i am vadafone dealer my shop name is smart computer, kumbla, kasaragod.dist.we didnt got any coupon, flexi charge for about 2 months.we had given complaint twice at ur office at kasaragod .plz reply me .

sir, my name is ajo.. i have a complaint on my number [protected].when i in need of the customer service executive of vodafone for some assistance, they are fail to connect my number..so many times i tried to speak, but i couldn't..And also i am not happy with the services..now i have recharged with RS.149 for getting unlimited internet, but now its going to be one hour and till now there is no respond from vodafone.. I am not able to make a call to the customer care.. so please help me and file this as a complaint..regards, Ajo.
My sister has been receiving unconfortable abuse calls from [protected] and company could not stop this customer we are forced forward a police complaint please.

    Dear Madam/Sir,

    I was using Vodafone's post paid connection (mob-[protected]) for more than last 2 years. 3 months back I went o Dubai for company work and stayed there for 3 days. I had used my mobile with my Lap top and used GPRS of vodafone. Now when I returned to India, I had been charged 44, 383 Rs without any intimation to me. Now Vodafone is saying that he had not that data and that was why he had not informed me. I said him very clearly that if Vodafone has no data then it is not fault of Customer. Just think sir, What happen if I had stayed there for another 4-5 days, I think I would have been charged more than 5 Lac Rupees. When I was called in meeting at Vodafone head office, all the person who were in meeting had cleared accepted this 5 Lac matter. I don't know how many people are cheated with this system if vodafone gets data late from his foreign business partner. Now Vodafone is saying me to pay this huge bills by installment. Why should I pay this huge bill in installment??? I haven't taken any loan. Please take some strict action and teach lesson to this multinational company. I have clearly said to Vodafone to send a legal notice and I will answer for this matter in court. I have faith in Indian laws and confidence as I am TRUE.

      This is Abhinav Monga from kanpur & no. is [protected] on 24/dec/08 i have called their customer care & i have just asked them how to de-activate my caller tune but i think they were drunk & they started abusing me & they hung up on me & that next day i.e 25/dec/08 on chritmas day they suspended my no. & when i have called back again they said that i have requested them to suspend my no. i mean this is rediculas i have used IDEA, AIRTEL, BSNL etc but they havent given me this type of complaint.I AM HILIGHTING THIS

        Vodafone — DND issue

        I m using vodafone # [protected] , i have not applied for dnd but my nos appear in dnd list. PLease request you to remove my no. from the same. Due to this dnd activation i m unable to get certain sms for which i pay.

        Sir, I am an vodafone consumer. I have been informed that someone has lodged complaint against my number for ringing him and asking him about some spa service. His number is registered on DND.
        Sir, I have seen his number on a website of a spa and ringed him to enquire about the same. I do not have any telemarketting interest. I ringed him only once. Now the TRAI people has ringed me and said that my number will be suspended.

        Please adivce me what to do?

          Horrible service, oafish staff and dishonest practice. - they make Vodafone Chennai!!!
          Vodafone Chennai is synonymous with oafish staff, awful service and dishonest practice. To call them liars and unprofessional is an understatement.
          why is chennai not an eligible circle for star of the match contest ??!!! this is totttaly unfair
          Most customer services are like that. What is the skii8ll level of the people who pick up the call? At times, irate customers shout all profanities at them. But these hapless and clueless young workers neither have the training nor any power. They are not allowed to call anyone other than their supervisor. Their process of escalation goes at a snail's speed and there is a lot of redtapism and bottleneck. It is not unique to Vodafone, it happens with most of the companies in service sector. Even in bank call centers, barring American Express, and few others, the call center executes are absolutely clueless.

          But Vodafone tops the chart, not because their call center executives are untrained and raw; but because their senior managers are equally dumb or deliberately apathetic. I wonder, as vodafone has been greatly involved with a lot of corporate social responsibility activities, they might have even been very kind to hire mentally retarded people in senior positions in Chennai. Though I laud their efforts in rehabilitating mentally retarded people - I also suggest, they shyould give them jobs which they can handle; and do not put others in inconvenience or trouble.
          The worst mobile telephony services. but if you are planning to subscribe to one, better check others. And if you have issues about your existing vodafone connection, it is not worth pursuing it with Vodafone. You will be wasting your time and energy. Just change over to a better provider.

