Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

callertune not active on [protected] because caller tune is not activing
thanku card use karne per message aata hai, ""sorry!you are not eligible for this offer." i have complain in past but you are not solve my problem jabki mene is bare mein sahnajaf road lucknow ke custmercare aur nodal officer kanikadubey ko bhi problem bata di hai .Please meri complain per jaldi karwahi karne ki kripa kari

I am one of the victim of Vodafone customer services billing dept lackadaisical attitude ... I hate to talk to the mutts on the phone coz they are not interested in the work they do and really are there not to help ... a mail to the nodal officer who is supposed to be one above the customer care support does not help ... it merely replied with a auto reply acknowledgement with national roaming charges ... tried the appellate authority ... even he had the auto reply activated with acknowledgement and national roaming charges ... this really shows the intent of the organisation on whole which is only determined to collect money and not to serve their subscribers

I think in these times of competition in the Telecom industry what keeps the customer loyalty is the superior services and a good customer services to deal with incase something goes wrong ... and I think with entry of many new players in this sector the company seriously need to take some steps to keep its existing customer base rather spending loads of money on wonderful ads ...
Hi this Amritha from Bangalore, am using this vodafone number since 2 yrs, one day before i have activated the callertune and i got the message saying that 'your callertune has been activated' and they have deducted the money but still not yet activated, i called vodafone customer care thrice, but they said that it will take 5 days to activate the callertune.

i am deepak from ludhiana city.i have one vodafone no. [protected].
that no i am using from last 5-6 years. i am business man so i can't change no.
i go to customer care to change my traiff plan of this no. they say me i have to reactivate the no. to change in plan of 1 paise per second.
before my plan is 399 montly. they say that it is corporate connection you have to reactivate it.
so i pay despoit of 250 and reactivate that no. in 299 rent. 1 paise per second plan.
so in this process they first convert that no in prepaid. and then after when verfication of address done then make that in postpaid. it activate on 2 dec 2009. and bill period time is 9th of every month. i also get the bill on my address.
and when they verify my address that is also ok. verification report is OK.

today dated 2nd jan 2010, my outgoing called deactivate. i called customer care they say that we have no reason show that why you out going called deactivate.
they say me to visit vodafone care. i said why i will visit there. i have pay bill before time. i pay bill in advance. right now my bill is in -17 rupee. and my credit limit is 1500 but now my unbilled amount is jut 109 rupess
they say my be ur verification address is not ok.
i said to them i also get your bill deliver on there. and your verifcatio is ok that why you convert my postpaid mobile first in prepaid then in postpaid.

they say to me i have to called on monday to confimr that why out going close.
today is saturday they hurt my busiess i am nt able to call my clients.

then i ask them tell me the process of convert postpaid into prepaid.
they say for that we have to get approval from VODAFONE STORE. if they give only then they can convert your no. in prepaid.

and i have try that before also they never give approval just confuse the customer that we have no right to convert postpaid in to prepaid.
but just to change my traiff plan they convert first my no. in prepaid.

today i am suffering from them i know may be lot of people who si business man can;lt change no.and this company make all customer fool.

plz try to solve this problem

I am Manoj Kamble from vashi, navi mumbai, i went to vashi costomer care to convert my simto post paid to pre paid, but 3 to 4 times they asked to bring different different documents . my work is still pending . they dosent care couster, especially the girl called HEENA, she is very very rude with coustems.

Vodafone customer care executives are the most rude and uncouth lot ever... i am using my number [protected] since a year now and have never payed a bill less than rs.4000/-per month and still they speak to me like my services are free of charge. One executive by the name of RIYA had called my mother and threatened her with legal action because of non-payment of the bill.the bill had been paid but they have no record of it.. she said we had not payed the bill but had bribed one of their employees to activate our number..right now while writing this mail i have been put on hold for half hour and got no response... i intend to take this matter to court and give this complaint in times of india...
my name is shagun and my number is [protected], n i am quiet upset and angry with the Vodafone executives. they are extremely rude. one Ms RIYA. she was extremely rude to my mother and threatened her with legal action and told us that we had paid some executive in the company to activate our telephone without actual payment of the bill. i think its disgusting... I am not at all pleased with this behavior and the best part is that no action has been taken even after repeated complaints.

on calling Ms. RIYA first i was put on hold for a long time then told she is having lunch and cannot be disturbed and then after i screamed on them they told me that their is no executive by the name of RIYA and that maybe my mother heard wrong. One Ms. ANJU put me on hold and told this RIYA to talk to me by the name of MADHU and to deny all this. i this this is utterly disgusting and irritating and i wish to discontinue my number and disconnect all my corporate numbers as well
Dear Vodaphone my name is Saten Kumar Dash with having your two vodaphone number but due to some problem as on tour in out station m not operating these number and now one number among from these two has been disconnected.My this sim number is[protected] and i cant recall my this number. I am the very first client to vodafone i bought the number the day 1 when hutch was lunched in chennai and when vodafone took over the service is goan lost some. its all because of the executives giving false promise and hides there mistakes. i hope TRAI soon comes with NPS (Network Portablity service) so that it would be good and we can go for the best network in the country without changing the number. and it wont effect our business too...
