i have puchased my new sim of videocon the no. is[protected].when i got a recharge of 99rs for videocon to videocon free on 31st aug 2011.after some time mobile shows sim card registration failed.coustomer care executive says that your sim is activated with in four hours but there is two days passed they also barred my another calls for coustmer care number

    Hi My name is Georgina Dsouza who purchase a Videocon LCD model no VLL32FMB on the 28th march 2011 from Vijay Sales Mahim, Its been a month that i am facing issues with the TV where all the channels get distorted and i am not getting clarity of the channel, also all of a sudden in between the channels keep changing automatically where the remote control does not have control to stop the channels changing, I have called the engineer from the company about seven times now, for that moment the issue gets resolved and again i start facing the same issue the next day, I am tired of calling the techinician every now and then certainly there is an issue with the TV and i've have complained to the company for the same however no action is taken.They just keep replying back that they are looking into the matter at top most priority but i dont seem to have them do anything.
    I seek your help as my LCD TV is under warranty and would want a replacement of a new TV, every now and then they are changing a part of the TV that is giving an issue and i feel its just not helping becoz its back to square one, I have purchase this LCD on installment and still paying for the same its my hard earned money and request you to please look into the matter I have written several complaints and called up the call center couple of times requesting for an engineer to come over to my place and service it. Please look into the matter and have them help me out .

      sir i had bought videocon ac vbs33 model in girias showroom in tambaram on 9.8.2011 for rs 18990. they delivered on 10Th aug, & installed on 10th night,
      after installing remote mismatched. ac model was vbs33 & remote model yb-51. see i called showroom & complained, they asked me to come & collect the new remote, i went on 11th afternoon 1.pm & they gave same model remote yb-51.& said it will work u try,again it not worked,these conversation was with the man named saravanan & his number was[protected].3 days over i didint get the remote for my model,if i ask them how to swith on the ac, they reply me switch on manually,in my home my wife is a pregnant lady how can she climb up & on regularly,plz say people, these much irresponsible peoples are working , plz help me & punish the people,my number is [protected]

        I purchased a videocon handset model v1428 which comes with offer 0 paise/sec offer 10min local calls free. ‘Next Store’ is their authorized retailer; they sold the mobile with sim card and asked to activate with the road side SIM card seller. I activated the sim with a retailer giving photo and ID proof. I found very less number of retailers dealing the Videocon SIM cards. Finally I came to know from the customer care that my sim card was permanently deactivated and I can’t avail the free talk time they promised with the mobile even with other SIM purchase due to non receipt of documents. First I was unable to find their stores in Chennai to activate. I think they don’t have any like other service provider. They could have called me and asked to resubmit. Only the message I received from them was that to submit the document if not submitted. The retailer who activated sim confirmed the delivery of the documents. Their network is very horrible. In Anna University, where daily thousands of students are studying and several thousand come for engineering admission, signal is not available. Then one can understand signal in other place. My perception is that they want to present as a service provider after getting 2G license to avoid legal action from the government.

          I am not able to see programme on my Videocon d2h since 6th August, 2011. I am very unhappy of service that any time of cloudy condition its service failed but my balance is reducing.
          Why I will suffer for your bad service. As other product like Tata Sky or Airtel Digital have no such problem
          Yesterday I call the customer care but they reply that our server is slow and they couldn’t register my complain.

          Dear sir, I buy one referigerator of videocon (170..lit..)in village kharora in the way of raipur tilda.i drop a complaint in service centre on 13/5/09.But technician has never response it, and fill the job sheet due to some wrong address reason.After that i rewrite the complaint on 27/5/09 the complaint no. is RAI-[protected].its given by the service centre.I hav call many times in service centre but there is no any one to respond it.

          I am custumer of videocon d2h from last 5 months, My cust id is 1602201 and register mob. no is [protected]. my videocown setup box got software upgration error and switched off from 25.06.2010 to till date. i have register compaint to videocon customer care 15 times to solve this problem but only they register complaint and give me complaint register number and tell me we will ressolve this problem soon. i have tired to register my complait to videocon d2h cust.care. and i have no hope to solve this problem from videocon .