          Vodafone Chennai customer care is created the hell for it's customers.

          Even After repeated calls to Call center, the people sitting there (So called Happy to help people) doing nothing to the customers.

          I recharged with WCC 550 by using where a customer can make calls to ISD and STD calls for cheaper.STD call rate will be 1Rs/Minute.When I called 25 times, the answers from each care guy is a different one.One says that We can not call STD.another one says for STD the call rate will be Rs42/Minute.

          And after repeated calls I am not able to completely call the STD or ISD calls using WCC(I dont know what they did it to my mobile number)

          When I am trying to contact so called senior managers over the care center, The people told that finallay they (Senior guys are not responsible for these type of complaints?i do not who will be responsible.

          i am sorry to bring to your notice that, i have stopped using this vodafone number since may 2009, and i paid my bill before due date to this particular mobile number [protected] on June 2009.

          In the month of July i am receiving a bill with nil balance, it means that i have paid all my previous bills, in month of august i didn't receive any bill,

          suddenly in the month of September i am receiving a bill for 32 as monthly charges and in the month October i am receiving a bill with a adjustment of -32 rupees and monthly charges of 58 rupees, i hope if i leave this issue, i have to pay approx amount 1500 rupees in next 1.5 yrs with out using your vodafone connection.

          when i called vodafone customer care, the agent was rude and not only that they told that they have raised a reactivation of vodafone connection with out my permission

          Sir,
          I have purchased Vodofone Data card on 9 - 4 - 2012. Initially it was not connected with my system. Then I complaint to RIP Marthandam. Then it was connected. The vodofone range is very less. Then I complaint about this problem to vodofone office at Marthandam. After few days a team visited my house and they turn the tower at Kuzhithurai. That time the downloading speed was about 45 kbps, the speed was bit slow even though I was able to brows. The team told to me within 10 days we increase the height of the tower at Ethavilai after that we will get net with normal speed. But I was able to brows only for about 10 days. Now - a - days at most of the time the downloading speed is about 0 kbps, So I am unabe to brows. So I request you to kindly to rectify this problem. Thanking You.

            Hi,
            I have been using a Vodafone number for last 2.5 yrs. From the beginning I have been getting unwanted calls on this number. It seems that the number has been reused by Vodafone and previously it was allotted to some advocate (some Tapan Tanay Haldar). Strange part is, that person seems to be giving away this particular number as his present contact number! So, I get many unwanted calls (including few 'threat calls'!) and SMS. Don't know what that person's business is (or was), but it is irritating to get SMS from multiple banks (HSBC, SBI and ICICI) with reminders for credit card and loan account payments of amount up to 8 lakhs. I have contacted those banks several times asking why I am getting those SMS when I don't have any pending amount due. They did not disclose any details of those accounts, saying that it is against their 'privacy policy', but said that those were not on my name. I am getting those reminders because somebody is referring this mobile number as their personal number.

            My question is, what are the options I have to stop this kind of harassments because Vodafone has given me a number that was being used by somebody else, and somebody is still using this number for getting credit card or new loan accounts? Banks told that they could not do anything on this and suggested me to ignore these SMS. But, when we see many news of somebody getting into trouble because some bank issued credit card or loan account to a person, but using some other's personal details, this is really worrying me. These banks also do not seem to validate phone numbers before approving credit card of loan account! Can you please suggest a solution for this?

            I sympathize with you for such harassments as I bought a mobile phone last month, and every day since then am receiving SMS from banks for loan payments and people calling me asking for Minesh Shah, it is such a pain. I spoke to Barclays and CitiBank to remove this number from their records, but they wouldn't do that this and told me to ignore the same in the same manner as told to you.

            I propose that Vodafone provide such customers a new number, number that haven't been used before and also update their policy to reuse mobile numbers after 10 years, This should be a must considering the amount of theft happening for mobile phones.

