[Resolved]  Vodafone — very bad service of vodafone care

hello sir,
i'm using three no. of vodatone, but in these days im not satisfied in your service, preasntly im using two no. one is [protected], this no. complant is that one month ago i was recived a call from vodafone, and afer this my account balancehad in nagetive, ok i buy a new no. okf vodafne witch is [protected], 30.11.2008 i recharged this no.. by rupees 50/ and tokday its balance in 29 r, negative. i dont know how? please tell me about this even, i[censored] will not correcr my cell service i will stoop ur no. and i will say every my friends and every persomn who will meet me, that the vodafone service is very bad i have used but u dont use this,

i bought a new vodafone postpaid sim, no.[protected] on the name f sahil grover on 7 dec.2008. For first 4-5 days it was working on prepaid then i lost the sim i contact ur service care centre they said that u should block ur sim and go to ur near by vodafone store with an f.i.r. and u will get a naw sim. i visited vodafone store they said that u r sim is postpaid. i said k, then they said without verification we cannot provide u sim . and when ur verification person visited to me then i have said that i have lost my sim so he sid go to vodafone store and get a duplicate sim. then i again visited vodafone store they said that we cannot provide the sim without verification, again the whole procedure is repeated.

What the hell with ur customer satisfaction. u say that u r better then any other mobile connection, just look at it...and u say vodafone foolow his customers...

plz take an appropriate reaction and let me know about it my alternate contact no. is [protected] (sahil grover)...or should i visit consumer court for it...

give me a cl within 48 hrs with an approprite ans or solution

i m a prepaid customer, i took a sim on 14/15 dec, it get activated on same day, but after 3 days call from my number get bared.But later i come to know that, that the refference number i have given was switched off for two days and that was my land lords's number.and when vodafone people srated to investigte it was switched off.where is my fault.i was intrested for vodafone net connection and i m working in tcs and newly tranfered to kolkata.i have no other option other than to choose other service.and this type of[censored]nnotifyingservice is not expected from a MNC like vodafone mobiles.My mobile number is '[protected]'.i hope after getting this complain you will take quick action.one suggestin you first check background of customer then give connection, rather than putting them in trouble.

dear sir,
my name is ashish singh and my mo. no. is [protected].i am using vodafone sim before last 2 year.i have convert my prepaid to postpaid before 5 month.but i dont have receieve any bill til now and i am paying my billing amount every month in time. i have given complain so many times in customer care for my bill but there is no responce nd followup from ur side.its very difficult for me to continue with ur services.
so plz resolve my problem as soon as possible.
Recently I have purchased a new pre paid connection in lucknow on 12th june09 pertaining the no [protected] .while getting the SIM I handedover all the required documents such as DL & photographs .After 5-6 days without any information voda has blocked all my services such outgoing & incoming .when I approached vodacare then they said concern office has not received the documents.I contacted customercare also but no has taken prompt initiative in this regard .I had talked to your concern officer in lko & every time it has been told by them that today my sim will activate .After 5 days when my phone could not get restart from your end then I took the Mobile no of Mr Ashish & contacted at his No [protected] then he behaved very rudely .I asked many time you have said that it would be activated within half an hr..I suppose they have very casual approach towards customer.now I do not want to have this conection plz refund my money.

your vodafone tower is existing acare tat village turtipar in district Ballia under tehsil Bilthera Road.
due to failure of genset, nd stilling of diesel by your CARE TAKER this tower is not working properly since last six months. your many more consumer is getting transfer from vodafone to others network. Plz check immediatly and do the needful.

i have a vodafone connction no.[protected], but some time after i am not satisfied your service, this month i recharge our sim date, 17/3/10 i checked our balance +18:50, next day 18/310 afternoon i see our balance -10:5, am contect your custmer care no.[protected], 111, 198, nobody response me that i am tried midenight, 12-05am., your custmer care member did not responsible our answer me how to loss i mony wtiout any mobile key type, then i talk to him/her you please sent backmy money without any delay they sure to sent back your payment just 72 our beacuse 24/3/10 does not back my paymet .& no body pickup custmercare phone always computer speaks reagularly 112345 an bast my time
so i am striktly provide our all people & friends you are does youes vodafone mobile

i dev parkash my vodafone mobile no. [protected]. when we swicth o our mobile after swich off replace the sim 99 paise less from my balance with any information.when i calling 2 coustmercare no 111 OR198 dose not responding.i so much suffered