          Videocon D2H — bad service

          we are not gettint good signal since last two and half month of vedocon D2H,not evan a ful movie we have seen in the last two and half month.when we complaint to the customer care they reply that its a normal probom of rainy seasion and they are trying to solv it. but as allrady 2 months have passed no increment is their in the reception.Now a days after askinbg the product no by tlephonic reception they are dissconnecting the phone.i am faid up with the 3rd class service and product of the compny.
          if in rainy seasion they are not able to provide good signel then why they are charging the customer so hig charges.

          This is the product i will not suggest any one to take ......keep away from it.

          i have received a service for refrigerator on 24 June 2010 for its no cooling service .in which the VIDEOCON engineer came and take Rs 2700/- moreover he avail us the guaranty of 18 months whose receipt is 231 dated 24 June 2010, (Veer electronics.Delhi)

          But due to your failure service I have faced troubles regarding the no cooling service of refrigerator. starting from 22 June 2010 to 01 February 2012 I have applied bag full of complaints but i have not received any answer back.

          From 22 June 2010 I want all the details for the action taken till now and i want my compressor and my Rs 2700 /- back with needed compensation

          Yesterday (7/9/2013), morning 5 AM I switched on my TV and found that D2H is not working, it showed some downloading software and I called customer care, they told me to call after 7.30 to register a complain. I do not understand why a 24X7 customer care cannot register complain before 7.30?

          Then I called again on 7.30 and the person received the call and asked me the problem, I explained to him around 12 times the problem, but he continuously keeps on asking me what is the problem. A person sitting on customer service desk doesn’t knows the company system and problems, very ridiculous. Then he transferred my call to supervisor and he then understood the problem and registered complaint with work order no. 19085629

          Then again I called on 3.30 pm and was informed that my problem is marked as resolved and upon asking who instructed them to resolve it they said that I myself did it. I asked them to provide me a proof of I said it and then they do not have any answer. Then they again registered a new complaint. This time in the name of God engineer came finally to my home at 5.30 and replaced STB saying the earlier is damaged and informed to keep the TV switched ON and it resume within an hour but as expected from Videocon it didn’t.

          I again called to the engineer mobile and he told me to wait further and nothing progressed. I then again called customer care and they told that the box is showing replaced in their records as well but it is not activated yet. Now they again registered a new complaint and again said that it will take next 8 working hours to someone to look into it.

          I again called the engineer and he gave me the office number person Prashant who informed that it is a back end problem and cannot say when it will be resolved. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY ALL THIS HAPPENED AND WHAT IS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE VIDEOCON IS PROVIDING. MY TV IS STILL NOT WORKING.

          DUE TO THIS I FACED:

          1) LOTS OF MENTAL HARRASMENT
          2) UNNECESSARY MOBILE BILLS
          3) LOSS OF TIME
          4) MONEY FOR YESTERDAY GOT DEDUCTED FROM MY VIDEOCON ACCOUNT WHEREAS IT DID NOT WORKED DUE TO YOUR BAD SERVICE

          PLEASE ARRANGE ASAP TO GET MY STB BACK TO WORK AND WHAT ABOUT ABOVE LOSSES?
          Dear Videocon team,

          I would like to inform you that I am valuable customer of your products from last few years. But now at a time I m not satisfied with one product related with D2H services. My customer id is 97381876 and smart card number is [protected]. I am totally faid up with this service because it’s not work properly. My account is already recharge with 6 month pack but my connection is discontinue due insufficient balance. When I call the customer care then he told me that your service charge (executive visit) is pending. I am afraid??? how it is possible because no one visit at my home.

          Please look this matter and resolve as soon as possible.

          Within one month I got many problems in program working on the set top box of this company. Every time they take charges more than the charges witch should actually taken by company. Even set top box is property of company not ours. Still for changing set top box they are charging some amount. They take whole years payment at once and still they are not providing good service. Our 22 society members have taken connection at same time still they are putting pressure on single member to pay the charges. And providing free service to other members.

            im a customer of videocon . my problime is that ten cricket is scrambled on may pakg because i have a platinum pkg. i call the videocon customer care. they says me after one hour your pakg is upgrate and ten cricket is in working position but ten cricket is still scrambled. i call again and again customer care but they says nex 2 hour ur videocon pkg upgrate and ur channel ten cricket is in working. any body plz help me and my help me for my pkg update. customer id is. 38154423. .AND 5 august i complain the videocon help center complain no.50166246. they says me ur ten cricket channel is in working condition from our plate form. but my videocon receiver show scrambled channel still. plz resolve the problime