            Banks need to do verification and update their records immediately, Vodafone should stop reusing numbers for at-least 10years.

            People need to be a bit more sensible, calling same number multiple times will not change the owner, Minesh is gone and you need to hunt him using different contact details

                  From past 5yrs im customer of vodafone evry 1 at my home uses it.
                  bt since from 6months im irritated with the prepaid services

Three months back, i appealed to vodafone for deactivation of ECS service but my even after three months and my consecutive visits of Vodafone store, my ECS service has not been cancelled.

                      Hello Sir/Madam,

                      I have a vodafone post paid connection # [protected] and was keen on activating voicemail services regarding the same i had called on 111 and spoken to a supervisor named Rajendra Shukla and to my disappointment he was very rude and arrogant while answering the querries. Eventually he did not resolve my issue and on asking for a manager he refused stating that he cannot transfer the call and did not give me a valid reason. I had to visit a vodafone store for a simple querry which could have been resolved over the hotline number but the issue is still not resolved.Kindly request you to take proper action in the above mentioned incident, for any querries please get back to me via email i.e amol.[protected]@orange-ftgroup.com.

                            why friend family offer is not in the Mumbai vodafone to maharashtra vodafone for one number i am very un happy for that and that is the reason why ia ma not going to Vodafone connection
                            This is a very arrogant step by vodafone!they are imposing this burden on subscribers!even if we are not using this facility, we have to activate it because after 26th dec we cant avail this facility before sending the confirmation!the frustrating thing is the 10rs per month per number!just think about the user with caller tunes!they have to pay rs30+!this is daylight robbery!

                            vodafone now(09.06.09) announces add on rates 10rs - 5rs/no is Appreciate one.
                            The Rate of Add on number is now 20paise is too high while comparimg other sevice provider.
                            for eg.Reliance 11pm-6am. Free calling to all reliance, MTS giving 10, 00, 000 Minutes Free with just 499 Rs.
                            And Also Unlimited callings to MTS with just 100 Rs Bonus.
                            If the vodafone remain like this only then vodafone would loss it's customers.
                            Now a days I seen lots more friends have been changed to other service provider.
                            Voda has lots more customers in few days I agree with this but it does opposite action soon.

                            I have purchased Vodofone Data card on 9 - 4 - 2012. Initially it was not connected with my system. Then I complaint to RIP Marthandam. Then it was connected. The vodofone range is very less. Then I complaint about this problem to vodofone office at Marthandam. After few days a team visited my house and they turn the tower at Kuzhithurai. That time the downloading speed was about 45 kbps, the speed was bit slow even though I was able to brows. The team told to me within 10 days we increase the height of the tower at Ethavilai after that we will get net with normal speed. But I was able to brows only for about 10 days. Now - a - days at most of the time the downloading speed is about 0 kbps, So I am unabe to brows. So I request you to kindly to rectify this problem. Thanking You.

                            I have had the worst experience with vodafone 198 number support for past week. Every time i call, i am told that the issue will be addressed and i did get a message today for the compliant i raised on 22nd that the issue has been resolved. The issue did not get resolved and the customer care guys dont even have the courtesy to rectify the problem. Every time the call is transferred to a so called senior who never picks up his call and the call disconnects. I call again to the customer, they give me the most stupid and disgusting answer that yes your call charges are not as per the 51 rs pack selected and the tariff is high and it is a mistake on our end, but our senior is not available to solve the issue. makes me wonder if even there is a senior or just a tactic to make us drop the call... anyways i am not expecting this worst service center to rectify my problem. I ll chnge to airtel. my mobile number is [protected].

                              Once I got a call probably from firm mentioned above. They told me about some postpaid plan 150-P which has monthly rental of 150 and providing STD as well as Local calls. I found it beneficial for me so I said to send some-one to take required documents to change connection from pre-paid to post-paid. The next day a guy came and take required docs and give me a post-paid sim and take Rs.250 as security/caution money. The next day a call came to confirm me about the connection and at that time he said there in noting like plan 150-P.
                              So i refused to activate the post-paid sim and asked him to send back ma caution money.
                              And till now they haven't returned ma money.
                              currently I have the receipt of caution money and their sim card.

