that the free gift of Airtel D2H connection which they provided on Sony LCD is not yet installed. So they gave us a Sales Dealer Number. I had call them & that time they give me different answer that in Kharghar area their is some Installation problem from local public. But in our Society already there are 3 AirtelD2H connection done.

I call Airtel D2H Customer care to Return my Amount which I have pay from ICICI Credit Card, & also I generated Cancellation ID for the Airtel D2H from ICICI customer care. But they are saying that they don't have Refund Policy.

I have been with very worst experience during this process in my life.. This cannot be acceptable as the Airtel service providers are giving the confirmation and advertizing the best services.

Now, let me know the right way to handle with this situation to install and activate my connection for Airtel D2H.... Its highly recommended a strict steps by the Airtel head / MD to handle this kind of experience and their staff for their services.

Hope for a better assistance this time.

Hi.. My name is Nirav Bhavsar.

I have purchanged a Airtel D2H with yearly subscription o[censored]ltrapack (Cost: 4350 INR) on Saturday 25-Dec-2010. I have called Airtel D2H customer care 5 times regarding activation and customer number for my transaction for the Airtel D2H connection. I got very very worst answers from the customer care executives regarding that.. even they are responding like they will update us in next 1/2 hour and after calling an hour from last call, still getting the same answers... I never experienced worst thing like this in my life.

Further contineous follow ups, I got customer id ([protected]) from Airtel D2H on around 1:00 pm and got to know that the installation guy will come to home for installation. I suggested the installation person to come at my home around 6:30 pm evening for installation as I will home at that time after my working hours. And now surpisely, I got a great answer from the person... It is about to dark so he is not comfortable for installation at that time.. even he is not come to our place as its too late for him... like this.. there are more rude answers from him..

As I am working in day time so I must prefer the installation would be done in evening time and same I told to Airtel Customer care executive (Name: Gayatri) who has activated my D2H connection. She has confirmed me that in case the installation will not done on 26-Dec-2010, the person will come to my place for installation at 6:30 PM on 27-Dec-2010 bases on my request...

I have been with very worst experience during this process in my life.. This cannot be acceptible as the Airtel service providers are giving the confirmation and advertizing the best services.

Now, let me know the right way to handle with this situation to install and activate my connection for Airtel D2H.... Its highly recommanded a strict steps by the Airtel head / MD to handle this kind of experience and their staff for thier services.

Hi ,

Few days back my caller tune has been stopped without any information. After that i received a message stating that Your caller tune has been stopped to activate to call so and so number . I called that number some told that They had some technical problem , He advised me to call the next day but they had been charged for that conversation its about Rs-12.00. But it has been re credited to my account on the day itself by the way i called the customer service agent. Again I called the next day to activate my caller tune, Some one picked up and still they have some technical problem he advised me to call back an one hour.

Again I called one girl Rathika picked up the phone she had given the confirmation that my caller tune will be activated in an one hour .

But today morning they activated some other song and they had been charged 30Rs as rental.

But this is not song which i activated before. I tried to ask these things nobody responding me they had been put me on 20minutes without any solution and now the great thing is they have blocked me to call customer service agent .

I want to know the reasons for the below issues...


* Why they stopped my caller tune...?

* Why they had not been given the solution for my queries which i already many times the same has been notified to the cs agents ....?

* Why they blocked my number to reach the customer service agents.

* If they had a Technical impact then acceptable but why its not resolved till now.

Please do the Need ful....?

Here i have only one option to attach images I don't have an option to upload voice records...
I have submitted documents for Airtel MNP. They are not repsonding back on time and moreover I am trying to reach the Airtel koramangala outlet they have stopped responding to phone calls.

This is my worst experience with Airtel. They are not answering responsible for genuine customers. I feel other service providers are far better than Airtel.

AirTel — worst customer response

we bought a new airtel sim(prepaid) for the usage of gps to keep a track of my company's trucks.it was working for a couple of months.it was not responsive after that and when we called the customer care they told that they need verification on id again which we already gave during buying of sim.they told it is due to goverment norms but we use it for the purpose of gps so no one was availabe to pick the call.they insisted me to go the airtel relationship center at t.nagar and kodambakkam.when we went there the response was mediocre and no one dint talk properly itself,they dint respect my age and told in a rude way to use hotline present there.this is how you treat your customer AIRTEL?.till now i'm not able to get any solution.

