Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

Vodafone — DND service is not getting activated and poor response from customer care executive

Sir/madam,

I am sorry to inform you that Vodafon Essar is not providing proper customer service to the prepaid customers. I called the customer care executive about 5-6 months ago and it was really very tiresome job just to reach him.

I asked him to activate DND (do not disturb) service on my no. [protected] and he told me that it would be activated within next 90 days(just too much time). Nevertheless i was bound to this duration and I waited for this to be over.

5 months have passed and I am still getting promotional calls and messages. Yesterday when I called the executive again and replied that he can not verify if I ever asked to activate DND before or not.

I am a student and it is really frustrating when you are getting calls in the middle of a lecture. I would be very grateful if you could look into this matter.
I am writing this mail on behalf of my daughter who has got a vodafone No.[protected]. Some 3 wks back all of a sudden a caller tone was provided to her without our asking and debited Rs.30. When she checked with Vodafone customer care, they were unable to convince her as to how it was happened.

Hence she made a request to dicontinue this service immediately for which she was given a service registration number viz.[protected] saying "we shall respond to your query by Monday, 08-Mar-10 by 6.00 pm." However, since nothing happened even on 9th morning, she called up the service cell again and made another complaint and again she was given another service registration number viz.[protected] saying "we shall respond to your query...etc, as usual. Nothing happened till now!!!

It is unbelievable that this service comes from a reputed organisation like Vodafone. I am disappointed indeed. Hope someone responsible will definitely look into the irresponsible way of handling customers.
The customer care cell is a hell! Pls don't get into it..you will be perished. We Indians are born to live like this! what a pity.
i was using one post paid connection which was in my husbands name and recently i was given a add on card by u r vodafone executive free of any rental or deposit or any charges hence i cancelled my previous card today i received a call from vodafone saying that i should pay a deposit. i blasted your executive for fooling people like this i want to know what is happening in vodafone are their people doing any duplicate businesss and is somebody else trying to fools us in the name of vfone . i want an answer i will not pay any bills till i know the truth and if iam not satisfied i will address to the consumer court and also go to press because u people are harassing me with unwanted offers i never came to u r office u people come and beg us and not allow us to do our work in office. if my answer is not satisfactory i will cancel this card and force all my office people to do the same and we all will file a joint complaint
how can i deactivate vodafone mobile conect service and i wanna activate blackberry service plz help me
vodafone service giving your ring tone and charged from my account and inform us your balance is nil this is not good services
Last year Jan 27th 2009, I took new vodafone prepaid connection from Kurla Shop Name: Gulf Mobile at Nehru Nagar. And frm then I am receiving calls frm ICICI & HDFC bank to repay back Loan amount which has been taken by person Name MR. Reddy. he might the person how was using this card before me..
Regarding this I had Informed 4 to 5 time at your's customer care service number
frm there i got the assurance that they won't be doing anything..
But when you provide the new connection to a customer why don't you check the
back details of your's customer who used the card as now this call frequence has increased frm past one week & i can't change the no. to as this no. has been circulated to all my relative and frnds..
So, pls take some step and see to it that i don't recd. this call frm bank again...
vodafone service in warje area of pune is useless and customer care guy's also not responding to complaints.I don't know whom to complain as i can't change the number also as its destributed every where . :(
i had 2 number 1 of vodafone [protected] & 2nd of reli [protected] i got the itemised bill saying that i myseif had call my 2nd number 3 times in 2days 27/02 /10 time 21.45.00 / 22.24.55 /=28 /02 /10. 08.57.59.and vodafone had charge me for my own number that is reli .sorrry but i am not satif with your service .pie sent me the reply as soon as posible. sandeep gupta,

thank you for putting me in big mess i being a customer to hutch/vodafone from the time hutch in India this time the vodafone behave very very unprofessional by disconnected the line even after i have paid my bills by cheque karnataka bank dated 18th march, On the 24th customer care says their is a technical problem in the cheque but un none then i had to pay my bill in cash then they get me connected after 4 hours with 3 reminders by me i own a company i have 5 vodafone connections in my teem now we have planed to move to a different service provider because this is happened to me for the last 3 times and this time 25 being a important day in my life with a humble request i was ill treated please go throw my records get back to me, Now my new contact No is [protected] you made me go to BSNL my mail [protected]@gmail.com

sir actualy i have ur scheme of 89 rs with 20000 sms across india free, till now i use the sms aprox 10000 but at this time when i check my free sms, then it shows that 993 sms,
when i checked last night it show right balance of sms is aprox 11000 .
but at this time it show only 993 sms.

and when i dial to call center then firstly computer speak press 8 to customer executive. when i press it tell that ur call is being conected.
and after a little time it tell that ur option is wrong.


kindly grant me plz solve my problem and show my actual balance of sms
customer care means it should satisfy the customer but it is in not vodafone...dont try abuse the money of your customer by dishonesty means, , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,
i was charged one and half rupees at approximately 8.00pm for my sms...and then once i called to customer care and i told the person to connect the call to higher official but they wantedly disconnected...now i am unable to contact the customer care official from my mobile phone ...my mobile no is [protected]

I have paid my feb month bill on 23/03/09 to your bill payment cellecting executive Mr. Sharath Mobile no:[protected].
But on 24th my payment not updated, so i ask him, he said, he have paid the amout and he transfer the my call to Mr.Logesh no:[protected].
After that i have follow logesh he i will update and i am resposible for ur payment and he give assured at any cost your number not barred.
But today morning my number is barred(29/03/2010). Today i called him again he given the receipt no 749819.
This is official number due this i have affected so much & my goodwill on vodafone is fully gone.

Take the appropriate against the executives.

I have complaint to ur customer care today morning but they have like this :your service registration number is [protected].we shall respond to your query by wednesday 31-mar-10-02:28PM.
Why they need so long time to respond.