                                  I am fed up with their caller tune unwanted calls which will disturbs in between any important meetings and iritates us sometimes. I am using the vodafone prepaid connection and my no is [protected] and I was very busy in with my customer meeting at the same time i have received their prerecorded caller tune call and even after my disconnecting the call they have automatically installed the caller tune on my cell and deducted the caller tune charges from my prepaid account which is totally ridiculous.

                                  I want my deducted balance to be credited back asap as this is totally unacceptable.

                                    I am just another frustrated customer and I just wish Vodafone packed its bags and went back wherever on earth they came from. I just got off the phone with a totally dumb and incompetent call centre executive.

                                    I have recently bought a Nokia E71 because of the nature of my job which is digital. I activated Vodafone Live on my phone on Nov 29 I think and was able to access / browse the web. I got my bill too with the new charges for subscription for GPRS and am sure all the downloading charges are coming in my next bill because I didn't yet cross the free limit in the first month. Since two days I am unable to access the web - it keeps giving me DNS error. Not understanding what it meant I called up the call centre on[protected] and was on the call for 35 mins...which is huge in the middle of your busy schedule. Now the saga goes...

                                    Austin Pillai picks up the phone and goes through your entire verification even though we always go through the security on IVR ourselves. What is the issue? Well they say: Sorry about that, we have technical problems...last 5 years all servuce providers say that...dont they???

                                    Austin Pillai, not Powers...goes on in his scripted language - We are sorry to inform you Ms. XXX, we apologise Ms. XXX, Thank you for your patience Ms. XXX, Sorry to put you on hold Ms. XXX and so on and on and on...Then he tells me that I cannot access all www. sites on my phone I need to subscribe to something else called Vodafone Mobile connect. When I stressed that the issue is only since 2 days and I was able to browse till Sunday afternoon, he fell silent. Then asked me again what handset I had and which website I was trying to browse. He then put me on hold, came back to the line, apologised once again for putting me on hold and said Ms. XXX can I request you to do type wap.in to access any website. When I asked him how different this was and why I should do this, he had no answer. After another hold, he said you can access only a few www sites as against what he had said a few mins ago. I asked him to put me onto someone who knew stuff, but he didn't let me speak, continued talking at his full pace and said you do this first - Can you guys believe this? I want to officially lodge this complaint as I am unable to access web even though I am paying for this subscription, their last advice did not work.

                                    I requested to speak to the supervisor who is someone called Abhiskek Joshi but he too being inept i guess never turned up on the phone. My call was for 35 mins and this email has taken me another twenty mins. I am not sure what can be done but please help me out, I need this to be flagged off to highest level. They cannot fleece money out of people; Vodafone has call drops, cheap call centre executives and bad service. Pathetic, Unacceptable and Ridiculous!!! I would like to switch to Airtel once I get more information but Vodafone needs to answer and resolve this issue, I am unable to do my job now!!!
                                    am get full facilities but not activate the vodafone live settings then same time there are not given to correct responses am very disagree with this service...,

                                        I am writting this mail hoping that there will be some action taken. I trust Consumer Forum and please dont disappoint me.

                                        I have a Vodafone number. I have been making payments towards my account regularly without being late.

                                        I am a housewife. Recently, I purchase Gulf Calling cards to reduce my Hutch Bill as my Husband is working in Gulf. Finacially its a bit difficult for us, as I am not working.

                                        I have been calling Vodafone for the past 4 days as the amount from my GCC card is be deducted without me even talking to my husband. This happened with me thrice and and I did inform the Vodafone people. They kept on promising that it will be taken care and will get back to me. I spoke to many supervisors they also promised the same thing to me. I did not get any call till date.

                                        On that there customer service is really bad. They dont know how to speak to a lady customer. The agent literally yelled at me for no fault of mine and he hung up on me when asked for a supervisor.

                                        Vodafone are liars, cheaters and they tortured me mentally. I want some action to be taken against these people immediately.

                                        Its my humble request, please take some action. Vodafone, customer service is the worst one. I have been a customer with Vodafone for 8 years. Now, enough is enough.