              Hi this is chikkanna, am using videocon satellite LCD and my customer Id : 30201809. the signal goes out very often and if we make a cal to the customer care we have to wait in the long queue and if we get connected also no one responds to the cal, sometimes i hear people speaking tamil in customer care but they are not bothered to answer the cal. both is no i.e [protected] and [protected] are not proper and the voice is not clear in them, the service and the signal is so bad that customers like us are having very bad time buying this product. please help me regarding the same asap.

                I had bought a videocon d2h connection in December last year (2010). In advertisement they had promised so much that I was enticed to buy this product. But I was wrong because ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD.
                There was a hard wind on 13 May 2011 in Agartala (Tripura) and my antena got uprooted from one side due to loose bolting. I contacted the person who had installed it (Mr. Rakesh-[protected]) and he promised to come the next day and fix it.
                I waited for him but he did not turn up. I called him again then he replied that he was too busy to come so I must inform the customer care so that they might send some one else.
                I did the same and they gave me 48hrs time to get my problem resolved (complaint number[protected]. In response I received a call from local number ([protected]). The person bargained like anything for money. He demanded Rs. 500 as re-installation charge. It was irksome. Lastly, I agreed to pay him around 150-200 but he denied.
                I again called the customer care no. ([protected]) and I was asked to wait until the time limit. I waited but there was no solution. After the time limit (48hrs) was over I again reminded the customer care they gave another ultimatum (complaint no.[protected] and asked me to wait until that.
                In response to my this complaint I received a call from Guwahati center ([protected]) who promised me to solve my problem as soon as possible. On May 17, 2011 he sent two mechanics who came, saw the antenna and told that they knew nothing about antenna problem because they were mechanics. They went back after taking evening snacks and tea but without doing anything.
                No sooner had they gone out of my room that I received a message from the customer care that my problem has been resolved successfully. I filled with anger and detest for the d2h service providers. I was cheated like anything. I again called the customer care who apologized for the inconvenience caused to me and registered a complaint against the engineers.
                All this happened but my problem is still the same. I was defeated. My wife could not watch her favorite channel nor my son his cartoon nor I could see the news. I had no other option than scolding myself for choosing Videocon instead of TataSky. Due to rains Tata Sky connection had also got disrupted and my neighbors had complained to the customer care. And within 6-8 hrs their problem was fixed but mine….
                Today (May 18, 2011) I called the local engineer who had demanded money from me and asked to come but he denied. He said, “You are very smart. You must suffer. No one will go to fix your problem. Let’s see who is coming from Mumbai to set your signals. You have complained against us. Now you’ll forget all complains. If you have any worth left for you do not call us any more, or else next time you call we’ll not talk to you. We’ll simply abuse you.”
                When I offered him what he had demanded from me (i.e. Rs. 500) he replied, “Now even if you pay 1000 or 2000 we’ll not come. I suggest you change your dish.”
                What should I do now?
                I suggest everyone do not buy Videocond2h it is the worst product of the world. And its services less than worst.
                My problem got resolved after that. Thank god

                  My customer id is 36475620...i have following complaints:

                  1)Almost Everyday i get sms on my mobile to recharge my account even it has sufficiant balance.

                  2) Its very difficult to reach customer care person & need to try atleast 7 to 8 calls.

                  3) I rechrged my account on 27th night with credit card & transaction id is [protected]....still i was getting sms daily that i need to recharge my account....on 2nd morning it got disconnected & showing zero balance.....i tried to speak cc but as usual cud not complete my conversation & line was disconnected by their customer care people.

                  4) Its a case of mental harrasment. Hence would like to file a case against Vediocon d2h.

                      Hi Sir (T Radhakrishanan),

                      I am using D2H box since a year now and recently i relocated to a new place so i had asked for the relocation. I had to follow up for more than 2 days for the relocation service and it was only after that, that my relocation was done. I was told the relocation charges would be Rs 250 which would be deducted from my online account. But when the Engineer came to install the device he said that he was told by the company that i need to pay him cash. So i did pay him hard cash Rs 250, but to my surprise even after paying hard cash to the engineer these people deducted Rs 450 from my D2H account.