Airtel D2H — no response

Dear sir,
i am using airtel d2h and my customer id is [protected] name vijay kumawat.
since 3 month our cable service provider deduct our money.i have call many time
to there customer care that there is continuously disturbance in most of the channel
but the do not response continuously.for 2 time they sent there engineer and charged money
with us but problem not resolve yet.even now they start to put my phone on hold and not
respond to this also.kindly do something about them.

    service from last 1 year i chose videocon d2h for its beter perfomence
    then other service provider but i m facing some problems form last 5
    days and no one look on it

    On 30/3/2011 i have purchase a recharge voucher of rupees 200 form my
    nearest dealer and recharge it from my registered mobile no..over half
    our when my recharge is not done i call to customer care where ur
    executive mr. Mangesh meet me to whom i told my problem and he reply
    me in Hindi the words were " sir, aap ka recharge ho gaya he aur aap
    ki service aadhe ghante me start ho jayegi " after an hour while
    service is not start i call again and my conversation done with Vivek
    agin he ask me for my 12 digit no. and check the system and he reply
    in hindi the words were "ok sir, aap ne recharge to sahi no. se kiya
    he lekin abhi hamari system slow he isliye thoda waqt lagega aap
    nischint rahiye aap ki service start ho jayegi" till evening when my
    service is not start i call again at the same no.[protected] there i
    talk with Avni and she asked me a diffrent thing that sir ur recharge
    was not done and ur coupen was already recharge at onetrher account
    then after she took a complain regarding this and the complain no.
    was35243415 and i lost all my entertinment at my own T.V.SET very next
    day i call again and talk with aaarti and she repeat the same story,

    from next day calls are come on my phone to recharge my account while
    i already recharge with rs 200

    All ur executives told same story that recharge was done wrongfully so
    u recharge again for d2h service

    Sir u tell me why should i recharge again while i had already purchase
    a voucher from ur registered dealer and first two o[censored]r customer care
    executives told me that ur recharge was done

    From last six days my d2h service was close and during this days there
    are big worldcup mathces and i have to go elswere to watch this

    when i visit the dealer from i purchase voucher he took voucher from
    me and call to u by his way form him i got another complain no.
    35431981 which resulting the same

    So this is my story finally i write it to u i want my 200 rupees
    anyhow this is not my foult my foult is only that i purchase a service
    from a company with poor customer relationship service,form last six
    days im facing harrasment from ur company

    I have recorded data of all conversation done with five o[censored]r
    executives, i[censored] have u can listen the conversation by which u can
    realise how poorly ur ex. convee with cliants they not solve problems
    but create it more
    12 digit no of recharge voucher is[protected] and serial no. is
    DHOOS[protected] this is for ur informatin to do in this concern and i
    hope u solve my problems

    if my problem is not solve in 3 days i must have to action against ur
    company by imposed law like consumer forum or other way

    It is not a matter of rupees 200 but it is matter of mentle harresment
    and loosing moment of great entertainment, so im very disappoint with
    ur company

    i hope i ll get some resneble reply on my mobile

      Bought 1 ton AC from the dealer VIJAY SALES ghodbunder branch thane west, after complaint co's techinician found AC faulty and wanted to take back for repairs which was not acceptable to me and i asked for replacement which they did'nt agree, on 2nd april i went to dealer and enquired about replacement and they behaved like roadside gunda's which is not done.Even co has not took any initiative for replacement.

      My request to you is to take appropiate action against the dealer and get me replacement.

      Dealers (Vijay sales) manager Mr. Marathe of ghodbunder road br. behaved like a road side gunda and want action against him.

        31 March around 10 am my D2H service had been stopped as my account was not recharged. at 10.40am the same day i had recharged it through IVR transaction on my mobile vis Credit card. After recharging the automated voice teller confirmed that the account was recharged successfully. I waited for an hour but my service never resumed. Called up the customer care of videocon and they assured me that my compalint will be solved very soon and they had told me to get in touch with my bank to confirm the same. again at 1:40pm i called up the customer care and spoke to them for the same. I was asked to provide my transaction details, which i had given and it was infomed to me that my complaint had been registered. Till evening I had to wait and since my service didnt resume i called up customer care of videocon again and to my astonishment the executive told me that my complaint has been registered now, and it was not done in the afternoon. repeatedly he assured me that by tonight 11pm i ll get a confirmed status about this. Finally i got a message on my cell saying that my complaint has been resolved. But when i opened my set top box agian there was no service available. The next day i was continously in touch with my bank and videocon for this and even then nothing happened. 2nd april morning again i was told that by videocon executive that i need to get my credit card statement for this. This is pure harrassment for the customers. Firstly no one is ready to give proper information, then empty assurances are made and finally nothing is done and the customer gets a message that his complaint is solved.
        My transaction id is : 016279 and the same has been transferred to D2H5720TPIVR.
        When i spoke to my bank representative they told me that the merchant can get details by using the transaction id. But when i spoke to Videocon executive, no one was ready to accept that. Thumbs down to videocon and their services. Plus their signal always gets scrambled and its very irritating. Yes its D2H service(direct harrassment service).

