Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

i am prepaid customer of vodafone mobile no. is [protected]. i was submited my application for incoming outgoing call statement before 15 days from the date of apply that date was 14th jan 2009. i was applyed in your (lower parel) vodafone store pennsula. But till then today i m not recieved statement or any feedback from your vodafone store. please kindly attention and feed back me early on my email id.

yes i do agree you pay your bills online, thy don't reflect in their system and there systems when u call them are never working to reflect weather the payment has been done or not... and ur call is barred pathetic...true...

Useless customer care
I am MRS.NEERU one of the postpaidcustomer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected]suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services My husband went customer care centre at shakti nagar delhi-7 many times but my problem did not solved till now due to irresponsible behavior of the staff. Now i want to terminate the vodafone connection.please allow me as early as possible.

I was using the vodafone number [protected] on Mr. Arjunsinh Solanki which i have closed before 1 yr but today i got one notice for payment penlty or they will sue me on court.
But i have followed all the neccecities but i received this so i want all the detail sothat i can come on results.

My mobile number is [protected]. I am using this no. since last 3 years.
I suffered many times for wrong balance deduction. The call rate at my no. is 60 paise per minute across india. But yesterday night i called for a duration of 9 min 25 sec. & vodafone company deducted Rs. 12/- for the same.
Vodafone is so reputed company but i could not understand why company has deducted customer balance unnecessarily.

I also called 111 (toll free) for lodging a complaint against wrong deduction yesterday's night, but the executive told we have not get update, call us after 4 hours. Today's morning i called 111 once again & found same reply.
Now i am waiting for another 4 hours.

Kindly do the needfull & revert me back as early sa possible.

I am one of vodafone customer from last 6 months, earlier i have activated missed call alert from last 6 moths, but i am not receiving proper missed call alert from vodefone center from last 2months i have given lot of compliant for this problem nothing is use they will take compliant & giving the reference number that much only if i asked mor ething they telling server is down will u get back to u, For that one i have decided i will to cancel to missed all alert actvation from last two days i am trying it 's not going custmer caer it will keep on asking press 1, press, 2 so o n pls you cancel the missed call alert activation or solve the problem immediately .

I agree with you. Vodafone has disconnected my number [protected]. after receiving the payment and there is no one to take the responsibility.These foreign companies are the best cheaters and are cheating the Indian public in the name of Service.
I totally agrre with you, Vodafone customer care is nothing bbut making fool of people whoi are using their services, all the services to my vodafone number is barred, they asked for resubmission of documents, where as I had submitted my documents 6-8 months earlier when I got this phone transferred to my name, on speaking to one of their executive my services was restored but again after one week all services were barred again, and I have to go to Vodafone center to submit my documents, I was told that my services will start with in 3-4 hours, when the services were not restored after 5-6 hours I called up Codafone customer care and to my shock they told me that it will take 24-48 hours to activate services, and now even after 50 hours the services had not been restored, I dont whom to speak with and lodge a complaint.

The useless service I had ever met, and I am customer of Vodafone since last 8 years (so called essar or Hutch).

I really want to lodge a complaint against Vodafone to consumer court if some one guides me how to that.
To be truthful and unbiased, I should say that you are having, perhaps, the most irresponsible staff, and as a whole rendering meticulously non- transparent and shady services to your customers.I am afraid, you will eventually run to huge losses, if you fail to strike a healthy balance.

I am also the vodafone customer, my no is [protected], i am facing a problem of regularly some alert message coming in my mobile it is very irritating me. for disabling this i try to contact with customer care but i didn't get them.i am writing this with very angry.why this company didn't provide a correct link to customer care, I think they r not ready to give a better services to their customers.They are blaming the customers by telling "Press 2, press 3, press 4..." these are for different purpose i can't here any key for customer care.if any responsible man in vodafone seeing this please take a favorable action
WHEN I CALLING TO THE COSTUMER CARE SERVICE TO TALK WITH THE EXECUTIVE, THEY ARE PLAYING THE MUSIC FOR A LONG TIME. MANY TIME I TRY TO CONTACT THE EXECUTIVE BUT COULD NOT.
I HAVE A PROBLEM THAT MY PHONE IS A NEW PRODUCT OF NOKIA. NOKIA N 900. IT VERY NEW IN INDIA.THAT I BROUGHT FROM QATAR. NOW I CAN"T CONNECT IT TO THE VODAFONE LIVE.HERE I DIRECTLY CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE BUT THEY DON"T KNOW HOW ITO DO THIS.