                      When i came to know about this i called up the customer service and a complaint (Complaint No:[protected] was logged for my issue and i was assured the money would be credited back to my account within 10th of July. I waited till 10th but as it happens nothing was done to resolve my issue. So i again called up the Customer service where i talked through several executives who assured me that the money would be credited back within 24 hours, but again they were just assurance and now its more than 3 weeks i am calling customer service and nothing has been done.

                      So today when i again called up the customer service i was given your number ([protected]) and told to call you up and talk to you but as it happens the number didn't work so i called up customer service again and got this email id to which i was told to address the issue.

                      I hope at least you will be able to resolve my issue and restore my faith in D2H as i have lost the faith and you are my last hope .

                        They manufacture LCDs so efficiently that it goes out of order exactly after 12 months warranty expires....in exact 15 months an LCD's panel needs replacement because of no fault of a consumer because of the product quality.....
                        however, there salesmen always boost of product's life being 5 years 10 years and there being complete support of panel kind of a thing going wrong.....

                        The panel has a 4 inch wide vertical blue strip on the right side supposedly due to a lamp inside panel that has fused.....it is really surprising and unheard kind of a thing for me to happen in an LCD in 15 months....

                            In my first attempt online videocon dth recharge through PayTM.com through security Pin No-461674 dt 13.07.2011 recharge failure in my Mobile No-[protected].                             In my first attempt online videocon dth recharge through Internet banking of SBI Account No. [protected] dt 29.03.2013 and amount of Rs.1200. Recharge Sucessfull in my Email ID : ganesh.[protected]@mail.com. Actually deducted amt is Rs 1200.00 from SBI Account and actuallly recharging amt is Rs. 600. So Kindly request to return the amount to my SBI Account. Let me know the procedings at your earliest to ganesh.[protected]@mail.com or Mob: [protected].

                              I'm Jagtar Singh from Jalandhar, Punjab. maine Videocon ka 32 inches d2h LCD on[protected] ko Videocon Store Jalandhar se 25000 rupees mein khareeda tha, ye 30 days chalne ke baad kharaab ho gayi, maine Videocon Store Jalandhar ke executive ko 28 days tak Phone par Complaints kee, aur 4 times main khud waha gaya, but unhone meri koi help nahi kee, phir maine Videocon Customer Care par calls karke Complaint kee, but 13 days tak meri LCD Repair nahi huyi, phir maine Consumer Forum Helpline no. par call ki, vaha se mujhe Videocon Appliances Limited ke Customer Service Head, Aurangabaad, Maharashtra, ka Address aur e-mail ID mila. maine e-mail aur Letters duara unhe bataya, phir 15 days baad on[protected] ko meri LCD Replace kar di gayi, aur vo bhi 13 days chalne ke baad kharaab ho gayi. maine Videocon Customer Care no. par call karke bataya to meri baat kisi ne nahi suni. ab mujhe mere 25000 rupees wapis chahiyein, aur meri Pareshaani ka Compensation chahiye. please help me,

                                this is to inform you that i have been a privileged customer of videocon d2h service since november 2009.....

                                i deeply regret regarding your customer services.........

                                1. every month or so i have a problem in my d2h product , either there is a techniical error or the services are scrambled , or insert smart card error comes......

                                2. i am fade up calling your customer care center since
                                1. i have to wait for a long time in queue.....
                                2. the customer care executive keeps on telling me the troubleshooting steps rather than lodging my complaint.....
                                3. very frequent call drops...... after forced to do all the trouble shooting steps when the time comes to lodge a complaint the call drops.....again i have to call the customer care and again the whole procedure continues.....

                                i feel regretted to say that this was not the case when i purchased the product and till 1 year after that......
                                since 1 year has passed the problems seems to be endless.......

                                please it is my sincere suggestion to look into the matter .......
                                if my problem is not resolved i would be forced to migrate to some other d2h service provider.....

[protected] no.kept me waiting for 5/6 minutes and disconnected telling "please try after some time". Please stop this FALTU service giving practice. Yesterday also problem was for 15 minutes.