          19th Feb - I have paid Rs. 150/- to a dealer for recharge (gold package Rs. 150/- month) , got message for recharge confirmation , next due date : 26th mar’11 ( Dealer address Rewari ,Haryana , Ph no. [protected] )

          16th Mar - I have paid Rs. 500/- through on line (gold package Rs. 150/- month) , got message for recharge confirmation , balance as on 17th mar’11 in my account :around Rs. 550/-


          - On 28th Mar – I came to know that you have wrongly deducted Rs. 150/- from my account & my account balance remains is only Rs. 360/- instead of around Rs 500/- – why ????????- kindly explain & resolve ?


          Dealer says he is not at fault , i got the confirmation message after recharge , which is correct ?

          You are saying , you have made deduction correctly on some body else complain (oxigen system in this case as per your mail ) without bothering to check with me ?

          Ultimately i am the looser in this case ( Loss of Rs 150/-) – only mistake i have done is i have chosen Videocon D2H services ?

          Chasing almost 5 times a day for this problem & lodge official complain as well to d2h cust care. suprisingly mail recd today from cust care that they have deducted this amount on request of Oxigen system , whom i dont even know . my question is how can you deduct from account on 3rd party complain (oxygen system ) in this case without even bother to check with me , what is the control you are exercising ? on top of that you have written a mail to me to contact oxygen system to resolve this problem - whom i dont even know .i need immedaite solution to the problem & also compensation of mental harrasment & time lost by calling you almost 5 times a day almost every day ?

                Dear Sir/Mam,

                I purchased Videocon D2H satellite LCD TV 3201 with an offer of 2 yrs free 200+ channels & money back certificate of Rs 12,000 from their authorised dealer Sri Kumaran Home Needs, Avadi somewhere in MAY 2010, but still I haven't received any certificate from their side and the dealer completely blames Videocon for delay and the customer care says no details with them and just follow up with the dealer. I am tired of following up with the dealer, and the contacts I have with videocon blames dealer for the delay.

                Though I have contacted many videocon reps. none are taking ownership of this problem and i am tired of following up with them. Now its almost a year i purchased this TV under this offer.

                Unable to find the correct person in charge of this scheme and they always keep false commitments to solve this problem for last 5 months.

                Left with no options than to register a complaint here.

                  I Jamrool Sadear having videocon no. [protected] has been cheated by the company as since the time i have bought this sim card it is still not activated.
                  Everytime i go they ask for my documents and inspite of submitting the said documents atleast thrice still all in vain.
                  The company is not giving me the refund which i paid for the sim card n neither my documents back.
                  I dont think Company has got the right to hold back the papers if they donot want to provide the services.
                  They have my additional 3 copies of photos n documents which they can misuse also.
                  So please guide me n get me justice as i have been duped by this company.

                        I bought new SIM of Videocon on 3rd March, 11. on 5thMarch I received SMS regarding Activation request is successful.
                        There was network hardly for few minutes yesterday since I received Welcome message. After a week I received SMS saying service has been deactivated as documents are not submitted.
                        Distributor(S. S. Online Bhandup) confirmed the submission of documents where as I am getting SMS from Videcon as documents are not received .Videcon's Customer care is not responding to SMS/calls/email.

                        I think TRAI should take an action against telecom companies espectially vodafone, airtel as they sell their sims cards in market by giving them lifetime validity but within a year they disconnect the service permanently and they sell the same number to other customers, so how it is a LIFETIME VALIDITY ?????????????????
                        i'm vasanth.i bought a videocan sim before two months.that time the sim was being used only one month.suddenly the sim was lost.now i have a doubt.my sim is being used by others.my number is [protected].Please immediately deactivated them.please do needful this matter.

                            Good Morning!

                            I would like to share a terrible exp. I have been facing since last almost a month with Videocon d2h customer care team and their services. I have called them up for at least 8-10 times where I have managed to talk with their agent for approx 10-15 minutes per call and end of the call, I get assurance that your complaint will be solved and nothing happens. I am not able to see any channels since the day I have recharge my account.

