Service Barred

I had taken a vodafone mobile connection last week and had submitted a photograph, address proof and identity proof while taking up the connection.

After one week they just barred my outgoing stating non-receipt of proofs. Why should i suffer if Vodafone has taken up useless people as their dealers who cannot forward the proof documents on time or their staff who don't update their receipt on time. If as a user I am submitting...

My woses began last month when my phone bill jumped from 250/- a month to 1600/-.. the reason.. Vodaphone activated the GPRS service without a concent...adding to it did not even find is necessary to email/phone me.

Vodafone cheats again!!!

My prepaid mobile # is [protected], i have so far raised 2 service requests with Vodafone for the following issue. I had got a messgae from Vodafone care on 25th Sep 2008 stating that ISD calls made till Sep 29 2008 (upto Rs.25) will be free. So i had made a call to US that costed me Rs.55.xyz. Bill amount exceeding limit

I have a serious concern with my vodafone billing.

Background:
Couple of weeks back i had to go to US for office work. I activated the international roaming on my vodafone to ensure I am in touch with my colleagues and clients. I had to use my vodafone for 3 days while in US.

Sms charges during festival days-problem

Vodafone charges regular rate for sms during festival days! now this is a big headache for people like me who have activated an sms booster . While your major competitors like Airtel offer sms based on the activation of booster, why do you have it like this? The sms booster pack says that i would be " allowed to send 750 free sms' per day for a period of 30 days", and i expect that, in continuity, without any breaks in between....

promotional calls that are being charged to my account

I have been getting several promotional calls of late. Besides the nuisance value, I find that they are being charged to my account. This is daylight robbery. Customer care does not have a slot for this particular problem, so I can't call them. I am seriously considering changing networks if this continues.

Activation delay - Careless attitude

I took a new postpaid corporate plan 10 days back from the vodafone store, Vashi Mumbai. It has been more than 10 days and my service has not been activated yet, not even the verification has been done. This is not expected of Vodafone. Non Refund

My refund amount is still on HOLD with Vodafone. The responses from Customer care and Retail Outlets are very bad and unethical. When I took a postpaid connection, with ISD activation, I was asked to pay Rs. 1500 as security deposit. When I activated ISD, I was told that it will be refunded when I close the connection. I closed the connection due to worst customer service and bad connection. My ISD calls only will disconnect fo r every 45...

incoming and outgoing barred since a week

I took up the new service of vodafone on 15th October. For two days it worked absolutely fine. My offer is a Group talk offer and has 4 numbers in my group. On the 3rd day my incoming and outgoing was barred for the numbers apart from the group number. From the 4th day onwards my incoming and outgoing was completely barred.
