with due respect, i beg to say that i am ravi singh belong to merrut .i baught a vodafone sim on october 2008 .the no of that sim is [protected] but my mobile is lost somewhere so i am unable to use that number, so its my kindly request to you please disable that nomber as soon as possible so that no one can misuse my number . i am very thankful to vodafone....

Vodafone not terminating number even after multiple requests and generating bills, when all services are banned.

My number from Vodafone [protected], is non operational from past seven to eight months, as I had discontinued using this number, after switching to another number from Vodafone, the bills of which were regularly paid by me, i got Advocate notice for not paying the bill of the discontinued number, on receival of this letter I paid the remaining dues in cash to a Vodafone cash collection agent and along with this payment I had submitted...

Too bad network coverage

Really, Vodafone is having too bad network coverage and custmor care. I am staying in BTM Layout-1, 18TH MAIN. 7TH CROSS. I am new to bangalore, I needed a number, so I purchased vodafone pre-paid. But its network is too bad. Then I complaint abt it to customer care, they give me a service request number[protected]. They promised to resolve this problem within 15 days, but more than 35 days are gone, No solution till now. I thinking to switch...

Hi,
I have been calling the customer care regarding asking them to send the hard copy of the account statement (i.e., the amount paid by me for the bills being generated) and everytime I call them for the updated status on this, I always get an answer saying that they have already sent via email. What nonsense is this, when I ask them for a hard copy they are sending a soft copy and even that hasn't reached me. This happened...

Sir,

I have submitted my id proof, address proof and photo to hinson corporation okhla ([protected]). once day Your costomer care exetuvice was called me and told me a skim and i was take your vodafone postpaid new no. which sim no. is [protected].

there is no information that what is status of my application and no activation till date ... i never thought that vodafone service so bad and slow ...

Happy to help ...to give one a nightmare

Happy to help. But at what cost?

That’s all I ask.

I come to India once a year and my clear choice of telecom network is Vodafone-aka-Hutch-aka-Orange. I never had a cell phone when it was MaxTouch, how I wish I had one then.

Annoying promo message in 'Cell info Display'

I am using Vodafone connection for the past 5 years, and it is completely annoying to see their promo message display when 'Cell Info Display' feature is on. The objective is to identify the tower we use but the same is disturbed by their promo messages. Is there a way to get rid of the same, as the concerned company is doing it intentionally....

Not getting response

I received a call from Vodafone consultency saying i have been selected for 230 rupies post paid connection scheme. I had taken my pre-paid connection on my friend name and later submitted my documents for post-paid migration to an executive (I have receipt). But the executive is from consultency. Now the consultency is not giving response and not even picking up my phones. I have paid Rs. 299. Even Vodafone customer care is also not able...