                            Sometimes I even get confirmation alert on my cell where it says your complain is resolved and there is no one even bother to call me back and confirm that is it really solved or not? I am just tired of these problems as I do not have spare time to do all this.

                            The main reason I have activated this services was for the World Cup matches for my Dad and as you can see from the fist day of recharge which was done on 26th of Feb, I am still without those services.

                            In all my calls I have share the exact error I have facing while watching my television which called E 30 (related to smart card problem). In fact i did get confirmation one time that engineer will be coming to your home and solve this and then other day when I called up again to ask status they said no engineer can come for such small issue it has to be solved from our office only, and I was like what? So you can see how much lie they speak and they do not know even what they are talking.

                            I would like you to take some strict action on this such behavior for them and help me to refund my money which I have spend for nothing on top the time I have loose and Phone calls I have been doing to them.

Then Mr. Parimal asked to contact Mr. Rajesh Vajpayee (Mob No. [protected] ) Br. Head. He said that concern person is admitted to Hospital, and you will be given set on 07/03/2011 till the movement, we neither received the delivery of the set, nor any answer from Videocon
                              As per Videocon brochure it clearly indicates that the set will be given at “NO EXTRA COST”. And we are facing this trouble

                              The same Mr. Salunke and his team at Aurangabad have pulled a Fast one on me as well.

                              Same Mr. Salunke behaved on phone that he is not the HEAD and that he will talk to senior officials and then refund my DD for 16990/- and also Rs. 7000/- of bond money along with interest. Almost after 2 months of follow up he did not take any steps to resolve the problem and also not reachable or available on phone. His receptionist now tells me to FORGET about the Rs.7000 and that it was a NON-REFUNDABLE BOND!

                              They also sent the DD all crumpled back by courier so that it will cause inconvenience for me to encash the same.

                              When I went to encash bond, I was told that i will get a Plasma with remote for additional 16990/- DD which i have given them. Now they are telling that only DD sum will be returned and I can forget tha 7000 Rs i paid for the Bond three years ago!

                              I used to recommed this brand to customers 10 years ago. But now, it is a brand VIDEO 'CON' Brand as the name suggests. I will ensure in as many forums as possible that this CON JOB is highlighted where the company has decided to SWALLOW 7000 rupees from each consumer despite giving a bond!

                                I hearby complaining for rediculous service by this network. I used to avail its so called "Truly Unlimited" calling plan costing Rs. 59 (which used to offer unlimited calls and sms to local videocon numbers). This time also I have recharged with Rs. 59 and it get started and I use it as usual. But very next day of this recharge this thin got struct. Every time I tried to call any local videocon no an irritating voice appers 'you have uncefficient balance to call'. When I tried to call 121 (customer care) it always comes busy. I tried to call minimum 300 times in day and even night but it comes busy. I searched for any local customer care store at Jamnagar. But surprisingly there is no such service. Then I tried to search in other cities viz Rajkot and Vadodara through my friends but no any sign to caomlain anywhare. So plese help me to solve my problem. Do needful positively.

                                  After using 16 month I observed that washing machine create very noisy. So I inform to dealer(KAVITA ELECTRONICS )where I buy this product they send technician to solve the problem, after visually checking by technician found machine inner drum was broken. As per technician they replace new drum behalf of this because as per company rule product warranty period is 24 month. They assured me but there is no reply. So I remind once again them and I got answer that washing machine inner drum was order from Aurangabad so you wait more few days 1month from this answer. I call one more time but there is no satisfactory answer so I call on toll free no ([protected]). of company .following are the details of note complains with date and time.

                                      I'm having Videocon mobile (V1306) I'm facing the problem, While making a call or sms etc.. the display back light is blinking have reported to MOBILE REPAIR CENTER-RT CHENNAI (InTarvo) on 18/12/2010, case attend by Engg ,Mr SADHU SUNDAR.
                                      And the problem exist, and he replied me " I have order the spare part but not received till date". and more than 5 time i have mailed to support [[protected]@udcl.in] but just replaied thanks mail and collected some datas thats all, again thay wnt sleep mode !!

                                      Videocon — puk num required

                                      plz sent it to my altrnate num [protected]
                                      Putting this up here wouldn't help, you need to call the customer care number.

                                      Alternatively you can:

                                      1. Check the welcome kit of the SIM card, PUK1 is generally mentioned there
                                      2. Log into Videocon website to your account, PUK number is generally listed there (at least Vodafone does)
