sir, i have using vodafone nearly for 3 years (with gprs)
for me gprs connection is not working for past 4 months
i have called customer care for this reason 30 to 35 times
they are giving the same reanso how to activate it the gprs

i m arv singh bhullar my obile number is [protected] on 28h feb i used net on my mobile phone having vodafone connection.firstly they charged me nothing.my accont balance was 40 but after sometime they shwed me 26 nd after that -56 nd now -71 i dnt knw why?its not first time they often do this like by putting a hello tune themslves nd charging money my mom and dad have also suffered from this problem .shom me results soon plz plz plz
